Very friendly! They do a great job and as long as it is not busy they will get you finished quickly while not cutting corners on work. Good prices too.

Ive been going to 4d Nails for several years on and off. They always provide excellent service for a very reasonable price. They offer so many choices of colors and services and always with a friendly attitude. They will have my business as long as I live in Gilbert 😊

Whole mail come off after couple days

Very sloppy, their towels were stained and not clean. Little to no effort was put into into the pedicure. Gentleman was rough and did not pay attention to detail. Take your business elsewhere. Prices are on the lower end however not worth it.

Awful experience. Went in with my husband for us to both get pedicures together. We werent told there was any wait, they showed us back to our chairs after a few minutes, we sat with our feet in the water for about 30-40 min, then they started my husbands pedicure first. Didnt even get to me after an hour of being there. This was more so my treat, my husband just tags along and we were on a time frame assuming it wouldnt take more than an hour start to finish for them and we would have plenty of time to get where we needed to. I wasnt able to get a pedicure, they finished my husbands and still nobody even tried to start mine. When I told them forget it because we had plans the guy laughed about it and said maybe my husband could use my polish. Seriously? I clearly didnt find it funny and he continued to laugh about it. No tact and terrible customer service.We have gone here multiple times in the past, this was such a terrible experience for us considering we rarely get to treat ourselves like this due to having 4 kids. We wont be going back again.

I cannot express how much I love this salon. I go in for eyebrow waxing, acrylic nails, and pedicures monthly, and every time they go above and beyond my expectations. The staff is very kind and hilarious. They are perfectionists and everything always is worth every penny. Speaking of which its such a great price! Very affordable.

This place is absolutely horrible. The service and staff are terrible. She was burping in my face, cut my fingers 4 times and would hide the blood. She also told me it was my fault that the nails looked bad. My nails were lifting after one hour. I tried to get a refund and she would not give me my money back. Do not go to this horrible place!

Made appt but still have to wait. Take 2 person to do my fills. Dont know what kind of clear nail polish they use but not even one week it peel off. The owner told me they use only good products. When I went back to tell the owner but he was on the phone and ignore me, so I left. First and last time..

Never going back.I went in twice,The first time I got french tips done and she was very rough with my hands,very short speaking about the options I had.This was my first time getting my nails done ever so I gave her another chance and came in for a fill.I was first set up with the male worker who didnt seem like he was listening to me and just sat me down and started filing my nails off then the same lady that did them the first time came and finished up but yet again,she was forceful and at one point SLAPPED the back of my hand down and said stay.... my nails were sloppy and my finger tips were sore for 3 DAYS.ILL never go back.

I love this place! I get gel manicures and regular pedicures every time I go in! My gels last at least 3 weeks with no chipping or peeling. Their selection of colors and styles is big. Its a great value for the price. If you pay cash there is a discount! I dont live anywhere near this salon but I gladly drive the extra miles to get my nails done here!!

Ive Been coming here for two years. Just recently I came in to use my mothers day gift certificate my husband got me. This was also my first time away from my 5 week old daughter. I normally get vivian or Henry to do my nails. Vivian was with another client . Henry was doing my friends nails. I got another gentleman. He was extremely rough with the electric filer. He cut my pinky and without even asking put some blue liquid on my cut. Touched the tip of the dropper directly onto my skin and rubbed it in. Major no no! Idk who else hes done that to. Potentially introducing me to diseases. Im so upset. My pinky was sore and swollen for 3 days. My nails look horrible. Bubbles in the acrylic. You can see powder specks through the nail polish. Blocky nails. Just horrible. They also charged me 30$ for basic full set with all black nail polish and charged my friend 25$ for the SAME thing I got but with all white polish. What the heck ? We will not be coming back. EVER

Ive never been around such rude people. The place is probably skillful in their craft. I however had terrible service and will not be returning. They did do a good job with my manipedi.

Since change of ownership Ive been very disappointed in service and pricing. After a bad fill I went in to be treated poorly and didnt receive good treatment. After many years of going I wont be back. When nails are not filled right there should be no questions asked, nor told to use oil to make nails fill right. Just all around too slow, higher prices and not as good as old ownership. :(

I walked out after waiting 15 minutes and went next door and then returned to wait even longer. My normal guy got up to run my water for pedicure and the owner said something, he turned off the water and sat back down. I waited a few more minutes and walked out. As I did the husband said, were ready for you now. A little too late, you had ur chance.

Great service and prices

There was a language barrier with 2 employees but the owners were readily available to assist in Makin sure we got what we wanted! The bad part we didnt like was we made an Appt but still had to wait between walk-ins! We would still go back because our nails turned out beautiful.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Came here because I needed a gel mani when no where else was available. I had 3 different techs work on my nails. My paint was left uneven, after over an hr. Now, 1 week later, my nails are chipping! Stay away!!
