I love this place and the people! They do a great job when you’re a walk in! Just next time I’ll make sure they get all the nail not stood at the cubical. These are my own nails so I asked for them not to be cut but filed them perfect for me

Just came from getting a pedicure at nail lounge, and I never write reviews, but I was treated so poorly by the woman doing my nails, that I am writing this review. I have been getting my nails done off and on for years from many different nail lounges. I am a very easy going person, and if it wasnt for the exceedingly rude behavior that I just experienced, I wouldnt leave such a critical review, but I hope no one receives the disrespect shown to me at a place that i or anyone is paying good money for a service provided. The woman acted like I was a nuisance to her just for breathing. I will NEVER return to this nail salon again.

I’ve been going to this salon for some time now. My nails always turn out great! I always come in as a walk in & I am rarely needing to wait more than a couple minutes for a nail tech to start on my nails.

Nancy is the greatest nail gal ever. Great pedicure! And, shes beautiful, which doesnt hurt.

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE TOOLS THEY USE! They tried to use unsanitary already used tools with dead skin and REFUSED TO GET CLEAN ONES. Also thought it was a good idea to argue with me lol. Little do they know I’m not the one... please go elsewhere and don’t spend your money here

I had to go back in to fix a nail where the gel had cracked and the manager looked at me like I was crazy. He walked away and didn’t tell me anything. Like ok let me get someon to help you. He just walked to the back and stood there. And this after I uad come the day before and he said it would an hour and a half wait before they could fix it. I told that O would just come back in the am. He was rude then as well! Like I was asking for something impossible. Sooooo sooo rude! His name is Brian. Brian better learn customer service skills. Especially when someone is paying 55$ for a pedicure.

I cant believe it! I schedule for eyelash fill and lady didnt show up for my appt. Then, came back for another appt. They made me wait 20 mins, just to tell me, they dont fill if I got them done some place else. After I ask about that over the phone before even making appt. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE🤨

This place always had such a long wait, but never let people make appointments unless they were getting multiple services. As well as they are poor at putting on any type of acrylic nails and taking them off. Three times that I went they destroyed my nail leaving deep gashes that they didnt fix, and left the nails very jagged. They dont smooth them all at or do any nail clean prep before doing sets or anything else unless you specifically ask for it, and even then depends on the tech. I wont be coming back Im appealed by the poor service and quality here.

The place is very nice but the guy that did my nails did not do great. i showed him what i wanted and did the exact opposite, did different colors, put gems all over the place, scribbled colors all around the acrylic nail, doesn’t even look like marble. i recommend not coming here.

I was really excited to try this place, and was extremely disappointed. I’ve never had such poor quality acrylic nails in my life. I will say, the girl that did my nails, i think Cara or Tara was her name was nice, but all of my nails were super uneven in length, and the dip polish was bumpy. After spending around $65 on them, a nail tip broke off 2 days later. I went in to get it fixed, and she didn’t use the right color, but i ignored it. Then, a few days later, another one of my nails broke. I will never be going back. Such poor quality and very expensive.

Busy Saturday and they fit me in for a full set and pedicure. Very clean and covid protocol in place. I arrived at appt time, didnt wait more than 3 minutes.. Love my service, their employees, and my nails!! For sure will be back - relocated westsider found her eastside nail salon

If you are going in to have anything done on an expert level that is above a standard manicure, this is the last place i recommend. THe nail professional didnt know what they were doing, started over 3 times, and what should only take 1 hour took almost 3 hours when I stopped them and said just finish before he started over a 4th time. Its clear they use untrained nail professionals with little to no experience.

I wanted to like this place and hoped it would work but the guy running it is Chris and he is the rudest man . I ve given it three try’s and they say walk ins welcome but good luck getting anything done . It’s dirty and he is not willing to assist u in any way . I had my nails done and a nail broke very next day and I went back and he said I dont have time can u come back tomorrow for one nail . Another time he said I gave people coming in a half hour you can wait and see if they show up if they don’t I can help you just poor customer service long waits and not a lot of nail knowledge pretty disappointed:(

Wouldn’t recommend getting acrylic nails from here just got mine done and they’re all uneven, the shape looks different on every nail some of my nails aren’t even painted fully. Super disappointed! $55 dollar was a waste.

I was so excited to get back into the nail salon after Covid. This salon took great precautions for cleanliness but my manicure lasted all of 4 days. 2 of my gel nails have already broken after just 4 days. I also waited 30 minutes past my appointment time. They overbook you and don’t care.

WORST PLACE EVER. The nail lady Lynn refused to do a simple flower design. Lazily “fixed” my two nails that were broken by not taking the full nail off & put another nail & acrylic over. Rushed, poorly shaped my nails. Also burned my nails & fingers with the drops she used. Also overpriced. Never going back. Pink nails in Tempe is the best if you really want great service and nails. Stayed 2 hours after closing not any attitude and did designs for me np. Nail lounge don’t care how your nails look they just wanna be out of there by 7. ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for almost 4 years. Over the course of that time, the quality began to decrease. The owner is rude and will frequently be found sitting in the corner on his phone while the nail techs are overworked. He barks orders at them and looks at them angrily while they’re working. Because the techs are so overworked, the quality suffers. Even when I call ahead and make an appointment, I have waited 30-45 minutes until I’m seated in a chair, and the service I’ve requested gets forgotten multiple times. I’ve lost interest in attempting to remind them of the dip gel manicure I’ve requested after I’ve waited over 30 minutes to get a pedicure that I had to fix myself when I got home, as I had paint all over my skin and all my toenails were uneven. I was a loyal customer for years but unfortunately won’t be returning again.

I started going here when they opened and they became my favorite nail salon near me. The ventilation is better than most and I’ve never had bad service (just pedicures).

Sarah did an amazing job on my nails !!! I’m extremely picky and it’s rare that I’m really happy with my nails but she did AMAZING my nails look perfect!!! I have officially found my nail salon

This shop is always, always clean. They are efficient but do a good job. I have never had a manicure or pedicure that i didnt like. I also have only had one tip break off, and that was from trauma. Amazing place to go in Gilbert for nails.

It took me a long time to find a nail salon that was perfect. The Nail Lounge hit that! Every time I go in there, I always walk away happy. They are quick and clean. Their staff is incredibly friendly. They also serve fruit water in the morning and wine in the evening! The prices are very reasonable, with a high end salon feel. I recommend this place to anyone!

I love the Atmosphere, the people, and Especially Serena. Everyone does amazing work. I personally have seen Paula, Serena, and Jade. All are really great. My eyelashes, fingers, and toes always look beautiful. They always fit me with my crazy work schedule.

Don’t go here! The manager is so rude and pushes dip nails no matter WHAT you ask for, multiple times to the point of being incredibly annoying. Tried coming a few times as I like how big it is but will not be back. Never get what I ask for or the quality I am paying for.

Do not come here. Customer service is terrible and the work isn’t that great of quality either. My friend recommended this place JUST because they serve wine. Not happy at all with my pedicure. Can they even paint? I didn’t realize until I left and got home how messy the paint on my toes looked. Will definitely not being coming back here.

Most painful pedicure I have ever had. My toes still burn two days later from the nails being cut too short and then filed even shorter. My husbands toe was completely cut then soaked in lotion as our technician left for 20 min. His toe is now broken out in a rash and cut open. Avoid this place!

Although I didnt have an appt, asked for a mani/pedi (both French manicure) and an eyebrow wax. Left with full color on my toes, French mani on my hands only because I asked him to remove the full color and no eyebrow wax. Huge language barrier. Not sure Ill try em again.

At first I was excited to try this new nail salon in my neighborhood. I even called ahead and made an appointment and asked if they carried SNS dip powder. They said yes. I was really excited about not having to drive 20 minutes to my regular place. My pedicure was nice but they use prepackaged pedicure packs. The sugar scrub was not very exfoliating.I started my manicure and they pulled out Nugenisis dip powders. I told them that this is not what I wanted. The manager, I believe, told me that there was vitamins mixed into this powder already. I looked at the jar and found none listed. So, he lied to me. He showed me some SNS jars but said he only had a small quantity in stock and no vitamin powder.Im so disappointed and upset that he lied to my face.I will see how this stuff lasts but I am willing to pay a premium price for a premium product.

Beautiful salon it is just a bit expensive. I got a gel manicure and one of my nails chipped two days later so that was a bummer.

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would. The worst customer service ever. I paid $40 to get my nails dipped. They broke on day 3 I came in to get them fixed and they couldnt find the proper color. They wanted me to have mismatched nails for the next 2 and 1/2 weeks. I gave them every opportunity, I told them to change all of the color they said no. I told them to refund my money they said no. Avoid this place like the plague.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Over charged, they agreed to a simple ombre design, but then couldnt do it after they started (and I couldnt leave at that time), horrible customer service and my gel nails came out bumpy and not the way i wanted them! Had an appointment at 5 - wasnt taken until 6 - then didnt finish pedi and mani until 8! Then they were mad at me because they were supposed to close at 7. My other nail tech (at another salon) charges me $35 for gel - they charged $45. I showed her a picture of EXACTLY what i wanted - not too complicated, just ombred. After she painted, she asked me to put it under the light - I said what about the ombre, she said yea, yea then after the light, started doing the top coat. I again said, what about the ombre - oh that will be $10 more and i cant do it. Are you kidding me?????!?!?!?!?! owner came by and said their prices are higher because of the quality of products (the other salon uses the same gel polish), their techs are more experienced (in WHAT?!) and they have a punch card. Well they can keep the punch card! My daughter and I both had mani and pedi that day, charged $140 and got 1 punch. You can keep your punch! (24 needed for a free pedi). AVOID THIS PLACE!

Ive tried this place 3 separate times the 1st time was when they 1st opened and my experience was good the 2nd time I was not impressed they rushed my nails and where a little ruff but they came out looking ok the 3rd time was a week ago and it will be my last time my nail tech was nice but messed up my nails multiple times and needed to start over more then once and took 2 hours to finish today I went back because one had chipped and she helped me again and once more had to redo the nail twice since french tip line was lopsided now the nail that was repaired today is super thick and looks off compared to the rest I now will be going somewhere else and paying to get it redone only a week after they where done not to happy about that
