My daughter and I absolutely love this salon!! We are always greeted at the door with a smile by En and they never keep us waiting. Everyone who works at Oh Nails is very friendly and cares about the quality of their work and our experience. Ben went out of his way today to do my daughter’s nails exactly how she wanted them. She always loves her nails when he is finished. The owners, Tommy and Michelle, run a fantastic business, and have hired the best people. 😃

I LOVE going to Oh Nails! I usually go about once a month and I’ve been going here for the past 3 years. I LOVE their dip powder because it protects my nails and it lasts longer. I have had all different nail technicians and I can’t complain! I would recommend Tommy, Ben, Michelle, Vivian and Helen for dip nails. They do an amazing job! I make my appointments online and it’s really user friendly and easy to navigate. If you need a great nail place I highly recommend Oh Nails!

Some of the ladies in my family goes to Oh Nails so they scheduled a ladies night. It was my first time there and I have been going there ever since. Ben is my #1 and has always done an excellent job. Their entire staff are friendly and welcoming. I take the drive from North Phoenix to Gilbert every few weeks for service and find it well worth it. Highly recommend!!

Got a full set on Sunday. Two nails on my left hand started to lift off that same day from the tip almost like the glue wasn’t applied right or was nor good quality to make it stick. I went in and another person fixed those two everything was good. I go to work the next day and while I’m typing just typing nothing crazy a nail on my right hand just popped off. Would not recommend this place. The quality of their services is only good when you have certain people do your nails everyone else screws them up.

This is for their normal pedicures and manicures only***Their nail polish is OLD and goopy it does not last as all and never dried completely.If you want a normal not gel manicure or pedicure they wont last long at all.Also their instruments do not seem to be cleaned every use like they should be.Other then that my nail tech was very nice and did an awesome job at massaging my legs, however for my arm massage she used cold water and it didnt feel very much like a massage.So all in all if you come for the experience and lasting nails I would look else where.**the first 3 pictures are of right after I left and the women said they were dry. All I did was open my door.The last photo is one week after my nails were painted.

Tommy and his team are the very best! I never leave there without my expectations and idea for what I want completely blown away. They are very kind and are focused on giving you the very best experience possible. Don’t hesitate to choose oh nails! En has been there for years and years and will always welcome you with a smile and open arms.

They rushed me through and none of my nails are the same shape.. some are not even fully covered in polish. I had two different nail techs, and when they were putting my top coat on, they didn’t even sit down. I understand being busy but the quality suffered and I am not happy about spending so much money on a bad manicure.

Very enjoyable experience!! I’m 8 months pregnant and can’t bend long enough to do my toes so I decided to go get them done. They got me in and seated right away and were very kind! I will definitely be coming back

I have been coming to this nail salon since 2007 with my mom. They always take great care of us, the salon is always very clean and the staff is always very welcoming. En has done my pedicures since I was a little girl & we usually see Michelle, Tommy, Mandy or Vivian with an appointment for our dip nails. Great service & very affordable prices. Love this place!!

Vivian did a great job with my acrylic nails, very gentle and evenly done, best manicure Ive ever gotten.

I have been coming here for 3 years now ever since I moved to the Gilbert area. The owners are a couple, Tommy and Michelle, and they are always working and involved in their salon. They update the salon every year and keep the decor and paint fresh. Recently, they have added an easy booking website which gets rid of the walkin wait they used to have. I always book with Mandy for my manicures because she understands my personal nail shape and preference that I like.

This place does amazing work. Their stuff are friendly. I went and got my nails done six weeks ago and refused to go anywhere else. Finally have a chance to go back and get my nails done.

They completely messed up me and my friends nails. They rushed the whole thing and our nails turned out uneven. They looked choppy and there were bubbles in the nail. I dont recommend going here.

Tommy and Ben do the best MAN-icures!! Ive been going here for 2 years and I always know Ill be treated like family. They are clean, prompt and professional.

They have bad service they were to rude and aggressive with my face while waxing and left me a rash , and employees yell in there in they’re language that we don’t understand , and it’s hard to comunícate with them when they don’t understand English well .

Made an appt with their online app. Got to Oh Nails and they did not have my appt in their system. All the nail techs had a client. The nail techs started arguing with each other in their native language. I waited 20 mins and one lady who seemed to be in charge did my nails. My nails were done very sloppy and the color did not go up to my cuticles. Very disorganized and unprofessional nail salon.

I have had two great experiences here. They took really good care of me when I didn’t like the color I picked and came in the next day they changed it for me with no problem and no extra charge. Everyone is very friendly and their prices are really reasonable. I’ll definitely keep going here if they continue this great service!

Just moved to the area about a month ago and came here for the first time yesterday. Jerry is the man! I got the dip and my nails look great. Its a small salon and nothing fancy but everyone is really nice. I have found my new nail salon!

Ive been going to Oh Nails for several years. I always get pedicures. Ive had nothing but great service and all of the techs are very friendly! Theyve always given me great pedicures!

I drove from down town Mesa to their location which is not close at all I got there 20 minutes prior to their closing time and after I signed in and sat down for 5 minutes they told me they could not see me because they were about to close. They asked me if I could return the following day if i would of been able to do that I wouldn’t of gone today I would of just gone when I had time but I am leaving out of town tomorrow right after work anyway point is I got there 20 minutes prior to closing they still could have taken me in But they didn’t! I love the way they do the nails and staff has so far been good but this just ticked me off so much not sure if I will be returning.

The owner always remembers my name, which is incredible and makes you feel special even when Im not a consistent regular. Ive received many pedicures there and Ben gives the best foot massages! I received my first manicure there today which was quick and efficient and less expensive than I have been charged at other places in the past! I also feel like the technician took note that I was just relaxing and not feeling very chatty and it seems she respected that and let me just enjoy the treat of the manicure.

This is the only place I will ever go. The staff is so friendly and they provide excellent services

Love the way my nails look! I have been here 3 times and so far I am very pleased with the service, products, and results. I have had a pedicure and a full set with dipping powder, and 2 fills. Each time Ive had a different tech and they have all done a great job. Thank you!

I give it 3 stars because everyone is super friendly and amazing at nails BUT Michelle is super rude, the entire time she wasn’t talked at all, she cut my skin, super rough, rushed it, told her I wants full set short square just plain white. She told me that short doesn’t look good told her it was what I wanted and needed for work she didn’t listen and made them long because “that what looks good” I get done they are thick, too long, crooked, and bumpy!!! I paid $47 this! Way to expensive. I had a lot more done by the other ladies and done nicely and was only charged $40

My Grandma went here for 12 years until she passed away... She was always very happy with her nails and the work they did! When I would come in from out of town we would get our nails done there and they treated me like family. This really is a great nail shop! I highly recommend them!

Just beware of hidden charges that ARE NOT on their web page and that other salons do not charge you for. You may walk out paying twice as much as you thought. Also not great work, after just few days, the gel polish started peeling off. They also need to work on their customer service attitudes! Very rude!

Came to this location yesterday, 5/7/18 for both a pedicure and a manicure. Overall, the experience was okay and the lady who did my manicure was super polite and did a wonderful job. The reason why I gave this place a 2 star rating is because the guy who did my pedicure, used the cuticle tool to clip my pinky toe nail on the end, in a vertical manner. He then continued to yank the nail off of my left pinky toe, when it was still attached, thus causing extreme pain and causing my toe to bleed. When giving him permission to clip my nails, i thought itd be from the top of the nail.. instead he took off the side of my nail :(. I normally dont write bad reviews, but I have never had this happen to me before and i left stressed, upset and in pain. As of today, I am still in pain.. For the guy who did my pedicure, please ask him to go more gentle on clients cuticles; hes very aggressive and needs to be cautious.

Location was bought out, now I refuse to go back, even thou it looks nicer. It cost a lot more, they push you to upgrade every second youre there and when you ask for something, they talk their way out of the extra work.I went in for a new set, my nail tech had 3 ladies come up to tell me mine were fine .. I got tired of arguing and she already started so I just got a fill.. They cracked in 3 days.Asked for a nail color change of my feet, they acted like they didnt understand and kept saying I needed a pedicure and left paying 3more for unnecessary services. I am not a aggressive person but wish that day, it came out cause they know how to push their quotas and sales. Beware, I really miss the old crew who were genuinely friends and now these fake ladies will never get my money again.

Been here twice, 1st time was better than 2nd visit. 2nd visits pedi was a bit chunky looking, but will last my standard 2 weeks. I love the fact I can book an appt online, which gives me the option to try someone new and get the day and time I want or wait for for someone specific to have on opening. Will give them a 3rd try.

I have been coming to Oh Nails for a while and have had a variety of services done. You set appoints they are always behind. When they are busy they do a crappy job but charge you the same amount. I will NEVER go back.
