WOW!!!! Nikki is simply amazing! Every time I go and get my nails done I am always amazed and impressed at how great she does! any picture i can find online Nikki can do it better! AND her prices are great! This is the only place I will go and get my nails done at.

My experience at Nikki’s salon was amazing! I brought in a picture of what I wanted done and Nikki nailed not only the shape but also the color I wanted! She even suggested a different color that I had chosen to match the picture better. She took her time and she was so kind and good to talk to. I will definitely be coming back. This was the best nail salon experience I have ever had and I will definitely be recommending this salon to everyone!

They do such a great job and the atmosphere is great and the professionalism of the staff and also it is clean and affordable but the main thing is, when you get your nails done, do they do a good job? OH MY WORD! Best manicures I’ve ever gotten! I stopped in because I was in the area and it had just gone under new management so if you’re thinking about going GO IN!! I just got my first pedicure at Sun Valley and it was AMAZING! Even with they basic package they took time to really make my feet feel smooth and clean. Plus, they massage your feet and legs with scrub, then with lotion, then with hot stones! I’ve been to other places where they didn’t spend nearly as much time with me even on more expensive packages. I will definitely be going back!

Nikki is beyond awesome. Not only did she fix the nails I had gotten done somewhere else but she made my eyebrows look so good. The quality & time she took to make them look great was perfect. Will be back in 2 weeks for a fill. 110% recommend.

Nikki runs a great business! She is so talented. Ive visited a few times. We even did a girls day mani/pedis. Since covid is a concern, I was happy to see them wearing masks, and clients encouraged to do so as well.

The guy that did my nails cut my fingers and didnt glue them on right when I pulled away when he cut my fingers he was curious why I pulled away then my fingers started bleeding and he didnt think anything of it and kept going

Terrible service. Went Saturday night and my daughters polish came off 4 toes by Tuesday. No air conditioning & almost tried to say if we would have paid for a pedicure it wouldnt have happened. Dont even get me started on what my gel polish on nails and toes look like!!! AWFUL

I have had the same nail tech for 2 years - I just moved to the area and I was so nervous about finding a new tech - I am picky and I was so worried - I went to Nails by Nikki T and I think I have found my nail soulmate - They were amazing - I fell asleep during my pedicure which was flawless - when Nikki got to my nails she took the time to understand what I wanted and practiced on one nail before she even started - the salon was clean - the atmosphere was relaxing - the music was great AND she even sang while she worked (she has an amazing voice) I already made my next appointment :)

Super nice! Been going for a while now and Im Always greeted when I walk in! They do such a great job on my nails! Lots of attention to detail when it comes to cleaning up nail edges which is super important to me! Im definitely going to keep coming back!

New Ownership, New Salon! Nikki is the best nail tech in the greater Phoenix area. I am so happy that she is now a nail salon owner! I followed her all the way from Scottsdale.... it is worth the drive because my nails are perfect (beautifully sculpted), I always get compliments, and they last a long time (if you want them to). Plus I got a perfect pedicure from Tom and it came with all the bells and whistles. For reference: mani - dip system, pedi - gel.

My friends and I have been going to Sun Valley Nails and Spa for years! The people there are wonderful, and we’re always extremely happy with our nails when we’re done. I even convinced my husband to go, and now he’s hooked! The hand and leg massages they give during manicures and pedicures are just amazing - so relaxing!! Everyone on staff is fabulous, and they treat all of us like family. We never go anywhere else.

The atmosphere is quiet and calming and the staff is very friendly. Theyre efficient, but they do take their time, so dont be in a huge rush. This is a chance for you to relax and enjoy the process. There isnt any terrible fake-nails smell when you walk in the salon and the prices are very reasonable. All for a reasonable price I highly recommend!

I have come here for the passed 3ish years with my mother and have loved it, but I didn’t have a very good experience this last time. When I was leaving my finger started bleeding due to my manicure and wouldn’t stop for at least a hour, I got my nails painted white... so blood.. on my white nails. It ruined the polish on my finger and overall I just wasn’t happy with the quality of my manicure.

I think this is one of the best one i have been to. Place was nice and clean, and totally well organized as well. I like their work ethnic as well. They all were so diligent and hard working. and my tech was the best, she have the best technique and she knew just what i wanted. I had the best time here. Great service! Had a pedicure and eyebrow wax done today. Pedicure was very relaxing and she took her time with me. This is the only place where I’m ever satisfied with my eyebrow waxes. Love it here

I have been to many different nail salons as many have, but Sun Valley nails has been the best! The staff is so welcoming and very competent. I have never, not once, walked away unhappy. They are so appreciative of their customers. I refer all my family members there and often give gift cards to the salon as gifts to my closest friends. I no longer have any reason to jump from salon to salon!

They are so nice there and friendly. I took my mom there for a pedicure and it was such a good experience. Only problem I had was my toe polish came out a little chunky. My mom used the same polish and hers came out great. But other than that we loved it.

I really like the service here. I can say that maybe I am impressed with their service. I find that they were very helpful and were doing the upmost diligent service ever. I felt very cozy in their salon. And it was such a great place very clean through out. With tons of colors to choose from. I can tell you that you wont be waiting for them but rather the staff will be waiting for you while you are standing there for an hours and a half figuring out what color to pick still! Recommend!

I went there I was the 3rd customer I got a $30 pedicure. I asked for no color on my toes the gentleman proceeded to do the pedicure. He didnt rub my feet nor my legs. He also did not put clear nail Polish on my toes. It was like I was a burden to be there. I will not be going back.

My nails have been done meticulously by Cindy for the last 2 1/2 years. Love them, love her and love how long the gel manicure lasts!Keep up the great work!

Did not have a good experience at all. Checked the price-list on their website, and then called to see if they were running any specials. I was told they had Happy Hour all day before 3 oclock, which was a 10% discount. When I arrived there, the lady was not friendly in any way and I was informed that the price for a gel polish change would be $15, where their website said $11 ($6 for polish-change, $5 for gel coating). It also turned out that the happy hour discount was only valid for certain things...not at all what I was told on the phone. Would not have made the trip if I had been given the correct information. Their Happy Hour seemed to be more of just a way to bring people in, and then charge whatever they want.

Always a great experience. I’ve been coming for 2 years. Sun Valley Nails & Spa is the best!!

Not a good nail salon at all, didnt mind the 20 minute wait. But took over an hour to do a gel manicure. They added water or something to the nail polish I picked and it was clear, so I had to choose another color. Still not what i wanted. Never have I got a gel manicure where the polish is layered on my skin and all over the cuticle. And her not taking off all the previous polish, when added gel she takes the clippers and digs in my nail to take off and try a smooth out. My friend also got a gel french, asked for square and got 2/10 nails squared. Mother got a pedicure, paid for the highest package and didnt receive the services that was on the menu, they replied with oh it changed. We replied with maybe you should update your menu because I didnt get what I paid for. Spend well over $150 and disappointed in the work we received.

Went in to have gel taken off of my nails and get a regular manicure. The nail tech didnt get all the gel off of my nails leaving them rough and bumpy. The shaping of my nails was terrible - uneven and left the edges sharp. I had to ask her to go back and cut my nails. And she wanted to charge $5 extra for a matte top coat. Wont be going back.

Came here on a Saturday morning because they open at 9 and I had another place to be at 11. No one was there when I got there and that’s fine because I was there right at 9 and I know things happen. No one showed up. I didn’t wait a couple of minutes, no. I waited 30 minutes for someone to show up and they never did so I left and went elsewhere. Sucks because I was super excited about their promotions :( Won’t come back because that’s just unprofessional in my opinion.

I got a fill with no chip on top... my nails were crooked, lumpy and one already came off already (after less than 2 days). The color was running all over the place and the tech tried to fix it to no avail. Paid more than I did in Chicago for nails that look and hold up like garbage. Definitely wont ever be back.

My sisters and I scheduled reservations for three pedicures last week (in advance) and when we arrived, two techs were already occupied with manicures, leaving two more techs to work on our nails. Which posed a problem since there are three of us. I sat waiting in my chair for 30 minutes, feet turning to prunes from sitting in the water too long, until a tech was available to work on me. Unfortunately, my sisters were near done with their pedicures, which left them waiting for me to be done at the end. The manager or techs never apologized. Ive had pedicures done plenty of times. Typically in a basic pedicure, callus removal is covered. When the tech was working on me, she asked if I wanted it done, which confused me because I assumed it would be done. So I nodded yes, and in return, she says, ok, 5 dollars extra. What?? I was taken aback so I said nevermind. I wait 30 minutes and now you want me to pay extra for something that should be included? No thanks. In the end, she completely botched my nails on my left foot. She wiped off and repainted one nail 3 times and it still turned out chipped. After she finished, I waited another several minutes for my nails to dry before putting my shoes on. My sisters and I continued to chat and enjoy each others conversation when the manager so rudely, loudly says OKAYYY, time to go! This sounds laughable. It is. And may sound like a joke but I assure you, its not. He continues to put my shoes on for me, lifts up my arm rest and reaches down to grab my purse (excuse me??) and plops it down on my lap. Yep, I get the hint. You want us to leave. But guess what? I dont see a line backed out your door full of people ready to pay for your services. In fact, my sisters and I were the only ones in here at this point, so you should have actually been thanking us for making it look like you have a business. But sure, you can shoo us out if youd like. Which is one of the many reason why I didnt leave a tip. One of the worst experiences Ive ever had. Im not the type of person to go around seeking opportunities to leave bad reviews but this... this was so bad I wanted to warn others. Hopefully everyone else has a better experience than I, maybe it was an unlucky day for me.
