Been here 3xs this time was not good. My nails were done very sloppy. The lady was insisting I’d get power dipped mani & pedi even though I told her twice no thank you. The colors were not at all what I wanted…it looks like something I could of done at home. Will not return.

Within two days of getting my nails done two had broke off …I took these pictures today …this is the fifth day and six nails have broken out of nowhere…. I didn’t hit them on anything or do any strenuous activities they are just popping off …. I went on the second day and asked them to fix the two they told me I had to pay six dollars a nail…waste of time and money…. never again!!!!

Y’all think these one star reviews are just picky. I wish I would’ve read them before I wasted my life here! THE ONE STAR REVIEWS ARE VALID. I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to this bogus nail place. Walked in at 6pm to get pedicure and nails done. 7 pm rolled around, still waiting for paint on toes,,, it wasn’t busy. Pedicurist ran to bathroom..: looked at toenails while she’d gone and decided to clip them myself since it would’ve take too long for lady to do it. Decided to leave since I have a 5am flight to catch for my grandfathers funeral. Told them I’d pay for half of pedicure. They charged me full price and then asked me to sign the receipt. Took receipt and walked out, I did not agree to this price, it was a halfass job and I will pay a halfass price. These people are slowww, over promise and under deliver. Never in my life will I NOT go to AURORA NAIl at aurora nail BAR. They are quick and efficient and AMAZING. wish I would’ve gone here to begin with, now I get to go to Texas with disgusting nails and toes. Yay me.

Love this place. My daughter and I loved our nails. My feet were horrible and came out so soft and looking so festive. Thank you ladies!

Lee is wonderful! I had the dip done. He listened to what I wanted and helped me find the colors that I was looking for. They are perfect and not to thick Everyone is very friendly and it is very clean.

Wouldnt recommend this place at all. Incredibly sloppy. Left with my fingers covered in excess dip powder and polish. My tech cut my fingers several times with her drill, then filled my cuts with nail glue to stop the bleeding.Update: after only having the dip manicure for one week, it has already chipped. I have never had a dip manicure chip this quickly

This place has no customer service whatsoever I walked in there and of course they had me sit down and pick colors then, when I didn’t like any of the colors, the girl brought in more colors but I told her I am just going to look on the Internet and see if I can find some designs. anyways once they called me to go to the seat it’s like you’re being rushed into it they keep calling and calling you I barely got out of my seat come on now. The worst part was that they didn’t follow any COVID-19 guidelines they didn’t clean and disinfect the chair where the other person previously sat nor the counter at the table where they were doing his nails. it was dirty. so I was observing all this and then guy that was sitting next to the lady the owner Tony was being totally rude to me he was asking me if I was looking for somebody or why was I looking around. I mentioned that I had never been here before and I was checking out the place I noticed that the ventilation was also not good at all. I can smell all the dust from the acrylic nails I mean it was bad and you know this is allergy season and I have asthma and i even had my mask on and I could smell this. The guy was just being a jerk about it saying that everything there was working but he was being mean about it so the other lady turned on the fan for me which just made me cough more. Then the guy was giving me dirty looks and I was like OK so I guess you don’t want my business you don’t want me to do my nails here and he said yes fine thanks. I didn’t even do anything I just pointing out the obvious that they’re ventilation system is very bad and the guy got angry and started being a total jerk raising his voice at me. I don’t need to come into a place like this and be questioned about why I am looking around. I have to make sure the place is following the Covid guidelines. there are other places where the customer service is 100% better if it wasn’t for the customers they wouldn’t be making their money and they wouldn’t be in business. they definitely do not know how to run a place. I will never ever come here nor will my friends.

I took my wife to this place to get her nails done. When she opened the door the workers were very rude towards her. They stated they were busy and not taking anymore customers. You close at 7pm it was only 5:45pm. She felt like the problem was the color of her skin. I would hope that was not the case. She was able to go somewhere else that wanted her business. That was the first and last time she will ever go there.

I highly recommend this place!!! They are always so nice and leave me very satisfied. I love the lash extensions and eyebrow waxing and of course my nails always come out amazing!!

I have been going here for about 6 months and have seen Nancy all but the first time. Most places makes my cuticle bleed. And she is always very careful. Being diabetic, I am a bit over careful about cuts. I really like the style she does for me, as you can see from the pictures :)

Best place to have your nails done. They do A GREAT, BEAUTIFUL job!!!!! Your nails will look very natural and healthy. Nice environment, great people, great quality, great furniture, great massages! They care about you and they have good prices. They do EXACTLY what you want. I LOVE this place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 💅💖

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Wasn’t greeted, lady was rude! Kept giving me dirty looks. Never asked what I wanted, then calls someone else to do the job!!! SHE WAS ROUGH AND STARTED DOING WHAT SHE WANTED!!!! Cut me three times! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE OR RECOMMEND ANYBODY GOING THERE!!!

I went for a pedicure and a gel manicure and the gel manicure ended up being horrible. The girl who took care of me was rushed and they were extremely poor quality. However, I called when I left and the girl at the front desk was very kind and said to come back and they’d fix it. Craig texted me and when I returned the next day he took care of me. They look amazing now. I’ll definitely be asking for him next time and the gentleman, Michael, who did my pedicure was great as well! I appreciate a place who fixes when there’s a mistake and now I just know to ask for Craig. :)

I ran into this salon to get a quick gel manicure after a recommendation from my mother-in-law. Traci did my nails, I like a very subtle color and she knew exactly what I was looking for and added the perfect sparkle to it as well! Traci paid attention to every little detail and was meticulous. They turned out AMAZING!!! I am in love with them and this salon! Will definitely go back again, thanks Traci!

The nail tech I usually go to at another location was out of town on vacation, so I Googled other nail salons and found that this one was close by. I called at 12:30 to see if I could come in at 1:30 for SNS on my nails and was told that I could. It was a Friday so I wasn’t surprised by how busy the nail salon was, but I was amazed by how quickly the nail tech finished my nails and she did an excellent job! Even with all of the other customers that were in there at the time, I was in and out in an less than an hour. I may have just found my new favorite nail salon.

I had an amazing experience at this salon. My wedding was the next day and there was definitely a time crunch, and the salon was so kind to my needs. I have to say, my nail artist, Gina, was spectacular. She is so easy to talk to and was very helpful in making my nails look stunning. She gave me exactly what I asked for and was able to complete a full set in record speed. I will DEFINITELY be returning!!!❤️💅🏻

This place has been my ONLY salon for at least six months, biweekly. Ive had great work done by the girls but Gina is MY LIFE!!! Ive never had a better tech, in 15 years of manicures. She is gentle, understanding and so real. I love how she can keep genuine conversation 💞 I wont go anywhere else

Stayed late to finish my nails, re-did a design on one nail because she didnt really like it, without me saying anything. Ask for Kathy, she is very knowledgeable and great at designs!

I went to Prestige nails last week for the first time. Im new in the area and thought they were a good place to go after reading the reviews. I went in to get a full set of acrylics. I have had acrylic on my nails for over 25 years. I took a break from having my nails done because I was moving. I was extremely dissatisfied. My nail polish is not smooth. You can see lines and bumps. Im not happy with how they look. They also ask you as soon as you go to pay how much of a tip you want to give. I really dont like being put in an uncomfortable situation feeling like Im obligated to leave a tip. I also felt like it is like an assembly line. Because of these things Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

I used to come here all the time and now they are horrible they get mad if you have kids they made me have someone else hold my daughter and they ripped me off I got a full set and a classic pedicure they charged me $106 I was with two other people that got full sets the deluxe pedicure and their eyebrows done and there’s was less that mine!

Went in for a basic pedicure (which I upgraded for callus removal, heals still rough🤔) and while drying she asked if I wanted my fingernails done. I said no. After polishing my toes she asked again about my nails. I said no! She proceeds to get water (cold water, may I add) to soak my nails. She says I will do your cuticles. Thinking she was just being nice. She asked. Want a buff and shine. I say no. She does it anyway. Still thinking she is just giving extra guest service while my toenails dry. We get to the checkout. Nope! She charged me an extra $12 for the services I said no to at least 5x. Dumb me still tipped her $8🙄. The sad thing is, I really liked her at first.

If you love a good pedicure see Kathy! She did an amazing job.

I have been going to Prestige for the past several months and the new ownership has made a HUGE difference! Its is family owned and they truly care about their clients and the quality if their work! If you have not tried the Gel Pedi, its an ABSOLUTE must! If you are into designs, Amy is your gal, so amazing!!!! They never disappoint and priced just right!

There was only two ladies in the store with 7 people sitting in chairs. If they were poorly staffed they shouldn’t of tried to take more people in. Sat in the chair for two hours and did not even get a full pedicure. They were jumping around from person to person and when they finally did our nails- it was sloppy and TERRIBLE.

The best nail salon in Gilbert! Had a pedicure that was amazing and also had some waxing done. They are only a mile from my house which is just a bonus. Will definitely go back.

This place is absolutely horrible! I made an appointment because I know it can be busy. 30 minutes after my appointment time they put me in a chair and let me wait for 45 more minutes. They said “this is a busy time”. I said, “I’m well aware of that and that’s why I made an appointment”. The only response I got was “oh”. Absolutely horrible business. Don’t take appointments if you’re not going to honor them.

I was a walk-in. And they had me in a seat right after picking my color (this was a Tuesday). I usually get ingrown nails and they took care of it without thinking about it. The homered my coupon even though I upgraded my pedicure. It has been a long time since I found a place like this where they will make your nails healthy. If I dont have to pay mor for the treatment of the ingrown nails I will pay them anyway :) very pleased with the service

Had the mani pedi done. It was nice and relaxing. The only reason why not 5 stars is because I did not want polish on my fingernails and so the tech mentioned buffering the nails to a shine. I agreed. Was charged 5.00 for this which was not disclosed prior. When a service costs extra, disclose the price prior to the service.

I get SNS dipping on my fingernails and love it! They do a great job and I have not had any problems all the times I have gone.

Nails were not done properly. When I would ask for something to be done to my liking I was looked at as if I didnt know what I was talking about. Nail polish started to chip so I just took it off. 2 days later my nail has cracked. I got the Mothers day special that was supposed to be $47 dollars. Ended up paying $60 because he said the length was another $13. Never will I go there again.

They are always so nice and quick to get me in. I’ve been coming to get my eyelash extensions done too and they do a GREAT job!

This place was terrible !! I was given such attitude on how i would like my nails done and i asked so politely. Craig Lim was my nail technician and he was so rude to me, he mocked the way i asked for my nails to be done and gripped my hand tightly when my hand accidentally twitched. I was be-littled and felt like a very unvalued customer. also i don’t like the way they pressure you into tipping. i understand it’s polite but when you are treated terribly i don’t tip and he stood there asking for his tip. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. they have such a bad attitude, especially when you would like to change something. !!!

Ive been going here for a couple of years. They are very friendly and they do a nice job with their manicures.

Three of us went together to try out this place, and it was horrible. First, my niece wanted a French manicure with some simple artwork (a pink streak), and it looked like it was drawn by a kindergardener. Then, regular nail polish remover wouldnt remove the polish! Then, I got the shellac, but less than a week later, my polish was chipped. I got a standard French manicure on both my hands and feet, and both were horrid. On my hands, the white went straight across, not curving with the whites of my nails, leaving little corners of the white part of my nails bare. Not only that, but the uncurved line was even crooked on a couple of my fingers, which made them look deformed. The manicurist made the white on my toenails so wide that it was wider than the clear area and made my nails look like they had grown out way too far (disgusting!). Our friend that accompanied us found that the manicurist did not fully remove her previous polish, which left her fingers and toes with a bumpy appearance (gross!). Three strikes, Prestige is out!

They were busy and instead of telling us to come back they said it would be about a 15 minute wait. We waited for over an hour and I paid $45 for acrylics that were ready to fall off in 4 days.

Did an absolute horrid job on easy peasy Gel polish manicure. Rushed it... ITs staring to peel and I just went yesterday. I cant say Ive like many nail places in gilbert but this one was by far so bad I had to come on here to leave this review.

I used to go to Prestige Nails in Gilbert every other week to get my nails done prior to me going off to college. When I returned after college I had gone back to get a normal french manicure being that I was getting engaged! I received that manicure on a tuesday, by wednesday three of my nails had already chipped. So on thursday I went back to prestige to get them fixed...the manager did them quickly and at free of charge. I figure after that they would be fine. NO...by friday I had a big air bubble under my thumb and my ring finger had chipped...when I woke up saturday morning I found half of my nails laying next to me in bed...Furious by this point. I will be going in today to demand my money back...Never going back there again..and on top of the cheap product the girl that gave me my pedicure called the quick one-two rub on my legs a massage. Place went down hill real fast...

One day later, gel already chipped and havent done anything today on top of the shape being hideous. Oh and they have a no refund policy 😃
