Trina at Palazzo nails is the absolute best. I have gone to Trina for 10+ years and she is the most detailed, best nail tech I have ever used. She specializes in nail art. Trina always takes her time and I end up with exactly what I wanted. I get compliments every time she does my nails. Great place to get your nails done. I highly recommend!

Ive been going here for 3 months now, I usually get my nails done unlike other and like extra little things, and they always provide. I usually leave as happy as ever , everyone inside is very friendly and accommodating. Also I love their lotion the lavender scent is my favorite 🤫❤️👌

So happy about my full set with gel. I also got a pedicure. Pedi with sugar scrub, mud mask on my calves, paraffin wax as well as hot rock massage.Friendly, took their time. Followed CDC guidelines for safety. I will be back!

Ive been coming to Palazzo nails since they first started. I have never had a bad experience and always so proud to show off my nails when I leave. Tyler is my nail tech and I highly recommend him. He can do some beautiful art work on your nails too! 💘their pedicures too!

I come here every 3 to 4 weeks and get the SNS on my natural nails. I absolutely love the outcome of them every single time. I also receive the best compliments on them. Finding someone who can do SNS and still keep them on the thinner side is harder to find then you would think. They always excel on all the services I have had done here.

I like getting a mani and pedi and being new to the Gilbert area needed to find a place to take care of my nails.Found Palazzo on Google maps. 4.5 rating so I went with it.Perfect for me. They fit me in with a full schedule on a Saturday late afternoon.They were attentive and did a great job.I got the basic mani and pedi and even tho I have a small ingrown toe nail, the tech did a fantastic job and did not hurt me and always checked to make sure I was ok.Definitely returning.

I went in, and was seated right away. I shows the guy multiple nail designs, and he said no, no, no, I think showed him a basic ombré set, he said we don’t have those colors, yellow & orange. (They were being used by lady next to me). He then told me I need to not come in afternoons or weekends because I like my nails long. It took him over 2.5 hours for a basic nude coffin shape, and it doesn’t even look good. My nail tech was very rude, and seemed to hate his job. When I went to pay he said it was $85 dollars. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. WASTE OF MY TIME.

I had my first visit at Palazzo yesterday, and Hannah did my dip manicure. I love her! She is so sweet and did an AWESOME job on my nails. She was very detailed and had a gentle touch (I have been other places where I feel like they are going to file my skin off). I will definitely schedule another appointment with her in 3 weeks!! The entire staff is so nice and welcoming .... But Don is the best !!! I have ingrown tonail beds and he is so gental when removing them. My nails look amazing when i leave, the products are great quality and they really take their time. Just at this appointment alone they have turned away 4 people rather than rush on my services just to squeeze more people in. Totally worth every penny and the hour drive from my house#LoveMyNailTech

Did french manicure & pedicure. Less than a day its coming off. No touch up when they said they would.Pedicure paid $45 but awful job.Asked to wash hands before doing the service & stated she washed in the back.Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been a customer of this salon for a couple of years when covid hit I havent been in since. Here we are August and Im finally ready to get a mani/pedi after failed attempts to do from home. Im miserable doing them from home. I call the salon to find out what precautionary measures theyre taking, nervous to take the step to finally go to a salon, and the guy that answered the phone did not understand me. Another guy got on the phone, clearly agitated told me hes not going to through the whole seminar with me but they do abc and made it known hes really too busy, its close to closing to be explaining anything to me. I let him know how rude he is and he went on again how busy he is to explain.Shocking any company right now would be too busy to explain the safety measures they are taking considering the way of the world currently. Him not being an A hole would afford the company he works for a paying customer and in my case a better than average tipper. Due to this treatment I will never be back to this salon and Im incredibly disappointed and a bit sad. I loved this place and Lena gives the best pedicure Ive ever had.Note, I found this place when Galaxy Nails was and hour wait on a Saturday morning. Palazzo was empty. I thought I found a hidden treasure, maybe it is because they treat people badly.The person who I spoke to wouldnt even give me his name and just hung up on me.I hope someone reads this review and chooses not to go spend their hard earned money there. They dont care about your concerns about cleanliness.

When the owners were switched, only 2 or 3 techs are good, they are always booked. Last time I was there about 2 months ago, I waited to be seen ONLY to realize that she either hated her job, having a bad day or just inexperienced. She finished me and moved on to her appt. I asked another tech if I could speak with manager and was told they wasnt there. The tech asked what was wrong, I told her to look at my nails. She immediately fixed them and apologized for the ugly work of her co worker. I will NOT return. I will say the layout and decorative of the salon is fabulous. The sinks are phenomenally unique.

Amazing staff!!! They had me after I walked in there praying that they could fix my nails that another salon had just completely butchered (I was ugly crying, it was my birthday), and I was smiling by the time they were done! Theyve had me as a customer and Ive sent them plenty of other business since! The shop is beautiful and their work is amazing. Def recommend!!

This is my 5th time getting the Royal Jelly pedicure and it just gets better everytime! Over an hour and a half of pure relaxation. My legs and feet feel so nice, and the polish job is done to perfection.

My husband and I came and got the most amazing services, our pedicures were the best we ever had and my nails turned out wonderful. This is a definitely the place to go when you live here. The owners are awesome and did a wonderful job and the price is affordable 😉

If I could give no stars I would! This place used to be great before it switched owners. The young lady giving me a pedicure asked me if I wanted to cut my nails on my toes, I said yes. And after she was done with one foot, I looked at my foot and she had cut them SO short that there was no more nail left. So I said something to her that they were cut too short she said “you said you wanted them cut, I said yes, I did but NOT this shirt”! Ugh - won’t be coming back here ever again.

I came in and got a pedicure and manicure, the pedicure was great! However I got french tips for the nails and two days later they have all completely chipped off after not doing anything.

This is definitely not as great as the previous owner, over priced the cheapest pedi is $25. I went here and was trying to ask questions regarding the service I was wanting to get the lady just tells me to sit down with my daughter then walks away. When she came back I asked again and she still didn’t understand, no one bothered to help her. I walked out before the service started.

Skeptical at first since it use to be owned by Lovers Nails (a beloved salon I use to go since Ive moved to the valley). But as I immediately walked into the salon I noticed it had gotten a major facelift. I also saw there were more pedi chairs and it was very clean! I was happy to see that it looked more modern but I was not going to go just by looks. I looked at the menu and the prices went up a little (only familiar with the pedi pricing) but the treatments they offered within each service was impressive. I decided on the Palazzo Bomb Organic Pedicure and it was luxurious and soo worth the price! My favorite part was getting scrubbed with grapefruit halves along with the sugar scrubs! And the hot stone massage made me feel like a queen! The nail tech even practiced safe sanitation techniques along with a new plastic wrap for the pedi tub. Everyone else was friendly and I was surprised to see a few familiar faces! The quality of the experience I received left me very impressed, I plan on being back!

I dont understand why they dont use toe Separator when they do my feet..They always use paper to separate my toes. Mess up twice..once at the shop one at home. It happen all the times.Their nail polish take forever to dry..I dont have time to keep coming back to get my toes fixes..Paid $25..
