The customer service could have been better just by taking their time. I chose the cheaper pedicure and they seemed upset with my choice. (Like I should have picked a more expensive option.) it was very off putting. Other than that I am happy with how my toes look, basic but cute.

I am very upset that I came back here after months and they’re under new management, the place itself was nice and employees were okay, I had an appointment and felt rushed thee entire time and these were supposed to be my birthday nails and this was probably the worst service I’ve had, rushed owner was having a panic attack and rushing through a gel manicure with French…. You cannot rush French because then it isn’t matching and it’s not good. I won’t be coming here again I really cannot believe the OWNER cannot handle stressful situations let alone 3 employees on a weekend including herself. I felt bad but at the same thing I’m a PAYING customer. Just very upset and supposed to be my birthday nails sadly :/

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS NAIL SALON. Made appointment for 2:30 told me to come back in 40 minutes still were not ready when I can back said it would be another 30 minutes.... absolutely ridiculous! They have no customer service or time management skills! Also had a 4 year old who really wanted her toes done so did not leave happy. Save the trouble and find somewhere else.

Very nice place. I really enjoy having manicure and pedicure at Hot Spa Nails. Very clean and usually pretty prompt about appointments. I highly recommend this place.

Lili is an amazing person with a kind and welcoming smile. She remembers you and is very skilled at what she does. She was there for me going through breast cancer and would make me feel good. She drew the best pink ribbon! Excellent prices and service.

Had gels put on at Christmas, this is my second fill and instead of putting new pink and white she painted in the white! Looks awful way to thick nails. I’m so disappointed that she would do this to a regular customer because they were busy when I made an appointment. Looking for another salon. Have waited another 45 min for a pedicure. May just leave.😔

My daughter and I enjoyed gel manicures and their milk pedicure. If you have not visited this salon for awhile you are in for a treat! The interior has been renovated and the technicians were pleasant. The salon is also very clean.

They had great service and workers. Respectful and did an amazing job! I recommend coming here if you want your nails done. The lady who did my nails was Lily, I recommend having her do them!

If I could Id give them 0 stars. Went in and 3 employees were just sitting there with no customers inside it was completely dead. I asked if they could do polish on my two little ones toes and a pedicure on me. A man got up from his seat and so no we have an appointment coming in right now. Ive never been in a place where they would pass up my business not even come back at a different time. I will never come back there again.

It was very welcoming and I was kindly greeted when I walked in. The lady who serviced me was named Lee Lee and she did an outstanding job on my acrylic nails. I was very satisfied with the job she did.

My overall experience is excellent, customer service is amazing. I love getting the gel nail which last about two to three weeks. I always recommend Hot Spa Nails to all my friends and family.

I have been coming here for a while I love their pedicure. The hot stone and hot wax does wonders for my feet. However this time I decided was going to get a manicure, I am going on a shirt trip and decided i needed a manicure. Well this lady was trying to get me to upgrade to gel because according to her the polish was going to chip in a day or two. I declined after that she went through my manicure so quickly. She didnt even clean up the edges of the polish. I was going to go there in 3 weeks for my wedding nails, but after today I think Ill go somewhere else.

This nail salon is very comfortable and friendly. I have natural nails and only go occasionally for a mani/pedi but have always been happy with the results (unlike another place I tried).

They are wonderful, always great service, prices are good. This isnt the closest shop for me but I drive a few miles extra because Im always happy there.

Rude, rude, and shall I say again RUDE!! Felt very rushed as it was 5:25 on a Saturday I came to relax and they said they could give me a pedicure. Well 6 pm hits and Im in the process of my pedicure when the lady tries to hurry my leg massage and make me feel horrible she is still working and everyone went home. They should of said they couldnt take me if they need to be out the door by 6 pm sharp. They made me me horrible and I didnt even get to relax. I really didnt want to tip her but I did because she did perform a service but that place I will not be going back!

Beware, they completely ripped me off. I visited with a friend. We both got a mani/pedi to celebrate her visit to AZ. I went with the $25 pedi and she the $20 pedi as she also had to have gel removed from her toe nails. For the finger nail polish, I went French gel and she did regular polish. I was charged $75 and she was charged $45. Absolutely ridiculous - stay well away. Unfortunately, I loved Lilly, but she was gone come price time with the gentleman in the spa. A shame!
