I had Megan wax my eyebrows and did a fabulous job! She even gave me a one minute massage on my brows afterwards. Kimmie did my gel French pedicure classic! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience!

I did not like my experience there. My nail tech talked on the phone the entire time. My nails are crooked and not smooth on the tips, one already started chipping, she did gel on top of a dip manicure and didnt ask if i wanted it. The pedicure was no better it was actually painful the gentleman that did my pedicure literally stabbed my toe with the pointy end of the nail file, I will not be returning and im frustrated I spent $72 for horrible service!

Great place. Staff is very friendly and thorough (I can speak mostly for pedicures) when it comes to their work. Everyone Ive seen come and go from here has been very happy with their work. They have the best pedicures Ive found personally around this area. Highly recommend giving this salon a go if youre looking for a new place!

They are always pumping money back into the business, making it better, cleaner, and more beautiful. Never a bad experience and they keep their talented employees happy and on staff for a long time

The spa is beautiful, but the customer service was not friendly or uplifting. I got a pedicure and kid’s pedicure for my daughter whom was extremely patient. She waited 30 minutes in the chair next me after I had started, 5 years old and very patient thankfully. Her nail tech didn’t make any eye contact with her, let alone a freakin smile. Same with mine, no eye contact until it was time to pay (tip smile it felt like). She was a bit aggressive when doing her nails vs. what I’ve experienced other places with friendliness. I overpaid for the experience and job as my gel manicure was messy and my daughters nails and toes were as well. Would not recommend

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would, this is my second time booking an appointment for a pedi/mani service and they tell me they can’t find me in the system and try to say I probably called next door. I showed the man at the desk the phone number I called so he could see I did book with them for an appointment at 4:30 for three. He confirmed I did call the right location but he couldn’t find me in the system and couldn’t take me in. This is their second time canceling my appointment because they didn’t find me in the system. VERY unprofessional.

Pretty disappointed with Elite so far this year this is about my third pedicure and second set of “dip” and I can’t even get it to stay on or not cracked for more than 10 days. Must be using some cheap product. Sad this usedto be my most favorite place. Now it’soverpriced and not even good when you spend a $100 for services.

I’ve been here a year and have tried several Salons I can’t say enough about this salon. The moment you walk in it’s a spa feeling, Megan is who I get my nails done but all of them are good. Give theme a Try you wont be disappointed.

I got Mani-Pedi at Elite Salon Day Spa, first time visiting the store. The while staff is amazing. Very organized, clean and extremely professional. Mary was great. She did both my manicure and pedicure, with massage. It was very relaxing. I will definitely come back. I highly recommend.

I used to love coming here. Like LOVE. People are friendly and service is great. Until after Covid. Now, there are people working who aren’t the greatest. I spent $110 a week ago for my nails/pedi. 8 nails broke within 3 days. I even told the artist, ‘isn’t that way too much acrylic, they’ll break like this’ and she said she’s got it ... When I called, a gentleman told me there was nothing that could be done and if i wanted to schedule another appointment for a new full set. Umm no thank you. Ruined my experience and my trust in this place.

This was my first time here and I saw Heather. She was amazing. She did such a great job. I used to be a nail bitter and now have nails. I did a gel manicure, gel on my toes and got my eyebrows done. I didnt feel like just another number or rushed. She took her time. She made sure I liked my nail, toes and eyebrows before I left. This has been the best experience I have ever had at any nail salon. Thank you Heather.

My friend and I frequented this salon a few years ago for nails and brows. I don’t remember my technicians name but she was very kind to me and seemed genuine when she was asking me questions about my life.Once I went in wanting the same color on my toes that had on my fingernails already. I didn’t remember what the specific name of the color, but the technician went back and forth with samples until we found the matching color.

The best. Amazing service from everyone every time I go there. I always leave happy with beautiful hands and feet. All of the employees are well experienced and able to provide each customer with service to meet individual needs. This is also the cleanest salon Ive been to and Im pretty particular. Definitely recommend this place to everyone I know whos looking for a pampering spa like experience and great results.

This salon is AMAZING! I come here to get my eyebrows waxed - Heather is absolutely wonderful. All of their pricing is extremely reasonable, and the quality is great. Ive had acrylics, manicures, pedicures, waxing, etc. all done here, and never had a bad experience. I had my entire bridal partys nails done here before my wedding, including a few family members and friends, and they were able to accommodate everyone! Plenty of room if you are going with a large group of people (15+). Well worth the drive, and would highly recommend!

Consistent quality! I have had multiple pedicures, full set acrylic and full set fills, gel polish, and the dip powder done here and have been happy every time! If I were not pleased, I would keep salon-jumping. (Elite employees work HARD and it shows! Be sure to tip them well!) 🤗🦸🏻‍♀️💅🏻

Ive visited many a nail salon. This facility is by far the best in Gilbert. Clean and bright. Like that the front desk is always staffed, by a dedicated person (Jay) to schedule appts and pay for services.

The place was beautiful and very clean. I came in an hour before closing but they still were able to give me a pedicure and sns manicure. They had 2 people working on me to get both done in time. But they made sure to ask me if that was ok first. The people were very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.

My first time coming here. I had a full set gel nails done on Friday. One nail came off a day later and two came off the next two days. I called and told him what happened. Never got his name, he was very rude, I still went in to get them fixed because I paid 43 plus tip for them. I got home, and another one came off!!! Cheap nails and horrible service.

Daughter went in for a full set of nails and came out with sausage finger looking nails! She had an appointment but they did not take her in until 30 minutes later then they proceeded to rush her because closing time was rapidly approaching. The girl who worked on her was so rude and knew darn well that she would have never worn her nails the way she did them on her. If I could give NO STAR I would! After I pointed out that her nails were unacceptable they became defensive. Listen lady this is your job and if you cant do it right maybe its time for a change. Also learn how to provide good customer service and admit when your work is done wrong. Stay away from this place!
