I love this place. Appt or not they get me in quick. They do a great job and arent to quick to get you out. They take their time and make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Ive tried other places (just curious) and always come back here.

The worse experience Ive ever had getting my nails done. My nails were uneven and the paint looks like it was painted by a child.She also made me WALK TO A BANK to pay in cash. She told me she “doesn’t get paid for two weeks if I pay with card” and made me feel VERY uncomfortable. She also lied about the price saying it was $65 but she would only charge me $55 if I payed in cash, even though my total was $55 no matter what. This is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever been too!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!!!!!!!!!I got charged for them taking off nail polish without letting me know it was a charge .the lady who did my nails rushed them and they are completely uneven height , thickness , and the tops of my nails aren’t evenly filed! The lady who did my nails kept cutting me and burning my nails while she was filing and was super rough . I recommend going anywhere else

Please DO NOT come to this salon!!! I got a full set a few weeks ago and I got a horrible finger infection less than 2 days later. It was so bad that I had to go to urgent care and they had to prescribe me antibiotics and a extra strength antibiotic cream. The doctor said it was so bad that if I waited any longer to come in it would have spread to my whole hand and I would’ve needed surgery. They obviously do not clean their tools properly or just don’t do it at all. I wish I had a picture I could post on here to show how swollen and red it was. It’s a shame because I have never had a problem like this before and me and my friend loved coming in here and they did such a good job giving us the shape and color we wanted for our acrylics. But I just can’t risk that happening to me again so sadly I will not be. on if back ever again and will have to find another salon. This place is not clean or sanitary.

I have been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. It has always been quick to be sat, they took their time and were thorough. This past year I noticed a lot of people werent working there anymore, one of whom normally handled my pedicures. Since she is gone now, I have not made the same connection.

The lady doing my nails absolutely refused to listen to the needs I wanted for my nails. She wouldn’t listen and was very beyond rude. I recommend going somewhere that you’ll get the nails you want because you don’t get that here.

This salon has been here for many years and I’ve remained a loyal customer. They do the best nail art and everyone is always so welcoming and friendly. I’ve tried so many different places, but this is definitely the best one.

Really not too impressed... I went in because the majority of the reviews were pretty good. Everyone was very nice, however they have an issue with being able to give you an accurate waiting time. Told me 10 minutes, ended up waiting for almost 30. Once I actually got in to have my nails done, it took as long as expected. After really looking at my nails today (I had acrylics with gel polish), the nail bed is horribly uneven. I will not go back, nor will I recommend anyone here. Friendly Nail in Chandler is much MUCH better, and cheaper. $40 for crap nails? No thanks.

Amy is my go to Lady! She dose it all and I love how sweet and professional she is. The best of both worlds. This place is one of the best nail salons I have ever frequently gone to.

Took my granddaughter to get our toenails done today. Service was fair, our toes looked nice but eyebrow waxing here was a terrible idea. I grew my eyebrows out thinking I’d get them nicely waxed for vacation. I have great, full brows with a nice arch that my daughter helped me with for about 6-7 months of patience. When I was taken back I should have gone with my gut. I told the older women when she asked that I just needed them cleaned up, trimmed but like them how they are as far as shape and thickness. I guess I should have said width also. While she was doing them I asked how her day was as she wasn’t taking the time normally spent and seemed rushed. She said she was busy, and my brows paid the price. When she handed me the mirror the light was in my eyes so I sat up and then it was dark but I told her they didn’t look right. She trimmed them a bit more and I looked, still looked off but it was so dark in the room and she had disposition like I was keeping her from getting back to eating or cleaning or something. I get home after and my daughter asks why I got my eyebrows done so I knew something was wrong. They look horrible and chopped up. Brows are completely uneven, they don’t match each other, she missed brows with and he wax, plucked away way too much from both sides of each brow: it’s like I have 2 short, square brows over each eye. Shape ruined... I did call and after explaning what happened to the man at the desk he puts on a women without letting me know. She simply says, hello to which I’m like, hello. I repeat myself and she asks me to come back in too fix. Really, I said what will you fix??! Highly recommend not getting waxed here! Stick with home or find another place. No offer to refund and you can’t fix something gone. I also wouldn’t allow them to touch my brows ever again. Not worth the $12. Glad I didn’t tip but I didn’t tip because even in that dark room they looked off. Can’t cover botched brows.I’ll also add that my daughter had new acrylics put on last week and one has come completely off while another 2 are lifting. Another trip back for her. We will not go back to this place.

I came in for gift certificates for Christmas and the staff was friendly and prompt. The location was clean and had a very elegant look to it. My family members who received the gift certificates were very happy with the service and a few have returned on their own.

They were great for awhile I went to them for many years then my nails were thin so I stopped going regularly, when I came in for pedicures they acted like they never new you .Mai and Ann were who I went to. Recently I called for pedicure they proceeded to say they were so busy hence the review . I paid a lot and never tipped cheaply but its ok I found a new salon does a great job.

The lady that work on my nails I believe was Maneging there. They were short for staff and she did my gel manicure super fast and quick. It ended up an ugly gel with some cut on side of my nails. I change my mind for pedicure and left.

I went in for a change of polish and my tech did an awful job . There were parts of the nails that weren’t even covered in the nail polish and then there was topcoat all over my nails the cuticles the sides of my nails. There were bubbles all over the nails I had to go to a different salon to get it redone. Her name is Rose.

Had a pedicure and my eyebrows done. Clean, professional, courteous, good value, lots of nail colors to choose from. Will definitely get my repeat business.

Pedicures are their best service I think. Very relaxing. Lots of options and the optional artwork like flowers are super artistic and pretty making it unique.

One of my nails arent straight. The nails are very lumpy. The tips are very uneven. They lady was very distracted and made me bleed

Rose has been doing my nails and toes for years. She fast, friendly and remembers exactly what I want. All the staff are friendly and remembers my name.

People are nice and customers always get their favorite person to do their nails.

They got me right in. They spoke English and they were clean. The pedicure was enjoyable.

I went to this location being referred by a family member. i was really surprised, i mean really surprised on how nice everyone is. everyone smiled at me and said hello. were all very helpful. i love the prices on pedicures. i received and gel manicure and was surprised how expensive it was and i didnt really like how they turned out. i went back the next day and they helped me no charge and were even nicer if possible.. i highly reccommend this place if you want good customer service, decent pricing and clean atmosphere.

All the people were very nice and the atmosphere itself was well kept & calming however the woman did my nails did a poor job. I would not recommend this place.

Very friendly but the lady that did my nails was really digging into the sides of my big toenail and one started to bleed! Also a day or two after I got that pedicure I got ingrown toenails on the outside of my big toe on the same spot on both toes. Now that I have started playing soccer again I have a very painful infected ingrown toenail that I know is from the pedicure. I am very displeased especially saying that I have never had an ingrown toenail before... EVER!

I have been seeing Amy at Fusion nails for almost a year now, and I will continue to go back Time After Time After Time.

I went the other day to get my eyebrows waxed and absolutely hated it... first they made me wait over 25 mins and originally told me only 5 mins.... they were rude and didnt do anything i asked. The lady made my eyebrows very thin and didnt shape them the way i wanted i will never go back there again.
