Beautiful atmosphere, but cant get too friendly with the staff especially if you dont want them talking about you behind your back. And they do. Known them for a year off and on. Off because I couldnt handle the drama. On because they do great work. They truly know what their doing!

I went to get my nails done for my wedding on Jan 30, I will not be going back which is unfortunate since the salon is walking distance from me. Here are my reasons, take it with a grain of salt:1. I was not asked to wash/sanitize my hands2. Tech did not wash/sanitize their hands nor did she wear gloves3. I showed her a pic of the ombre I wanted and they only had one pink color which is too cool-pink for my skin tone4. No nail prep or cuticle work wasnt done5. Nails are flat, no apex, and look messyNeedless to say, I will need to get them redone at another place.

I have been going here for years and I dont have the words to express how amazing this salon is! Kim is not only my nail tech but has became a person I look forward to seeing every time! The salon is always clean and everyone is so nice they make you feel at home. Thank you Kim for the years of amazing service and perfect nails every time. For anyone questioning if they should go here or if your looking for a new salon this is your place!

I have been going to this salon for awhile since I live behind in the islands but a few months ago got the worst gel mani I have ever gotten due to the inept manicurist. She drilled so far into my nail beds that I was in pain & I even told her are you trying to hurt me? She continued in clueless even after complaining. I only had a regular gel I dont know why she felt she had to drill my nails! Needless to say she damaged my beds now months later I still have the half circle moons where she drilled into the nails & now the nails are breaking at those weakened places. I have always had healthy nails, this upsets me enough to write a bad review & to warn others. I never write reviews but please be warned.

Clean place and friendly people, but overpriced for nails that dont last. I received a gel mani on Friday and its already chipping (today is Monday). I also received a pedicure and paid for the one with longer massage which wasnt long enough at all. I will stick with my go-to place.

My mom had recommended this place. I went wrong by not going with the ladies she had recommended (Felicia is the only name I remember) Super cute interior. Had SNS/dip done by Kim. Nail drill cut my cuticles mutiple times, filed so rough it cut under my pinky nail, and inside of my middle finger. Never apologized or acknowledged even though the blood was clearly seen. I understand & appreciate being timely/quick but this was aggressive & felt as though I was an inconvenience. Called the place after & was blown off.

Helen is the best! She takes her time and is a perfectionist. Gel nail polish done by her lasts me up to 3 weeks! Shes the only one I let touch my natural nails. Shes so nice and sweet too 💕

I was called into work for an emergency at the last minute. I tried to call the salon to cancel early but they do not have an answer machine to leave a message.Once I called the salon to inform them, the girl was very rude!!!! I know we ALL are living under hard times right now but this isn’t the time to treat paying customers this way. I asked to reschedule and the girl said”No”, I was shocked!!!Don’t go to this salon.....they don’t care about their customers. I have worked in the public sector my entire life and I have never treated any of my customers as I was treated today,😡

I have been looking for a new nail salon, closer to home for a while and I think I have FINALLY found it! Hannah did an amazing job on my nails and Felicia was super helpful in finding the exact color I wanted. This place is very clean and has a beautiful modern look to it. I will definitely be coming back.

I have been going to this location for years, and was concerned about new management. I have to say, though, that it has been a great experience. I was even more pleased to find that the same technicians are there. Helen is the best. She knows me well and understands that I am particular. Everyone is great and I love the new look.

First time going to this particular salon. Theyre male friendly (i go because of ingrown toenails). She did a great job and the massage was the best out of all the ones ive had in the Valley.

The nails had to get a refill within a week. Some of my nails were crooked and the sides were bubbly. Not worth the money imo. I didnt notice until after I left and I was already out of town.

Had my nails yesterday...rudest, most unfriendly nail tech EVER. She was sooo rough with my nailbeds & caused my cuticle to begin bleeding and didn’t even acknowledge it or wipe it before proceeding.😳 Unbelievable inconsideration, I was in pain but she couldn’t care less. She said two words to me the entire time it was the strangest experience, very uncomfortable. Won’t be back.😬
