I am rating my service based off the 1 person I go to.I always call ahead and get an appointment because my girl is always busy, but the shop is always clean, she always remembers what I want, I get a great massage and its actually 😌relaxing

I love getting my self care fix here. My nail tech is so amazing!!! The ladies in there are my favorite. Im always relaxed and i leave feeling beautiful and rejuvenated.

They were able to accommodate me and my two daughters right away. I told them what we wanted and they never tried to up sell anything. They never tried convincing my girls they needed gel or flowers or rhinestones. They were efficient and gentle, but most of all they did an amazing job on all three of us!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The lady used all the same tools on the lady seconds before doing my nails!! The tools were DIRTY and they did not communicate with me wether I liked my nails. Got the wrong color! and my nails HURT!!! It’s been only 2 weeks and I’m loosing nails already! Do not go here!

This place was amazing. Now there are new owners. My mom and I went on Sunday. I got dip with a matte top coat. Not impressed. My nails are all different shaped and sizes when comparing finger to finger. My matte top coat is peeling after 3 days. This has never happened to me before. Never going here again.

2nd time coming here. I love the interior design, it calms me. They did an okay job and took their time but I paid $5 extra for callus removal and I feel like they barely did anything to remove them. I also chose a pink color for my fingernails, but it just looked orange.. at least my feet match my nails.

Ive been going to this nail salon since moving to Chandler. I like the vibe and the customer service. They always do a great job and are accommodating to getting me in at the times that I am available. I give them 2 thumbs up.

This nail salon is such a gem! It is so beautiful and so calming and relaxing inside! I was seated right away and received amazing service! I had Tom and he was truly amazing and did excellent work! I got a full set done, pricing and timing was great! I will be a returning customer and I highly recommend this nail salon!

I got my nails poorly done here 3 months ago and this establishment is still playing back and forth with me about charging my credit card when I gave them cash for my services, because when we attempted to use my credit card the charge didn’t go through. I’m all for giving second chances, but this is absurd. Moving forward I will only pay cash at a salon like this due to this terrible experience. It’s too much fraudulent activities going on in this day and age and no one should ever have to go through this much trouble to get anything rectified. And FYI it is absolutely rude to speak fluent English one second and then flip to your fluent language in and out of the conversation in front of your customers. This is the last time I’m coming in here the next step I will be reporting you all to the BBB.

Got my nails done here today with a friend and had a great time. As I walked in I was calmed by the beautiful smell of green tea and jazmine. We had an appointment, but had to just wait a couple of minutes while they set up and were nicely told to sit. We were handed menus and my friend recommended their deluxe package which comes with a callus removal, massage with lotion, leg and foot scrub, hot towels and stones, and of course a painting. I hadnt had my feet done in forever, so my feet were in need of a lot of TLC! I told the woman doing my feet this and apologized profusely. This did not seem to bother her one bit as she asked me to pick out a toenail color. She told me to simply relax and forget about everything. I was able to do this while chatting with my friend. The entire process was so relaxing and I felt like a queen for an hour.The package was a little pricey at $45, but it was worth it for the great customer service, the relaxing experience, and the way my feet look! I only get this done a couple of times a year, so it was so worth the price!!

Holy holy best pedicure I ve every had. I don’t like people touching my feet but Victoria can touch mines anytime. She did such a great job that I didn’t want to leave the chair. Want to get that wonder pedicure experience go to Epic nail on warner rd in Gilbert and ask for Victoria. She got you.

I absolutely love this place! Tony did a full set with gel & they are beautiful! And i went back a couple days later and had a pedicure & it was so relaxing. They have different pedicure packages & they are great & take their time. I am so happy I found my go to nail salon!

Im here in Arizona visiting my children and decided to get my nails refilled before returning home to New York State. I must say this was the best Mani & Pedicure that Ive had in a long time. The atmosphere was clean and the technician was GREAT. I will return on my next visit.

They are a little pricey, but they did a fantastic job on my pedicure and nails. The place is very calming, nice music, and beautifully decorated. I will definitely be back. They are very professional. I like the fact that they have bar stools like sitting at a bar to get your nails done rather than little tables. I thought that was a very nice touch and looks awesome! The MOST important thing that I thought was the best is the cleanliness of the pedicure tubs. They have a plastic cover that they replace with each person. Excellent!!!

Omg ive came here 2x for a pedicure.....its like God himself and has blessed the hands of the women who do these pedis ......and the orange!!!! The orange you havent had a pedi like this trust me you gotta try the 45$ one its pure heaven the parafin wax removes your sins the the multiple massages you recieve make you walk like a new born calf

Tony is phenomenal!! My nails look great all I did was show him a picture and boom! Done! They aren’t too thick and oh my relaxation the pedicure!! Worth every dime and then some! They took their time to make sure my BFF and I were taken care of. It’s about quality not quantity here!

So I have been getting my nails done for many years and this is the best place I have found. They never break and they have great prices.... Vivian also has started doing eye lash extensions again best prices in town & they look amazing... she is all the quickest in town!!!!

I went here all last year and loved it! Toni was amazing! He did a great job and always friendly to me and I went back recently and they changed new owners and they haven’t been as friendly and rude around customers and just didn’t do a good job because one of my nails broke and 2 of my roommates nails broke after going back to fix one already.

Update: I have stopped going here. Owner is rude to staff in front of customers. I may not speak the language but I can read body language. Made both myself and the other customer very uncomfortable. then after that the owners attitude greatly changed and he was very rude and short with me. Im not going to lie my nails are always on point and gorgeous when I was going here, but I am a firm believer in customer service and being polite and professional. I simply cannot go back.Great experience, beautiful salon. Got pedi and full set with gel polish.

The most beautiful and clean nail salon must try !!! All new chairs that work perfect and have multi massage options. From the outside you cant really tell but once you walk in the place is so beautiful you feel like your in a clean sanitary environment and its very relaxing the prices are great and i drive 10 miles to go here now for my nail care ! Wish they had a punch card option for multiple visits it would make this earn an entire 5 stars if they did.

Found this place on Google. Beautiful place very relaxing and inviting. The nail tech did an amazing job and was so thorough! Price was pretty average but the quality of work was way higher than some places Ive been to locally. Definitely recommend and will be back for a pedi and like everything else haha!

I have been here a couple of times but the last time really disappointed me. The first time I got a pedicure it was amazing they woman took her time and I loved it. I went back a few times and the owner is super rude and tries to tell me how I want my nails. Very uncomfortable!!! When I corrected him he was very short with me. The last time I got a pedicure I was disappointed to say the least. It was rushed and they did a horrible job. Will not be returning!!

I have been there a couple of times. The first time the owner was so rude and wouldn’t even let me pick a color. He wanted to choose for me. He seemed in a rush and made me wait over an hour my appointment time. I decided to give him another chance and come back a second time because I thought maybe he had a rough day. But the second time was even worse! He filed my nails so quickly that he hurt me at least 4 times and one time he made me bleed and wanted to put super glue on it. He was so rude and told me I didn’t have a cut. I will never again return to this place simply because of the ignorant owner. Disrespectful and rude, has no customer service! Worst nail place in my life!!!!

I’m in town from MI and got a pedicure while my friend was getting her hair done down the street and this place is literally amazing compared to any place I’ve been to before. I got the $45 pedicure and it was worth it.

This nail salon is very nice looking on the inside. Lots of manicure and pedicure seats but theres only a handful of workers. Most of them do not speak English so its hard to communicate with them. There is no set prices anywhere here. So they really make up the price however they want. I came in and he insisted my nails were old and yellowing when really I get my nails done every two weeks with high quality products, different from their own. I did not want a full new set and he made me feel bad about just getting a fill. They were very rough while doing my nails so if your hands are sensitive dont go here. My fill took about an hour and he did not clean up my nail beds and the polish is crusting around my nails. None of my nails are identical. I got 4 colors to choose from. Would not recommend.

I went in today to on my day off to experience good service only to receive the most terrible service. The man doing my nails did not even cover the entire nail on both hands.Secondly, he used a faulty gel lamp which went in and out of service the entire time. He was rude and became upset and blamed me for not letting him know his faulty lamp went out. Not my problem, I’m paying you for a service.I will never come back here again regardless how close it is to my home.

The quality of the work is good. The pressure to spend more money on a more expensive service takes away from the overall experience.

I’ve been there twice now, the first time was a good experience but the second wasn’t. The lady waxing my eyebrows was very rude and was speaking on her phone while she was waxing.

Fast service, but the experienced nail tech filed 3 of my fingers until they bled. Towels and tools were reused before my eyes, my nails werent cut or shaped before tips were glued on, and the tech used nail glue on the cuts he made on my fingers (the tip touched blood but he continued to use it on the next person).
