Today was my first visit at Pink Polish and I will be back. I called this morning and made an appointment and ending up needing to get in earlier than I had scheduled and they were able to accommodate me. I came in for an SNS dip fill and a pedicure. I was greeted at the door and then instructed to pick my colors. Tina did my dip and did a fantastic job and I love them!!!! Amy did my pedicure and she was amazing as well. I am so glad to have found a great place for nails I will be back.

This place is AMAZING!! its the only place I go to! Before finding this place I went to numerous nail salons and couldnt find a place that did a quality job . Nails would break or pop off days after having them done, nails would be misshapen etc. This place always does an amazing job Ive never had any issues. Never had a broken nail . My acrylic nails last about a month before I need a fill. And all the staff are super nice and welcoming. Also the pricing is super affordable! I highly recommend!!

Pink Polish at San Tan is the best nail salon in Arizona! I’ve been going here for about 6 months and always get compliments on my nails wherever I go. They are amazing at long nails and are so eager and willing to create nail art and designs. They have multiple walls of nails colors and carry a variety of stickers, glitter, and bling. Anytime I need a nail fixed, they are more than willing to accommodate. Whenever I show them a picture of the design and colors I want, they match the quality exactly to what was shown! They also have a few different pedicure options and the experience of each is worth the price. I’ve always left this salon completely satisfied with my nails. Definitely should call and book an appointment ahead of time because they’re so great and book up fast. I refuse to go anywhere else!

I got my daughter a gift certificate for this place for Christmas and she absolutely loved it! She said that they did an AMAZING job on her eyebrows and that the workers were very nice to her throughout the entire experience. She said she will definitely be recommending this to friends!

Cannot say enough good things about this place. Last nail place I went to charged me an absurd amount for my nails and the work was not great. I decided to try this salon that a friend recommended. SO glad I did. I am obsessed with my nails, the price was so reasonable, and the lady who did my nails was so friendly and talented. Will definitely be coming back!

Staff was super friendly. Location was clean and well organized with refreshments and snacks. Tons of color options. Massage chairs felt great. They use new buffers and files for each person. She was patient enough to do my 5 year olds nails also. Will come back again.

This is my go-to nail salon in Gilbert. Not only is the staff all super friendly, but they always do a great job. I’ve had regular manicures, gel manicures, and pedicures and the service has always been phenomenal. Their prices are also super reasonable. A regular manicure will run you $15 and an upgraded pedicure is around $35. No other nail salons compete with this pricing.I do recommend calling in advance to schedule an appointment. When I do this, my appointment is never rushed. Also, this place serves refreshments (wine, soda, water). Bonus!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been here several times and had no issues. I went in today for a fill/acrylic overlay. She spent maybe 30 min total, rushing bcz her appointment was waiting. I already had a tip on. I was charged 45. I asked for explanation of prices bcz website shows fill 25. She had to keep going back and forth and basically said that bcz she had to shape my nail it was a full set price but gave me a discount for acrylic???? Made no sense and they look like it was a complete rush job. So disappointed.

Excellent experience! They fixed a terrible manicure done by another shop and gave me exactly what I wanted. It was beautiful and they were so sweet and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.

My nails look good but more importantly the guy who did my nails was great. I wish I remembered his name but he did a great job and was gentle with my nails. I usually hate having them done because they are rough but he was great.

I asked for the price of this design, and they said between $85 to $90 dollars, 💸 for me was a ridiculous price but my husband say “just do it” then they don’t accept me because NO appointment, BUT I coming because that reason about “WELCOME WALK-INS” and they don’t have enough personnel for walkings 🤷🏻‍♀️, I drove 50 minutes away from my home to this place so very happy to get my full new set and they just said come back at 5, (three hours later) or make an appointment for next time, ( not everyone can work with appointments, every single customer has own needs) well in another words if you wanna come.. do it just with an appointment and with a 100 dollars as less in your pocket because price are so high for just one full set, I’ll not coming ever again because I don’t feel good treated in a respectful or humanitarian way,I feel like another number in their wallet ..

The place is clean, close to lots of shops and restaurants, and got me in for a same-day appt, but two of my dip nails cracked less than 24 hours after I got them done without much pressure at all. I’ve had dip on my nails many times and this is the fastest one has ever broken before. I am thankful it didn’t come all of the way off because I did not have time before my friend’s wedding to get them fixed.

Went to this salon because it had great reviews and was close to my house. I got a dip manicure and it was a normal and good experience. I liked the color and she did an ombré glitter effect for the tops.However, the reason I am giving it 2 stars is because of the removal process. They didn’t soak my nails like I thought they would. She basically clipped my nails and then used a acrylic tip to scoop underneath the polish and take it off. My nails are now Hella short because she then clipped them without asking.Some nails still have polish on it! And they look like they’ve literally been stripped of layers. It all happened in two minutes.

BLOWN AWAY. I have a regular nail place in Mesa that I go to, but it was my friend’s birthday today and this place is closer to her house. Well it looks like I’ll be making the drive because this place was incredible. We got pedicures and my feet have never looked so good. I have horribly cracked heels that never seemed to get better, even with regular pedicure appointments. The nail technician at this salon took one look and got to WORK. I’m beating myself up for not taking a before and after because I’m honestly stunned. It’s also so incredibly clean and has such a great vibe. Will definitely be returning.

I went with a group, my lady made my toes look so bad. My 9 year old neice couldve done better. In fact I came back and got my gel nails taken off -they were so embarrassing. But the manager was very kind for getting me in the next day. She helped take them off and even offered to redo them. I saw everyone elses nails and they looked so good. It mustve been the lady I had. I personally wont go back due to my experience but everyone else were so nice and friendly.

So I love this place but not how I was treated. I dont know why my nails have black. I wasnt being rude she said I was being mean to her and I wasnt. She also didnt help me with my problem or tell me how to remove them

I’ve been here three times and have been impressed every time! I have been to a ton of nail salons in my life and in the San Tan area and they are my go to. They have every color you could possibly want in dip or gel. They are able to do designs and they are reasonably priced. My nails typically grow out so fast but my nails have looked great for up to a month. Definitely check them out.

I got a full set manicure and a pedicure. I made an appointment hours in advance. This was the first time I treated myself in awhile because I’ve been working 50+ hours a week as a nurse on a covid unit. I had been here once before and had decent service so I decided to try it again. They greeted me well and told me to pick my gel Color. I was looking at the samples when one of the guys asked me if I found my Color and I said no not yet and showed him the idea I was wanting figuring he would help. He told me to just go back with him and we’d figure it out. I set my stuff down including the one sample I had in my hand at his nail station. He started to immediately work on my nails, and would keep asking if I picked my colors yet. I said well no because he had been occupying my hands. So I attempted to look through the one and only sample I had near me but then he kept needing my hands, making it impossible. So I once again stopped looking. He asked again if I picked a Color and I said I hadn’t. He seemed bothered by it, stopped what he was doing, and told me to pick a Color then. I apologised saying that he was the one who actually told me to go back with him knowing I hadn’t picked all the colors I wanted. The entire time he was rude, pushed my hand to the side if it was in the way, and seemed like I was a total inconvenience to him. I’m not good with confrontation so I let him continue on hoping he would just be done soon so I didn’t have to deal with him anymore. When he did my design it was awful but I lied and said I liked it just to get him away from me. The lady who did my pedicure was very nice however and super respectful and did an amazing job at the design I asked for. I don’t consider myself picky or rude, and I don’t like to feel like I’m a bother or asking for too much but when I’m paying over $100 for a service that I made an appointment for, didn’t just walk in and surprise everyone demanding all these things, I expect to at least be treated like a human being. I’m not sure if that guy was having a bad day or if he’s always rude, but I won’t ever be returning because of it.

It was my first time here , I had a Gel manicure and a pedicure and one person did both which took a long time and usually with other salons two people do it. They offered a mask but after you would say yes they tell you it will be $2 for a mask!!! Also my nails are not perfect. They didnt do a good job, not worth what I paid and will not go back.

Update. I’m dropping to a ZERO star. The owner replies with an excuse saying they trimmed to a safe level. THEY DIDNT TRIM AT ALL. If I can do it at home without cutting myself than they aren’t very competent to say the least. SHAME ON HIM AND HIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!I wanted to be just as excited as everyone else. They did have great sanitation/covid procedures and nice people, but when I ask to have my cuticles cleaned up when I shouldn’t have to ask, they still didn’t do it. I had to go home and trim my own cuticles and not well mind you. This is why I pay to have it done. I have never had a pedicure, especially when I pay for the upgraded service, not trim my cuticles. I just left disappointed. I wanted to like them so much, but sadly I won’t be back.

Not an enjoyable experience for what I paid for. Initial greeting was great but I got a manicure and dip removal. My tech cut my cuticle twice which hurt and stung after the fact, she massaged my hand with nail particles still on me which made the “massage” a rough one. I asked for a LIGHT file but most of my nails were gone after have grown them for 2 weeks. She was also about to have me leave with nails on one hand looking longer than the other! We were “done” but I stayed and insisted on having them look even. They fixed it but I’m not fully satisfied. I washed my hands twice and she couldn’t moisturize my hands before I left which is kind of annoying bc my nails and skin were dry. Also the sides of my nails weren’t fully filed so it looked like a mountain hanging on the side of my finger nail. It was horrible. I had to fix them when I got home. It was very rushed and NOT OF QUALITY WORK. They had snacks and water to offer but I didn’t take any. That and the greeting were probably the only good thing about it. I’m not going back though. Sorry not sorry.

Ive visited this salon a few times for mani/pedis and have been happy each time with their services. Each visit, Ive been taken on time and have been happy with the end result. They also provide great customer service which is so nice and welcomed especially when many businesses forget this important aspect of marketing 101.

Long visit and work could have been better. Dip was done a little thick and color was different than sample although they said I could back and have color redone if I wasn’t satisfied but I didn’t want to go back because it takes them a lot of time and work wasn’t best quality. I used to have a really good nail tech and since they are not available anymore I have had hard time finding someone that does good work in timely fashion.

Service was excellent, first time I ever went to a place that the price was right and they did everything listed! Vina toll great care of me!!!!! I have lupus and heart issues and my skin isn’t the best probably a nightmare for the technician but vina jumped in and made me feel like a movie star!!!! Well worth every cent!

Came here for acrylics and a gel pedicure. The gel pedicure was absolutely amazing and so beautiful. It lasted me over a month, which was shocking because I got a bright, glittery red color that I thought would look grown out within a week and a half! The acrylics were beautiful in photos, but in person they had a lot of bubbles and empty patches. Considering I paid over $90 for them, I was highly disappointed they were only Instagram worthy. They didnt lift or break though, even after a month. Definitely recommend giving this place a chance! Very lovely staff and the inside is beautiful and clean.

The salon was so inviting, beautiful set up and the staff was very welcoming. Adam was phenomenal, he takes pride in his work and I left there with beautiful nails. First time going here. The nail tech that did my full set/ dipping, did a bad job. Tips were too small when glued on. One middle finger tip was glued on cruked. Then when I pointed it out, the tech tried to move it on my finger which caused pain. After that, my nails were uneven, and the tech cut down into the sides of my skin using the nail file. So I have uneven, too thick, nails, with bleeding skin. I will never go back. The manager took pictures of my horrible nails, and said I didnt have to pay anything. Which I wouldnt have paid anyways.

Me and my fiancé went in for pedicures they got us in right away and both of the women working did such an amazing job and my nails are so cute🙌🏾 I highly recommend this place.

I got a gel mani for the first time from this place and was extremely disappointed...my mani clipped 2 days after getting them, my manicure kept peeling and after a week I just took it off myself because I couldn’t stand my nails to look like such a mess. No polish was better than their polish

Pink polish is a beautiful new nail salon that just opened a few months ago. It is always very clean and beautiful inside. The nail techs there doing amazing jobs. Their selection of Dipping powders and polish colors is truly amazing. Today Linn did a gorgeous job on a Christmas hand-painted design on my nails. I love this place!

Very friendly people, but I had a horrible experience in regards to the service itself. I had an acrylic fill, and my cuticles were cut to the point that my ring finger on my left hand was bleeding, and the middle finger on my right hand was bleeding during and after my appointment. During my appointment when they started bleeding, the nail tech Dianna said “Oh, sorry” and continued to go through with applying acrylic and nail polish, which leaves me questioning the cleanliness of this nail salon. I will not be coming back here, and will be spending my money elsewhere.

This is the best nail salon! All the utensils they use on your nails (both manicure and pedicure) is new so you don’t have to worry about whether or not they wash them. You can choose different scents for the pedicure lotion/scrub/mask. Best part is that the salon is price competitive! Additionally, they offer drinks and some snack options. I’ve never had a bad nail tech for the couple of months that I’ve been going. Would recommend to anyone!

I originally came in due to a horrible experience at the Nail Logic across the street, I went in the next day after I had already gotten a acrylic fill to pretty much do a redo. The staff was very kind, me tech and another lady spent the time speaking to me beforehand to really clarify why I was so unhappy with the previous job from the other salon. There was a gentleman offering me drinks, and assisting me to get the perfect color to match my photo. Even other nail techs were asking how I liked my nails afterwards to check up on me. My technician was also great, I believe is name was Adam? I can’t quite remember, but he was a little older. He constantly stopped during the process to show me my nails, and ask if I liked it, or if I was in any pain after every step, and before beginning the next step. I felt very taken care of, and on top of looking luxury, the staff themselves are professional and treat you amazing. I am a previous manager of a nail salon and am familiar with the industry & how things are done, and I will say that while watching all the techs prepare their tools, and watching them do nails on other customers, I was highly impressed.

Had a great experience starting with the phone call I made to book an appointment. It was a quick conversation; the individual knew what I needed and encouraged me to come on in. It was Tuesday late afternoon and the place was calm and quiet. There is a tablet available to check in and select services when you arrive. Easy! Someone greeted me at the door validated who I was and allowed me time to focus on choosing my color. Plenty of choices and a few different brands. I waited no more than three minutes before I was taken back for a gel pedicure followed by an acrylic fill and gel polish. I understand the place had been open for about four months now and it is well decorated, well spaced and super clean. There is a TV on with close captioning which I appreciated not having the volume. I was offered strawberry infused water which was cold and absolutely delicious so much so that I drink four glasses. There are also snacks available that you can choose from ad well. Repeatedly, I was asked how I was doing and if I liked my service but not to the point where it was annoying. Just friendly and thoughtful people. Liin did my pedicure and fill and she did a fantastic job. I enjoyed my conversation and the time spent. I only have two recommendations. 1- The massage chair felt weak in comparison to some other locations. If that is important to you, ask for additional instruction. Perhaps I wasn’t using it correctly? 2- If you use a credit card, they do charge what I think is a 2-3% service fee. Know that before you go and you won’t be caught off guard like I was. In all, the location was convenient for me, the price was comparable to other shops, the decor and cleanliness way above average and the overall experience was really - really good. Excellent customer care.Thank you pink polish I’ll be back.

My daughter wanted to get her nails done for her Birthday. A friend on mine recommended them. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service. As a single dad I had no clue what I was doing. They were so helpful. She got exactly what she was wanting. Definitely recommend.They told me they just got their liquor license too. Just waiting on the landlord. I’m sure that will be a game changer for customers looking for a business going the extra mile.

I am not satisfied with my nails at all. They just look sloppy. There are spots that arent filled in correctly with color. All I got was a manicure. The guy who did it, which by all accounts was really nice, just seemed inexperienced. He cut the skin above my cuticle on 3 different fingers so anytime he put chemicals on them it burned. I also got a pedicure which that wasnt bad. He was just very slow. I should also mention that I went with a friend and we both went in together for a mani/pedi. She was almost 15 minutes in her manicure before mine was started.

It’s always hard to change your nail salon but I am so happy I did!! I got my nails done and everything about the experience was great. Tony took his time and listens to exactly how I wanted them shaped and thinner than normal. He nailed it. Also the color is PERFECT. I went back in today to have a pedicure and it was one of the best I’ve ever gotten. I’m sold on Pink Polish and will be going back from now on!!

I like the convenience of Pink Polish because it’s right around the corner from where I work so I can just walk get my nails done. I’ve been here twice and liked it both times the reason it’s 4 stars and not 5 is because I thought it was odd they didn’t lay down a primer or base polish before the gel color itself. And when I went in for a fill I had 3 broken nails so I wondered how they would go about repairing the nails well the tech I had instead of soaking them off or I thought maybe they could do a form to build from the break, he however did none of those he used a tip that he later glued to my natural nail to lift the 3 broken ones. His shaping is amazing but I don’t think I’ll be coming back if that’s the removal process. I will say two of my nails are slightly off as one has it cut off too much and the other he did not lay down the acrylic evenly so part of my nail is open.

This was such an amazing experience! Very clean and beautiful interior. Everything is sanitized for each customer. The customer service was so wonderful. They had complimentary mint infused water and snacks. Everyone was so friendly. I recieved acrylic removal, manicure with collagen wrap and pedicure. My technician took his time frequently making sure I was comfortable and happy with the service. By far the best manicure and pedicure I have ever had. I will be back.

I’m only giving this nail salon 4 stars today, because I went in asking for a pedicure and a matte polish on my toes, the gentleman who was helping me told me they lost the matte polish and couldn’t find it. I thought maybe they had some more on hand since it is a nail salon and probably in high demand, but that wasn’t the case. I was pretty upset because I wasn’t offered any sort of discount for the inconvenience they just apologized and said they were sorry, but I would have to get the matte polish on my next visit. I just wasn’t too impressed with the service today! Very nice staff and the cleanliness is top notch, but maybe you need to stock up on your matte polish, instead of only having one in your salon.

My experience at Pink Polish was wonderful. Everyone working there was a delight to be around and talk to. My nails were beautifully and precisely done. I did ask for quite a hefty job, but they performed well, and my nails turned out exactly how I wanted them. I would definitely come back again, on a routine basis.

I came to this place for the first time with my young daughter and the staff was very nice but I believe it was the owner that was very unprofessional with my daughter. She was getting a manicure and her nails were drying and he literally picked her up out of her seat and had her stand next to me (she is 4 years old). I was shocked and very annoyed that he did that. Even though my daughter is young, she was a paying customer that should have NOT been treated that way. He should have simply asked if her nails were done drying and then had her sit in another seat OR asked me to move her. If this place is going to be successful the owner needs to be professional and have better customer service skills with any age that walks through that door. I will NOT be returning to Pink Polish Nail Bar.

This place is beautiful and the staff is so sweet! They did an incredible job on my pedicure. If you are having a hard time finding it, look for Dicks sporting goods , they are next to that across the street from living spaces.

This place is great! I had a few hiccups with them the first time I went there, but since then it’s been smooth sailing. The salon is very nice inside, the staff is nice and my nails and toes last a long time!

Came here after work during the week with a few coworkers. They charged an extra $20 on top of the $26 for their classic pedicure just to do a gel topcoat. Then when we all checked out the tab was well over $200, went to go put it on a card and they charge a 3% card fee. I understand if it’s less than say $100 but well over $200 bill and you’re charging a 3% fee? Really? On top of your overly priced services? I will take my service elsewhere

I had myself and 4 other girls for mani‘s and pedi’s. My girl is Lin and she’s amazing. But they all loved their experiences and they all loved their nails. Really nice staff, great ambience, and mimosas. What more could you want?
