Kelly’s is definitely the best place in town for nails. I’ve been going here for years even before they renovated and expanded the store.If your looking for a fast nail job, Kevin is your man. If your looking for an elaborate nail art, Henry is your guy. If you like to have a good conversation while your nails are being done, Daisy is very great at chatting. All of the staff here are highly trained and are truly amazing at what they do!

I made an appointment for 3 pedicures and one full set, it took about 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time to get us back then another 10-15 minutes for anyone to come to start our pedicures. That was fine they were busy and understaffed, so I wasn’t too upset about that. But when it came to the lady that was doing my nails, she didn’t know what she was doing. She was very rough with my feet and even when I said ow that hurts she continued to cut and scratch me with the nail drill and cuticle cutter. Multiple times throughout the visit the manager had to come over and do multiple tasks for her. She attempted to do the acrylics for about 10 minutes. I was starting to get frustrated. She tried to shove a dry ball if acrylic onto my nail, at one point even used her fingers to push it onto my nail (which obviously didn’t work). She started to get it right at one point but wasn’t happy with how runny it turned out so she proceeded to rip the half dried acrylic iff of my nail. After that the manager came and did the acrylic for her but left the drilling to the lady ( she kept hitting my skin and kept doing it aggressively even when I told her she was hurting me). On the nail display they had a cute chunky glitter but once again the manager had to come over to show this lady how to do it. The manager did my acrylic nails in the end and they turned out beautifully but my toes (the lady did them) were not smooth and the glitter is not even on all the nails. In total for three pedicures and one full set I paid over $200 not including the tips. It’s a cute salon but I don’t think I’ll be returning due to the treatment of the staff. I’m frustrated they made me pay for the pedicure when the polish is not smooth(it scratches my toes and gets caught on my socks). The manager didn’t even apologize for the woman cutting me or messing up my nails. I also paid for the upgraded pedicure but the lady forgot to do the hot stones because she was in a rush to leave. I wasted 2 and a half hours at this salon and left with a botched nail job. I’m disappointed.

I walked in for my pedicure service. I choose simply spa pedicure.I did have all of the services listed. It seemed more like a production line. Everything seemed rushed.Almost by the time they wrapped both legs in towels they were taking the first one off.I read the service as “Followed by a 10 minute massage with hot stones.” to mean that at least I could feel pampered for a 10 minute hot stone massage.I was incorrect. I decided to use a timer since my only gauge of the speed was a friend who started her services when I did.My massage of hot stones lasted 2:33:01. I mentioned this to the clerk when I went to pay. I explained my disappointment of the sprint service I received. As well as my friends classic spa pedicure started at the same time taking longer with another technician. In my opinion the quality of service doesn’t justify the price point.I just hope the polish lasts longer than the service.

Kevin is amazing, he is a very skilled nail tech! I have been to multiple nail salons in Gilbert and was never satisfied, but Kelly Nails salon is absolutely the best! Definitely coming back!

The staff at Kelly Nails are amazing! They do incredible work for reasonable prices and they are always kind and friendly. They even stayed late one night for a mani/pedi that I needed for a wedding. I cannot recommend them enough!

Have been coming to Kellys for years! Usually I was getting gel, but i made the switch to dip, and what a difference! My nails have grown out beautifully with the dip. They last longer than they should! I have been requesting Mai for my appointments because her manicures are always super clean and stunning. I get numerous compliments with every manicure I get. I always make an appointment for first thing in the morning, because after that they become very busy. I am loyal to Kellys because they always deliver and I have the best results! Being super particular with how my nails are done, Ive struggled finding a nail technician who really understands detail and what works best for each individual client. After researching, I decided to go with Kevin and he absolutely slaaayed my set. He was very knowledgeable about the craft of acrylics, what works best with my nail bed, and what was wrong with what I had walked in with. Kevin was super professional and very easy to talk too...I knew I could be at ease the entirety of my appointment. Im definitely returning to this salon and to my new nail technician!

I got gel manicure and the spa special pedicure. Loved both ladies I had, they were friendly, polite and did a wonderful job. The salon is airy and spacious. They have tons of options, colors and services. Loved coming here with my friend, wish it were closer by where I lived to make this my regular salon.

Prior to doing business with Kelly Nails I tried a dozen or more salons. Not being overly impressed with any, I continued my search until finding my forever home at Kelly Nails. Daisy is my manicurist and she is as much of a perfectionist as I am, possibly even more :) and ALWAYS does an incredible job!!!!!! After finding Kelly and Daisy I wont go anywhere else. Salons come and go in AZ but Kelly Nails has been a solid business for nearly 20 years with the majority of there employees having been there almost as long. I assure you, no matter who does your treatment at this salon, you will be more than satisfied.!!!! Have Fun!

It’s been a week since they did my manicure and it still is looking great. It was my first time coming to this place and so far so good.

Kevin is the best! I’m new in town and had trouble looking for a nail tech until I read reviews on Kelly’s Nail in Gilbert and Kevin appeared with multiple 5 star reviews. From day one he has done an amazing job and he uses great quality products and I have never been any happier with my nails. The salon is super clean and they also do a great job on pedicures.

Henry is by far the best nail tech in AZ! I have been going to him for over a year and a few times Ive had to go to other people at different salons and they have solidified why I stick with Henry. He takes his time to ensure you walk away with the best nails youve ever seen. They last forever and not ONCE have they ever lifted. His shaping technique is perfection and thats one of the hardest qualities to find in a nail tech is someone who can make any shape look natural. My nails are never too thick and the designs are always flawless. I was never into nail art before Henry but now I dare to be different knowing Ill always walk away with exactly what I wanted! The environment is welcoming, clean, spacious and friendly. You will not be disappointed at Kellys!!!

I have been going to Kellys for 3 + years. Her spa is the cleanest in the Valley that I have seen. She is extremely committed to cleanliness. Her pricing is competitive with all salons for manicures and pedicures - and her salon is spotless. Finally - the quality of work is phenomenal. Kelly, Mia, Mary, Cindy - the list goes on. I am a long standing customer of Kelly Nails and Spa. The staff is very friendly and professional. They are very conscientious about safety. While staff wears masks and gloves, they require the customers wear masks and wash their hands upon entering. I enjoy getting designs on my nails and they do a fabulous job. They offer a wide array of services for both women and men (ask about the Male Pedicure Special). The atmosphere is relaxed. Its definitely the place to go when you need some much deserved pampering!

I’ve been going to Kelly’s for fifteen year, I’ve been slammed at work all week and couldn’t make it in for a nail appointment. My fiance and I are leaving today California to do our save the save pictures. OF COURSE MY NAILS NEED TO BE ON POINT!!! Kelly and Daisy opened the store early for my fill and pedi!! Kelly is a wonderful hard working woman. I have been seeing her for about a year and my nails always look good. I get many compliments when im out. I get the gel x extensions they hold up longer for women who are rough w artifical nails. They never have any problems.

Great experience! I went in with my five year old daughter and they accompanied us both, no problems. My daughter got gel polish on her fingers and toes and the lady doing her nails did a great job and was very friendly and chatty with her. I got a full set and gel color and the girl doing my nails did a great job and was always stopping to ask if I was happy with the length, shape, color...ect. I will definitely return!

Had a pedi and mani appointment yesterday! I don’t get gel but loved my pedicure as it had been a while and the gal who did my nails got all my dead skin off and trimmed my cuticles without hurting my toes. Had a few hang nails on my fingers that were snipped off perfectly too. Very busy but reasonable prices & I look forward to coming back for nail services again. Not everyone wears a mask if that bothers you (I wore mine to be safe).

I had read reviews on Kelly’s Nails & Spa. I was secretly hoping to get Henry, after the other reviewers said he was the best. I was with a group of four, and I lucked out and got Henry! He was all I had hoped and more. He was gentle yet thorough. For many years I have dreaded pedicures because the nail trim and cuticle pushing is so painful.Henry did every bit without hurting me at all. Every step of the way he was gentle yet thorough, efficient without seeming to be in a hurry. He’s a bit shy and still humble, though he obviously has a gift for what he does. The only reason I didn’t give him five stars is because I wasn’t impressed with the flowers I requested he do on my great toes. They looked no better than decals, but the entire experience made up for that.

Unfortunately only giving two stars. The two stars are for the cleanness and the friendliness of the staff. I have gone to Kelly’s twice. My first time the lady chipped my nail with her tool and had to put two tips on my nails after I’ve been growing them Out and had no problem with them previously. The nail shapes didn’t match and the ones with the tip were a lot wider than the others. The second time I thought I got a better service but two days letter my dip powder manicure is already chipping and almost all of the nails are cracked. I will not be returning as it’s a big waste of money for low quality service.

Ive always had a pleasant experience getting my pedicures there. Just make sure the person helping you understands exactly what you want and youll love the results.

Im really bummed. I am leaving to go out of town. Wanted a basic manicure and pedicure.My cuticles are not pushed back or cut clean.My nails are not filed the same. These are AFTER pictures. I was there for almost 2 hrs. For a basic nail care. Nailpolish on my toe. Really sad I paid the money for this. Wishing I wouldve said something when I was there.

I am writing this review for my fiance who told me about her experience:I went to get my nails done here yesterday. It was my first time at this location, I have been to many different nail salons across the valley and in other states. I was very dissatisfied with the service I received. I felt rushed through the whole appointment. The technician used a fake nail to pry my previous dip off my finger, it was very painful, fortunately when I asked for them to soak first. Also during the electric buffing my finger got caught and was bleeding and instead of treating the wound appropriately the tech urged me to sit so the appointment could be finished soon.

I love Kelly’s! I’ve been a customer for a few years now and I won’t go anywhere else! The staff is always so nice and makes you feel comfortable. I am very picky about my nails and Kevin always has them on point. Mary gives the best pedis and foot massages! Everyone else is great as well! Great customer service, welcoming, and I always leave satisfied! Thank you Kelly and staff!!

They do the best nails! I drive half hour to them. I have long nails and only need a fill once every 3-4 weeks. They use the very best product and always make sure you are happy before you leave.

He seemed very rushed, my gel nails are usually hard and this time they are very gummy like and very uneven, the nail isn’t properly painted, the nails have all sorts of bumps from it being so uneven, I had asked for a different color but ended up painting it the wrong color, I can handle all that until now that one is already peeling off, I got them 3 days ago

I am in love! I have been searching for the perfect nail place for just about forever & this is it. Ana did my gel manicure & it is absolutely perfect! Other nail salons only seem to make a partial effort when it comes to filing/cuticle trimming/even cleaning up the nail beds after painting but Ana was so thorough! I went in for a full set and pedicure and with all the COVID stuff going on I was worried and paranoid. However, they are very on top of cleanliness and require customers and staff to wear masks at all times. And they also did a wonderful job! Great place for decorative nail requests

So I have been going here for 8 years and I have always paid $45 for gel tips and polish. And just normal gel polish $20 . I called a two days ahead booked a appointment and as for exact prices just to make sure because I had extra people coming. They told me for my gel tips and polish it was $50 and for the mani gel it was $35 . Then I went in and after I got my nails done they over charged meSo I paid $90 rather $85 and then stole a extra $10 from my card. I have told all my clients to or come here anymore and that is 15+ people and I suggest you all find a new place or make sure you get not overcharged on your cards. And make sure that you know the people’s name you are talking to or they will rip you off. I will not be going here anymore . They might do yours nails okay but getting money stolen from you and getting ripped off is not worth it

I was very satisfied with the spa pedicure that Henry did. My toes are happy with the tangerine foot scrub and mint wrap. Highly recommended. Very professional and they make sure everything is clean and that your hands are washed before touching anything.

It was my first time in today. Very friendly people and the salon was clean and inviting. I LOVED the fact the decor was on point and NOT tacky like some places. Modern and matching makes all the difference. My nails came out amazing. My nail tech let me try a couple colors that were out of my comfort zone but I ultimately decided on Big Apple Red - My fave! Can’t wait to go back!

I visited Kellys for the first time today with my wife and son. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. They all had masks on and required everyone to wash their hands. They cleaned the chairs after every use. I got the man-cure pedicure (not sure if that was the right name)

Not only is the salon extremely beautiful and elegant, but the service is always impeccable! Excellent service and results! I got a fill and asked for the acrylic to be on the thinner side. I got a natural color gel polish with a little bit of sparkle. The results are fantastic! I got exactly what I wanted. I was at the salon for just under an hour including a small wait (I didn’t have an appointment). I have been going to Kelly’s for years and they never disappoint.

This is the best place in Gilbert. I have 3 nail places right next to my house and I drive 10 minutes away. And now that they remodeled it’s even better! I have been going here for over 3 years now! I highly recommend it.

Took a while to get my pedicure done (waited 35 minutes....they put you in the damn chair and scald and freeze your feet in the water) but once they start its so wonderful.

Ive been starting to come here and have gotten full set gel acrylics everytime and I love it. I ask for Henry and he can do most anything, hes super nice about it all and fast too! He gets right up to your cuticle and leaves no gaps like some do, he makes sure to ask your opinion the whole time, love it!

Month later and my nails still look good minus grow out of course!!

Kellys Nails is amazing! I had a pedicure this morning and the massage was one of the best Ive ever had. Im very happy with the way my feet and calves feel and my nails look great! I highly recommend!
