I’m super picky when it comes to my nails. This is the ONLY nail salon I’ve gone back to time after time. Not only is the facility beautiful, the technicians are awesome! David is the best nail artist ever! He has excellent attention to detail and does beautiful work! I would highly recommend this salon.

This was my first visit and I absolutely loved it! Cece did an amazing job on my dip nails. From the attention to detail to conversation, she was a delight. The whole facility is spacious and clean, they have a great selection of dip colors and the staff is very friendly. I cannot wait to go back!

I cannot express enough the care & quality that nail tech Anna provides. She is considerate and meticulous about your service. I cannot go anywhere else bcuz only Anna delivers the best design and customer service. Even when she does something new in design, I can trust it comes out the way I would want it. Holy sh!t, I am SO impressed! I just needed a fill before we go back to ND, they got us right in with no appointment. I think the owner was in there, and he was super involved, so that just shows a great business. 9 A.M on a Monday, already packed with clients, and still able to get us in with no issues. Super professional and nice, clean and friendly! I even changed my mind on color and there was no hesitation or complaints, and Sam helped me find the perfect color for me! I am very happy with my visit, and the next time we’re in AZ, I’ll definitely be back!

Found this place at a spur of the moment for hopefully a fill-in and pedi and I didnt have time to schedule an appointment but they took me in for just pedi but they were nice enough to do my fill-in as well. I got french tip very beautiful. Definitely will be going back and definitely recommend.

This was my 1st time going to this place. I am a hiker so picked the Greenfield special whatever pedicure to make sure the technician would remove the dead skins and cuticles. He did none of them. I used my nail to peel some of the skin while he was gone to get a towel and asked him to remove the rest of it. Did not listen. He was so distracted and kept speaking with his coworkers loudly. He would put 90% of the exfoliation cream on one of my legs and there was barely any remained for my other one. Also he scratched my ankle with the scrubber twice! My finger nails do not look even cause he didn’t take time to file them and the gel polish looks wavy and very uneven! I paid over $100 to go home with a bleeding ankle and uneven finger nails. This is pic of my ankle 3 days after!

After SO many different places over the years feel like we finally found a reliable amazing go-to! The staff is so amazing and great. We don’t get our nails done often but when we do we come here now. Never disappointed. They provide a wonderful service and great prices. The atmosphere is perfect 🤩

Had a great service from Sisi, she was patient and listened to what I wanted and gave me the best mani pedi.

I have been going to this place for years and they have been good but in the past year I have called and requested a nail tech and made an appointment a week in advance and have been called the day of the appointment to to tell me that the nail tech will not be in so I would be put with anyone. This has happened 5 times no matter who I request. The acting manager when I told her this today said well we cant help it if someone calls in sick. Five times?? Different people? If they dont want you to request someone then they should make that clear. I would not have a problem with being put with anyone but I have had several female nail techs here that have been rude so this time I requested two male techs that they said were working today and they cancelled one and said if we wait twice the time they will have the one guy do it. I will not be coming back and neither will my daughter or her friends you have gotten sloppy not like it used to be!

This is my favorite place EVER! You do need an appointment as they are very busy. ❤️

When I moved to AZ a few years ago, I needed to find the perfect nail salon. This was the first and only place I have gone. I have had the same nail tech for a few years now and Mai is awesome! In fact the entire atmosphere at Greenfield is awesome! I have told so many co-workers and others about this place. (Although I need to be careful or else I wont be able to get an appointment time!)

I am always able to get an appointment right away. The spa is very clean and I like the way that its decorated. The prices for services are very reasonable. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. My nail tech Jackie is a an amazing nail artist. Jackie can look at a picture and recreate it by hand. I get tons of compliments on my nails.

Ive been going to GFN for years. They have a great staff. Great polish selection and LOTS of chairs. Speaking of chairs, they have excellent massage chairs. They keep up with the latest trends and are always putting money back into the business. I wont be going anywhere else.

This is my absolute favorite nail salon, I’ve been coming here for years! All the staff members are so talented and very nice. I’m never disappointed when I leave. I’ve been requesting Kayla T lately (she does my nail shape perfect, I highly recommend her!!!) but really everyone there is amazing! I could go on about how much I love this place!! Make sure you make an appointment though, they’re really popular (because they’re so great!) so walk-ins are hard to squeeze in, so you might have to wait a long time!

This was my first time visiting Greenfield Nails & Spa and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The atmosphere and energy was friendly and welcoming. Lynn, the owner, accommodated me so quickly as I was a walk-in and the chairs were full. She attended to me personally, offering me water and beginning my gel removal until a manicurist was available. Vanessa gave me the best manicure and pedicure! She was engaging and fun to talk to, even with the masks on! The staff was sanitizing as they began and finished their services. Greenfield is for anyone who wants the best all around service!

This is one of the best nail salons that Ive ever been to. They do accept walk-ins but I so just making an appointment as they are always busy

My friend and I came here to do her nails with dip powder l. Everything looks good. But the lady did her nails. She did not cut my friends cuticle at all. We reminded her and she just put cuticle oil on and not cut AT ALL, not even use the clipper. My friend still have thick and ugly cuticle when colors on. Also she did not clean well and left glue with color stick on my friends skin. Not coming back again!

I place!!! If you make me go anywhere else I will compare it to GFN’s.You always walk in to friendly staff. Their nail Polish options are extensive. They have great staff that interacts or just leaves you alone!This trip was with my BFF’s wife and daughter. It was relaxing and enjoyable! My friend even changed up her design in the middle and there was no fuss to accommodate. This place is a a gem and I’m so happy they are expanding and opened another location!Go, but make an appointment and don’t take my time! LOL

This was my first time going to greenfield nails. I explained exactly what I wanted, the nail tech reassured me that she understood my request. I got SNS and all of my nails are wavy. I had tips put on and the nail tech. filed the sides so much that it broke through to my natural nail! I tried to get them fixed but was met with some passive aggression. I was apprehensive about requesting any correction, I didn’t feel like a customer paying for a service and decided to leave. I had a friend come with me and her nails are horrible as well. Both our pedicures were amazing we are both satisfied. This place was very clean and organized but unfortunately I will not be returning.

My second time trying SNS, first time they were thick and had dips and waves in them, which I explained to my tech. I showed her a picture of the exact thickness and shape. My pedicure turned out nice. My SNS experience was pretty much the same as the first. This tech missed the sides of a couple nails and theyve got waves in them too. I showed her she didnt see the dips because she refiled a different part of them. I think it was a pretty place and clean but that means nothing if the quality doesnt match up.

We do not recommend this place because how they treat customers of different ethnicity. They insulted us because of our broken English and when we talked to owner he said he couldnt do anything because it was his wife. Very upsetting to have a business like this in our community.

Im glad I found this salon a few months ago! It’s a really popular salon, clean and pleasant ppl all around. The receptionists are nice and attentive. I see Lynn who is exceptional! She really delivers on any request I throw at her. She does a real nice squoval shape on my natural nails too. Super easy to talk to and real informative, which I need because I am new to the nail scene. $27 gel mani today, I normally do dip mani which are $35. Walk ins are welcomed but I like making an appointment because they are really busy! Plus they are really punctual and send out reminders too which is nice!

Absolutely AMAZING experience. I usually hate going to mani pedi ( I go becayse my daughter loves it ) but WOW! Very professional, so friendly and kind and most of all genuine. No fake smiles. Every one speaks beautiful English, no one talks behind your back and giggles like in other places. Will be back for sure

I always have a wonderful experience when I come here. This time, I got someone brand new. She had a few inconsistencies on my nails and left my heel dirty but it wasnt anything I couldnt live with. With the great techs working with her, Im sure shell be just as great soon.

I have been coming to GFN since moving here from Cali 8yrs ago. So personable and friendly (and GOOD!) the whole staff greet me by name when I come in! I will never go anywhere else! And their new location at Ray and 10fwy is simply gorgeous!

So i came in with two friends and i was the second to be seated and the first one out of my chair, and let me tell you, when i got up i wanted to cry, my nails looked horrible, the man who did them was rough and showed no care, he cut them too short after i told him i liked them long, the design i wanted was simple, just clear with black tips, all the tips were uneven and you could see my real nails through the acrylic, i do not know his name who did my nails but he had blond tips in his hair, i paid full price and even tipped him, i just felt terrible about my nails, they were uneven and just short and stubby, i feel terrible and i want them off

My fiancee and I love this place! Before Greenfield we were stuck with a bad experience time after time at another nail and spa place, even though the other location had really good reviews. We were so used to bad service being our norm that we were blown away with the friendliness and cleanliness of this facility.Greenfield uses clean tools and supplies for each person. The staff are quick, friendly, and efficient. They also have newer, nicer massage chairs.Greenfield Nails and Spa is great!

Ive been going here for about a year consistently now. Ive never had an issue with any of the techs and the polish always lasts a long time for me. Everyone is very nice and they have a large selection of colors to choose from!

Beautiful and very clean place. Like a few in the East Valley, very professional management, my favorite girl is Emily. She is the best for ingrown nails and She is excellent for manicure as well. She always listens and make me feel welcome no like other people that seems the customer is bothering them. Emily is THE BEST. Also I like that the girls are not in their cellphones when they are working or answering personal phone calls when they have a customer. No foreign language. They speak in English like it should be.

I definitely loved Greenfield Nails and Spa!I went there for the first time, and I had a very good time! I loved the Service (front desk), the environment, how organized and clean it is, and of course Alysson! I had my nails done with her. One of the best Organic Spa ever! Ive been getting my nails done here for over 3 years and I wont go anywhere else. The salon is always clean, the technicians are always welcoming and attentive, and my experiences have never been anything but great. I especially love that my regular techs care about me and have fun with me (Thank you Lin & Val )My only complaint is that everyone else is on to the greatness and now I have to schedule my apts a few weeks out in order to get the techs I want. Also, shout out to Tom and Lin for being such great management and keeping this salon so wonderful.

Clean and outstanding service. I love the deluxe pedicure package. The parrafin wax treatment is very hydrating. I have been here several times and have had skilled nail technicians every time. Very welcoming atmosphere. My only criticism is that the waiting area is very small.

Fiance and I just moved to Gilbert, AZ three weeks ago. Greenfield Nail & Spa is the first nail salon we went to for pedicures. The salon is very well maintained and has a high end look. The technicians that worked on our nails, Holly and Lynn, were amazing. Their personalities, their attitudes, the customer service they provided. Awesome! We will definitely be going back!

Only gave a 3 because my nail technician didnt listen to what I wanted, not even about my desired shape for my nails. I mentioned what I wanted several times but he ignored me.

I was very impressed. I called in last minute and they were able to fit me in. The gal that did my SNS dip and pedicure did a very good job and was very careful. It turned out great! Super clean and good prices.

I have been going to Greenfield Nails for years, however this last year I’ve been absent because of the distance from my house and trying locations near me. Today I decided to call and see if they had an opening. The owner Tom was able to get me in, let’s just say the distance was worth it. CeCe did an amazing job, my nails turned out exactly how I envisioned and couldn’t be any happier! CeCe’s touch was kind and gentle and held a conversation getting to know me! I will drive the distance and highly recommended CeCe and Greenfield Nails!

First time at this salon today! To say I’m happy with the outcome is an understatement. Will took care of me. I got the SNS dip. He was very attentive to detail. Each nail is perfectly rounded and shaped. I’ll be heading back for sure!

A friend recommended this place since Ive been very displeased with other nail salons. I can honestly say this is my favorite place my tech Cheyenne was super awesome, I play soccer so I always have alot of callus and she did a great job and I was super pleased with my pedicure. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back soon!

Recently moved here from NJ and have been searching for a nail salon that I could become a regular in. After trying out a few, I have finally found one I am very happy with. The place may be busy. But the people take their time with their work. I had a pedicure and an acrylic fill in with a design I found online. And the design came out awesome. Ive already made my follow up appt! :-)

I have NEVER left a review before. I felt this business was too good to not share how much I love it. Tom (who I think is the owner) is awesome!! I love his interaction with fellow employees! He creates an awesome environment. I feel like I’m one of the “buddies” every time I come in. Every tech has been awesome and listens to what I want. Recently I saw Kayla and I was telling her how I hate sns because it looks too thick but I love the benefits of it. She heard me and made my sns THIN! My nails look like they have gel but in fact is Sns. My cuticles always look awesome. I never feel pressured to do something I don’t want. I HIGHLEY RECOMMEND! Don’t walk, run to them! 🤗

My sister and I came in for gel pedicures. The receptionist greeted us right away and everyone was friendly. We didn’t have to wait long at all. Both of our technicians were attentive and had great conversation! We laughed and really enjoyed our experiences. I will never go anywhere else ever again! I love coming here for a clean and hygienic, professional pedicure from a very friendly and capable group of people. I have had pedicures in many places in different cities and I believe this to be my favorite. As a man, being comfortable getting a pedicure in a salon of females, can be off - putting, but not here. Everyone, from the always pleasant and friendly owner, to my personal favorite pedicurist, Kathy, greet me with warmth and exuberance each time I come. I always look forward to my next visit.

I was waiting to pick up my child from the learning center next door and decided to treat myself and get a pedicure. I had a very sad experience here of the nail tech openly mocking me to others around me and surprisingly no one did ANYTHING to stop her. She was so rude and not once apologized. I understand sarcasm and teasing but this was not that. I hope she doesnt treat other women this way. I will not be coming back or reccomend anyone go here.

The first time I went here it was amazing. The gentleman who did my nails was so polite and I got exactly what I asked for.The second time I went the woman who did my nails did an amazing job but charged me $5 extra for shape. Which I was surprised cause I never specifically asked for that service but I didnt mind paying it cause the work was amazing. So I told myself I should communicate more clearly next time no prob.Then today I went in and the girl (different from the second time) who did my nails started to file and shape and I very politely asked her if what she was doing was extra. She paused and said with slight apprehension No why would I charge you extra....it your real nail. I said, Im sorry I only asked cause they did last time. She stopped and said sharply Where? Here? When? At this point I wasnt trying to argue so I let it go.Then 10 mins goes by and she starts to file my finished nail. I then very calmly and politely said. Coffin shape please. She then stopped and raised her voice and said I KNOW thats what Im doing.I was shocked at her response. I was at NO point ever accusing her of not doing it correctly...we had never discussed a shape and I didnt want her to get confused that they were square. Then she WOULD NOT STOP talking about it and defending herself. I can only compare it to when my adolescence son talks back and wont let it go. I had to tell her You are making this a way bigger deal than it needs to be can we please stop talking about it? I apologize for trying to communicate with you regarding my needs as a customer I know now not to from here on out.Then awkward silence the whole time. And to top it off I cant stand my nails, some of my nails are square and crooked and some are coffin shaped. But I dont DARE mention it to her as communication is frowned upon in her method of customer service.Whats sad is I always tip $10 but not this time....I have never stiffed someone on a tip until now. I WAS going to come back tonight with my daughter and get 2 pedicures but I will be taking my business elsewhere now.✌️

I am really picky about the nail shop I choose. I was given a toe infection that left my nails brown from Angelic Nails and Spa in Gilbert. My nails are now brown and Im am ashamed of it. I decided to try a new place based on reviews. I gave this place a chance. I have been coming for several months now and Im satisfied. I have seen a few different nail techs and I have narrowed it down to Anna . Anna is very professional and makes me feel really comfortable. I had an ingrown today and she took her time and I believe she got it out. The place seems very clean no problems so far. I highly recommend this nail shop.

One of the best nail salons I have visited! I made appointments for me and 2 others in the middle of the afternoon. Even though the afternoons are usually busy we barely had to wait. They were very accommodating, professional, clean, and calm. Their prices are about the same as other nail salons but you definitely get a better experience here. A small but significant thing that stuck out to me was that me and one of my friends were both getting manicures. They took us back separately and we were originally sitting apart from each other. I guess they noticed that we knew each other and let my friend come and finish her nails by me so we could chat. We didnt even have to ask but it was very thoughtful of them and I appreciated that. I will be definitely be visiting again!

I came here on a Saturday morning and the staff was very friendly. They have a great color selection and up to date equipment. The salon is also very clean, but its so crowded! There are so many people here that the wait times are too long to bear sometimes.

We were on vacation and I needed my nails fixed and filled. I chose this location based on the reviews and Im so grateful I did. Apple was my technician and not only did she do an incredible and efficient job with my nails, she also waxed and tinted my brows. She seemed to instinctively know what I liked! Amazing, gentle soul that any patron would be lucky to meet! Thank you Apple for blessing me.

Ive been going here for about 2 yrs. and NEVER had a bad experience. They are professional and have great personalities. I have been to several salons in the last 25 yrs. and this is the best. Salons I have been to speak their language and make you feel like they are talking about you. This salon they all speak English never ever heard one speak their own. The one star reviews I have read are bull. If you are unhappy then why did you return. This salon does get busy, to insure that you get in make an appointment. Also, realize if the customer before you runs late its not the salons fault. I have seen them do their best to get walk-ins in especially when they are busy, but they can only do so much. I always make an appointment and if they run behind they offer to have another tech start til your tech can get to you. They have always done a great job and I am a very picky person. Salon is very clean and sanitized. I have seen several 5 stars in which they deserve.
