Hands down my favorite nail salon in their area. They have some of the best customer service and always make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The salon is super hygienic, clean, and up-kept vey nicely. I HIGHLY recommend Wendy, she always takes her time to make sure my nails are looking perfect without me mentioning anything, which says a lot because I’m a bit of a perfectionist. She’s extremely sweet and personable making her very easy to talk to, but also understands that sometimes people go to salons to relax and not think or talk about anything and she’s very respectful of that. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed!

I have been so hesitant about coming back to the nail salon and QT was the best choice I could have made. Clean, masked employees, very courteous, and kind. The price for the service is very good. I will be back for sure.

I have been to this location 5 times now and always a great experience. Good service never feel rushed and the massages are relaxing. Very clean and they even give you a little water without having to ask for it. My new favorite place.

My mom went here once and had an amazing pedicure that lasted for a very long time and it was very nice. We went together and had a not so great experience. We both wanted the exact same thing. We were just getting a pedicure with a French tip and a basic manicure with clear polish. We repeated it three times to both of the girls that were sitting right beside each other doing our toes. Somehow I ended up getting French tips painted on my fingertips as well. It lasted one day! We went Saturday, on Tuesday I removed the polish off of my fingers It was awful! Very poorly done. My gel toes are already looking battered and I havent done a single thing but relax at home. Definitely will not go back.

Love that they get the shape right on my toes, many places dont. Really clean as well! Definitely its opposite in this location. I was also so happy to see somewhere actually do design on nails.

I live 30 minutes away from this salon 💅🏻 but it is worth it! Kevin was my technician and he did exactly what I wanted! I recommend this place.

Linda did a great job on my pedicure. I did a French gel. Next time I would do a smaller white line but Linda did exactly what I asked her to do and I am very pleased with her work.

Definitely recommend. I’ve gotten nails done before that are bubbly and painful at other places. Here, mine came out perfect and just how I wanted.They assisted every need I had (I had to bring my two kiddos) I’m so happy with my nails. I will only go to this place from now on. They work wonderfully as a team.

This is my new favorite salon to get my nails done in. They always do such a beautiful job on my nails and the prices are great! Me and my mother come to get our nails done every few weeks and it’s so nice and relaxing. I would recommend this place to anyone. My mom also got her lashes done here and they looked so good!

They take COVID precautions seriously, are super friendly and my tech is very meticulous with her work. The attention to detail is such a nice change of pace, and I never feel like Im being rushed in and rushed out.

I showed her the design that I wanted and I think her execution was even better than the picture I showed her. My tech did a really phenomenal job on my nails.

I called and asked for pedicure and gel price and the guy said $40 and was told its $43 when I arrived because apparently their prices changed. Its weird how they magically changed within 20 min of my arrival. My friend who was also with me asked how much the nails in the photo would be they said $48 and they charged her $65. The girls are great. The management needs to update their prices online and stop scamming ppl and lying to them.

I have been coming to qt nails for about 2 months and they have exceeded all of my expectations!!! They are professional and caring every time I come in. They take their time and do everything right!!! LOVE THIS PLACE

The customer service was mediocre at best.. My nail tech was decent and courteous, but the lady that completed my pedi was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!.. She was extremely rough, she rushed, and when time came for the hot towel she threw an extremely hot towel over my foot and left it there while she did my other leg.. And just as I was about to say something she removed it.. This was my 1st time there, and I WILL NEVER go back..

My nails look okay, but it took so long! My mother and sister went with me. We had called to make an appointment, but they still made us wait an hour after we arrived! They weren’t even busy, there was maybe three customers in there. Two of us got pedicures, but rubbed away our skin and poured chemicals into the cuts which burned. After we had been sat down, it took 20 minutes to even get started. My sister was going to get acrylics done, but the dude just shaved down her nails, picked up his car keys, and left. It took two hours for anyone to even say they could do her nails, but by then we were over it and ready to leave. The place was also a little un-clean. There were Dutch bro’s cups every, and used toe pads on the floor. We thought it would be a great place based off the reviews. Wouldn’t recommend.

(I chose the location because it was super close to my house and next to the great noodle place my husband and I drive by last week).I arrived here with my Daughter for a girls day and showed the male receptionist and the older tech a photo of what I wanted. I was not expecting this outcome due to the good reviews but I never plan on coming back. Heres a few reasons why..-The techs immediately starting talking about (you) as soon as you sit in their chair. Who knows what theyre saying, but I had a feeling it wasnt nice.-I showed the nail tech the photo a few times and as I watched her apply the glitter, I knew immediately she did not know what she was doing. The results spoke for themselves. As she applied the glitter, she looked up and said Its going to be extra 5$ dollars for the ombre nails... okay? How is this result ombre?-They charged my Daughter 75$ for a gel mani and pedi when I couldve done a better job.-Lastly, way over priced for inexperienced techs who cant provide quality nails.*********************I can say they were extremely nice to my Daughter and asked her if she needed water after they heard her cough. They were gentle with her and didnt speak inappropriately in their own language around her (Like the other ladies did, who worked on my nails and toes).It was a nice/clean environment.

Me and my girl friend come here all the time. We loved the services and super friendly staffs. As a man, being comfortable getting a pedicure in a salon of females, can be off - putting, but not here. I highly recommend everyone come to visit this nail shop.

I visited Martinee nails about a week ago and had such a pleasant experience with the owner. He was extremely patient and paid close attention to detail on my nails and did an amazing job. He seemed to genuinely care about my experience and was very personable and professional. Im extremely picky on whom I let do my nails as Im a pretty loyal customer to a different salon but I think I will be changing to this salon to do my nails from now on! We found this little gem by chance and I am so glad we did!! It was honestly the best pedi I’ve had in my life! We got the OPI pedi which includes hot stones, massage, callous remover and hot towels for $30. They were thorough, professional, and friendly. The atmosphere and setup is luxurious. Massage chairs. Great deals! Absolutely 100% recommend!

Acrylics were glued halfway onto my nails so that I can see a gap between my natural nail and the acrylic nails. It’s been a week and the gel is chipping already. Disappointed and definitely won’t be back or recommend this place.

I have been visiting this salon for a while and am thrilled every time. Tami is th girl to see for your nails she always gives me the best gel acrylics and I love getting fun colors. The hot stone pedicures are another favorite, very affordable and always relaxing.

I went in today to get my nails done for prom. they had a sale for $28 for a full set of regular acrylic nails. i’ve been screwed over at different places, where they start adding things onto my nails without explanation and charging more than i intended when i came in. i walked in, asked for REGULAR acrylics-i did end up getting regular, even though my nail tech was trying to persuade me multiple times to get gel. he also asked me if i wanted longer nails, and i knew it was more money-so i got shorter nails. i even ended up having to wait around half an hour under the purple light without anyone telling me i was done. my social anxiety kicked in, so i had to have the person who was waiting for me to ask if it was done. after i went to pay i realized my bill was $33. it baffled me as to why it was that much, since i got everything that was within the requirements of the $28 price range. i was not told that any of my pickings were extra, so i don’t understand why it was that amount. it’s not the extra $5 that bother me, it’s the fact that i was not explained to as to why it’s extra, and i was somehow manipulated into paying $33, because i was too shy to say anything about it. i do NOT recommend this nail salon.

DONT GO HERE. I went to this place three (3) times and each time was a fiasco. A few workers quit because Tammy screams at them. One of her workers claim that Tammy is operating and doing nails WITHOUT a license. I had to wait over 2 hours for a fill & pedicure because Tammy skipped over me a few times. Tammy gave me a mini pedi-cure and charged me full price. As far as diversity go forget it I felt like I was third priority. My last visit I called Tammy over the phone to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. When I got there Tammy argued that I said that next day (Friday) and insisted that I come back the next day. Short story, I will never step foot in that place again. I dont think they are very clean or sanitize their tools. Tammy provided poor customer service for the three visits I made to this shop. SUPER Thumbs down!

The foot massages are timed and thorough. And they sterilize everything, using aliner in the tub. I bring my own color though, because they tend not to have whitesor neutrals. So I always bring a back up color in my purse incase I do not see something that I love. The price is definitely right.

I went here with a friend. We got in pretty quickly. We got gel pedicures and gel nails. We are both very happy with the results. The staff who worked on us was very friendly. Would come back!

Waited forever to be waited on when I had an appointment. Next visit, I made an appointment once again, this time, I arrive just to be informed the girl wasnt even there. They called, texted, and could not get a hold of her. This place is a half hour from my house and the guy asked if I wanted to come back tomorrow. I said no and he did my nails. Honestly I dont know how he has a license. He did thee most awful job. My old color is showing thru my new color. Never will return back to this place!!

I came in for a quick pedicure. Of course they offered me the $35 pedicure, the shoulder massage and eyebrow waxing all of which I kindly declined. Because I was trying to relax and wasnt paying full attention to every detail, I realized after the fact that she didnt trim my nails, nor push back the cuticles and Im pretty sure she didnt open a new pack of sterile equipment. Not to mention the paint job was mediocre. I was super bummed...but lesson learned. Ill never go back.

We used to love this place. But based on our recent visit there seems to be a change in personnel and management. The quality of the work was terrible, the service was below average and even though we called ahead to reserve time we were put behind walk ins. We were given partial treatment because they decided to tend to walk ins. We are going to find a new place after all of these years.

Under new ownership and I was immediately impressed when I walked in. The remodel is really beautiful and my nail technician, Ginny, was wonderful! I had a dip french manicure and couldnt be more please. The price too was very reasonable.

Got me in quickly but didnt really get the calluses around my heel.

The lady put something on my foot that hurt really bad! It burned & stung! Apparently I had a small cut that I had no idea where it came from or if it was there before. She didn’t apologize or say much at all. When she clipped my cuticles it hurt too. She barely even scrubbed my callouses at all & the “reflexology” portion was so Minimal that I barely noticed it. It all seemed like a typical mini-pedicure but with inflicted pain. Very disappointed for sure!

I made an appointment for 1:00 today. After a couple minutes waiting someone came and told me to pick a color. I went to go sit down and wait but there are only two seats in the waiting area. I stood around for about 15 min no said anything to me. No direction of if I was going to get a mani or pedi first, other people were waiting before me so I left. They did not have a lot of colors to choose from and no one gave me colors to choose for the dipping. Can’t imagine they had much of a selection for it.

The one male guy that works here is not very friendly, in fact, he seems to hate his job, but everyone here does a good job on nails.

I had the pleasure of getting an amazing full set manicure yesterday! Because I am 8 months pregnant, she suggested instead of acrylic to do SNS powder that is natural and healthier for your nails. It was a long process, but extremely worth it! I highly recommend this place and the SNS powder for your manicure!!

It started off very nice for a pedicure although it was a little slow to get it rolling, but overall did a nice job and generally happy with it. I asked for a basic manicure. I had a few short nails and asked that all my nails be as close to even as possible. The lady left my left hand with a longer length and right hand very short. When I asked her to have both hands match in length, she appeared very irritated. Once she painted she indicated, “your done now thank you.” I said thank you but proceeded to sit since my nails were still wet (regular manicure not gel). After a minute she comes back and says, “your done you go now.” When I asked, “can I sit for a few minutes since my nails are still wet?” She was clearly annoyed indicating, “oh.” by this time I was frustrated with the service and got my bag to leave, to which she said “no sit now...” I left anyway of course ruining my nails trying to get situated in the car. I want to like this place because it is so close to my house and is a very pleasant place but I also don’t like not getting common curtesy service (like letting your nail polish dry) and literally wasting money getting a now ruined manicure.
