Terry usually do my nails and she always does a excellent job but she wasn’t in so I allowed someone else to give me a gel manicure and pedicure. Never again! I got the $47 pedicure and she didn’t shave my calluses down and as far as the manicure!!! She literally dip my fingers in cold water, dried them, then polish them! As you can see she didn’t even push my cuticles back! SMH! Shame on her!! And I had the nerve to tip her! $100 down the drain.

QualityI called for an appointment and they were ready on time. The massage being long enough is important to me, especially if I am paying for a longer one. She did a good job with the time and amount of pressure.I love my new set Acrylic so much. They do wonderful job .I enjoyed the experience today.

I have been going to Island Nails for about 4 years now. I am always welcomed and remembered! Terry is my go-to person for my nails. Shes detail oriented and gentle but everybody there is fantastic and does a phenomenal job! Other places rush your service to get other clients in but they truly care about meeting your wants/needs. I highly recommend this place!

I have been here five times and have had mixed experiences good and bad….today was not good. The older woman was my tech and she cut open my toe and my finger. Apparently this salon is under new management but usually that means things improve not get worse.

Three times, Ive made an appointment and theyve taken walk-ins ahead of me, so Ive had to wait 30 minutes to an hour. Today I didnt have time to wait, and Im so disappointed that I couldnt get my nails done. Ill go somewhere else next time. Im a full time working mom, so Ill choose a salon that takes patrons within 15 minutes of their appointment.

Abby & Bella are thee absolute best! They are professional yet make you feel like a friend. Abby is super funny! Let’s just say… I can do without my husband but I CANNOT live without my nail techs 😉 jk babe I love you lol

Really great staff here, they really care about you and they remember little details about you and your stories and they love building a connection with you. The prices are a tad high but its well deserved. The parking lot is easy to get in and out of and there are always spots available to park. Overall a really great experience.

I highly recommend this place for all nail services! They are very friendly, professional, I have gone here for over 2 years and I have never had a bad experience. I always alternate between acrylics and gel manicures and they come out beautiful and every time! Every nail tech I’ve had is very gentle and the quality of their work is hard to find for their prices. I always enjoy getting my nails done here 😊

Really disappointed with this place. Came in as a group of three and my two friends were helped and I sat for 45 mins and still wasn’t helped. I then said something and she tried to lie and say the people she was helping had appointments even tho I was sitting there when they walked in and asked how long to wait.

I’ll explain how excellent, I drive all the way from East Queen Creek have try nails done.I’ve tried MANY places around my home - we happened in their shop when we were visiting from Colorado checking on our home we will building in QC and we were near their shop in Gilbert one day and decided to give them a try.Well now I make the 35 minute drive each direction because they are that good.I get dipped nails and they last me a good 3 to 4 weeks. The pedicures are amazing too. Splurge for the Deluxe, its well worth it!

I came to island nails and spa to get my eyebrows fixed after a disastrous home attempt and the lady who took care of me did a fantastic job! She was very courteous and checked multiple times to make sure she was doing exactly what I wanted with my eyebrows. 10/10 would recommend this place for waxing and Ill be going back for sure

Went in yesterday for a gel manicure and had a wonderful experience. I called ahead and made sure they had an opening, they said yes and I was able to walk in 20 minutes later and straight to their counter for manicures, which is pretty nice design rather than individual stations if you’re looking to get nails done with friends! I was just grateful that they didn’t bs me about their availability because I had to leave in an hour to pick up my daughter from a birthday party. They took their time to make sure everything was perfect and gave great advice on colors. Family friendly, clean, good prices, professional! I was frazzled from the day but I left feeling a little calmer and put together. Thank you all so much for the good experience and beautiful nails, I’ll definitely be back!

I was looking for nail salon and they got me in! The customer service is fantastic Im not sure if it was because they were slow? But I loved the service they provided to me. The lady who did my pedicure was a perfectionist and took her time my nail tech was a perfectionist as well took her time as well and corrected any lumps Ive never had service the way they delivered. Definitely will be going back.

Spa pedicure by Min was fantastic! High attention to detail, thorough, and so pleasant. Will be coming back to see Min(she pronounced it mine). Highly recommend you request her too😍 Only gave four because the clean up done on my hands by another tech left some bits of cuticle hanging, didnt clean under my nails after, and unfortunately neglected to give one of my hands the fabulous massage the other received! Kim of course wanted to make it up to me but it wasnt that big a deal, they really Care about their clients!

I called to schedule an appointment and went in yesterday. The lady was rushing and as a result, she made my cuticles bleed twice. My hands are very sore and my gel manicure is extremely sloppy. I am never going back there again and I will stick to my usual place.

Im new to getting my nails done and the first time I went to get a pink and white set at another salon I had a horrible experience that took over 2.5 hours. I went into this place to get a whole new set and Kim worked magic! I requested coffin nails and they did such a great job with the shape and also not making the acrylic too thick

Great, quick pedicure for only $20 and the staff and salon were so nice! It can be tough to find a new salon bc i’m wary about hygienic practices and when a salon cuts corners against properly disinfecting their tools or reusing pumices that should be one time use only, etc, but here you could clearly see by the sinks, the glass containers clearly labeled with disinfectants with used tools soaking, which were sitting next to the bin of labeled clean tools, which gave me peace of mind haha. This will definitely be my new go to place!

What can I say..I found a new place to take care of my pampering needs! I just moved back from NJ and was in DESPERATE need of a new salon. Teri and Hung were EXCELLENT! They were courteous, attentive and precise with all my request Hung even reduced the swelling in my legs and feet with his pedicure massage. Teri what can I say..she did a magnificent job on my full set and her coffin shape which many stylist mess up came out gorgeous. I went here based on recommendation. It was a terrible uncomfortable experience. I received a gel manicure and pedicure. My toe nails were not smooth but jagged and the girl cut me 4 different times with the cuticle scissors. The salon itself has a strong chemical smell, also The owner spent most of her time in a personal phone call. The day after my manicure and my hands are so sore. Never again.

Went in today for a pedicure. Asked for a standard pedicure and callus remover. The young lady cut my toes several times while filing & my heel is raw, cut, and bleeding from the callus remover. I didnt realize just how bad is was until I got home this evening. I can hardly walk on it. Absolutely the worst experience ever.
