Worst service!!! Charged me full price and I left a tip they told me they told me they would fix my nails next day and tried to charge me more to fix after they messed up my nails. Very unprofessional did not fix or refund started screaming at each other. Do not recommend

I have been in the beauty industry with a Full Cosmetology License for 35 years. Thus I am very picky and use to do nail services, etc. I am so impressed by this nail spa. I am very particular about my nails. Miss Ann is the BEST in my opinion. She has been doing a Gel Manicure for me and I am extremely pleased with the results. I highly recommend Ann. I came there for gel manicure. The receptionist was very pushy and tried to convince me for dip manicure. I told him I prefer the gel one. Then nail technician was very pushy and told me dip is better. I told him I came here for gel not dip. After that he stopped talking to me. I am not sure if he is angry in general or had a bad day, he was dropping all tools and did not switch UV light from one hand to another. I was doing it myself. Then I asked him nicely to make one nail more round because the shape was different. He started arguing that it is a round shape already. Be honest, I felt uncomfortable there and wanted to leave right away. Then they started talking between each other on their language. They probably were talking about me. Quality of manicure is poor, and I did not feel welcomed there. I am not coming back for sure! Oh and they started discussing some lady’s nails pointing on it how ling they are. I think it is rude and unprofessional.

I have been coming to this place for 3 years. It is hit and miss experience. For the past year or so, I feel the quality of work is just good enough for you to come back in less than two weeks. I have tried gel or powder, neither one works. They made my natural nails so thin when anything touches me on the top, hurts. My nails brake so easily because they over buffed them. It will take a while for my nails to recover.

Wow....first of all very fast service. Very pretty environment. He did it so professionally. Their selection of colors is amazing and whatever color you are looking for they have. The manicure was nice and clean not crooked or anything. Absolutely my new favorite place...

Terrible experience. Had an appointment and still waited an hour to be seen. 3 hours later, my no-frills mani/pedi were finally done, albeit poorly. Inconsistent pricing, broken chairs(witnessed another customer fall due to their broken chairs), techs jumping around from client to client instead of finishing the job then moving on to the next. Steer clear.

Luna was the sweetest. She spend quality time giving me a massage and being personable, but 60 dollars later, my toes are not looking their best.

Friendly, quick and fun!This team took my friend and I 30 mins prior to closing. Never did they make us feel rushed and I love the attention to detail. They continuously checked on whether the qualifications work was to our standards and we both left very happy. Highly recommend.

Today was my first trip to the salon. I couldn’t have been more pleased! The employees were very kind & made sure that I was comfortable. The pedicure was great & I’m very pleased with the French manicure as well. Will definitely be back!**** Two nails have popped off. Not sure if I had dip or gel. I’ve never had this happen before. One came off two days after appointment & the other one four days after appointment. Well.... less than two weeks after manicure I only have two nails remaining. Craziest thing I’ve ever seen. At least the pedicure is hanging on.

This is my gel manicure 5 days after getting them done. Hands down the worst gel manicure I’ve had. Super disappointed. They were very busy, my tech was rushed, he made me bleed twice. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is my pedicure looks good.

I found this nail salon on google and I’m so happy I did!! Henry did my pedicure and Billy did my nails. They listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job!! I will definitely be going back!!!

Bummer about this salon. They usually do good work but they refused me today for no mask, even though they’ve never have made me wear one before today. I hope people will realize a mandate is not law and recommendations aren’t laws either. Sad so many fall sheep to this BS.

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this nail salon. They are kind, friendly, funny, and I love how clean they keep their establishment. I have been to three of the nail techs. They are ALL amazing! My feet always look beautiful after a pedicure. I love Tommy and his wife! I love the owners, Billy and his wife, they are such great people! Gina is amazing! I know there are others whom work there (I just don’t have their names) but honestly everyone is so kind and they ALL do amazing work! Thank You Lavish Nails...You are appreciated!

I love this place! I’ve never waited longer than 10 minutes. They are all so friendly and they do a great job. I came in with a picture from Pinterest with an ombré manicure and Billy nailed it!!! After each customer left, I watched them wipe down their stations with Lysol. They are also all wearing masks and they now have plexiglass up at each manicure station. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Staff was nice and services very decently priced. Have not found a nail place Ive enjoyed in a very long time, but my family and I will be back.

Ive been to lavish nails about 5 times each time I usually got a pedicure and a manicure .I have my own nails so this last time the colors didnt match on the feet to the nails because he used a different bottle and I said it was okay they were pretty close but I didnt want gel this time because I dont feel like paying money to put gel on paying extra to have gel and pain to take it off so I get done he tells me the polishes arent the same and I say its okay you did a great job I get up to pay andhe gives me this card I guess you should have had it every time but no one ever said anything.I said okay so can you mark a few off since Ive been here you know at least four times and he said sure and marked one square for the day I was there and told me I owed $5 because since I didnt get gel polish it was $5 to remove it ,the week before it was 3 long story short my nails werent great when I left and within two days the polish was off the end so I removed the polish myself and I wont be going back because Im not spending that kind of money for a lousy job and I guess my point is I didnt complain and say you need to redo my toes Ive always given a 20% tip and this is what I got.

This is the second time I have had a horrible experience at this nail shop. I waited over 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my nails pedi and my 3 year old daughter toes painted. Never once did the owner say anything about being sorry for my wait, after waiting a 1 hour and 45 minutes I finally got my feet done. The owner had his techs work on 3 people that came in after me. Once a tech came over he did my daughters toes horrible paint job didnt last more than a day. The tech started my feet but did not finish my paint job because the owner told him to go start on another person who did not have to wait longer than 15 minutes. The owner painted my toes did a horrible job my polish is already starting to chip. I believe they are not comfortable dealing with clients who are not white and treat African American clients like we are trash. People came in after me and left before me, because they help them first. When leaving the owner did not say bye or have a nice day. During my 2 and a half hour ordeal, I witnessed him greeting and saying bye to other customers.If you want good service as a minority I would go somewhere else. These people are rude and do not give equal customer service to all customers.Plus they had a roach crawling on the floor so please watch were you set your bags.

I have been going here for a couple of years and loved it, but I think girls that are not trained or licensed are allowed to do pedis now and I am not pleased. I went yesterday and she proceeded to cut the straight edges off of my nails and dig into the sides of my toes lifting the nail beds and I bled. This is not standard pedi procedure. Not sure I will go back. My nails have been filed so hard the skin is raw also.

When they say lavish they mean it. When you get a pedi you are on some beautiful and comfortable chairs. I had my nails done, and felt the woman was up on trend but she wasnt overly judgemental. Id go here again and this time Im putting that little rhinestone on a nail.

Amazing job on mani, pedi, and eye brow wax. Billy took great care of me and I am very picky about my nails! Will recommend him to anyone wanting great service and quality work.
