Jennifer was a fantastic nail tech. She took her time and did exactly what I wanted. She was fun and nice and engaging to talk to. I loved it and will definitely be back again ♡

I came to this salon based off of google reviews. I had my nails done from a different salon and they were awful. They chipped and the gel polish rubbed off and never dried fully (I didn’t realize this until the night of getting them done) so they looked rough. The tech asked if I got them done there I told him no this is my first time and when Jackie switched off with him to shape my nails she checked with me throughout the whole process and made sure I was happy. The tech that painted my nails did amazing as well. Each person I came into contact with was very caring and were happy to service me. I will definitely be returning. I love my nails!

Called to make sure I wasn’t coming in too late. Still had to wait 30 minutes even with an “appointment”. They rushed the entire experience and it was not relaxing at all. Somehow my service went from $30 to over $50. Would have been fine paying that but the quality was not good.

In need of a full service SNS nails set & gel pedicure. And, Hanna took care of my needs well and to perfection. Will be back!

Just left Guadalupe Nails. My daughter & I both had one of the best pedicures ever! We had 2 gentlemen & they were amazing! The massage was excellent & our toes looks amazing! Would definitely recommend this place!

First off - I loved being able to request an appointment online and was very reassured when someone contacted me earlier in the day to confirm my appointment time.This salon was clean, well lit, and extremely neatly organized. The polish display up front and gel/powder storage in back is color organized and none of the bottles look gunky or dusty. Each row of manicure stations had its own display of gel and dip powder samples as well, which is a nice touch so that youre not waiting for the wheel while another client chooses their color. Dedicated drying station up front to get people on their way much faster. Pedicure chair tubs are covered with disposable plastic for hygeine - hallelujah!I so hope Im not wrong, but I am pretty sure my stylists name may have been Jacqueline. She did a fantastic job on my acrylic full set, and was very fast. I super appreciated that she remembered to ask me to pay before my polish was applied to prevent smudging - a small thing that really shows the people at this salon think ahead.My acrylics were the perfect thickness all the way through. I asked for a square shape, and got a really well applied set! But what really made me love this salon was when the square proved to be too sharp to live with, they let me come in to have them filed down the next day, no questions asked and with a smile!

They were so nice and did a wonderful job. Hidden gem for sure.

Trish is simply THEEEE BEST! 🙌🏽 Always taking good care of my nails and keeping them strong from any breakage and I always leave the shop happy with the work she does. The rest of the staff are awesome as well. Love this place. Highly recommend it. 😊

Went to have my eyebrows done was not pleased at all . They finished like in 2 minutes, did not pluck or trim or shape. I had to finish touching them up in my vehicle. Waxing room Was not so clean....the table had lots of hair on it,I had to brush it off before I laid down

It’s hard to find a place where you get professional nail art and feel welcome as well... I have been coming here for about 2 years and I have never been dissatisfied on any service I received at Guadalupe Nails ! This place and everyone who works here are absolutely amazing! They have straight forward prices and really treat you very kind, I moved away from the area but it’s worth the drive, ladies/gents if you choose this place you will not be disappointed!!! Thank you Guadalupe Nails this will be my forever only place I go to for nails and pedicures ❤️

I went in to get a simple SNS on my natural nail, and 2 weeks later i had fungus on my nails. I let the manager know and they said they would pay for my medical treatment due to the fungus i got at their shop( mind you i should have ran right out the shop whend the nail tech didnt grab a new pack of tools, or the fact that she made srcub my previous SNS off myself in a bag of cotton nail polish remover. Oh and the cleanliness was pretty poor!). Once i was done with my treatments and i sent them my medical invoice, they went back on their word and told me to sue them. Who does that? I will never come back to the nail shop ever again, and neither should you!

My wife says, “Everything was fantastic. Friendly greeting at the front door, pricing was straightforward. VIP Spa Pedicure was excellent! Salon is very clean and well kept. Tech was friendly and did an awesome job. This will be my new regular nail salon when I am in town.”

Went this past Friday to get a gel manicure and pedicure. The gel is already chipping. Hasnt been a week yet. Ive never had this type of issue before. Its very frustrating since I paid about $75 and gave a $20 tip to split between two nail techs. Love the color options and was a very clean place.

They are always really nice and very easy to get along with. The quality of work is great I always love my nails when I leave. Ive been 3 or 4 times now and its always been a great experience. I plan to continue coming back.

My friend and I came here for gel manicures today and had a great experience. Jessica did my manicure and was very friendly and actually had a nice fun conversation with us. My friend and I even got to sit next to each other during our manicures, which rarely happens at other places! Our manicures didn’t take terribly long and were very high quality. It was starting to get busy toward the end of our manicures, but we still got excellent service. Highly recommend and we will be back!

First of all I understand how nail salons get very busy but this place lacks employees. Even if you call to schedule they want to schedule for later hours which does not work for some people schedules. There’s always 30 minute + wait times, which is very frustrating. Now if there’s plenty of employees that may help with the long wait times!

I absolutely love this place! Hardly ever do I have to wait. The girls are so nice and friendly! I get my nails dipped every 2.5-3 weeks for the past 4 months. Have never had an issue with chipping or cracked nail. Great price! Slightly more affordable than other competitors!

I use to go all the time about one year ago when Nina was around. Always a pleasant experience. I decided to go back since I was in the area yesterday with my 3 year old daughter and was very very disappointed 😔 when you go to these places you expect to get treated well because your there to pamper yourself and that was not the case yesterday. Long story short I stopped them as they were starting our pedicures because the vibe just wasn’t good. I told them how I felt and that I was just going someplace else and they got so pissed and didn’t even care to apologize or make it right any any way. If I were you I would go down the street NE corner of Guadalupe and Gilbert and avoid negative vibes 😉 sorry for this long a** review but it just wasn’t acceptable at all!

Today the deal is very bad !!!! It was a place where I liked to go for the girls sympathy, but today especially, aside from waiting 15 minutes for the store to open, the person who opened it assumed that I was the owner, it had a heavy attitude, as if I would have slept well, I did not understand her English very much, I suppose that she does not understand my English but it is not the way to treat a client !!! Fortunately I went with my daughter (and her happy face to do her first manicure, Im glad for the day) and she tells me the girl who took care of me was the best but the one that touched you was a rude hurry to tend to more and more customers, I do not return thanks
