I was looking for a place nearby and had always walked by this little gem. What a surprise! You have to go to them! They are the bomb! Being essential has killed my feet and they worked wonders. I was so relaxed.

When you go to a new nail spot you want to go somewhere that lasts and does a great job. Let me tell you, this is the spot. My techs taken care of my nails a few times and each time is great.

I had previously visited a nail shop who absolutely destroyed my finger beds. I waited 2 weeks before getting my nails done but they were still in terrible shape. At here, my tech did a good job. I cannot emphasize enough just how thoroughly and thoughtfully she did my nails.

Awesome job I found my nail home

I went here last week with my best friend to get our pedis & manicures. I got a dip manicure which in the past has lasted 3-4 weeks. Everything was great until 3 days later I had my first chip, on day 4 I had 4 nails chipped. I called them, I was out of San Diego and had them fixed again. And then they charged me $20 to fix. I won’t be back. I should have been fixed for free.

As always Jennifer is fabulous and does an amazing job! Everyone is always so sweet and friendly. Love love love!!

I have been coming here for 8 years. I refuse to go anywhere else to get my nails and toes done. The Owners are always so welcoming. Kevin is the BEST! Everyone in the salon is GREAT. Walk-ins are welcome but its always best to call a head of time because the do tend to get busy. I only recommend Elite Nails! :)

I have been coming to this nail salon for over 5 years. I have had nothing but wonderful customer service. All of the technicians are kind and go out of their way to make sure you are happy with the way your nails look. The pedicure chairs are comfortable and there are many colors of paint to choose from.The shining star at the salon is Lynn. She always makes sure my manicure looks perfect. I had been doing gel manicures and she recommended SNS dip to keep my natural nails strong and healthy. I am so glad I switched. Her kind personality, attention to detail and advanced skills will keep me coming back for more years to come.

Nice clean well run business. The customer service was great. The nail techs made my two little girls feel special helping them to pick out the nails they wanted and took the time to do a good job at the same time. You could tell they took pride in their business.

I have been going here for 26 years (my whole life) and I absolutely love the staff. It is my home salon and no matter how many years go by the staff is always friendly and always remembers my family and I by name. It is important to make connections with regular customers and I appreciate them making time to catch up and stay connected with me! I make it a point to never pick a specific person to do my nails because I like to get to know all of them and I am always satisfied with whoever I get. My faves are Jennifer, Tracey and Lisa. Lisa has been my longest connection with Elite nails, Tracey is my sister’s favorite and Jennifer is who I have received service from the last two visits. She has an amazing personality and makes me laugh every time! Thank you Elite Nails fam! I always look forward to coming back!

I give this place Zero starsI came into this nail salon yesterday 8/29/2019I was there to get a simple manicure.Usually manicures consist of you getting your hands washed/sugar scrub, nails filed, lotion, etc and then the technician paints your nails (you know the usual)( I am an avid nail bitter)I specifically wanted my nails cleaned up so that they looked better than my usual nail bittingWell due to my nails being “short” the technician said she would only be painting my nails and not doing a regular manicure since I didn’t need itLong story short I didn’t get a manicureI came in to relax and have the “experience” of a manicure and feeling like a girl afterAnd they completely refused to give me a manicure and just wanted to paint my nails something I could do myself.Honestly this place is terribleRight across the street there is another nail salon by the grocery store that will do a much better job

I have been coming here for 10 years. Every tech Ive had has been wonderful. I feel people come here for a relaxing experience. For about the past year the music has gone from quiet and Zen to LOUD rap, hip hop, anything but relaxing. This is enough to make me look for another place to enjoy 40 minutes of peace. A nail salon with dishonest employees. Watch your money if you come here. Tried it out before I took my 2 daughters in. Employee was in such a hurry that she grazed my polished nails 3 times and never redid them. She was about to put lotion on my arm and hands with my watch and ring on. I had to stop her and have my husband take them off of me. Tells me after doing my nails that it’s going to take 1 hour for my nails to dry. I had no idea because I’ve always used gel. She had me place them in front of my a tiny fan, which, of course did not dry them. Then, she had the nerve to try to swindle me by having the gal in the front tell me I owed $28 when regular nail polish was only $18. So then, she says taking off the old gel was $10. I said, “No, it says right here it’s only $5 so she finally says the right price, $23. Unbelievable!

Best nail place in Gilbert! Every time I go somewhere else I regret it. They are priced well, super clean, and even though often busy can always get me in quickly. They do a great job and have a ton of colors to choose from, whether regular, gel, or even powder/dip. I won’t go anywhere else

I am absolutely shocked at the horrible (EXPENSIVE) service I received here today. I have been coming here for about two years and I swear they have jacked their prices up, and have let their customer service drop tremendously.$65 for a simple FILL and classic pedicure?!?!This was after I signed in, and while waiting for my fill 4 people who came in after me without reservations got to be serviced before me. I ended up waiting longer than 30 minutes before they finally took me back to soak my feet where I waited yet another 30 minutes for my pedicure. This is the second time this has happened to me.My fill was after, I didnt do anything fancy and it was a $35!!!!This place used to be my favorite place, and only place to get my nails done.NOT anymore! WAY overpriced for crappy and simple service.

THIS SALON IS THE WORST. DO NOT GO HERE. And the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!!!!!!!!!!! Long story short. Got my nails done. Kelly made my natural nails look like press on’s. It was horrible. Came back and got them corrected by someone else and was happy. Went to leave and the OWNER pulled me aside (figured he was going to apologize for previous experience) but instead.... ready.... TOLD ME I COULDNT MAKE ANOTHER APT HERE UNLESS ITS WITH JENNY. I can’t come in and see anyone else. I’ve never done this by the way so I already felt weird but when you pay $$$ you want to like your nails. If not leave loving them. I will never go here again. He also “advised me” to never show a nail tech a picture of a color and expect them to match it. (I showed a pic of natural nude pink) left with a neon bright pink and was told it would lighten in color. I can’t express enough how horrible this experience was.

Always feel amazing after I leave this place! Both places are in this complex and have amazing nail technicians. Always spotlessly clean, NO chemical smells like some other places, and very tranquil. I love coming here. Make an appointment on weekends.

I made an appointment , and was there early but still I had to wait 15 minutes , and the lady argued that appointments was no fixed time , I think they do not understand the meaning of appointment, I would consider that to be ride instead of apologizing , service was okay , even with the high price ,

I got a pedicure today and they completely overcharged me. I even asked why the price was so high and if they raised their prices. The guy said “no” rather rudely. I was charged $58 for a gel pedicure before tip. I got the luxury pedicure which is $36 and adding gel is $10 (all prices are listed on their website). So I was overcharged by $12 with no explanation. And i even asked! I feel taken advantage of and will never go back.

I have been coming to elite nails for 5 years. I was so excited to be able to bring my daughter to get her first pedicure(nails painted). From the moment I walked in everyone was rude. Then the nail tech asked if I was married where was my husband dont I have anyone to watch my daughter. Then my daughter fussed a bit sitting down in chair, I said baby its just water if you dont like it we will leave. The tech said you cant stay here if she cries. First of all I would never stay there with her causing disruption not fair to others, but theres a way to handle things and how to make people feel comfortable of course she wouldnt want oBe there. We left went across the street where they were friendly and accommodating and my daughter did great and had fun! Lost customer for life and I will make sure my friends and family follow in my footsteps.

Went there today and I am cleaning up my feet tonight. Not a great experience. The gentleman doing my pedicure did not give me the treatment I was paying for. He massaged the fronts of my legs with very little lotion- when he did the sugar scrub they were dry so the scrub was too rough. He was silent and fast and did not do a good job. I hate when I go in for a pedicure and my feet barely touch the water. I like the soaking part. I did not get that today. I have polish around my nails on the skin. Very disappointed. Will not go back.

Not a fan, this was my second visit and same issues as the first time I visited. Thought I would give them another go but I dont think Ill be returning. The leg massage consists of the technician squeezing my shin bone in upward motions repeatedly for the full duration of the leg massage. this does not feel good!!! I had to ask her to stop and I have a high pain tolerance. Two minutes later she got to talking to the technician working on my mom, and I guess forgot I asked her stop because she started it again! I always feel rushed. Not a fan.

This place is amazing. Every technician is well trained and very professional. The atmosphere is relaxing and they always take such good care of me there.

I have been going to Elite since I was ten. It used to be amazing. I cant believe how bad its gotten. Owner is always nice because he knows me but the employees are horrible and rude. I wanted a full set today of ACRYLIC nails and the girl just put on gel and tried to charge me $60 for it. I asked for her to change them to what I wanted and she got frustrated, I finally just said to leave them but Im not paying that kind of money for gel. Not to mention they look bumpy and uneven. So disappointed, I used to love this place. ): will never be coming back here again and neither will my mother who is a regular since the guy who was doing her nails kept slapping her hand! Sad this place has gone so downhill..

Horrible customer service! Nails were uneven, the nail shape wasn’t how I wanted them, nail polish was clumpy, told them to fix them and they said they were gunna charge me more to fix them. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I was a loyal customer of Elite Nails for almost 15 years, ever since they first opened their doors in 2004 but I will NEVER go back there again! I always used to be happy with my experience and wouldnt think to go anywhere else. If someone asked, I was quick to recommend Elite Nails and confident they would enjoy their experience as much as I did... up until the last 2 years at least! For some reason they have done a complete 180 on all the aspects that kept me loyal to them. They now consistently give horrendous customer service and could care less when their customer is upset. The nail techs make you feel as though they are doing you a favor when it should be the other way around. Especially since the work coming out of Elite is nothing to be proud of. 9 times out of 10 I leave there highly disappointed with my nails not to mention my experience as a whole. The only thing you can count on besides the terrible service is that the prices are ALWAYS changing but yet they are extremely sneaky about it and wont say anything until you get up to the front to pay. First it was $20 for a standard fill, then it was $23, the next time it was $25, then $27 and finally somehow it was $40... All for still a standard fill! No gel, no design, no extra bells and whistles, only one polish, in fact I always have to provide that polish when going there due to a previous fungus issue. And forget about talking to the owners because they couldnt be bothered to care about anything you have to say, loyal customer or not. Actually that is probably where the techs get their horrible attitude and customer service from. Ive tried over and over again to give them another shot to redeem themselves but every time I go back, my experience just gets worse and worse. I wish there was a way to give ZERO stars for this review because that is truly what Elite Nails deserves but I guess Ill have to settle for one. Needless to say, I will never recommend them to anyone again! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere because they wont appreciate it anyway!

I have to say Ive gone to many nail salons over the years and have never been so happy! I go to Kelly and she is amazing! The first time I met her she was so nice, polite and kind. Listened to exactly how I wanted my nails and has always done a wonderful job. Everyone there is super nice. Very clean and soothing place. I drive almost 30 mins just to see Kelly:) I appreciate her so much! She works so hard and always has the best attitude! But dont everyone rush to her I still want to get in:) hehe I wish I could post a picture because today she did a Mickey Mouse theme for me and its awesome! Thank you!

I have been coming here for years and ever since they moved the man who runs it to the spa shop and moved a women over to the main nail salon she is awful. She has told us they are to full even if we are willing to wait. I also have had two bad experiences he first being that I told the lady I have skin under my toes and to pls not touch them so she continued to try and pick them out several times which is very painful. The second time I had a lady who could not understand me at all and kept trying to get me to put pink on when I do not want pink. Every color I chose which was painted on the gel nail example wouldnt show up on my toe more than one color. I then was charged $5 extra to do 5 coats so the color would show up. I do not appreciate this kind of service and these were the last two times I have come. I will have to find another nail salon To go to which makes me sad since this place has been so good for years!

Daughter went in for a full set of nails and came out with sausage finger looking nails! She had an appointment but they did not take her in until 30 minutes later then they proceeded to rush her because closing time was rapidly approaching. The girl who worked on her was so rude and knew darn well that she would have never worn her nails the way she did them on her. If I could give NO STAR I would! After I pointed out that her nails were unacceptable they became defensive. Listen lady this is your job and if you cant do it right maybe its time for a change. Also learn how to provide good customer service and admit when your work is done wrong. Stay away from this place!

I have gone to Elite Nails for quite some time now, yet they always are extremely rude. The only reason I continued to go back is they had a wide color option. Whenever I go the workers are always very condescending and pressuring. My last experience I went with my sister. She decided to get white nails and the whole time the lady was insulting her choice. Called the manager and he did absolutely nothing about it. After so many experiences of extremely rude workers, I think its safe to say that we arent going back there any time soon.

Two salons in one strip mall. Was able to get me in after 10 min wait. The man that did my fills was so busy looking at es ch customer thst walked thru the door made me think he had an appt and was gonna do me as quick as possibleHe cut my finger w the drummer. Muttered sorry. Didnt ask what I wanted. The same or new. And shook his head as if in disbelief. Overall my nails look nice and it was quick.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Seriously the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The lady that did my nails was extremely rude to me the entire time and kept repositioning my arm/hands super aggressively at one point she even demanded me to sit up straight. She filed my nails terribly with my left hand coming out straight and narrow and my right hand looking like duck feet. When I asked her to fixed my crooked nails she did so aggressively while talking to her coworker in disgust. I left and then came back later to speak with the manager about fixing my nails and the whole time the manager was fixing them she was yelling about how She never told me she wanted them narrow. She changed her mind, not me. When I told the manager that she was being extremely rude she preceeded to talk more quietly (still loud enough for me to hear her from the next row up) to the client she was working on complaining about me. In what world does it look okay when the filing on your hands doesnt match?! I wish I could remember her name but she is the one that sits in the second row back against the wall with spikey hair. I will never be going back here.

This is the worst place I have ever been to for a pedicure! The girl that did my pedicure talked non stop to the tech next to her and wasnt paying attention to what she was doing to me. For the leg massage she put one hand on the top of each leg and just moved them up and down simultaneously and it was very painful due to the lack of lotion. She never had 2 hands on a leg AND didnt use oil towards the end to prepare for the rocks which felt like she was scraping my skin off since my legs were already dry from the lack of lotion. She was bending my toes so much during polishing that I was ready to jump out of the chair from the pain. This is 3 days later and I think she broke my little toe because my foot is in major pain and I havent been able to walk for 2 days and have to go tho the Dr. tomorrow for xrays. Today is Sunday and dont want to sit in ER all day. You are literally entering at your own risk at this place. They are all in a major hurry to get you in and out and dont care about your comfort at all! Spreading the word and NEVER going back!UPDATE on this mornings post. I just got back from the foot Dr. and after xrays it appears that my foot is fractured by the little toe. I actually said ouch! when she tweaked it. I guess she should pay attention to her clients and be a tad more gentle!!!! Also when she went to take the white wrap that they put in between the toes to separate them she grabbed the paper from the big toe and ripped it fast towards the little toe tweaking it further and proceeds to say, I have to do that fast and quick. REALLY?? Since when? In my opinion she shouldnt be allowed to touch anyone. They are all in a big hurry to move you in and out like cattle so its not relaxing at all. Lost my business! Also the friends Ive told.

They were horrible to me. They made 3 of my fingers bleed. Then it took them 6 coats to put on my gel. It looked horrible. I said I didnt like it. So they took it off and asked me to leave. Wouldnt even try and fix their mistakes.
