Worse nail lounge ever. I went to get my acrylics removed and get a gel manicure.The guy literally cut the tips of my acrylics and used another nail tip to rip the acrylics off my nails rather than filing or soaking in acetone. When i asked him, he said this is easier. MY REAL NAILS HAVE NEVER LOOKED THIS BAD AND DAMAGED EVER.The gel manicure i asked for. No nail prep. The sides of my nail were even painted. Whatever nail prep he did, cut my cuticles to a point it was bleeding!Worse service. After all that, their audacity to ask for tip. Frustrating!

I love The Polish Lounge! I’ve been coming here for a few months now. It took a lot of trial and error to find the perfect nail salon for me but it was worth it! They’re so professional and the nail technicians are great at their jobs! I usually get a manicure, but the last time I went in, I got a pedicure and it was so relaxing and I was so glad I decided to! Their customer service is also great, when one of the nail technicians did not give me what I necessarily wanted, they fixed it right away for me. I love coming here and I tell all my friends to come here because they always compliment my nails! If you choose to go here, you won’t be let down!!

I’m so torn. The pedicure was great. The front desk staff was also very accommodating and friendly. The dip powder nails experience was horrific. There was no communication on what shape i wanted. The manicurist was impatient in taking off my previous set causing damage to my nails and cutting my skin. I definitely recommend booking an appointment well ahead of time if you plan on going here. They book up quickly, especially on weekends.

Anna does my nails and pedicures and she is amazing...she has a wonderful personality and takes time to make sure I am always happy with every detail. The salon has such a fun bright energy, the staff is positive, upbeat and always professional, helpful, thoughtful and kind, whether I am calling the ask a question, let them know I am running a couple minutes behind schedule or when they greet me at the door. I got an acryllic fill done. Got a flower on two nails total and they werent even done well - $80. EIGHTY! Their prices are ridiculous. I go to a new salon now and get more intricate designs-$50. Do not waste your money here. The most ridiculously priced place I’ve ever been.

Idk what to say except its over priced and you can not get in with the nail artist who is published on social media. Thats the hook. Ive been there twice. First time my nails were ok until the tech attempted a snake. Second time my nail shape got messed up. Each time $100.00. The acrylic lifted within two days on fills. Everything feels rushed.

Wouldnt know how their nail work is, since I wasn’t able to be seen. They booked me for a Sunday morning appointment at 9:30 am. I drove a significant distance, showed up on time, only to find that they don’t open until 11 on sundays. How do you not know your own store hours??? They didn’t offer to reschedule me or anything, once I was finally able to reach someone. Basically just said “oops” and shrugged their shoulders. Super disappointed. Was looking forward to treating myself for my birthday.****EDIT****I was reached out to and they apologized for the hassle, letting me know that it was a new employee’s mistake and that she is still being trained. They rescheduled my appointment and let me know they would do what they can to make it up to me, either by comping a service or upgrading me at no cost. I updated to 3 stars, and will review again after I’ve had my appointment. I’m always happy to change a review when a business does its best to recognize and make up for their mistakes.

This place is always spot on. Today I went in to treat myself. I had a hard week at work and wanted to do something to make next week a little better. And what’s better than cute nails? Nothing. Lindsey did my gel manicure and it was literally the best I’ve ever had. No weird bumps or bubbles. Flawless. I will be going back to see her every single time from here on out.

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is friendly and attentive and Kim does a wonderful job with my nails every-time!

I really love the work they do, the place is clean. The only thing I dont like is since Covid-19 they have not spaced out the chairs so youre sitting directly next to people, not even enough room to hang your purse on your own chair without bumping the next person sitting by you. They have a shields to protect themselves but not the clients. I would think they would space us out every other chair at least.

My nails that I got dip on lasted a week before one popped off. The guy who did them didn’t even trim my cuticles. After a week one popped off and I came in to get it fixed and I was getting not happy looks about that. I could make out the nail tech saying it was my fault. When I get dip they normally last three weeks. The gel top coat was streaky and bumpy. I paid $60 cause I tipped the guy good. I didn’t see the issues until inspecting them in my car. Just not happy with this place overall wont be going back.Edit:After writing this review, another nail came off

I have been coming here over a year and vee and her orher nail techs never disappoint me I always get long. And extra nails so i have high standards and they always get me tons of compliments, fun music playing and in a great warm clean welcoming environment I’ve referred over 6 ppl

I started going to this place about 6 months ago and it became my favorite the owner has a very nice personality and also the guy who does scheduling is always professional and understanding and make the time for you, and give a great service. I would recommend this place if youre looking for strong long lasting nails because Ive been looking for something like this for about 2 years now, and finally found the right spot. I hope them the best for the owners.

I went in for a fill. The nail tech used all dip powder (without asking), and only took about 30mins to shape, fill and finish my nails. Then she let them dry for 60secs on each hand, put the UV light away and told me to wash with soap and water, then went on her phone immediately after. Even walking to the sink, I could feel that the top coat still wasn’t completely dried. She charged me $75, for a fill...Once I got home I was able to inspect them more and see that they were all different shapes and lengths and not really ombré like i had wanted. I called and asked if I could stop by the next day for them to fix them and all the nail tech did was file down the edges so they weren’t as sharp and sent me on my way. May be a nice place for a pedi or polish, but not if you’re wanting a nice looking set of acrylics. $75 was an outrageous price for nails that don’t even all look the same..

They do amazing pedicures and manicures. Love how you can text to make an appointment. Friendly staff and accommodating. It is one the higher of prices though.

My experience at the Polish Lounge was disappointing. I went in Thursday afternoon with a group for my friend’s wedding. We made an appointment in advance. The decor is absolutely gorgeous but the service is terrible for large groups. They seemed to want to get us in and out as quickly as possible. My basic manicure lasted about ten minutes. The woman cut my skin twice while trimming my cuticles, and didn’t even try to disinfect it. She played it off like nothing had happened. At the end of the manicure, she hurriedly made me move to a chair to let my nails dry because she had other clients. Another girl that I was with was disappointed as well. The woman who did her gel manicure was on her phone during every interval that my friend’s nails were under the light.If you are coming here by yourself, I’m sure your experience will be lovely. However, I think that the quality should not decrease for a large group since we were paying customers too.

I went February 15th to get my nails done. The process of booking the appointment was easy and I got in early too. I paid $73+tip to get them done and I loved my nails. The first one fell off February 20th. It is now February 27th and two more nails fell off.At first I thought the first two fell off because they were clear tip and easy to remove but then another one fell off, and that one wasn’t a clear tip. I have paid around $50+tip at other places and they don’t fall off this easy. My other nails have lasted almost a month before one of them falls off. I am baffled that on Instagram they show nails that have lasted “4 weeks” but my full set didn’t even make it to two.My point is, if you have the time and money to get your nails done every week then go here. But if you want your nails go last you a bit, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I totally recommend going here. Everyone is super talented and they are always up on fashionable styles. With everything going on they are on top of everyone wearing a mask, safety for you and them as well as being super clean. You should try them next time you need you nails done.

Went not even a week ago to get a set done. They didn’t push my cuticle back like most nail places. My nails are already growing out and starting to make my nails look ugly. Paid $80 bucks for nails that didn’t even last a week? WORST NAIL PLACE EVER NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN. DONT LET THE PRETTY AESTHETIC OF THE SHOP FOOL YOU.

A LOT of people at one time and the music was loud and that created anxiety for me. The people are very nice there, Im just one that like a calmer, smaller capacity type setting.

My nails looked amazing the first day, but on the second day, one came off. Now here we are 12 days later and 5 have popped off. I paid almost $70 for this set and now I have to go somewhere to get them fixed, not even 2 weeks after I got this set is very disappointing.

Horrible manicure. I went today for the first time because It was too late to make an appointment in my regular place. The place is ok, is decent size. The pedicure 4 stars but the manicure 1 star. Very sloppy job. Im glad Im not coming back. Is obvious the place is running by young unprofessional people.

I started going to this nail salon when they first opened, absolutely loved it. i tried to call and make an appointment & because i missed a previous appointment on accident they refused to let me make an appointment. i live in north east mesa and drove 35 mins just to get my nails done after moving out of the chandler area, but will not be returning because of how rude they were over the phone.

Perhaps the most beautiful nail salon I have ever been to! The Polish Lounge is a friendly & peaceful environment. Very reasonable prices and excellent service. Be sure to get a pedicure, the massage chairs are a dream! I highly recommend the Polish Lounge.

The Polish Lounge is clean and gorgeous! They have an endless selection of colors to choose from. I’m always getting compliments on my nails. This salon actually cares about doing excellent work, great customer service and providing an excellent experience.

The staff was really nice, but the quality of the nails I received was not very good. I got a full set of acrylics here, the polish was pretty messy and there was a lot on my cuticles. The shape of the nails was pretty uneven and the thickness of each nail was noticeably different. The polish color was beautiful but the application wasn’t smooth. And it was very expensive for the quality of nails.

First off this nail salon is the most gorgeous, clean and organized nail salon I’ve ever visited! They have great nail techs and the most color options for gel polish and dip out of any other salon in AZ. The first salon I’ve found that has a great atmosphere, does great work and cares about customer service. The only place I’ll go!

Since my original review, my daughter had a terrible experience. here. I originally had given this salon five stars. When it first opened, the people were very nice and friendly. Since then, my daughter was treated horribly by one of their nail techs to the point that neither one of us will EVER be back. I had previously recommended this to several of my friends, and will make sure they do not ever go back again.

I got my nails soaked, i had black sns on and while starting a new set she didn’t clean or ask me to clean my nails so the pink i now picked was out lined with black because my cuticles were not cleaned or trimmed not to add my sns lasted 4 solid days before it chipped and the corners started breaking. The design was a tape strip and the corners were lifting already. beautiful facility but my first time service was horrible and now a week later I’m having to get a new set

Nice place and nice staff but I had to soak my hands for 10 minutes in what they thought it was acetone but was alcohol. They realized it so then I had to soak my hands again in acetone for another 10 minutes. My fingers were feeling so dry and weird like they burned my skin and now theyre peeling so bad.

They always do a great job on my nails. Salon is clean, contemporary, and bright! My favorite tech is Fawn.... She is AMAZING!
