I got my nails done on Saturday 9/11, by Sunday 9/12 my index and middle finger paint was chipping even though it is a gel polish.I had my nails “fixed” on Monday 9/13. They started chipping again and my entire gel polish came off my middle finger on Thurs 9/16.They also injured one of my fingers during the initial manicure as you can see it’s red and swollen. 🥴

Love Polish Nails. Come often with my mom for gel nails (mani and pedi - last forever). Gals who work here are very friendly and do a great job.

I am a bigger girl. I know this. I got fat shamed today 8-20 about noon is when i got there. This was my first and last time going here i got a pedi with orange polish. First she was mad cause i didnt want to keep gel on my toes. Second she definitely was fat shaming me. Third she said i had a unibrow basically which i didnt cause i just got them done. And didnt like the fact i didnt want a mani. I dont know her name jade bracelet and necklace. You disgust me.

Ive been going to Joyce for 5 years. Shes such a valued friend. Polish nails is the best. Ask about the ombre polish. Youll love it.

I was recommended to this nail spa and am beyond disappointed. My nails started popping off after 6 days. I gave them another chance. They pushed my appointment back an hour. Being that I had to rearrange my schedule I was 8 min late. I got attitude and the nail technician was complaining about me. They charged me $87 for a full set with gel and chrome. I told her it was my 1st time getting chrome snd she never told me it was extra or how much. She only did one coat of polish. When I asked if she could do another coat, she said the chrome would cover it. The tips were still not covered.Again after a week I had 3 nails pop off. I showed up to ask for 3 repairs and she said I needed to schedule an appointment. I find it horrible customer service that because if their shotty and work my nails come off early and they send me away to “schedule an appointment.” I will never return. It is clear to me that they are very busy but also they have horrible customer service and quality is poor. They are also overpriced.

My first time using this nail place. The atmosphere is pleasant and the employees were willing to please. My sister and I got nail dip and the overall result was not good. Between the two of us we had several burns from the sanding tool, really uneven and wavy nails, and lots of gunk leftover under our nails that needs to be scraped off and filled down. The layers are so thick I feel like Ive got marshmallows on my fingers. So while the employees are pleasant, they could use some extra skill in applying nail dip.

The nail tech had horrible customer service, she messed my nails up and when I request to get the fixed she gave me attitude.

So disappointed! I received one of the worst pedicure from this nail salon. And the worst part is that they charged me $38 for a basic pedicure with gel polish. I was in complete shock. I’ve been to a lot of high end nails salons and no one has ever charged me more than 30. I understand if I got callus remover or a foot rub. But it was a regular pedicure with gel polish. Horrible experience. Don’t recommend this place at all.

This place is right by my house so I thought Id try it out! Hoa was the tech that my did my nails and he did awesome! I love them! He made it a comfortable and friendly environment. Such a great first impression! I will definitely be a returning customer and hope to have him do my nails again! :)

I went there many times. One time the girl did a great job but that was about it. It would hurt and my nails didnt look good. I had my nails done for my wedding here and the one finger they really messed up was my left ring finger. They have good prices and their pedicures are nice! People are friendly and its very clean, but I kept getting the same lady that needed some more practice

Took 25 minutes to do a $25 gel manicure, barely soaked my hands and didnt get all my nails covered in polish. Wasnt worth the money. First time there too, wasnt satisfied, but nice guy.

I went to get a gel nail and there was good Service but they did my nail and there were dots on my nail which stayed in my nail until the gel came off. The edges were messy and I had the same girl the last time and the same thing happened.

Been coming here for 1.5yrs. There has been times where I haven’t been able to get my nails done & I refuse to go anywhere else! The ladies work hard & make sure to get ur nails they way u like them. I bug a lot & ask for certain preferences, I don’t kno anything about nails that’s why I bug. Lol EACH LOVELY lady has her way of doing things & either way... I LOVE IT! I highly recommend the DIP & GEL!! I won’t go back to acrylic EVER. Today I got my very own color!! So Here’s to happy spring!! These ladies are very friendly, professional & provide a great environment. They’re not here trying to rush you out, to get the next person in. Prices are great especially for the service they provide. If you want to pay bottom dollar & end up with ugly nails go somewhere else. If you want nice BADASSS-I’m-A-QUEEN NAILS, then come here. I’ve been going here on and off for about three years. My kids and I have gone here and never had an issue.Tonight I went to go get a pedicure. My kids were with me. My 2yr old was running back-and-forth by the pedicure stations to the lobby. My eight-year-old with keeping an eye on him. My 2yr old ended up knocking the vase over that had long extended flowers coming out of the top(turns out a flower stem got caught on one of his tight curls). All the customers asked if he was OK because the vase was glass. I got up from my pedicure, which I was not done with, then went over to check it out. My son was OK and everything was OK and I offered to go ahead and pay for the vase and I apologized so many times. I grabbed my things and let the lady know that I wouldn’t be finishing my pedicure. I go up to the counter to pay and all I see/hear is the lady and another worker asking each other how much they should make me pay for the vase. Not ONE worker asked if my son was okay. Not one worker cared. The lady still charged me for a FULL “Lovely Pedicure” AND the vase.I’m super upset because my feet aren’t done and yet I was still charged the full service when I didn’t even get the FULL service. $50 in total ($30 for the pedi & $20 for the vase). Now I have to go to ANOTHER salon and pay AGAIN for the SAME service. Not to mention, I was there to get my eyebrows waxed on Thursday night, and the lady messed them up and didn’t clean them up. They looked so bad that I sat in the parking lot doing them myself. And I STILL had to pay for the service because she said she did what she could...Like we all make mistakes... we are human. This could of happened to anyone’s kiddo. But it was my kiddo. I’ve supported this nail salon since they opened and had “Happy Hour” nail services, I’ve always been an amazing tipper even to the lady who messed my brows up, always been super polite and kind... And to think they couldn’t even ask me if my son was okay OR charge me $10 less for my pedicure or give me a rain check to go back and have my services completed at a later time, really doesn’t sit well with me. Working for a big medical group, I ALWAYS go out of my way to assure amazing customer service because I would want that done for me. But tonight, was clearly not my time to receive that same amazing customer service I offer.My business will go elsewhere now which is sad because I REALLY like this place. But, the humanity and hospitality is obviously absent from this business. I was quickly unwelcomed and it was felt.

I took my daughter here to get her nails done and we waited for about 20 mins and they never even acknowledged us. Then some lady came in and they took her right in so we just left. Garbage customer service would give zero stars if I could.

Fawn was in a rush & busy on her cell phone. My big toe on my left foot was not polished at the tip. My fingernails are crooked even though she insisted they arent. I told her they are too pointy, she insisted they arent. My little finger was bleeding...she put glue on it! Horrible and very dissatisfied.

I really like the atmosphere at this salon and the nail techs are very friendly. I started going there several months ago and thought their mani/pedi s were fine. (Not exceptional - just fine.) The last 3 or 4 times Ive had a gel mani, the gel started peeling within 8-9 days. (These should last for 2 weeks, at least.) Then the last time I got a pedi, my tech thought both my big toe nails were in the beginning stages of being in grown. So they snipped and clipped and dug into the cuticle on both toes. They knew it hurt - but by then they had to complete the job. About 5 days later, I started to notice something black in the back inside corners of both my big toes. They were tender, but not swollen or red, so I didnt get too concerned until about 10 days later. Still black in the corners and still tender. Id just received a $5 off purchase text from them, so I decided to go back and have them take a look at my toes. The manager assured me it wasnt some type of mold, and a fungus would be green, not black. When the tech removed the polish, it was then obvious my toes were bruised. I had them finish the pedicure and also had a gel mani and brow wax. The manager took off a whopping 20% and then told me to save my $5 off coupon for next time, because hed already GIVEN me 20% off. There wont be a next time! A concerned, customer-oriented manager would have let me use the $5 off coupon and comped the pedicure.
