I come here regularly for pedicures. The staff is friendly. There is never a wait, and the deep tissue massage is so relaxing. This is by far my favorite nail salon.

Went faithfully for 6 months with my mother and sister. Today they let me wait for an hour and a half only to say they couldnt do my nails because the owner was getting back from vacation and he has three kids. Ok... But what about my time that you wasted? I wont be back to this place.

I went into the nail salon about 45 minutes before they closed to get my acrylics removed, they happily expected my walk-in and quickly sat me down. The gentleman painlessly removed my nails and sanded the uneven edges that were a little harder to remove and painted them perfectly. All in all the shop was beautiful, about what you’d expect from a nail salon, and for a modest price of $15 my acrylics were removed and my nails were painted. Only downside is they only except CASH TIP, which unfortunately I did not have. Next time I will be prepared with a cash tip for the nail tech, thanks for the awesome and quick service.

Had nails done Sunday and 2 broke within 24 hours I called Monday a male answered around 3. I explained the situation and told me they were closed which online says it is open but closed Tuesday so come in Wednesday. Hmm I call Wednesday no one answers. Unfortunately I couldnt make it with my work schedule. Really disappointed considering that was my first time there.

They were very nice..I took my friend there and it was her first time getting sns and they look absolutely horrible so that sucked! I also did sns and my nails were filed so narrow that you could see my real nail on all the sides ... so disappointed!

Been going to this place for over 12 years. The new owners are very nice and service is great. They always aim to please their customers. I just went in with a group of people for my birthday and the service was amazing as always they always let me know the prices before they do the work so we know how much everything was. Everyone left happy with the service.

I got an acryllic, manicure, and pedicure today. Ana did my pedicure and she was very friendly. She seemed to be a good judge of conversation, answering questions when people wanted to talk and staying quiet when they didnt seem interested in talking. She did a very good job with the paint and the massage was nice. The only problem we had was that my feet were ticklish!Tyler did the manicure and he was amazing. Very communicative. He asked the whole way through how I liked the length and shape because he knew it was my first acryllic. I laughed a lot while there with him and actually had a very good time just conversing with the staff while getting my nails done.I went with a friend of mine and she agreed with me about the service. She liked her nails and the girl who did her mani pedi. It was a very good experience and my friend and I will definitely be going there again.

Ive been coming here a couple of months now and the staff is absolutely amazing. Theyre all really friendly and inviting. I will not go anywhere else to get my nails done. I like how inviting they make the shop feel. They always make sure that they get to you quickly and your nails are precise.

Nails were shaped as I asked. Technician took time and did nails nicely. Suggested nail color since I was indecisive. I have visited other nail shops and received poor service but at this shop; staff was attentive and professional. The atmosphere was very welcoming and nicely done.

This is now 4 K Nails. All new staff and management. Ladies Nail Spa was my spot! New people and new prices, they went up. The salon is remodeled and looks very nice but the work isn’t worth it. And they charged me $3 to use my debit card.If anyone knows where the old staff is please let me know😊 I’ll taking my business back to margaritas across the parking lot. They’re about the same price but I know they’ll do the job right. Ladies Nail Spa used to be cheap and great!

One of the Best Nail Spa I’ve ever been. Owners and staff are friendly and very accomodating. Price are reasonable and ambiance is very nice and not too busy. I am giving them a 5 star even though the foot massage is not that great 😊 This is just a few steps away from Margarita Nails. I prefer this one better.

Quality service, I went in to get a full set after visiting my regular place and not even getting to the front desk, and not even 5 minutes after I walked in I was at a station. The guy I had was very professional and got every detail he could to make sure I would like my nails. I could tell it was a very friendly place because when someone would walk in he would greet them and ask what they wanted, which made me feel confident that he really cared about how my nails looked and how I felt about the experience. He made sure the color was right, and instead of putting it on my nail first he put it on his own nail to see if I liked it. It was very obvious he tried his best to make my nails look their best, and he succeeded.

Came here once and got a nail infection so bad that I had to go to the doctor and be put on antibiotics. Then when I went and showed the owner he denied it was their doing. But it’s fine cause I reported them and will be sending my doctor bill to their nail salon :)

They do take a while to do your nails but they do the best job. I live in Tempe and make a 30 min trip just to get nails done. There are plenty of places to go but they are the only ones that keep my nails from lifting and chipping. Lee is the one that does mine. She is friendly and does a fantastic job.

My daughter and I spend Sundays together and getting our nails done here just adds to our great day together. They are very polite and attentive.

I went in to get my first set of acrylics. I did my research prior to know what I wanted. I let Ken know it was my first time getting acrylics. He did a great job!! He took the time needed to perfect every detail and verified every step of the way-- to ensure I was pleased with how they looked. I also decided to get a pedi as well. The price of both was 83, which is a bit much for me. But I will definitely be returning for another set.

I got my nails done may 28 and its already stolen by opening a gram cracker box I will never come back there again they suck. I would have gave no stars

The lady was nice who did my gel manicure but my gel manicure is a mess. It’s past my nail beds,it’s already peeling, my nails are filed crooked, and have had it for about 5 hours. Will not be returning. I am not going back to get it fixed due to previous reviews that they never fix it. Did not notice all these issues until I left. Sad because I’m getting my engagement pictures done Saturday. Tried to post a picture but can’t figure out how.

I came here with a friend a couple years ago. The lady who painted my toes messed up and smudged the polish. Instead of redoing g it she just tried to paint over it and made it worse. I asked her to do that toe over and she refused. Needless to say I haven’t been back after the one visit.

I got the powder nails for over $32 each time. They said they would last up to 3 weeks. With in a couple of days they started to break. Less then 1 week later I have 4 nails broke. She blamed me for doing hard work & ruining them. She said she could file them all down. No help. Will never go back. They do not stand behind their work or product.

I loved these ladies and gentlemen more than anything! They knew the way to my heart via nails!! I had been going there for about 2 months and had to move to TX. But man do I wish they were here!! Highly highly recommend. Also side note my friend gotnhwr nails done by complete idiots at another place and she came in without an appointment and got her nails looking more fabulous than ever!! She wanted them for engagement pictures ;D

Acrylics broke in half after 4 days.. Staff is unbelievably nasty! I went back to ask them to get my money refunded, as well as my nails removed. They YELLED at me. YELLED! They took a piece of paper from behind the counter with their no refund policy on it. Umm? It was behind the counter how was I supposed to know? It was a screaming match in that salon. They were arguing with me, and then proceeded to tell me they have all the receipts from that day but not mine. Yeah okay.. Normally when a mistake happens they compensate the customer or apologize, well at this lovely place I got yelled at. Worst establishment Ive ever been to. Avoid this place like the plague.

Ive gone to several nail salons after moving to Phoenix, wasnt happy with anyone until I went into Ladies Nails just over a year ago. Will not go anywhere else, amazing customer service, awesome techs and all around perfect nail salon.

My nail tech was very nice and did a great job, my daughters 1st tech was also my granddaughters tech and was not nice. My daughter had to have a different tech finish her pedi.

My sister brought me to get my nails done for my birthday and 2 of my nails are dwarfed. The design looks nothing like what I picked. My sister had to request someone different because they cut her twice. Too expensive for this kind of job. Also this was our first time coming here

They always do a fantastic job on manicures and pedicures. Its usually pretty busy, so its definitely worth calling ahead to schedule an appointment.

I am never unhappy with nails here. The pedicure i received was worth way more than what i paid. My feet will go nowhere else.

Okayy I loveee this nail salon! I havent gone in a while so i just went about 2 weeks ago, and everything was new, new setting, new management and new people! However i was so confuse, because its not Ladies Nails and spa anymore, its now 4k nails. Anyways I got a a gel pedi, and my mom got a regular polish pedi, and the polish chipped off within less than 1 week, the massage wasnt even a massage! Like really! Definately wont be going back bc i paid a lot for bad service! I want the old Ladies nails and spa management back☹️

*****PLEASE READ LADIES*****If i could rate a 0 i would. I had a horrible experience with one of the ladies there.. She didnt wash her hands after she was done with a client came straight to working on my nails. I came in to get acrylic white tip nails Once she started working on my nails she was rough and rushing with my nails messed up 2 times one of the white tips was crooked and when I told her and showed her her mistake she gave me a dirty look. If you dont like your job or needed to be somewhere have some one else do it!. Never coming back to this place.. ladies go inside walmart (any) and there is a nail place called Regal nails they do an amazing job.

My wife went Saturday and had her nails done. These look real nice. She is always so happy when she leaves there.Christmas 2017I took my wife here for a manni/pedi Saturday. Her nails were all pretty and very Christmassy. She was so relaxed when she was done.

I got a pedicure and gel manicure from Victoria yesterday, and I am beyond impressed. She paid so much attention to detail and my nails came out perfect! On top of this, Victoria is also really fun to talk to. I will definitely be back.Edit 7/10/17: Ive been back twice since my fist review, and unfortunately the level of service received was pretty disappointing both times. My first return visit I got a pedicure and SNS manicure. Callous removal on the pedicure was minimal, and the polish on the manicure was gritty looking and not smooth. I went back 2 days later, and they fixed the polish on my manicure, but it took 45 minutes because he kept buffing of the top layer of polish and repainting it (3-4 times), because it kept smearing when he wiped the oil over it. He blamed it on the product he was using. Idk if that was actually the problem...I decided to give them another try since my first visit was so good, and they were nice enough to fix my messed up mani last time. I will say this - the massage I received during my pedicure was AMAZING and I literally dozed off while he wad rubbing my calves and feet. Unfortunately I had another bad mani experience. For some reason when you get SNS you are apparently only getting your nails done and no other typical aspect of a manicure. No cuticles, no lotion, no hand massage. $37 seems kind of steep for polish only. On top of this, I asked for SNS color number 9, as they are all labeled by number. Apparently whoever labels the powders writes 9s and 6s the same, so before I noticed it was the wrong color (I did show the tech which color I wanted on top of telling her the number) I had a layer of flat flamingo pink on one whole hand before I realized it was not the soft sparkly pink I had asked for. So, instead of removing the wrong color and starting fresh with the one i asked for she insisted on doing a base coat of flamingo pink under the color I wanted, which resulted in my nails being bright bubble gum pink. NOT what i wanted. I could overlook getting the wrong color if the manicurist was actually paying attention to what she was doing, but she spent as much time doing my nails as she did staring at every person who walked in the door, stopping what she was doing so she could watch other peoples conversations, making change for people, and completely turning away from me to have conversations with the other nail techs. My manicure (read: polish change) took an hour and a half. I dont know about you, but i dont want to spend all afternoon in the nail salon getting ignored, and ending up with the wrong color.3 stars for the awesome first experience and stellar foot massage. But I wont be back.

It was a good place. To not have an appointment, we did not have to wait long. All the employees are very kind and are aware of what I needed, however, during the pedicure, the person who worked on my feet cut me, and although I told her she did not accept it and continued working on my feet as if nothing had happened. I only hope that they are careful to clean their work tools to use on each person. Although the work they did was good, I would not return because they are not careful with handling sharp elements.
