I haven’t been to this mail salon in a few years. It didn’t impress me in the past. I came back in today, because it’s convenient to my home, and the grocery store I shop at, and I didn’t feel like going out of my way for my mani/pedi today. I’m so glad I did! Vivian JUST purchased the nail salon last week and she’s off to a great start. They’re very personable, professional and I love the way my nails look. The pedicure was so relaxing! I’ll definitely be back and I hope Vivian’s new business prospers!

As soon as my mom and I walked through the door, we picked our color and got seated right away. They were super helpful on helping us choose colors. Yvonne did an amazing pedicure and didn’t force me into extra services. And my moms nails were done by Tracy, and she loved the way they turned out. They were super nice and made sure we were taken care of!

Super fast and good! Next time im im Gilbert Arizona again i will be back!

I have used Tammy at this location for many years. She was great. They told me that she wasnt working due to an injury and her doctor said she couldnt work for a while. I tried a different tech for a simple pedicure. Its a mess. Worst pedicure Ive ever received. Nails are cut crooked, rough, not filed properly, bumps of skin left around the nail and sloppy polish. It looks like a child did my pedicure. Totally unprofessional. And I found out that Tammy is working at another salon. Wont be going back here again.

Customer service is horrible. Employees never say hi, they speak foreign language and talk only to each other. Manicure is horrible. For $30 , there are nicer places than this one. They are always in hurry. Last time they did my gel manicure for 15 minutes. Could you imagine how it looked like?

Pedicure was done without a wait time and I liked the results. The staff are all polite, it’s a clean salon and Tracy who did my manicure and eyebrow wax did a great job! This is my first time here and I will be back. Thank you Tracy and Tom.

Tammy does amazing dip nails and makes my short French manicure look great every time. I can typically go 3 weeks between manicures. Highly recommended!

Went on a suggestion from a friend. I asked at the front if they could do a specific design..the girl said yes. After I sat down, the tech said they cant because they dont have the tools. Pic 1 is what I asked for..pic 2 id all they could do. So not happy at all. Now I have to go elsewhere to get it fixed.

I REALLY WISH I WOULDVE TRUSTED ALL THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS THAT THIS PLACE HAS!!!My nails are in the worst condition they have ever been in after receiving a dip manicure from this place. The lady who did my nails filed them so much with the drill that it was even burning at times. A few days after the manicure was done I had hangnails on several of my nails and they were lifting after one week. I went to a different salon to have the dip manicure soaked off and my nails are so paper thin that they are breaking off. I absolutely do not recommend this place it is a waste of money and ruins your nails!

The nail tech did a great job, but i had asked for a regular french tip. And without my approval he did a gel french which was $20 extra. Definitely not worth the price. Honestly dont come here unless you like to be ripped off.

It was my first time at Palace Nails but was recommended by a coworker. I didn’t have an appointment but they accommodated and got me in pretty quickly. Peter did an awesome job! He was patient and did the nail design that I wanted. My nails turned out great!

The only place I trust will do an excellent job on my eyebrows every time! My wait has never been longer than 5 minutes and they are very polite.

Palace nails is a great place to get your mani or pedi done. I have been going there for about 3 months. I have never been disappointed. Sam is the best! He is super friendly and always comes up with some great designs of his own!

I recently moved to the area and really needed to get my eyebrows waxed. I walked into palace nails and asked if they had time. The lady stood up and said I will take you now. When I lay down she quickly and actually pretty roughly smeared hot wax all over my face. Then she lay down the strips and quickly ripped them off. The whole process took less than 2 minutes. She then proceeded to rub this oil also very roughly on the places she waxed. My face was on fire!! When I got home I looked in the mirror and realized she had ripped off skin not only on my eye but on my lip too. Now I have scabs on my face. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for almost 20 years and never have I left with skin ripped off... never again

I had to have one fake nail redone and it literally was not the same shape or height as the rest of the nails a different person had to reshape the rest of then because of that one

Every time my daughters and I come here, we are greeted and treated wonderfully! Very relaxing nice environment with big screen tv and fun music. Plus they offer a 10% student discount for the teenagers which is very nice! Our go to place!

I live quite far from here but had a few hours to kill and figured I would try out a new nail place. Oh my goodness, what a treat. I was a walkin on a notoriously busy day (The day before Thanksgiving) and they welcomed me with open arms. I was lucky enough to get Mimi who did a wonderful job. I especially loved how family oriented and sweet all of the staff was together. The nails were very reasonably priced and I left feeling wonderful. This is definitely my new nail spot, even if it is a drive!

I made an appointment kind of close to closing time and they still took me and my daughter for a pedicure the people were very nice, super friendly, with great customer service.I will be back.

I have been coming to this nail salon for a pretty long time now, and I have lately been very dissatisfied with the quality that I have been given. I came in today and was there for a polish change. I wanted glitter and the man who was doing my nails spilled the glitter all over me. Was not clean at all, coughed without covering their mouth, texted someone else during my appointment, was “cleaning” the glitter up by dusting it onto the floor and hurried to finish up my nails. Did the job, but showed absolutely no effort, friendliness or cleanliness. I usually have a good experience here but this time I felt uncomfortable the whole time I was getting my nails done.

I called less then 30 minutes ahead and when I arrived they took me right away. I was super nervous to get them done because it’s my first time getting acrylics but the lady was super nice and helped me with making sure I got what I wanted. They turned out really well and I would definitely recommend it!

My daughter-in-law, granddaughter and I were a walk in on a Sunday afternoon for three pedicures . They took all three of us with in five minutes. I thought they did a wonderful job and I thought their prices were very reasonable. I had Kelly and she really took great care of my feet and I have one weird toe and she paid particular attention to it and made it look 100% better . I highly recommend Palace nails and spa .

I got my nails done yesterday and they are beautiful. The man that did my nails was very careful but didnt take much time. i am obsessed with nails nails and they are beautiful.

This is a terrible salon. I expected a decent experience, but some of the people were rather rude and the lady who did my nails mumbled continuously to herself and shook a lot. She seemed to be in a hurry and sloppily did my nails. She skipped trimming my cuticles, the nail polish isn’t smooth, there was nail polish all around my fingers (which she told me was my skin despite my skin not being blue), there was nail polish under my nail, sealing my skin to my nail, there was nail polish on my cuticles that she forgot to trim, the nail polish is streaky and she didn’t do the small massage at the end either. I had already trimmed and filed my nails to the length and shape I wanted before hand, but she filed my nails after I asked her not to, and she filed them unevenly. They had been round before, but after she filed them they were slanted and one side of the nail was longer than the other. My cousin also went with me to get her nails done, and her nails were done at the same quality despite another technician working on her. The only difference is that she did receive a massage. When I mentioned that the service was not good and their job was flawed, the person who seemed to be in charge told us that it was perfecting there no flaws then refused to fix them. Overall, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The nail techs seemed very inexperienced and were not concerned with doing a good job, and the people were rather rude. I do not recommend going to this salon because you will just waste your money.

Have been coming to Palace Nails for Manis and Pedis for 2 years. Always very satisfied with the services and staff. The products they use afford me once a month applications without any lifting or mold problems. A very relieving consideration for my weak nails.

If you want a 90 second eyebrow wax, this is your place! Doubly so if you want uneven eyebrows, and if you like an entire chunk missing from one of them - man, you’ll be impressed! The older lady (who is maybe an owner?) did mine and I’ve never had such a shoddy, rushed wax. I was hurried out of the salon without even being offered a mirror to look at my brows (wonder why) and when I got to my car to look at them, there was a piece of cotton ball with wax stuck to my hairline. Really nice touch! I will never ever go here again!

Friendly staff. They offer powder dip, which is awesome! Prices are reasonable and competitive. They have complimentary wine with a minimum purchase. The massage chairs are very comfortable during pedicures.

Great setup, comfortable pedi chairs, clean salon and friendly staff. Prices were similar to other local places but service here was better.

There were two of us that went in for a pedicure. Neither of the technicians spoke a single intelligible word of English so communication was impossible. The woman that did my service did a suitable job at trim, cuticle & polish but absolutely nothing in the way of massage except to very lightly rub the top part of my leg the entire time. I kept waiting for her to get around to my calf or my foot or my toes, but that never happened. If youre going to have a business that supposedly provides a service for a fee, get better at what youre doing!

Great customer service and great quality! My sister and I made an appointment for pedicures and dip nails- they were ready for us when we walked in and were very friendly! Our nails look great!

I do not go to any other nail place. Some said Paula is only there to make money not satisfy customers and I couldn’t disagree more. She was and is always willing to help my family out with our wants no matter what time. Of course we never take advantage of that but it’s more than appreciated! The techs there are also very friendly and do their absolute best for their customers. They are extremely clean about everything and I am so Loyal because I have not found as nice of a nail place like this one.Thank you to Paula and everyone here for the best service and amazing environment!

They do a great dippy nail they stay on forever with no chipping I can go 6 weeks with the same set! They are fast and friendly, not the cheapest but you pay for the quality and a nice salon I think so its worth it for me. They do get packed on the weekends and usually have long waits so I try to go first thing in the morning.

Under new ownership. The salon is beautiful. The nail techs seem super inexperienced. I’ve gotten my nails done for years and this was by far my worse experience. I was really hoping to love this salon, so disappointing.

Decent job at nails, but use caution with any other services. My eyelash fill was completely hacked. Then they wanted to charge me more to fix it. Never again. Also, no tipping except with cash and you are discouraged from paying for anything with credit card. The management said they dont want to pay the credit card service charges. No customer care in any way. Long term clients are not their focus and you will be made to feel that way if you go here.

Ive been going here for years, but I cannot continue they only have a couple techs that can do a good job if I use anyone but the one guy Tim who can do a good job my nails will last 3 to 4 weeks. If anyone else does it I have rough edges and they break within week. I used to get acrylics and paid 30 but ive switched to dip powder French style..d when your paying 50$ per manicure you expect a lil better than what ive been getting I have let the owner know multiple times and she offered no remedy on her end just sorry about your luck thats how it is response instead of dealing with this further im forced to find another salon that has good techs every time you pay top dollar

Went in with a friend and her 11 year old daughter from out of town. Tony did my gel pedicure, after removing my old gel. They charged us for an adult pedicure and design, because my friends daughter was over 10(doesnt say this on their website), Paula, the owner even wanted to argue with me, so instead of making a scene, I left it at that. Then they Nickle and dimed me and for the hot stone and Charged me to remove the old gel, even though I was putting gel back on. Then after over charging my card, she didnt want to refund the card or give me the difference in cash, she wanted to put it on a gift card, uh no, not okay. Tony did a great job on my pedicure as well as Taeru on my friends pedicure and manicure. This isnt my first issue with this place. I wont be giving them my business anymore. Paula is there, 100% to make money, not to satisfy customers. Ill take my business elsewhere!

It was my first time here. I went in and got my eye brows done and itll be the last. The lady who did them was in a complete rush and totally ruined my eye brows. She did them extremely thin and uneven. I will now have to go to a professional wax place or keep with my original nail place. ladies, dont EVER cheat on your eye brows ladies EVER bc not worth it :) also, usually its $10 to get them done at nail places,they charge $12. Worst $12 Ive ever spent.P.s- Very bad service as well.

This place is a joke. They want you to pay cash so they can pocket the money and not get charged for credit card fees. Four of us came in to get a pedi and weve been here three hours.

Ok place, really busy and they dont always complete the service you are paying for. Multiple times i have gotten a manicure, everything is fine until the end when you are supposed to get a hand massage. It has been skipped multiple times.

I asked for a stone on my design and they said , you dont need it! My polish was smudged. They were arrogant, I would never go there again.
