I love booking my appointments online! They also have a rewards card, to earn upto $15 off on your 10th visit! Acrylic nails have not chipped or broken, and gel polish color variety is great! I have been debating on getting my 1st pedicure but seems a little pricey? Overall, the nail salon is wonderful and clean. Service is usually super fast and professional. I recommend!

Today was the first time I have been to Forum nails. I loved the place, it was nice and open and not to crowded. Love my nail lady Hannah. Always does an amazing job as you can see!

Im soooo happy I found Forum Nail Salon. The staff is friendly, the salon is very clean and cute! Tommy did my nails on my first visit and I LOVED my nails! I scheduled with Tommy for my fill and AGAIN I LOVE my nails! Tommy pays careful attention to detail maybe hes a perfectionist which I feel thats why hes such an amazing nail technician. Hanna was amazing! She wasnt pushy about services but gave me the pros and cons of dip powder versus gel. She was friendly and quick!! The other staff members were also very nice and welcoming. Forum will be my new nail salon!!

This nail salon is good. NOT a good price for value with 70.00Pedicures but most often they do quality work. Tommy is excellent. However DO NOT do any waxing other than eyebrows here you will be disappointed.

I am not usually the type of woman who gets her nails done regularly, however the forum nail salon has changed that aspect of my life. All of the staff is extremely friendly and has great customer service skills, Justin in particular is very attentive, welcoming, helpful, and truly cares about his clients. He always makes my nails look so beautiful, and he knows how to make them look exactly the way I want. I now enjoy getting my nails done regularly, I highly recommend this place!

Overall they did not do a good job on my nails. They were friendly, but all of my nails had a visible ridge where the tip was glued on after the acrylic powder was applied. I loved the color, but the shape was not done well and I will not go back.

Tommy has remodeled the salon and it looks awesome. Tracy always does my pedicures and she is very thorough, kind and extremely professional! I only go to Forum for manicures and pedicures!! I love this place. Try it out, you won’t be disappointed!!!!!!

I love this place! Ive been to multiple recommended nail salons in Gilbert but this was by FAR the best place I have ever been! I got a full set and they are my favorite nails I have ever gotten! I got EXACTLY what I wanted! I got them done by Lisa, who was SO KIND, and even texted me before the appointment with examples of what she could do so I could see ahead of time and pick. LOVE this place and I will definitely be back!

Went in last Saturday and got dipped. Last night at work I chipped one. Went in today and they fixed me up in less than 10 minutes for free! Very friendly and personable

Ken is the best! He did these colorful spring nails for me that took a lot of patience and I’m currently here getting a pedicure. So so nice and open to feedback as he goes alone and does your nails. He cares a lot about if you like your nails and really checks in with you throughout the appt. very professional, funny and kind! I will always come here and the prices are so much more competitive than anywhere in Gilbert.

Hannah is wonderful! She was super nice and funny. She did exactly what I like to my nails. Forum is my new go to place thanks to Hannah.

I have been going to Forum Nail Salon in Gilbert for over a year. Tommy has been wonderful, especially since I am really hard on my nails. When I first spoke to him I explained to him what happened to me at another salon and he took his time with me. I really appreciate the way he treats me and my nails. Wonderful service! My nails were done exactly how I like them to be. I had a full set acrylics with gel polish. I had no complaints and I can be very particular with the filing and thickness of the acrylic. I will be returning for sure!

Love this place! Once I was introduced, it’s become my go to salon! John and Ken are the best! 10/10 recommend!

I’m super confused about the praises of cleanliness about this salon. I would hardly call it “super clean.” None of the nail techs cleaned their stations between clients. There is a strong smell of chemicals and smoke. It took almost 2 hours for the smell to leave my nose after leaving. I don’t think they sweep much or dust the salon, I think they keep the lights as low as they do so you don’t realize how unclean the salon actually is. To top it all off I paid $80 for a full set with a design and now 1 week later it is beginning to lift. I also realized today that my pinkies are not even close to the same length. For $80 I shouldn’t have to really double check your work. There are far cheaper and cleaner salons in the valley. Lesson learned though, I will not rely on Instagram to try new salons.

I have been to this location on 3 separate occasions and don’t plan on returning mainly because of my last bad experience. I had the same guy all three times so i might have just been unfortunatePros - there are a lot of nail technicians so wait is usually shorter even if you dont have an appointment. I like their check-in kiosk.Cons -- they will charge you $5 for removing gel from natural nail even when you got that done there and getting a new manicure. Lots of places don’t charge this fee for returning customers.- i understand that there is emphasis on making the maximum tips but good luck getting your change back. So go in with the exact change you want to tip rather than asking them to split the bill. The guy who did my nail was implying that i tip him10 for a 30 gel manicure. He was basically like $10 back right when i asked him to split my $20 into 10s and 5s. When i gave him $6 he seemed upset.- lack of attention to detail. I didn’t like the regular manicures at this location. The last time i got a manicure my nails on both hands were cut unevenly. Right hand fingers were much longer than left. After applying polish the guy asked me to move to the chairs by door because he wanted to take another customer. He didn’t even let me dry my polish after applying . If they are going to kick customers out before finishing they need to at least have a common drying station.

Just no….. Never again. The worst acrylic set I’ve ever paid for. I’m so unhappy I spent my money here. The tech burnt around all my fingers so bad I’m wearing band aids over my new set of nails… which I don’t mind since they’re worn on the edges and shaped weirdly.Update: I’ve only had them on for 2 days and one already broke off :)

I chose this nail salon for a late mothers day celebration due to the reviews! I called and scheduled 3 pedicures for Saturday the Tuesday before. My group and I arrived to a packed salon and an overwhelming smell of acrylic and chemicals. It took a few minutes for someone to greet us despite being looked at. Once we noticed there wouldnt be 3 seats together for our group and the smell we decided to leave. I dont think well be back.

Ive been going to Forum for 7 months and they never cease to amaze me!! They have an intimate layout and offer mini water bottles as soon as you walk in. Ive had 3 different ladies do my nails and each one was great. My main lady takes such pride in her work and it shows. Ive brought a couple friends and each one has been happy with their services. I honestly love this salon and will not go anywhere else.

Im obsessed!! I previously have very bad experience with nail salons and usually do my own nails, but decided to take a chance today. Im so happy I did, I got John as my nail tech, he was super considerate, took time to explain the options to see what fit my lifestyle best as well as explain what hes doing every steps of the way, you can definitely see his 10 years of experience shown through his technique. I wasnt too pleased with my Mani/pedi. Even though the place was mostly empty, I was being treated like I was being rushed out. I ordered the deluxe pedicure ($45) and everything was sped through. There was no pumice, I got burned with one of the hot stones and the lady cut the cuticle too much around my toe so it burned when she sprayed alcohol on it. The manicure was worth the $15 I paid for it: cold water, the top coat wasnt put on the whole nail and somehow my hands ended up looking drier than they started out. Nobody engaged with me to talk so there was no comfortable interaction to let them know these issues. I would not recommend this place unless nobody else is open and you absolutely cant wait to make an appointment elsewhere.

We had an appointment of 6, they were ready for us without any wait time! I really appreciate their self check in system plus text notifications. It’s not a five star because I felt rushed... I got the fastest manicure massage ever which took away from enjoying it, plus paying extra for deluxe pedicures and being done so fast is not the ideal experience. The staff was very friendly. Overall it was good quality service and we all loved our nails.

I was able to get in right away and the gentleman who did my nails did an awesome job.

I walked out before she finished removing my acrylic because she cut up a chunk of my nail bed. She was rough with the drill and clipped me a few times before that. Cutting open my nail bed and it bleeding was enough for me. Another lady asked me to stay and said she would give me another girl. At this point I had no confidence in the staff so I declined. The salon also smells like smoke - it is next to a cigar bar. I did not speak to anyone with decent English - I usually over look this but when your nail is damaged and bleeding it would be nice to be understood and understand who is talking to you.

I got my eyebrows cleaned up, and they did amazing! Very good service! I recommend getting your eyebrows done here!!

Came in wanting regular acrylic but they had maybe 10 poor color choices. Had to pay an extra $15 and get gel just to find a nude color. Nails started lifting and chipping towards the bottom after just 3 days. That has never happened to me before. Waste of $43 dollars.

I normally don’t write reviews but I had a great experience at Forum Nails. I got a pedicure and my nails dipped. My massage was amazing. I choose a neon color for my nail and from the start to finish of my nails John made sure I liked my color. Everything was sanitized as soon as I got out of the chair. I’ll definitely be return.

I had gone to a previous nail salon the night before because I’d broken a nail at work and wanted to get it fixed, however the nail tech got the shape entirely wrong, and the nail job was sloppy. I’m happy to say that this morning I went to Forum Nails and the gentleman who did my nails did absolutely amazing and was able to fix them easily without having to take them off entirely. I highly recommend this salon.

I am conflicted on how many stars I should give this place. My nails would get a five-star because my nail technician was amazing. She did a great job and my nails look super cute. However, my friend got her nails done as well and they look terrible. And she still had to pay $20 I think they should have been free. But I guess it depends on which technician you get. For her nails I would probably get it two star or one star or no stars. They were really terrible. I feel terrible for her.

I love Nina. I dont get much time to myself or go anywhere aside from the grocery store and Forum. My deluxe pedicure is just that..DEEELUXE! Thanks Nina and Forum Nails.

They have hurt me with their tools. One tech is so shaky she did a terrible job that one of my nails broke the next day. When I mentioned it to the manager he just walked away, will not be going back!

$15 for a basic mani, not too bad. It could be a bit more hygienic, I didnt like breathing in all the nail shaving particles next to me.

Lisa is so talented. She can create anything you desire. Shes just plain awesome! I would reccomend you make an appointment before you go. Shes always really busy. Also Ive had the pleasure of having Tommy do my nails before, hes just as incredible as she is!

All of the staff is very friendly! I made an apt but ended up needing to move it up an hour and they moved my apt up with no problem! My nails turned out amazing! Just moved to AZ and have been searching all over for a new nail salon. This is definitely going to be my new spot now! Thank you so much for the great experience!

It’s an ok shop but they charge an extra $20 just for gel polish.. Also they speak their language in a condescending way, I put on my translator and it said something about “black dots”.... Not sure what that was about but I’m sure it was not nice. Go to glamour nails in chandler they are very nice and friendly, no rude wide talking.
