Great place! Classy, but with a super casual/comfy vibe. I felt relaxed the second I entered. They are hard to see from both main roads. Look for the coffee shop, Ave its right there. Beautiful, nails, very detailed. Excellent service. I could go on and on, my new favorite place. PS: prices are perfect - not over priced!

Went in for a pedicure. This place totally exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff and the foot massage was the best Ive ever had. Will definitely be going here from now on.

Me and my best friend went there based off their reviews. But I won’t go back! My friend and I got the same exact thing but yet I was quoted about 15$ more then her. The lady doing my pedicure just stopped in the middle of it and left so I waited maybe 15 minutes more for some one to finish my pedicure. She didn’t even tell me someone else will come polish for me she just got up and left. Are appointment was at 2 and we didn’t leave there until 5pm. My friend also got asked what type of pedicure she wanted but the lady didn’t ask me. Idk why I got treated different but never again. The only thing I did like was the set up of their place and how clean it was. They also did a decent job on my nails.

I just love this place. The ladies are so nice and friendly. I go, my mom goes and my aunt,and my lil cousin. We all love this place.

Great place! They take their time and can always fit me in last minute! Last visit all my nails starting chipping and peeling off. Usually they last 3 weeks. . I think it depends on who your technician is. Usually I have a great experience.

Had my nails done here on Wednesday the 1st it’s now Monday the 6th and two of nails have chipped. I’ve never had gel acrylic nails chip this fast they typically last me a month. Very poor quality

I apologize these were done a week and a half ago however, my nails still look extremely good & this has been the longest that they have either stayed on completely or I have not broken one at all & I have tried just about every salon around my home and I’ve not had good luck until I went to the Diana Nail salon. This salon & the Materials were very clean & because; I used to do nails this is a very big thing with me. If I see that the manicurist, The materials, or the salon is dirty I will get up and walk out but, this place was simply beautiful, everyone there was very Courteous. I also enjoyed being able to watch a movie on the huge TV and when the movie was over they actually asked me what’s would like to watch. While she was quick, she was also very thorough and pleasant to speak with. I will definitely be going back & next time I will also be getting my eyebrows done and maybe a pedicure. She gave me a card with the stamp on it that would go towards something after all five are filled up so I’m excited to see what that will bring. I definitely recommend this place and if I could give them more than five stars I would!!

So I would of given a 5 star review because they did take their time and i love my nails and feet but when my sister and I walked in we had a weird feeling, the staff was not friendly or even trying to start conversation with us , then they half did my sisters mani we went to get our pedi and they lady asked what i wanted but my sisters lady never asked her, we got the same thing and style done for both mani and pedis and then they get done the lady just left my sister with out her toes painted and did not say anything to her , i had to ask my nail lady if someone was going to paint her nails, then on the way out they up our pedi price and charged my sister extra for what reason we do not know, we will not be going back to this place.

Owners two kids very distracting. Little boy screaming while playing his tablet. Little girl roamed around asking questions and coughing. Not a spa experience.

I dont usually get manis as I had hurt one of my fingers and nails when younger and it just hurts to get done. But I booked a mani pediand tried dipped nails with tips and Ill tell you they turned out amazing and comfortable! Great atmosphere, relaxing pedi and hysterical movie. Cant wait for my next appointment!

This is my favorite place for a pedicure. Clean, refreshing, great price. One of the most basic pedicures includes callus removal, sugar scrub and paraffin wax. Highly recommend!

I have came here twice.Both times wonderful experiences. I’ve had a gel manicure and pedicure. My daughter had a full set of coffin shaped nails. Nancy did a good job on hers as well.The salon is clean and they take their time even when it’s crazy busy.** I keep coming back. Kathy is great! I called ahead as these places can get busy fast especially on a Saturday. I got right in with Tina and she did extraordinary work, very relaxing. I recommend coming here but make an appointment. There was even a couple ladies who drove all the way from Glendale just to get their nails done....speaks volumes

The Diana Pedicure is the most decadent treatment I have ever had! Clearly a bargain at $35. The $25 option is great as well. The staff are friendly and do a tremendous job. It is best to make an appointment to ensure availability. The atmosphere is lovely , clean and sanitary. My favorite!

I have gone to have my nails done here for many years. Nancy is my lady and I love her dearly. We have grown to know and love each other. I always ask about her family and likewise she does the same. It makes me feel special. The owners are very nice and friendly. I love the remodeling that they did. If you want quality work go and see them

This place is great I would highly recommend it to anyone. I went there as a walk in to get powder dip mani and a pedicure I showed up after 6 and didn’t leave u til 7:20 and everything looks great! I was worried it wasn’t going to look the best beings they were close to closing (we all know how that goes) but the people were very friendly and the service was EXCELLENT!

Hands down the best nail place in Gilbert. I go every two weeks for a mani/pedi and wont go anywhere else! The spa is clean and ALL the workers do amazing work. that is why 5 stars for this shop.

I drive half an hour to the salon, and have for the last year the salon is clean, staff is professional and skilled.

Had appointment for 5. Only had room for 4 when we got there. Also wouldnt paint babys toenails. Pedicures were good.

They do a great job and have good prices. I reccomend the Diana pedicure, it is wonderful and relaxing.

10 stars. Had the OPI pedi. Tracy is AMAZING. That is what a pedi should be. The foot rub was the BEST. Im definitely going back and telling all my friends. I also was not there on a Sat or Sun when they are slammed.

I went in on friday because i had my daughters birthday on saturday i chose to go with tracy because she always does such a good job,not only did she do a horrible job,when i asked if she could fix 2 crooked nails and remove glue under my nails she sat there yelling in chinese where i responded if she had done right the first time i wouldnt have come back.After 1 day my nail is lifting and after 5 days the gel polish is coming off.I will absolutely NEVER go there again,nor will my daughter or family members.How awful that anyone would have to be disrepected in another language because she could not do her job right.

Im giving them one star because they really should NOT be applying gel on your nails without pushing back your cuticles, trimming or removing them completely. The only guy working there, maybe the owner, didnt treat my nails on my hand at all before applying the gel then when it burned on my skin he said it was NORMAL 😑 Ive had many gel manicures done and this is not the correct way to do nails. My skin should NEVER burn! He removed it per my request, but left some of the gel on my nails and didnt even bother apologizing. He made excuses about tbe cuticle and how if it didnt touch my cuticle it would look like i had the color on for a week. I guess you get what you pay for at this establishment. I left crying and shaking from my experience and currently my cuticles still have gel on them and they are STILL burning and sore. If I could give them 0 stars I would. It was a terrible customer service experience for me. I cant believe anyone goes to this place.

There is a guy there that did my nails and he used the electric file to do a fill and now on both my thumbs have cuts on my cuticles from the file I wont be going back and wont refer anyone.

I thought this would be my new place but... The nails arent filed evenly and the paint job is mediocre, uneven and doesnt go edge to edge of nail.

Worst manicure Ive ever had three of my cuticles are bleeding bubbles in the Polish and half of them arent even completely done will never ever ever ever go back
