This was my first time here. Its so pretty and elegant inside. There are alot of chairs, its very open. There is glass protectors at the nail stations. The prices are fair. I got a full and pedicure and paid $68. They also have two cute little pedicure chairs for kids and there is a tablet attached.

Just discovered this salon after living nearby for over a decade! All the employees are genuinely very kind, helpful and go the extra mile to make you happy. I went to Kelly nails across the street and had a complete opposite experience last year so I find it appropriate to make sure this salon gets the recognition they deserve. Studio Yen is my new go to for stress relief and exceptional services. Highly recommend!

Every time I come here the entire staff is welcoming and friendly! They are all extremely good at being gentle and also listening to what I want done! I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

My daughter went in to have her nails done and she told the technician what she wanted and he acted like he understood but did not do what she asked. She reminded him while he was doing her nails and he still didn’t do what she asked. While he was doing her nails he kept cutting her while filing and she kept saying Ow and he did nothing to change what he was doing nor did he offer any apology or acknowledgment that he was hurting her. She will not be back and I will not go or recommend anyone to go there.

The experience at this salon was very pleasant. The man who did my nails was very friendly and held conversation and even did the glitter on my nails for free. I got gel polish done 3 days ago and they are ALREADY chipping. I paid 75$ for both mani and pedi. The pedi is fine. The mani however I am disappointed in. He told me to come back if they started to chip but I left the state for a week so I cant do anything about it.

I made an appointment for pedicures for my daughters (4.5 and 10) and myself somewhat last minute today. I found them on a local Facebook group, as I was looking for a nail salon that had kid-sized pedicure seats.I’ve taken my girls to other nail salons that offer kids pedicures/manicures, but use the adult chairs and don’t fill the tubs with water.Part of the fun of going to “the spa” with mom is getting to do the same things: soaking feet, leg massage etc.This place was FANTASTIC! It was exactly what I was hoping for! The kid sized pedicure chairs are located in a corner, right next to an adult chair. So I was able to get a pedicure, and watch the girls enjoy the experience, and take photos of them.The staff was kind, welcoming and great with kids. My daughters each picked 5 polish colors (😳) and the nail artists didn’t even mind.The kids sized chairs were perfect, they have cup holders and individual iPads with YouTube Kids (and maybe kid games- I couldn’t tell, because the girls both went to YouTube Kids).They brought the girls little suckers, water, and helped them navigate the iPads.The nail salon is very clean, modern and decorated nicely. My girls both commented on the crystal chandeliers. They have installed plexiglass between the nail stations, and have plexiglass barriers on wheels that they use for the pedicure chairs. There is also hand sanitizer at every nail station, and all the workers and guests were wearing masks. They’ve done a great job updating and adapting to the Covid guidelines.They have every color of polish, gel and dip/SNS you could ever want.We will ABSOLUTELY be back! My girls had such a fun afternoon here. My 4.5 year old kept saying “I just love the spa mama! I’m having so much fun!” It’s exactly what I was hoping for!

Just got my nails done from angelic nails and I love them they have the cats eye colors that i like. I had a very pleasant visit with them today. They always do my nails beautifully. I will continue to come here to get my nails done. Thank you for another great visit.

The place itself is nice. However I went for a mani pedi and my lady was very unresponsive. I got the callus remover which is extra and she didnt even use the callus remover liquid when scrubbing. She didnt file my toes.Then to my manicure, it was the same lady (Lisa) and i asked her to file them square and she filed them incorrectly; she cut my nails from long to short without asking, and it was slightly painful when doing my cuticles. I asked for the manager several times because I wanted to inform her I needed to leave soon and did not have time to finish the manicure and she didnt give me any kind of response. I had to physically pull my hand away and ask again just so I could grab her full attention. I get my nails done the same way every time so I know what Im talking about when I ask for things and I know what I like.My overall experience just wasnt very good. So after my cuticles I just told her I needed to leave I had an emergency. I didnt even want them to finish my nails lol. They looked so badAnd of course I was still charged for a manicure that I didnt even get🙄.The manager offered to only charge me $10 extra (I intended to get a gel french manicure) if I came back to finish but honestly I dont even want to go back there to get my nails and feet tended to. I rather just go somewhere else

2nd shop I tried after moving to Gilbert and have been their customer since. They treat all customers like family and always do extra items

I think I found my go-to nail salon! They took their time to make sure my nails were perfect. They took so much time really cleaning and shaping my nails. Im pretty hands on, so I was pleasantly surprised! I was very happy with my overall experience here. I will be back for a fill in 2 weeks.

I used to come here, I was here last month and they did a perfect job-- the best my nails have ever turned out! But they just recently switched owners about 3 weeks ago and my nails are terrible. I just want to rip them off! Wrong shape and color. I wanted a natural, classy look and instead my nails look like cheap, childrens paste-on nails.

Went out of our way to go to this place, great reviews that I saw, and they had a deal! I had my eyelashes done, and while I am new at the whole extensions process some things were very wrong. First flag, she said it would only take 30 minutes (which it did). She warned me many times that if I opened my eyes, the glue would burn, and it absolutely did. The glue should NOT burn. She is using a wrong glue. It smells like super glue. (As a side note, She is using the plastic eyelash extensions, just so we all know - no problems there, I just wish I would have known earlier.) The area she had me lay down on was gross, dirt on the middle and feet area like someone has been stepping on it to change a light or whatever. Also, even though I used her baby wipes to wipe my eyes and washed them after, she said it looked like there was makeup on my face and she used rubbing alcohol to remove it. Not okay. I will not be going back. The eyelashes are super heavy (even though I did the $50 bundle), and she kept adding more. It was too much for my eyelashes to handle.Ive made sure to avoid water and make sure nothing touches my eyes, even went the extra mile to make sure I laid on my back while I slept by surrounding myself with pillows. The ends of my lashes have come out already (pulling out bunches with them), and Im finding them weighing my lashes so much that they fall almost into my eye.Not excited. I wont be coming back. Ive heard they do an amazing job with nails, just not eyelashes.

I was getting married and so excited! We went to angelic nails and we had fun! They treated us so special and made sure all the girls were taken care of. I truly love these ladies. It made the day so special and all the bridal party ladies kept talking about how great it was! I don’t know what the previous reviewer did but that was not our experience. We had a blast and they took care to make sure that my special day was truly amazing. The only reason I came back here a 2nd time was for my little girls to get pedicures in the cute little chairs they have. But unfortunately they did a really bad job on all of our pedicures. When I got home, I noticed my daughter already had 2 toes missing most of the polish. Parts of my nails didnt have any polish just because he didnt cover the whole nail. And the guy on the way out actually sat there with a calculator to see if the amount I was giving them for tip was 20% which it was. But after that I kind of wanted to give less..

The staff is very friendly and not overly chatty like some other places. Ive been to quite a few nail salons, and it always makes me feel uncomfortable when the staff is talking non-stop in a language I dont understand. Luckily, thats not an issue here. They also make sure that youre comfortable and really take care of you.The shop itself is very clean. From the equipment they use, fresh out of the bag, to the presentation of the shop.The quality of their work is great too. I typically do my own gel manicures because Im soo picky when it comes to my nails. However, Ive been really happy with their work! I was very happy with my pedicure too.

Everyone was very nice and the shop is clean. The experience there was very good. However, the paint does not last long at all. The day I got them done my nails started to chip and two days after they are so chipped Im about to repaint them myself. Pretty disappointed.

I like the work most the time but have gone and water for pedicure be to cold, they speak Vietnamese so that customers dont understand what they say! I dont know if thats a great thing for customers since they could be talking about anyone of the customers! sometimes not as friendly as others and sometimes work isnt as good either they get in a hurry or whatever but it didnt have to be busy you just never know what your gonna get!

The other day I went to Angelic Nails & Spa with my daughter and we really like the place. They did a great job on a pedicure and my daughters as well. The staff was very nice and friendly.

I went and had manicures and pedicures done here. People are nice and knowledgeable, l will be back.

They were super busy for spring break. They told me to wait 10 min but ended up taking 20 min to get me in. They pass you on to like 3 people to get your nails done. No one seems to speak English, so they all have to be translated by one lady there, so there is a lot of yelling going on. So basically everyone at the salon will know if you want a design, if you want your nails square, because they yell it across the room. I got a gel manicure and it was a rushed job and 3 different people worked on my nails. I would not return or recommend to anyone.

This is my new favorite nail place in Gilbert. They do such a great job and their designs are amazing. I would exponent this place to anyone who likes unique designs.

She definitely didnt take her time she was rushing then she passed me off to another person to finish my nails. My nails looks horrible and they didnt even ask me if I liked them. Very bad sercive. Today I went to the spa and I got a Basic spa pedicure that was soppused to come with a sugar scrub,and the lady never put any and the massage was terrible. This also used to be one of my favorite places to get a pedicure a while ago. Now, I dont recommend it.

I was trying not to write a review but I have to. The only reason why Im giving 1 star is because this review site wouldnt let me give 0 ...I read the reviews after I went. My experience was horrible for Eyelashes. I asked for classic individuals and she said ok but gave me cluster(3 in one) and the glue must have been super glue, it burned and it was hard and clumpy...causing my real eyelashes to break and it was all a mess for my new eyelash lady. Be careful where you go for eyelashes, your eyes are most important.
