I stopped in for a pedi. The women that greeted me was lovely.The woman that did my pedicure was rough and left my cuticles sore and raw. She did a great job painting but my feet don’t feel soft at all. I feel like I paid 40.00 for a polish. No calus removal.She was also rude. She started cleaning up while the polish was still drying. I asked her if she wanted me to get out of her way and she was like yes!I won’t be going back.

My sister and I came to simply nails for the first time this last weekend and it was great! We wanted a pedicure after waiting months due to COVID and Im so glad we tried this salon!

My manicurist is the sweetest! Loved coming here. They definitely go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with everything. Will be coming back.

My tech, she was very meticulous - paying attention to every detail as she went. I was very satisfied with both my pedi and gel manicure. Even a week later, both are holding up well.

My nails always look good, but every time I get this one lady, she always cuts my cuticle. Every single time. I have started getting anxious before I go because I know Im going to get cut again if I get her. Ive been cut with the cuticle tool and also the dremel.

I absolutely love Cloud 9 nails! They are very personable and talented. I always get the most amazing service here and everyone who works here are so kind and friendly. I have been coming here for years now and I always have an amazing experience. Holly, Aaron, Karen, Ken and Bill always make my experiences here memorable, not to mention they are all very talented nail artists. I will continue to come here for as long as I live in Arizona. Get the Cloud9 Nails Salon. The massage is amazing, and they make 100% SURE your skin is the softest it will ever be. Ive been running around AZ all week and so so sore, and needed this pampering. Dont forget to tip!

After the horrible service I just received at a local place that looked so grungy in person, it made me wish we had a Cloud9 Nail Salon in Tucson! It is by far the best nail salon Ive been in. It is very well decorated and extremely clean (no harsh smells at all) It has a luxury resort feel to it and the staff is very friendly and warm. Aaron suggested the powder dip and I loved the results! I won’t go back to gel ever again. I had been letting my brows grow out due to the bad shaping I received in the past. Holly shaped them and they look beautiful. I highly recommend this salon to everyone! Now to convince Holly to open up in Tucson!

Recently moving here from another state, I struggled to find a clean salon with kind nail artists that truly listened to my requests. I am very picky and I absolutely LOVE Cloud9. They are so nice, detail oriented and efficient. Their prices are very reasonable and I truly feel like I am getting a relaxing experience every time.

Staff was nice and the lady who did my nails was very nice and chatty(which I prefer). Very delicate with my hands while filing my nails and pulling extra skin around my nails. Very welcoming and I went later in the day so it was not busy whatsoever. Maybe 2 other people excluding my 2 sisters. Definitely would come again and recommend to others.

Today it was my first time at Cloud9. The place looks nice and very clean. Nothing super fancy. But OK. The person who did my nails was very professional and courteous. I liked it. And Im planning to come back soon.

I came to this nail place for the first time last week on Wednesday. I had to wait for something around that area, so I figured I would give them a try while I waited. I got three nails gel, and two chrome gel on each hand. My gel chrome nails were already chipped since Saturday and today I had a chance to go have them fix them. I didn’t blame them, I just told them nicely that they were done barely last week and they needed fixing already. The guy who greet me asked me who got them done, so I told him it was this lady (I forgot to ask name). She came and didn’t say anything to me at first, just started working on my nails. Then all of sudden she said “This is weird. This has never happened before. Please don’t do this again.” I asked her what did I do. She said “Just be careful with them. Don’t let this happened again.” Really??? She was blaming me for it??? That’s just something you would never say to a client... unless of course you had actual proof they messed them up on purpose. I wouldn’t do such a thing, not that I should have to explain myself. I’m sticking to my regular place from now on and avoid this bad taste I was left with for today 😒

Quick and friendly service with a nice selection of polish. They offer different levels of pedicures with reasonable prices. I tried the standard pedicure which included a massage and hot towel. Exactly what I needed for my tired feet!

I finally found someone here in AZ that could do awesome acrylics!The staff is super friendly and they engage with the customers, which I like. Very clean establishment, highly recommend them!

We took our daughter there as a Christmas present. She wanted 2 get her nails done so bad. I went with and it was great. I kinda wish that I hadnt gotten mine done 2 cause we were on separate sides of the salon so I missed a lot of the experience and emotions she was having.

Everyone is very nice. They really listen to how you like your nails, great job! Ive never felt rushed, theyre appropriately attentive. Great pedi too!

The worst pedicure I’ve had in a long time. The staff was very nice but the quality of my pedicure was not good. Barely did the callous remover, and didn’t even file or buff my nails at all. One day later and it’s as if I didn’t get a pedicure at all. Definitely do not recommend or will go back.

Im making this review for my Gf who was very very disappointed In her mani-pedi today. They took over 2 hours to do bot, her nails had drip Marks and you can still see the color from before. Also this location does not know how to do eyebrows which they advertise waxing...? Please teach these gentleman how to run a nail salon. She will never be back.

Just moved to the area and had a horrible experience at another nail salon so I came in here and one of the girls fixed my nails and I felt so welcomed. I think this is my new spot! Loved the outcome.

I was very excited when i came here months ago. Got a full set and a pedicure. The owner did my nails and before starting i warned her that i have very stiff hands due to some overlapping medical conditions that cause joint stiffness/swelling/tenderness etc. and that it can be difficult to do my nails but that i felt more confident having the naiks longer and pristine because my hands are often swollen and less attractive without beautiful nail ha.. she was very nice, said do not worry talked to me the entire time to ensure i was okay.. for the first time in a very long time i felt comfortable and not an annoyance! Or so i thought..Fast forward to my next visit and i noticed things were a tad more busy around the shop which i was happy about for them! Last time She told me she was worried about the lack of income and had mentioned before that business can be slow st times, but not too terriblybad. I asked if i should come back as i take a little longer and the owner who was so compassionate towards me at the frst visit said no, and told me to sit down at a pedicure station. I, being in a client/customer driven business for 12 years in the past can appreciate being a little stressed when things are busy, however.. i had a wonderful pedicure but when it was time to go back to the business owner to put on my full set she was so so stern. No eye contact, she kept complaining about my stiff hands and just pushing and pulling them, making big *sigh* *sigh* *sigh* and i felt more and more uncomfortable with the short commands she was barking at me that eventually i started to tear up a bit and got very quiet.. she finally noticed i think at the very end when applying the clear polish and tried her best to be sweet, even contented on how pretty the balls looked but the only thing i really wanted to best was an apology..but i couldnt say much because i was holding back tears which was obvious! I paid. I left. And i am never coming back.There is no need for me to feel sorry because i have a medical condition that makes it more difficult to work on my stiff hands. And repeatedly shouting relax your hands! isnt the cure.. if anything it makes me MORE on edge and more impossible for me to RELAX THE HAND!☹😥 i should have just gone with my gut and come back a different time..Angie

I have been going to cloud 9 for over 1 year and have always had good service. My nails and pedicures always turn out great.

I used to love this place my friend and I both gel nails done and we both had chipped nails by the end of the first day!! I get gel because they last so long not here they won’t last trust me!

The wife and I are regulars. They treat us like family. Always so engaging, respectful, funny, and warm.

Took my daughter to go get a pedicure before school. Was going to get a pedi off the kids item menu and was told she was older then the 12 and younger sign. My daughter is 11 and just because she is tall does not mean you get to tell me she cant get a pedi off the kids menu. Never going back again :(

I went one week ago to have a gel manicure. First time. Also, this is my very first bad review I have ever written. My time in the chair was extremely rushed and very unpleasant. My gel stayed on exactly 2 days and just peeled off . What a waste of money. I will never go back and I wound not recommend this salon.
