Love this place especially Anne she is so good at doing nails! She did my full set acrylic and she was so sweet and detailed. Makes sure to keep a customer content. My favorite nail spa now!! Highly recommend

I got a full acrylic set here a week ago and am still in love with how they turned out! Ive gotten acrylics from 3 other places before and normally by this point 1 or 2 nails would have a lose side or already have popped off, but not these :) LIEM did my service and I could tell he had great attention to detail. He also frequently checked in to make sure the application wasnt hurting me. I will definitely be going to him to get my nails filled in a couple weeks!

I did not want to write this negative review, but I have to say this. I am a frontline worker at a hospital and I have been working extra hard since the Pandemic. I had a few days off work and wanted to pamper myself so I decided to try Lmour Nails. The staff was nice and all but the lady who done my nails did a very tacky job. I asked for chrome nails and was charged 55.00 and I even gave a 5.00 tip even though I didnt like my nails honestly. I have had chrome nails before and never has it turned out lumpy and dull looking. They had to know it was horrible. I felt bad because I acted like I liked my nails because I dont like making people feel bad. Maybe the lady was new because the acrylic she applied to my nails was lumpy under the nails and my fingers hurt. I will never go back and Ive had to go to another salon to get them to fix this mess. Just got these nails done 3 days ago and everyone said this looks crazy. Lesson learned Ill try a place once but this wasnt worth 55.00 or my 5 dollar tip but I paid her for the long time she spent. Im so unhappy but I found a new place to repair this

Make sure you have an appt. We will from now on. we were a walk-in. Our time there was long but nails came out great. My daughter and I would have liked to have known that a few people were going to take our place in line because of appts. It would have been nice to know that after pedicures we weren’t going to be getting our nails done until about a half hour later. Thankfully the staff stayed late for us and took their time. I do appreciate that.

Im not going to lie the place is a bit over priced I went in wanting matte black nails with rhinestones and a pedicure I only had 120 to spend and I did not know the manicure without matte would be $100 with an additional $10 for matte so I had to settle for gloss, but they did an amazing job none the less and Im still very happy with my visit, Ill have to get the pedi next visit, most likely somewhere else. (Pic is roughly a week old, stones have fallen off, I forgot to take one the day I wrote the review.)

How do I start this off 🧐 ok, Im a difficult person and constantly feeling like Im walking on eggshells but coming here to this nail salon I had a warm and welcome vibe, but I want to give a special shout out to the women who did my nails her name was Kim!! she did the most extraordinary job ever to the point where Im actually writing a review which I never do this place rocks yo!

They do and amazing job! I wont go anywhere else. The shape of my nails is perfect (tips with dip) and the massage on my pedicure was amazing.

First time in, did not have an appt but was seen right away. Pauline did my pedi and Kim did my acrylic nails. I found the establishment to be very professional, clean, friendly and refreshing to have the staff understand what I wanted done. I was definitely very pleased with the customer service I received and will make this my new place to go when it comes to my nails!

I needed a manicure & pedicure for my daughter’s wedding events and Kim, the nail tech, did them for me; she was nice & professional, did great work on the nails & gave soothing massages & relaxing massages!

They are one of the few nail salons that have the convenient option to book online. Ive only visited a couple of times, but I will return.

I was visiting from out of town and they fit me in. My sister in law goes here regularly. Service was prompt and I got a great massage. It was wonderful. I felt the stress melt away. Thank you!

First of all they are very over priced! The basic pedicure didnt come with a massage which at the salon I usually go to basic pedicure cost less than theres and includes hot stone and a massage. So I was just very surprised when I saw their prices but it was too late and I ended up going through with it. Also I didnt say anything then cause it was a matter of a few dollars and Im too nice I even tipped well eventhough I was aware of this but the text advertisements of 10% off isnt accurate and these texts should not be sent since they are false. My total today was $41 and with 10% off the lady only took off $2 which isnt right math. I didnt want to write this in a review but this is a matter of principle. Why be dishonest for a few dollars. Why sent these text for 10% off if youre going to not honor it:/ its just not right.10 % off of (US$ 41) =36.9 U.S. dollarsThey lost credibility and I just cant go back to them now. Im a loyal customer with platinum nails btw absolutely no complaints. However lmour is closer to my house and I received the 10% off text so decided to try them out. Just disappointed:/ I got my eyebrows waxed from them too, I unfortunately didnt like how they turned out. I really wanted to like them since they are closer but Im ok with driving a little further to a place thats fair and trustworthy.

I highly recommend this nail spa. My daughter and I have been going here for years. Excellent service and very friendly.

A week from my delivery, I went to go get a shorter nail. Mani and pedi with simple regular polish. They were very accommodating and nice. Yes my nail go like that. Very relaxing pedicure.

Toe nail was cut too short, polish came off twice and i never had service like that before .

This was my first time here, they were all so welcoming and smiley! Julie did my nails and she is very precise and gentle! Got my toes done as well, they took the time to make sure my polish was perfect. Loved my experience here, Ive never felt so cared for and welcome!!

Over priced for the service I received. I went in and got a gel manicure, which turned out fine, and a pedicure. The pedicure was the organic treats pedicure and I walked out of there with dry feet and half scrubbed heels. My feet were still very rough and I feel like when you pay $70-tip included- you should get nice smooth feet. I will likely not go back as this is not the first time Ive left disappointed.

Staff is so friendly, very clean & always make my nails look good no matter what style I end up going with!

We came in for my daughters birthday, everyone was really kind and her nail artist did an amazing job painting teeny tiny teacups on her nails.

Lovely place! Very clean! My nails always get compliments! They do a beautiful gel nail called ombre with sparkles (if you want). The folks here know what they are doing. I’ve never been disappointed in the results. Also they do brow waxing - fast clean job. I’ve never had a facial there, one day would like to try!

This place is great. Bill did an Amazing job taking off some really bad tips and putting on a gorgeous gel manicure. Will be back for sure.

I shouldnt have paid!The tech who did my nails and toes did not speak or understand English so NONE of my requests were met. The other techs could clearly hear me trying to communicate what I needed with him and did not try to assist either. I asked for Coffin Shape and then watched him chop off my nail too short to work with. When I started pointing out the misshape he was doing, the tech next to him finally stepped in but told me it was hard to do Coffin Shape on short nails. I told her I didnt ask him to cut them shorter. She just shrugged. The visit took so long because he was constantly trying to adjust the shape of my nails. Each one of my nails has a different look to it.Ive never rated or reviewed anywhere before but really felt this needed to be known. I dont have tons of money to waste on such a poor experience.

This is the best nail place I have EVER been to!! Ahn is amazing, but so are every other nail tech there. They are so very kind and do everything they can to make sure your visit is a comfortable and pleasant one. Their salon is clean and they have lots of nail choices to choose from. And of course the most important thing, their work is amazing!!! Every time I leave, I absolutely LOVE my nails! I cannot recommend this place more! Truly wonderful!

I had asked for a full set of acrylic nails was told it would be 25 when he finished I had no acrylic nails and ended up paying 35 for these on my original nails

So, I’ve lived in Arizona for around 5 years now. Before moving here I had a nail lady that I went to religiously back home. Since moving here I’ve been on the hunt for someone here that I liked enough to go to. I’ve found my home!! I’ve been going to Ann now for a few months and I absolutely adore her and the work that she does! She’s very friendly, open to constructive criticism if something needed to be fixed, and so incredibly talented. All of the other staff there are also very nice! I will never go anywhere else!! ❤️

Soooo Amazing!!! I got the organic treats pedicure for $45 . Tommy was completely professional and laid back. He did an amazing job worth every penny. My nail fills are so much better than the set I got at embellish. I have found my nail place at last. Julia did my daughters almond nails and I was a little shocked at her nail shape points and over heard us talking about it. She filed them just enough to make us both happy without even asking. My daughters nail are super cute and her summer design is epic. I love this place!

I highly recommend this salon. They were so sweet and fixed my nails from another salon. The nail tech truly took her time and asked me any times if I liked them and If not what needed to be fixed. She was very professional and very experienced.

My wife loves getting her nails pampered at Lmour Nails & Spa. They always do a great job.

I was looking for a new nail salon and decided to come to L’mour since it’s super close to where I live. I walked in and was greeted immediately. I can’t remember the lady who did my nails but she was very sweet and did a great job with my pedicure. The reason why I’m giving them 3 stars is because I also got a gel manicure and they already have chipped, one gel nail came completely off. Gel nails are supposed to last about two weeks or more. Mine started chipping the day after I got my nails done. I’m not sure I will return to this place.

I don’t know why I didn’t know about this place sooner. Everyone was so sweet and kind! I love this place already and will be visiting on a regular. And they were super gentle on my toes.

I can say with all honesty that this is my favorite nail salon ever and I’ve been getting my nails done every 2 weeks for 20 years so that says a lot! Ann is amazing! She does such great work and I always get complimented on my nails. They are clean, polite, and talented. 10/10 recommend. They are very welcoming and very positive. Very gentle and perfectionist about your nails. Had an amazing time each time I was there. Can do harder nail designs and colors.

I walk in with a picture of what I want done to my nails and they do it better than the picture each time. Very happy with them and highly recommend.

Very nice, we walked in with 3 pedis and no appointment, they sat us almost immediately and we sat all together. We all got the organic treats pedi, which comes with callus remover, sugar scrub, alo gel, oil massage, and hot stones and a warm towel for your neck. All was lovely. Our pedicures were all completed within 10 min of one another so no one in our party was waiting on another. Very good service as well. We had a toddler with us and all employees even those working with others engaged with her and made her feel comfortable in a foreign place. We will definitely be back.

I have been going here since i was 12 years old and i always have the best experience. I always get the best treatment as well for my nails for my cuticles. No matter who you get, your nails will be amazing!!

JOHNNY did my nails perfect! Paid attention to detail and delivered exactly the look I was going for. Techs always have such a hard time shaping my acrylics to have a natural curve because my natural nails are so short 😟, but he took his time and made sure they turned out how I wanted, all have an even matching color and shape, and no cut cuticles.The salon itself has an amazing color selection (a blessing and a curse for us ladies - took me forever to choose one). Prices are reasonable and average.

Ahn, kathy & julie are all very talented at nails. They listed to what you want & guarantee your nails. The team all are super friendly & treat you like family. They do gel & sns. They are priced very great for the work they do. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

I went around 10:00 am on a Saturday for a gel manicure and a pedicure. Only had to wait about 5 minutes. Salon was clean, and I saw the technician gather clean supplies to do my services. Two other pedicures were being done by two other technicians- all technicians took the pieces off the pedicure spa after the pedicures and took them to the back to scrub them clean- they also use disposable spa liners. I am very happy with myManicure and pedicure- both are done nicely and prices are fair. Will definitely return.

“LISA” is the rudest person I have ever met!! As on as she knew I wasn’t doing gel she had attitude... What a joke this place is. Don’t get me wrong the salon is super clean and the rest of the staff seemed nice. Not one staff member jumped in to help the escalated situation. I had a pedicure done and I asked if we could do my big toe again and she just flipped a switch. She even made a big deal saying we didn’t have to tip her and walked away. We left the tip anyways because I’m not rude.

They did a great job. The only downside is they only had 2 workers so although they put me in the pedicure chair it was almost 25 min before I was helped. But other than that fine experience.
