Tony was my nail artist, I briefly told him an idea and showed him a few concept photos, from those he designed something that was better than I could have even imagined!!! He always makes us feel like family and makes sure you’re happy every step of the way. I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about him. The salon itself is clean and presentable and always a welcoming space. If you ever have the chance, or need a new place to get pampered. Look no further!

I have no complaints on the service here, BUT I would caution on the quality. There are always fluke things that happen and that could have just been my experience. I had a gel manicure that lifted the next day on all the edges, went in and they redid my nails no charge which was wonderful, but literally the next day cracks all over my redone nails. I’ve never experienced this with gel before, but just wanted to leave this review as a caution to maybe the quality of the product?

Came here because of the reviews and they did not disappoint. I had my nails done a week ago and they were awful! I wish I had a before. They were able to correct everything I hated about my nails and left me with natural beautiful nails and even suggested this color. I wanted simple and they delivered. Thank you!

My sister in law and mother in law went to get our nails done here. We scheduled an appointment with them. Once we got there they asked if we were celebrating anything and we said no, just a treat yourself day! They decided to make it a GIRLS NIGHT! Brought out sparklingly cider, chocolate and made us laugh and got our nails done!! What a fabulous fun place!! Kim and Tony took care of us and treated us so well!! I would highly recommend this place to everyone! And I LOVE my nails!

I was able to walk in without an appointment and sat down immediately. I sat with Bella. She was very friendly and did a good job. I asked for dip and I really like how they came out.I am not giving 5 stars because the tools and stations were covered in powder from other nails. Could be cleaner.

My daughter, granddaughter and I got a pedicures were. But asked for my toe an hand color to match. They are way off.All manicures poor/minimal work was done. No shaping of nails. SOME trimming of cuticals Very disappointed and it was $40 per person for manicure with just gel polish put on.Spent over $200 for the three of us pedicures and manicures with gel. Not worth it. People were friendly. Very expensive for the quality of manicures.

I had the absolute best experience. Tony stayed open even amidst all the craziness going on. Ive being going her for a while and Kathy for my manicure. She is a perfectionist. I never have to go back to fix anything like other places I visit before.Ann it is a pro for my eyebrows. Nobody can do it like her. Perfect! She listened to what I like. Ann also did my daughters nail, my husband pedicures and mine too.

I went in for a mani and pedi at 1030 Sunday morning and the guys was very new he tried but he just didnt do a quality job I tipped him bc I do understand that people have to learn but it was frustrating I didnt get done until 100 thats a long time for a service that was only okay

Christie always does a fabulous job on my lashes. Fun to talk to and relaxing. Very clean and high quality glue. GREAT prices for mink lashes. $80 or so for full set. Mink is usually a lot more. I get size 11s in length, very black, and they dont look so long to the point of being fake, but enough to be glamorous. Goodbye eye makeup. I wake up feeling beautiful.

They were so funny and welcoming! My gel nails held up for weeks and I would definitely drive across town to go back.

I am super mad. I wanted a half moon french gel manicure. I made sure to show them the pic and to make sure they had the materials. well the tech just gobbed on glitter nail polish not actual glitter flakes. it took 3 times and the help of another tech to make it look round on my nails. it was awful and a huge uneven bump. then to top it off the next day it lifted and peeled off the whole nail polish in one piece. beyond ridiculous! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND NO ONE GO THERE EITHER.

Ive been going here for a while now and they are always professional, clean and nice. My nails always look amazing. They use tub liners! You can even get a cold drink while you get your service for free or buy an adult beverage. I love going here.

Made an appointment for 11AM, not seen until 11:45AM.Had been to this salon many times before but what appears to have been a change in management has resulted in increased prices, a decline in service and horrible time management. Have no plans on returning.

They were awesome the firts 2 times they do my nails but the last 2 times the lady hurt my nails pretty bad and she didnt listen to me when i told her it was painful she just look at me and smile. They are very nice but they need more training.Also the nail polish didnt last not even 4hrs.

DO NOT COME HERE! The eyebrow lady waxed off half of my eyebrow and then made me pay for it. They have horrible customer service!!

So I went to this nail salon yesterday, February 8th, to get a manicure. After she completed my nails she asked me if i would be interested in getting my eyebrows waxed since they were on a special for $7.99. I told her I had to work so I was nervous due to the fact I tend to get really red around the eyebrows due to the wax. She told me they had hard wax which would eliminate the redness for sensitive skin. Let me just say this hard wax feels like they are putting glue on your face then ripping it off slowly. My eyebrows would have run off my face if they had a choice. I sucked up like a champ though, looked in the mirror upon completion noticed my forehead was all red and thought well I need a compact and got ready to pay. My jaw almost hit the floor when she told me my total was $38.00!! $38 for a manicure, no fake nails, and a discounted torture eyebrow wax, are you kidding me!! They even have a sign that says 5% off if you pay cash, which I did, and got NO discount. Needless to say, although I like my nails, I will choose a different establishment in the future where I dont need to pay an arm and leg for a manicure and eyebrow wax...if they had thrown in a massage then we would be talkin but for the service I got not worth the money.

They do such an AWESOME job and take care of you so well here, I cant believe they charge as little as they do! After I moved from Gilbert to Scottsdale, Ive tried so many different places of different price ranges, hoping to find a new place closer to home, but I never could. Christy - the owner - is truly an expert aesthetician, and she teaches her employees to be the same. Although I dont like having to drive down, I make sure I do because theres no other place where I know Ill really be taken care of, regardless of price!

First of my wife has been going to this place since it opened and she loves it.The two negative reviews I saw are from a previous employee who was fired with reason and her friend. My advicevis try it out yourself once or twice and make your own judgement.

Terrible. Left sharp corners on my toe nails and they were crooked. I had to fix them when I got home. Didnt put slippers on my feet after pedi and told me to across floor to mani station with bare feet.

BEWARE STAY AWAY!!! This place is horrible. The owner is so rude and unprofessional. She always has a very nasty look on her face and it makes the entire place miserable to be in. The employees are unlicensed and unprofessional as well. Whatever you do STAY AWAY from this nail salon. Places like this should be closed immediately and owners like her should NEVER be allowed to work or own a business in this industry again!!!!
