Star pedicure for $30. They were able to get me in even though it was an hour before closing, and the night before Valentines day. They used the cellophane cover in the basin which made me happy. I had an older gentleman and he was very quiet, which was okay. I wouldnt say it was a spectacular pedicure but it was decent. The massage chair didnt really work that great but the salon was busy. Since the salon is in a convenient location, I will likely use them again.

Terrible. I had an appointment scheduled at 5:30 and waited over an hour. They fit walk ins before me, at least 2. Would never recommend, never going back. Wasted time. Shouldn’t even be a standing nail salon.

I needed my nails done the night before my wedding and decided to try Star Nails. I dont get my nails done often so I was slightly nervous what to expect. The staff was very friendly from the beginning and my nail tech Gina was amazing. She had such a great sense of humor which made my nerves ease away. Overall I was so happy to have chosen this spa. The atmosphere was great and I left so happy! The picture of my nails is a week after my manicure..still beautiful. If you have Gina as your tech, you wont be disappointed :)

I love going here to get my nails done. Its clean and the people are so nice. Unlike other places, they put a liner in the pedicure basin so you dont have to worry about infection. I have been going here since I moved to Chandler and I highly recommend them.

They were nice but the older gentleman doing my pedicure didnt paint my toes very well and actually missed half my pinky nail. He did well with the callous removal but was a little rough around my bunions. The massage was very light, I almost didnt feel it and he only used the stones for about 30 seconds.

Took my mother here for mothers day, granted the salon just opened the day before after Covid quarrantine, however, while waiting a while to be called (we had an appointment), I noticed the shelves were dusty, you would think itd be cleaned off during the time it was closed. Anyways, had a pedicure (which was fine) and a no chip manicure. The polish was ridged around the nail bed when completed, usually the tech dips their brush in acetone and runs it along the edge to make it smooth. I asked him to do that but I dont think he understood. My no chip lasted one week. I could not believe that they literally just all peeled off one by one. Very disappointing. I was visiting from out of state and could not make it back to have them fix.

I LOVE this place. They have very decent prices and still get a good experience. I ONLY go to Holly. She is amazing. Shes does my nails very well and is one of the rare ones there that can do nail art. Shes very detail oriented,takes her time and does an exceptional job on my fills and nail art. This is the only place I come too!

I went to Star Nails for the first time and was super happy with the work they did. The salon was clean and had relaxing music playing, it was very peaceful. I had them do a SNS (dip) manicure and they did an absolutely beautiful job, I was so happy with it. They accept competitor coupons which I love. And they also said they’ll fix a chipped nail for free!! I’ll be back again for sure and I highly recommend this salon.

Ben is absolutely amazing I love the work he does on my nails and feet. I came here two years ago after going all over the valley and just couldn’t find the right person. Finally I found Ben and he takes pride in every appointment and just all around fabulous!!!!

Ive given this place a try twice, and been disappointed both times. First time was my first time trying dip. It ended up being so thick I felt like I was wearing multiple sets of fake nails. Since I had nothing to compare it to I thought it might just not be for me, and Id give them another try. Im a huge fan of gel nails. I went in Friday. I knew watching I might have a problem. 1 base coat, 1 coat white tip, 1 top coat. I had chips Saturday morning. (And I didnt do anything that should have chipped my nails) I would have gone back, but I decided Id rather not even ask them to fix them.. Ill be looking for someplace else...

Overall a good experience .Made an appointment for 3 girls at 5:45 and they mistakenly thought all of us wanted gel.but other than that gib did an amazing job on my nails and didnt rush.

Horrible Service. Sat over an hour in waiting limbo. They moved people from one seat to another. When they finally got me. I just refused service and you know what they didnt even care. Its like a assembly line and I was done with Horrible Service and watching them juggle 2 to 3 people at the same time.Im a new client and it will be my first and last time here.

My best nail salon experience ever! Everyone is very friendly. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and was beyond happy with the way my nail design turned out. They also have the BEST massage chairs.

Quality manicure and pedicure every time I come here! I always ask for Emily and have never been disappointed. This establishment is clean and the employees are friendly. I usually call ahead to see how busy it is before coming or make an appt in advance to make sure my wait times are minimal.

They are convenient. And usually short or no wait. If you get one of the more experienced techs, your pediatrician will be good. God help you if you get someone new. The last time I was in, I lucked out and got a veteran. But just as she was getting into my pedi, someone walked in (no appt) for a manicure and I was handed off to someone who was obviously new. She wasnt as bad as a few Ive had there, but geez. They need to do more training before being turned loose on paying customers.

I went in for a gel Mani and a regular pedi.The pedicure was good. The gel manicure was the worst I have ever had. I went in wanting a basic design on natural nails the male technician, literally was like I cant do that. I decided to just get plane color. It lasted one week. Three of my nails lifted I have natural nails. In the past 3 years that Ive been getting gel not once has this happened. I went back to have them fix it. I believe the owner saw me and was rude about having to fix their mistake. She rushed me out because her customer was waiting, yet I schedule and appointment and had been waiting over 40 minutes to be seated, yet this new customer had just walked in. Never have I been treated this way. I went to another nail salon and they had to correct Star Nails mess. Im happy were I went the new place I went to had great service there on Gilbert and Baseline margarita nail salon. Way better than Crappy Star Nail

Went last second for a quick pedicure. They were extremely nice and friendly and squooze me in on a busy day. The pedicure was amazing! They make sure you thoroughly enjoy the experience.

Ive been going to this place for several years exclusively to get my nails done. The married couple who manage it as well as all of the techs who work there are wonderfully sweet and accommodating and all do a great job.

I went there and asked for ombré nails with gel acrylics and the person i had didn’t know what he was doing at first and he was burning my nails. So then i walked out and the shape was a little bit off and the ombré looked okay. Then a couple days later they were falling off so we called and the manger told us to come back and i will get a new set basically so then when i went there the manger was burning me! he made me bleed! and he had a cold so he was coughing of me and i was very disgusted and my nails when i got them done again looked bad..... if you want good nails and service i recommend going to boutique nails bar they are amazing and my nails looked so good every time !!!!

I really enjoy coming to this Nail shop. There are plenty of chairs for manicures and pedicures and is rarely a wait to be seen. I havent had the best of luck with the waxing, but the staff is friendly and the minimal wait is worth going for nail services.

Terrible experience!! Thought I would give a new salon out a try and worse decision I could have made!!! Within 12 hours of having them done and Ive already had2 break....i was supposed to have acrylic nails and he didnt even put any on one of my fingers, I had to ask him to fix my nails 4 times because they were so crooked and bad. I had a very old man doing them....I knew right away it was gonna be a bad situation. I believe there could be others that are good there but absolutely do not go to him.

Went to go get my nails done for my wedding showed a specific picture of what I wanted and completely messed them up. Nail tech shaped them wrong dont even match sizes of other nails. Over charged me for changing color and want to add 5 dollars to everything. After I mentioned I didnt like that I asked to speak to manager and lady said no you talk to me like if she was hiding something. Dont recommend wont ever go again!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! Waste of $60. This is the second time gel nail polish has come off within a week. Both times were gel and they were done by different techs. I gave them the benifit of the doubt this time thinking it was just a bad day or maybe that tech wasnt very good, but I was wrong. The quality of their service has gone down severly. And if botching my nails wasnt bad enough my sisters and I scheduled mani pedis, we were rushed through the salon and werent even able to sit together. The nail tech cut my finger TWICE in the same spot. She didnt even cover up to the cuticle of some of my nails with gel polish. She didnt seem to care about me at all, she just rushed me along. She upgraded my pedi without my permisson and charged me the upgrade price. I will not be going back.

This place doesnt deserve one star. I went in for a Pedi and ended up on antibiotics. The lady dug out an ingrown that I didnt know I had. My toe got so infected I had to go to urgent care. On my other foot she was so rough with the callous remover that she took a little chunk of skin off the side of my foot. I havent been able to wear closed toe shoes for the past three days because Im in so much pain. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

The man who did my pedicure and gel full set was so sloppy. Very unhappy with the outcome.

If i could give a 0 i would. I went in for a pedicure. The technician dug at my toes. Said i had the start of ingrown toenails. The technician made my toes bleed. Suffice to say, later that evening i was awoken in the middle of the night with my toes throbbing and in pain. I went to the emergency room the next day. I was running a 102 degree temp because my toes got infected from the pedicure. The ER administered IV antibiotics. And now Im also on antibiotics for 10 more days. I had to pay the ER copayment of $100 and an additional $174 to meet my deductible. That and the follow up visits to a podiatrist until infection is gone. Ill have to leave work to go to these additional appointments....WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO STAR NAILS.

I keep trying to go back there due to the proximity of the location to my house and I am continually disappointed. I wish there was someone I could speak to who would listen. At this point, I have probably given them thousands of dollars in business and they really dont seem to care when there is an issue.
