I got a full set of acrylics with a pedicure. Both with gel polish. The cost was $97 (plus tip). They charge extra for everything; $5 to remove old dip, $5 for oval or coffin shaping, etc. Gel polish is $15 extra. They also make you use the ATM that charges $1 to get cash for your tip because they won’t accept tips on cards.The man (Nick) who did my pedicure cut into me and created a small wound but I like how my toes looked. I liked how the girl (Amy) did my nails but she did not polish the sides of the nails.The pedi chairs are comfortable. The decor was nice. I may or may not come back here.

We had three appointments at 1:00 pm, and we were seated as soon as we got there. My mom and her friend got pedicures and I got a set of acrylics. These nails are easily the best I’ve ever had. My nail tech, Sisley, helped me pick out colors and a design, and she made sure my nails looked perfect at every step. I would definitely recommend stopping by!

We have visited this salon now 3 times and have always loved our service.Prices seem to have increased since our last visit but we were ok with that, as long as we get our service.This last time, we made reservations for 3 at 6:15pm. They close at 7pm.We felt they were rushing.My lady filed the skin around my nails and even stabbed me once. I was bleeding and no apology or acknowledgment of it.My daughter has one toe that is now very sore and red and may need some professional attending if it doesnt settle down. She gets pedicures regularly to help prevent ingrown toenails so i dont know what her lady did to her.We might give them one more chance to redeem themselves but for the price, they really need to step it up! We paid for #3 on their price chart ($52 each +tip) and did not receive that treatment.Dont go just before closing!

I have waited to leave a review until making multiple visits, and I must say they absolutely earned 5 stars by providing consistent quality. EVERY provider is exceptional. I always come in with pictures of nail designs I like and they consistently deliver the desired results. Additionally, the staff is so kind and friendly.

My sister and I went here because we heard they were good. Not only was the length AND the shape terrible, but they are thick, uneven and the design was wrong. When she asked for a refund, they were rude as all hell and refused. They wouldn’t even fix it for her. Never coming here again. Absolutely terrible.

This was my first time here and I loved it* Amy and Joni did an amazing job. Its beautiful inside and very clean. Customer service was professional and kind. I travel a lot, so I been to different nail salons and this is definitely the nicest one. Amy did my nails, she fixed them after I told her I didnt like how the previous nail salon I went to left them. She fix them quick and with no issue, she was very kind and professional.I had to come back and write a new review, Binh did my nails the second time and he did such an amazing job! You can tell his a perfectionist and is not happy till his work is perfect. He took his time and made sure I was happy with my nails and got what I ask for. Love it!

My overall experience was good, I was very pleased with my nail tech’s Marcus and Nick. As far as my gel acrylic service, I originally wanted Dip with Gel (no tip). My nail tech applied tips to my nails, confused by his actions, I stated to the tech that I did not want tips, just dip on my natural nails, but the tech was very adamant about how tips would be a straighter finish vs. my natural nail. I was/am giving my nails a break from acrylic, or at least I thought! Since the tips were already applied to my nails, I decided to change up my service to acrylics. My take away is to be very clear with expectations to avoid miscommunication in the future. In the end, my nails came out nice.As far as cost of nail services, compared to other local nail salons, San Tan Nails is very high price for their services. In addition, they charge a la carte for extra services i.e., $5 ‘take off’, $5 ‘nail shape’ like coffin, oval, stiletto, etc. They do not accept tip with credit card transactions, therefore, you’re forced to use the ATM located in the salon and pay extra ATM fees for the withdrawal. What’s even more concerning, it’s one thing to be hit with exuberant prices for nail services and ATM fees, it’s another to watch the manager tap the shoulders of nail techs to stop talking and hurry up and finish because customers are waiting, making it clearly uncomfortable for the nail tech and customer.Clearly San Tan Nail Salon Management is not about the overall customer experience.

The salon is great, its beautiful and well maintained. The employees are nice and they get you in and out really quickly! I have had my brows done many times and they are always awesome! I got a pedicure which turned out beautiful even though the massage was lacking. I showed a photo of what I wanted to the guy who did my nails and he color matched everything almost perfectly! He did tell me they didnt have yellow in the gel color but I had seen that they did. He then said it wouldnt show up on the black background. I think he could have painted white spots and painted yellow over it to complete the design I paid for but he didnt. I did feel like he rushed the design a little too, working in a nail salon, I would expect he would know how to paint a standard flower petal shape but they came out a little funky. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. I think I would go back and just have someone else do my designs.

I have been coming here for 4 months now for my dip on my nails. I have seen Marcus 3 out of 4 of those times. He wasnt available for my 3rd visit so I saw someone else. I should have waited cause I realized the next day my nails werent that great. I will only have Marcus do them. He is awesome. I love coming here. As long as he is there lol i will also say Kimberly was great at my pedicureShe is so sweet and funny. Love her.

This place is absolutely beautiful and everyone was so kind. Unfortunately I was a little bummed with the outcome of my nails. I paid $50 for a dip set... but they didnt clean my hands or do my cuticles. I guess thats extra? Im pretty new at getting my nails done but I have been many times before in which cutting cuticles, cleaning up hands, putting on lotion and all that fun stuff was included. So for $50 I feel extremely ripped off. 😔 I probably wont be back to this location, which is unfortunate because again- it is sooooooo beautiful and everyone was so friendly. (Pic right after being completed. Look at those cuticles 🤢)

First and last visit. Received a mani-pedi and the tech cut my natural nails on the sides. Within days each of my nails cracked on the edges...about 5 at least. I have never experienced this and this was my first manicure since early last year due to covid19. I am extremely disappointed not to mention inconvenienced!! Same for my daughter except she just had poor cleaning and polish application.

No doubt the best place to go for a facial, the experience was instantly refreshing. LaBelle Nail Designers salon offers their services at a reasonable price. Very friendly staff, and a nice place to relax. Highly recommended.

Not only have I been to San Tan Nails and Spa, but my mother, both my daughters and my daughter in law also go there. We ll see Jenny. Jenny is amazing, not only does she do an incredible job but she is fast too. I’m horrible at picking out my own color and she has never steered me wrong with her suggestions. I have acrylic with gel polish and they look very natural with the length she keeps that at for me. We also have her do our pedicures and they last for weeks, Thx Jenny!

I have been getting my nails done for about 8 years. No one has been able to do my nails so amazingly by getting the sides and making them look so natural. This is the first place I have gone to that took their time and did them so perfect. Amy was so professional and talented. She fixed mistakes before I even had to ask. She made them look thin and natural. Not to mention how beautiful and elegant the inside of the salon looked made the experience even better. This is now my go to place when getting my nails done. I refuse to go anywhere else.

I love this nail salon! I moved to Gilbert AZ eight years ago. I tried SEVERAL salons. Finally found this place. The staff is great. The owners are committed to having a very clean salon. When you get a pedi, they use sanitized tools. I moved out of Gilbert, but this place is worth the 30 minute drive each way!

Beautiful place but Ive had better pedicures. Cuticles werent touched.I can still see nail that wasnt painted at the top. Not much of a massage. Paid 30 for salon pedicure and tipped 10.

This place is very nice! I went with my friend and had to wait way longer than her. In fact two people got ahead of me. Also I felt like my pedicure was rushed. Did not spend as much time on me as my friend! 😢

I like how big and clean the studio is. Ive been at least 10 times and have taken friends here as well. The quality of your pedi and mani vary extremely depending on who you get. This is why it only gets 4 stars. Ive determined that if I dont get a gel pedi here then my pedi wont last. This isnt the case at other salons Ive visited in the area.

Today my father in-law decided to do a Spa Day Treat for us both, it was his first time ever getting a pedicure so he wasnt sure on what to pick, He enjoyed the foot & leg message, only part was he had to hold back the laughter because he was ticklish on his feet.For myself I got the same pedicure an I was able to get the SMS dip redone in a different color because I waited to long to get a fill on my other color, I am so happy right now and I cannot stop looking at the wonderful job the lady did.We WILL be returning, We just dont know how often, this place is marked down as my favorite nail & spa place.Thank you so much for the wonderful treatment and great hospitality.

I have been coming to this location for 2 years now and the service is the best! KC does the best job on my acrylic nails and everyone does amazing pedicures! The entire staff is always friendly and welcoming! There’s a reason why I drive 35 minutes from San Tan Valley for them! If you are looking for a great nail shop, this is it!

I have gone to Santan Nails twice now. Both times werent done very well. Most recently I did acrylic nails with a black french tip and they were peeling off and had bubbles galore by day 7. I also noticed they were a navy blue in color instead of black. The nail tech was short of temper with me. He said the last person who did my nails did a poor job and it was bad for the health of my nails. (which I knew.) He kept saying I was wasting his time and my money. Not sure what to do or if I want to give this business a 3rd chance. My nails are so tender and thin and they ache. Ill be calling today to see if anything can be done.EDIT: I called to get it made right and he said yes to come in but that Id just get charged full price again. I was guaranteed these acrylic nails would last at least 2.5 weeks. at 1 week, 2 days I had almost all of my nails popping off.They just lost a customer. Do yourself a favor and try any other place with actual customer service. I wasnt asking for a refund, just my broken and bubbled nails to be fixed.

Just left this place. My appt was a 12pm I got there exactly at 12 and as I was parking they called to awe if I was still coming and it kind of rubbed me the wrong because I was already there so I tell them I’m parking right. I come in and I sat there for 30 minutes! The water turned cold I was there for so long so I got up and left. So I guess my search continues for a professional salon that takes care of their appointments on time.

Update:Took my daughters and 2 of her friends for her bday as a treat for manicures and pedicures. Service was good, until one of the techs spilled an entire bowl of water on the phone. At first glance I didnt see it but my daughter told me what happen and started crying. I told the manager but I dont think that the the matter was properly addressed with my concern. He did apologize but also said it was an accident. I do understand accidents happen and I really didnt make big deal out of it, but if i am paying that much, over $200 for all pedicures and manicures and I am a customer for over a year, I would think its the response that measures how businesses value their customers in general.I am very conflicted if I want to come back here, because I really like my tech and always go to her.

I have been going to the place for years and have loved watching the growth of the company. I unfortunately have been disappointed in their ability to eyebrows, two years ago I had a lady do them before a trip and she butchered them, wait two years later and it was the same lady. I gave her another chance, this time clearly described what I wanted and she still messed them up. She is very tweezer happy and when she messes up tries to fix them by butchering them. Then fast forward a couple of weeks, I still chose to keep going because they’ve NEVER disappointed me with my nails. I walk it and the guy wearing a blue shirt with some gaudy belt that was supposed to be Gucci sat in his phone for a good two minutes before my boyfriend said something and he noticed us. I’m assuming it was because the boss wasn’t in. Thhhhennnnnn...... I was getting my nails done and realized he didn’t listen to anything I had said I wanted with my nails. Last time i was in I decided I would get the dip, I was sold. I came in today and I specifically said and did the little hand signal for dip and they did a complete fill on me instead. I went with it because they both have the same result but the guy didn’t hear me at all, same guy at the from desk. They fast forward to checking out, I said I wanted to tip the guy 10 dollars and he only tipped him 5.... either he needs hearing aids or to put him in charge somewhere else. I’ve never been so frustrated and disappointed in the place before.

I have never written a review in my life, however, what I received tonight should be heard. I paid $65 to have my actual skin torn up, uneven nails, not the length I asked for, and it took 2 hours for basic nails. I was in pain the whole time just to come out with worse nails than I walked in with. This was my 3rd time coming in and it has never been like this so I have no idea what changed, however, I will not be coming back.

I rarely leave reviews but I had to for this visit. Its hard for me to find a good place to get a decent pedicure due to the arthritis in my hands and feet. Not the case here!! It was my first time at San Tan and they treated me like I was a prized customer. I wanted to pamper myself for my birthday and they did me right! Amy was SPETACULAR with taking care of me and understanding that I needed aore gentle touch. Ron did my fingers justice too!! You guys have definitely earned yourself a return customer. Thanks !!!

I had a full set of dip nails with tips and all my nails started to crack across the center within a week. I don’t know if the powder they use is just poor quality but it was $55 for nails that basically were falling apart and also torn my natural nails.

I can’t remember what her name was but she was awesome and I went with my mom and hers turned out amazing!!! It took less then an hour! And I found my new favorite nail place!! Highly recommend!!!

I really enjoyed my experience at Santan! I came in to get a regular pedicure and I love the excellent service they provided me. The scrubbing and massaging was so good and the chairs were very comfortable. I was very relaxed and almost felt asleep. Thank you for the excellent service!

First time here and it was a good experience. They were fairly busy but they have a big place, lots of seating and techs so I was seated right away for mini pedi. Technicians wear name tags which is helpful. Very nice atmosphere and decor. Tech took her time and did great job. Ill be back.

My daughters and I get the gel nails done there and they do a great job. The place is nice and clean and sanitized. It doesnt hurt that its very sparkly either! The only reason I didnt give it a 5-star was that the one time I got a pedicure there I wasnt completely happy with that.

I had a great pedicure! I made an appointment but ended up coming in over an hour early and they still took me right away. My appointment lasted about an hour and manicurist took her time and did a great job! This wasn’t bad at all, just different - they didn’t have any heaters for me to sit under. I just stayed in the chair for an extra five minutes. It was a great experience!!

I just want to say thank you to everyone at San Tan Nails shop, you all did such an amazing job making me feel safe I’ve been a long-time customer and there was no way I was not going to not come in and get my nails done but when I got there , everything was clean as always but you had hand sanitizer and my nail technician Nick wore a high-grade mask and gave me hand sanitizer , That was right after he washed his hands and I washed mine and everyone there made me feel so comfortable. You took and are taking this very serious and it’s because of that that I will continue to come see you as long as your doors are open! Come support this business and great group of people !

I get regular pedicures and I have never had the gel look so perfect or last as long. It isnt the closest salon to my home but it is my favorite. I have become a regular client for them

SanTan Nails & Spa was a delightful experience! The check in experience wasnt over the top; however I was given respect and greeted with a warm smile. They have a great check in process that I havent seen yet at any other nail salons. I had a pedicure from a young male and a manicure from a female simultaneously. I have some issues with my nails so i was a bit nervous. He put me at ease and was delicate. He did a FANTASTIC job! The female tech saw I was indecisive about choosing a color and helped me without being too pushy. She wasnt too talkative and let me do the talking. I was able to enjoy the experience and almost took a nap. Everyone around seemed very pleasant and friendly.

Made an appointment today to have a messed up nail fixed. I got there at my appointment time and the shop was closed. No one called to notify me or anything. That’s a shame that such a nice nail salon has such poor customer service.

I have been coming to San Tan Nails for at least 2 years! Everyone there is so nice and friendly. I am a diabetic and have fibromyalgia. They are very gentle with me and dont cut into my toes or anything. I cant say enough good about this salon. They have wonderful colors and I am a huge fan of glitter! They have it all and I appreciate them so much. Remember to tip them, they do a fantastic job and work hard.

Very nice interrior, not even the hint of chemical smell. Woman who did my pedicure did a very thorough job of getting the edge of my nails so they dont get any ingrown toenails. Will definitely return when my nails get bad again.

Came in with a friend and we both got pedicure. Cost was reasonable and the results were satisfied. Pedicure came with exfoliating, scrub, lotion and massage and a drink. Good ambiance and overall was very relaxing and worth the spend.

I went in yesterday to get a fill. I had to bring my baby since I didn’t have anyone to watch her. They were so negative about her being in there. She did start to cry and when I went to calm her down they said I had to leave and they couldn’t help me. They tried to charge me full price even though they didn’t even do anything. I won’t be going back. I left with glue hanging off my nails.

My friend and I decided to tryout this salon and we really loved it! We had great service! Their staff is very friendly!

The worst manicure my friend and I have ever had. $95 for a set of acrylics and dip manicure. My acrylics came out crooked and streaked and she did not clip one nail to match the rest of them. If I corrected the lady or said something she was very rude and would tell me it was fine or she would fix it at the end. They were out of the color I chose so I picked another one then changed my mind a minute later. The woman got upset that I changed my mind well before she was ready for color. My friend had her natural nails filed down to almost nothing and they did not look good at all by the time the man was done. Would never recommend this place on behalf of the 2 rude staff members that we dealt with and the terrible quality service/product.

I just moved here from North Carolina and needed a new place to go on a regular basis. A friend of mine recommended San Tan Nails and they did not disappoint. Very friendly staff and professional! Cute and cozy set up and very clean and comfortable! Not to mention my flawless manicure! They pay attention to details which is very important to me:)

I’ve tried a few places, but this one is the best in Gilbert. My entire family including kids had a few pedicures with different people now, and they are all great. Very nice friendly people, the place is modern, new, and very clean. They steamed their tools. I like the online booking feature with email confirmation and reminders.

The pictures are beautiful but you have to be there in person to really appreciate the glamorous feel. I felt transported. I forgot about being in a shopping mall, I felt like I was in a resort being pampered. I had an amazing time and I am excited to see how long my mani pedi last.
