What a terrible experience! I took my daughters in to get their fingers and toes painted for a fun mother daughter outing. This was the opposite of fun. The whole thing was awful. I was quoted a price and then later told a higher price. We were only given one minute to pick our colors and then rushed in and told they had more colors inside. Instead, they just sat us in a chair and gave us a box of sample strip colors and then immediately said, “which one?” My 9 year old tried to pick a color and the lady told her no and then gave her one strip of colors and said she could only choose from those. We asked for an accent color on the ring finger and the lady rolled her eyes and said “fine”. In the end, I could have done a better job painting our nails at home and wouldn’t have had to deal with such a rude tech. Don’t go here. They rush you, are rude to you, and don’t even do a good job.

Shame on me for going back! I gave this place another shot after having a bad experience a couple of years ago. I asked for gel manicures for both my daughter and I. They talk me into getting dip powder. They skipped over the entire manicure, did the dip powder and 20 minutes later and $100 later here I am looking at my nails that have dip powder all over my skin and nails that look just as bad as I went in but with powder covered. When I asked if she could get the stained dip powder off, she said you can wash then with soap and water later. For the record, I have washed my hands over a dozen times and it has not come off. It makes me sad because my daughter and I dont get to do this very often and the time we did, it was so quick , didnt even sit together and we left so disappointed. Never again!

Everyone of the staff greeted me when I walked in! I was pleasantly surprised to find my favorite SNS nail tech there LEE who is the new owner of the salon :)) I had a mani/pedi and my SNS nails done again. It was very relaxing, they were very gentle and did a wonderful job! Very happy with my experience there!I dont know why that Local guide had an issue but Im absolutely sure that it either was just a bad day for herself...I definitely recommend this salon and am referring my friends/family to come here as well! Definitely the only salon Ill be coming to regularly to get my nails done :)) Ask for Lee or Kelly for SNS

I just tried Majestic Nails for the first time. I arrived and they had me sit far apart frome another person getting a pedicure which was perfect!My frst pedicure since the pandemic started.The staff and customers wore masks, equipment was clean. Great service.I know this has to be difficult for all businesses.

The ladies can hardly speak English, you have a hard time understanding them. The one that look hispanic (she is not, she is Vietnamese) is extremely rude and unprofessional. They do not follow CDC guidelines for Covid-19: no properly use of masks, not 6 foot apart either. Will never come back here.

While the Nail Tech Kelly at this place was friendly, the service just was not worth $45. They really dont look professional at all. I pointed this out to her and she brushed it off that she couldnt see what I was referring to on the displacement of the powder gel. Its pretty clear in the photos. Worse in actuality. I definitely wont be back just based on the level of experience versus cost. Again, she was nice and friendly, but just not up to par with what I think a $45 service should look like.

Did my nails in a rush, not quality work.

I have been coming to this place for years and my experience had mostly been great. Yes, sometimes they are understaffed and super busy, but I appreciate the quality of service they are providing. Their prices for services have been decreased lately that is also a plus. Kelly is my favorite! She does an awesome job! Friendly, gentle and takes her time. I always enjoy my time there when Kelly does my nails!

I tried the powder dip manicure which turned out nice (looks good, seems like it’ll last), but my cuticles weren’t cut and there was no massage/lotion following the powder. I essentially paid $45 for my nails to get painted. When I asked about my cuticles after my tech said I was done, she said I could have asked to have my cuticles cut but she didn’t do it because my hands would have had to soak in water and that isn’t ideal for the powder. Bummed I spent all that money to just have my nails painted. Also, they use the same jar to dip all the clients’ fingers so the dip powder process isn’t hygienic. (I bet a lot of places do it this way- something to keep an eye out for.) Won’t be returning.

Just had the best pedicure! I’m usually left wanting more with the foot and leg rub but not here! Kevin wasn’t afraid to use some pressure and rubbed just long enough for me to feel relaxed. He also talked tome about switching from gel on my hands to the SNS powder. Nobody had ever taken the time to explain the difference and value. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!

We were recommended this place by a good friend and it was definitely worth it! The staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife and I both got pedicures and it was awesome. The prices at this place are good and they use higher quality oils and materials. This is also the first place my wife has been where they used a liner in the foot bath. The whole experience was great.

Worst nail experience. I came in here less than 1 week ago and spent 50 dollars on SNS. The lady who helped me was very rude. I had to come back tonight because one of my nails was lifting so bad and one broke. The ladies couldnt even help me find the right color to match it. I had to find it myself after they refused to look. The manager told me I needed to make sure it was the right color because they couldnt do it again. What kind of customer service is that? I would never come here again. I know my job inside and out. You would think that they would know theirs as well but obviously they just dont care. I only came back tonight because I spent so much to be having problems already. Do not come here unless you want to be treated horribly. The whole time they talked about me while I was sitting there. Little did they know I could understand everything they were saying in their language. Horrible. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!

I have had my nails done here the last few times and have not been disappointed! Everyone is friendly and welcoming with wonderful customer service! The business is clean and inviting with refreshments and nice lighting. The nail technicians are knowledgeable and good at what they do. I have been to all of the nail places in the area and have been most impressed with Magestic because of their cleanliness, thoroughness, kindness, and customer service!

I have been coming to this nail salon for over a year now. I am very picky about both my toes and fingernails but they always do a great job! I often get compliments by other women asking where I get my nails done. I am a lifer! 😀

Majestic Nails spa is clean and decorated very uniquely. The staff friendly, I was greeted with a smile and always made to feel welcome. And, even better, they have a loyalty program! Finally, and most important to me, they send text message reminders of my appointment times the day before my appointment.

The quality of service has decreased since the new owner took over. They are always short staffed and they never pay attention to the customer. They are all into their conversations and never try to make you feel comfortable. I’m considerably dissatisfied with my recent visit today.

I drive from Gilbert to go to this salon. They are wonderful individuals that take care of their customers. Even if there is an issue with results, they will fix it. I will not go anywhere else. Mai and her team are the best for all your salon needs.

I went and got my nails done and i got a full set. i wanted a yellow and the yellow i picked out looked nice on the outside but once it was dry it looked like a dirty yellow. the workers were nice, i will give them that but i waited a day to see if it would grow on me and i still hated it! the day after that i went in again and i got a different color and i liked it very much but as i was making my bed my pinky nail BROKE IN HALF!!! i am never going back there ever again! i do not recommend this nail salon im 14 and i work very hard for my allowance and this was a total WAIST!

Schd an appt only an hour in advance, was first timer at this salon and they were very courteous and helpful. It was clean and relaxing and Im very happy with my experience. Will definitely be going back!

Just had a terrible experience here! I just moved to AZ from NC, so I needed a new nail place. I came in with a picture of how I wanted the shape of my nails to look, and it looked NOTHINGGGGG like the picture. I like my nails to be very square and to be flush with my actual nail, and my nails are very round. They look like bubbles. I noticed halfway through that they werent looking right, so I told the man to do them again. He refiled them 3 times and he still didnt do them correctly!! I had my sister in law with me, and she even complained to the man. Also, I asked for a design on one finger on each hand.The design was very simple (I probably could have done it myself), and he told me that he couldnt do it, but he could do something else that looked similar. I was like okay, lets see what you can do. He did the design and the 2 fingers DID NOT MATCH! It was done extremely sloppy! Then when I checked out, the lady at the counter asked if I was satisfied with my nails, and I told her NO. She shrugged her shoulders and still proceeded to charge my card. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK HERE! They are not very friendly either

Lee is the best! Tons and tons of colors to chose from and they take appointments! Plenty of parking, cold water and bowl with snacks.

They were very accommodating on a busy mothers day weekend.

Terrible place! Wouldn’t even give them one star! I Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, they didn’t finish my nails and still made me pay full price. After we told the manager my nails weren’t completely done they had said they don’t do refunds and the lady who did my nails MADE me pay full price and snatched my card out of my hand. They claimed they finished my pedicure but I had no top coat and one toe didn’t even have glitter on it. I Wanted an ombré and even at a different salon they said that it was no where near an ombré. I left the place crying and I will NEVER come back.

Ive been here twice and while the prices are low, so is the quality. The first time I went, my gel manicure started to peel and chip within 48 hours. Because the acrylic separated from my natural nail, my nails were wrought with green fungus when I went back the second time. Its pretty gross. Id rather sit naked on a hot grill than roll the dice with a third manicure at this horror show.

Wonderful place, i feel awesome, great work, awesome people. You might have to wait a little bit, but its sooooo worth it!! I had Tom & my feet feel brand new!! Lol

Is it just me? but its the second time I visit this place mostly out of convenience not service, but second time I go and when I give them the amount I choose to tip based on service, they add their own amount to the tip. Im not sure if its a language barrier, but really? No matter what I say to add to my card for tip, they add more.
