The salon is clean, and they are always quick to get you taken care of. Vivi has done my dip nails the last two times and honestly I have never had my nails done better. I plan to return here often!! Highly recommend😁

Building is tucked away and not very visible from the road. Inside it is fairly big with many pedicure stations. I was able to get right in on a Saturday afternoon. The products used were great! I loved the massage and the entire service. Looks like I have a new place to call home!Thank you!!

This was my first time to the salon, and definitely my last! Not only were they 30 minutes late for scheduled appointments, the salon was dirty! Figured I would give them a chance as they had great reviews and somebody else recommended them. The gentleman doing my pedicure kept wiping his nose and his snot with his gloves and I asked him to change them at which time he had an attitude. Didnt even clean my nail beds at all or file. Definitely wouldnt consider it a massage he rubbed lotion on my feet and that was it. Sorely disappointed and definitely will not be back!

They are always super friendly and welcoming and make you feel like family right when you walk in. I love how they paint my entire nail all the way instead of leaving a gap at the top.

I took my daughter here today for her first pedicure and I, of course, got one as well. I am not lying when I say this was the best pedicure I have ever had. Henry was fantastic and the Summer pedicure he gave me was amazing. He took his time while massaging my feet and calves. It felt amazing. Wendy did amazing with my daughter and she loved it! I will definitely be going back.

I love this salon! All of the technicians are very friendly and professional. They don’t try to upsell you too much and do a great job. I’m always very happy with my pedicures, gel manicures, and today trying dip manicure for the first time. Glad my mother-law- introduced me to QPolish.

I went in for a dip manicure after breaking three nails at the gym—my nails needed SO much work. Ruby gave me what I think is the best looking dip mani I’ve ever had. Perfect length, the dip was the perfect thickness so it looked like my real nail similar to gel (I’ve had too many dips look so thick). Everything was perfect and definitely coming back!

Nails chipped after 5 days! Gel.Two stars because I spent $200 on 3 pedicures and 2 Regular manicures which are fine but my gel nails are horrible! Ive never had them not last more than 5 days.Not to mention the nail tech kept coughing on my feet!

Absolutely love this place. First time customer. I made an appointment and when I arrived I didnt wait at all. They were ready for me most places you still have to wait a few minutes not here. I also took my 4 year old daughter for a mani pedi they have childrens chairs and sat me next to her. They did wonderful with her. Very clean place very large space. Great variety of services. Cant wait to go back. These are 2 weeks grown out and still look great.

I took my daughter for her first mani/pedi this week for her 4th birthday. She LOVED IT and they were so good and sweet with her. While she was doing that, I got the best pedicure of my life from Henry. Literally THE BEST EVER, and I’ve had a lot! This is a 30 minute drive from my house and I will be back for every pedicure going forward!

Great pedi’s. They use gel over over dip... and one hand is great but the other (pinky) not so much.

You always hear about women who have their favorite nail spot… I am turning 30 this year and didn’t really believe in having a “favorite salon” or nail technician, until now! I have always just gone to a different place every time, depending on who had availability. But not anymore, I only get my nails done here now. I always make an appointment in advance and I think that’s saying something because live four hours away, In Northern Arizona! I can’t say how much I absolutely love this place! It’s big, it’s beautiful, and it’s so clean! Not to mention my nails! I always leave so happy! My nails are always perfect! They have never hurt my hands or toes! I’ve had so many other salons damage or hurt my nails by nicking them with tools. But not here! I have had Eric do my nails the last two times and I plan on always scheduling with him! I showed him a picture today of a design off of Pinterest… And I’d say he nailed it! Pun not intended… LOL(I asked for rounded edges though, unlike the square shoe in the picture)

I have been a customer at this nail salon for over a year and I always have a wonderful experience. It is clean and they are always professional. They do a lovely job and their quality is always the best. My acrylics never break. They are never in a rush and want to give the best service possible for their customers.

I chose to go with the #6 Winter Spa pedicure (Jelly Pedi Spa) I chose the peppermint scent and it was heaven. As an Esthetician myself, I’m very particular about where I go for mani/ pedi services. I never felt rushed. Their staff made it an experience rather than just another client in their chair. I can’t wait to return for my next experience. Thank you, Q Polish Nail & Spa! Very clean and nicely decorated. The technicians gave me exactly what I asked for. My nails look very cute and the pedicure massage was wonderful. There was great attention to detail. Lotion the used for my legs and hands kept them soft and moisturized all day. Very happy with my experience.

Jason did a wonderful job; he was friendly and kept asking if I liked the services provided. He wasnt too rough but wasnt too gentle on the massage which is so important. I will definitely be asking for him again on my next pedicure service.

Waited over 40 minutes for my appointment that I made a week ago. Told them what I wanted on my nails they put on something different. I had gel they put on powder. Horrible pedicure by I think the owner. Some crabby man. Will never go again.Plus the basket of product brought out was all used up. I swear I got the last grain of salt on the tub for the salt scrub. Did not look clean.

That was the best pedicure. Just when I think they are done they pull out some other modality to make my feet and legs feel even better. Was a little rough at times but the end result were pretty toes and relaxed legs!

Hands down the best pedicure Ive had in years. They take the time and give you a good foot and leg massage. Fantastic quality and care. Cant rave enough about it!!❤

When scheduling the appointment, the team member was friendly, accommodating and helpful. My daughter and I have not received pedicures before so we went in with my friend this morning not knowing what to expect. The team members were so kind and respectful. They offered us a bottle of water right away. We didn’t feel uncomfortable or unsure at all. My daughter was super happy with her technician today and can’t wait to go back for her next appointment. The environment and culture was very comfortable, calm and relaxing. For a single mom that works full time, attends school full time and has to keep up with a very busy teen, this was the perfect Sunday morning break I needed! Thank you!!! Can’t wait to go back!!

This is my second time going there and they really do a great job! The polish lasts a long time. My only complaint would be that they take a really long time because they found back-and-forth between other customers. also, I took my daughter with me and the pricing sheet says $15 for a child pedicure with flower, however, they wanted to charge me $5 more because we deviated from the flower design. They need to tell customers that upfront. Overall though I’m really happy with this place and will keep going back.

I’ve been coming here for about 6 months now and I’m extremely happy with the customer service and the quality of my nails services. I always call ahead for appointments (sometimes same day) and they always accommodate. So I’ve never waited long to be seen. The facility is very clean and they have a wide selection of gel nail colors. The pedicure is actually relaxing too, which is nice.

This is my second time at QPolish and I am super impressed. I felt very pampered. Alice was amazing! I wanted a design for a Mardi Gras party tomorrow night. I didnt want anything that was dark or over the top, but I wanted the traditional Mardi Gras colors of purple, green, and gold. Alice listened, we looked at a few designs on the internet, and then she worked her magic. Im really happy with the way they turned out!

My favorite pedi place to take my daughter for a little date. Cutest kids chairs and they are really good with her. They also are super thorough and do a great job for me too! Long leg massages, take their time to make sure you really have a great, relaxing experience.

I had a really nice experience with the pedicure I received. My toenails look great and Len did a great job with the massage of my legs and feet. She was polite and had a pleasant smile. What was especially nice about this location is there wasnt a lot of the Cross talk from the beauticians to each other. Everyones Focus seem to be on their guest. Ill definitely be back. the lady beside me said shes been coming there for a long time and she really loves the place.

Ok, so truth be told, I dont get pedicures very often and I definitely dont bother writing reviews. Maybe once or twice a year. However, I have to say, this place was awesome!! Simply the best I have ever had! Unfortunately, I dont live on the side of town theyre on. I was out this way dog sitting and decided to splurge with some of my dog sitting money. If I did live over here though, I would go here and only here and definitely way more than a couple times a year!

Vivi is the best in the industry and this is reflected in the work of every nail tech there. My nails look gorgeous after visiting Vivi for a full set or nail fill. Ask her for Xtens gel nails if you have had issues with other nail types lifting.I have super oily nail beds and these stay on with no lifting!#teamQPolish

The salon/spa is spacious, clean, has many comfortable massage chairs; they even have a couple of special massage chairs for your little ones. The receptionist, the nail technicians, & owner were dedicated to a quality experience and they were all so good-natured. My friend & I both enjoyed very relaxing & enjoyable pedicures.

This is the best pedicure place I have found. I had Henry today and he did a fantastic job. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep! I tell everyone to come here.

Great color selection and a few of the techs are excellent but the man who often starts your soak off is terribly rude. I was willing to overlook that and soak off at home but I had acrylics recently from here and they charged me an additional fee to take it off when I came back “because it was difficult.” I was getting another set put on so I thought this was unusual. Turns out they didn’t even get the acrylic all the way off and I’m still working on getting it off. Terribly unprofessional and dishonest. I will most likely not be back for these reasons. Be aware!

This place changed my life. Vivi, one of the nail techs suggested that I try a particular cream to put on my hands to clear my eczema. The cream healed my sore and brittle hands completely.I also love that everyone is always so nice when I come in. I have enjoyed the great service when getting my nails and feet manicured.I have shared some great moments with Eric, one of the other technicians. He does great designs on your nails. You can show him a picture and he will recreate it for you.Hope you give Qpolish a try. I took my mom when she came in from out of town. Every now and again, the nail techs ask about her. They have definitely impressed me with their hospitality.Oh, try the dipping powder, it lasts a lot longer than gel polish and it makes your nails stronger!

I got my nails filled on Sunday and they looked great but unfortunately by Thursday I already have 3 broken nails. They broke doing the smallest of things like washing dishes, doing laundry, etc.

Wife went in to get a pedicure, and the technician told her one price with a design. When we got to the end we asked why it was the same price without the design and they told us it was because he used gel. So we asked why is it the same price without the designs with the rhinestones, and their answer was less than adequate. I didnt want to argue in front of customers since thats awkward. I called Sarah the receptionist, and she was beyond unprofessional and was like: I am just the receptionist. Asked to talk to the owner since she was present, Sarah says Yeah, well shes kind of busy doing nails. Not even a I can have her call you back or anything! Sarah looks to be possibly related by blood to the owner, so I dont expect much. We will see if there will be a next time. I tipped the guy good anyway, but it was undeserved! Very not happy at this point!-CJ

We had an appointment & they accepted two people before us as walk-ins...so what was the point of making an appointment?! Just frustrating, they lost my business. Also when we tipped he was explaining to the girl as we were leaving very clearly that she shouldn’t have given us a $5 back but dollar bills so that we feel obligated to tip higher. Very unprofessional.

The service at Qpolish nails is always consistently great. I have been going now for over a year and look forward to my visit knowing my pedicure will be relaxing and both my feet and nails will look professional when they finish. If you are looking for a place that keep the same staff and service, this is it. They will remember you by name.

Worst experience I have ever had. I called the day prior to set an appointment, asked when the best time to come in was, I was told the morning. I asked for 11 and was told that would be fine. Went in the next day at 11 and was not helped for 15 minutes only to be shown were the gel polish was and then left for another 30 minutes. I watched two walk ins get helped before me. Finally at 1145, someone came to start taking my gel polish off and then left again. I didnt get my nails started on until 12. I was there until 1:30. When we asked about why it took so long, the guy helping us said I only waited 15 minutes. I told him it was 45 and he didnt say another word. Nor did he apologize for the inconvenience or offer any condolences. This was my first and last time coming here.
