Nancy is a sweet and detailed nail tech. She took her time and didnt rush. I enjoyed my first time at Ombre Nail Spa. My nails and toes look beautiful. I Will be back when Im in the east valley.

One of the most nicest places I have been too. Only been going for a month and I have yet to have had a set that I am not completely ecstatic about. The workmanship they do is amazing and the price is completely worth the work they do.

I am furious I wasted my money here , the basic pedicure was a joke , he literally spent 10 seconds with the hot rocks and about 2 min on my massage. Needless to say I will not return , however my sisters lady was amazing she did a great job , she spent 2x the time on her. My guy spent on me 🤬🤬🤬

Gave this place a last chance after several negative encounters. Likely the worst customer service I’ve ever had… anywhere. Wait times are way too long, understaffed and absolutely rude staff. Definitely other neighborhood nail salons with better customer care. Keep driving past!

BAD TIME MANAGEMENT!I love my nails it is exactly what I asked for! The only problem I have is that we sat at the nail salon for 4 hours. My friend and I both got our hands and feet done and it took them 4 hours to finish. Now there were only two women, which is very unacceptable, if you run a business you should have more than two people working. They also pressured my friend into getting gel when she just wanted a plain color and repeatedly said no thank you to the point I had to step in. Now again I love my nails they just have very bad time management.

I love coming here with my daughter. Staff is always friendly and they do a great job.

My nails came out good but they said on the phone that a full set is $35 then charged me double the amount for plain white nails. I will not be going back there.

Nancy usually does my pedicures, she wasn’t there today, but Kara did a fantastic job. Kara also did a great job waxing my eyebrows.

I got a full set and I love them!!! The nails are shaped so nicely. I also appreciate that my nail tech did three coats of gel polish when it wasn’t opaque after two. Inside was super clean I actually wanted to comment on how clean the floors were. The owner is super sweet as well.

This is just the best place to get nails done! Khoa is the so good!!!! He does an amazing job on my Ombre nails and mixes special pinks to get just the right color I like! Trish, the owner, is always so friendly; you will miss out if you don’t try them!!!

This place is absolutely stunning. The atmosphere and decor is gorgeous. We walked in and were automatically greeted at the door, signed in, and were seated almost right away! I am giving only 4 stars because during my pedicure, Kim, knicked/ cut my left big toe twice and said nothing. I flinched a good bit and even vocalized it but she didn’t say or do anything. She kept working at my foot and kept hitting that same spot. It bled and she dabbed it with the towel... the pedicure itself was rough but the gel polish looks amazing. I also had my nails done by James and that was a much more pleasant experience. All in all, I would definitely go back, I would just request someone different for a pedicure.

I had a pedicure with my mother in law, today and this is the best nail salon I have been to in Arizona. All the ladies and gentlemen were very sweet and the pedicure massages were amazing not to mention how clean this place is! So so nice! 🤗

Ive been coming here for about a year now. They are my go to place for Mani, pedi, and waxing. So laid back and relaxing! Ive never felt rushed like I have at other places. Ive never had to wait for someone to help me. They are so friendly and good at what they do. The foot massages are phenomenal! They also have an amazing selection of colors. 100% would recommend!

I have been going to Nora to have my nails done for over 10 years. I have followed her to different nail salons because she is so good and knows exactly how to make the product stay on my nails. I can sometimes go as long as four weeks without having to have them redone because they stay on so well. Nora does a gel product on my nails that works perfect. I always request Nora but if she is not available there are other nail techs in the salon that do a great job.

Not the worst Ive had but not the best. Got a pedicure and manicure but I work in food service so Im not allowed to have polish or anything on my nails, yet the guy repeatedly asked if I wanted to do gel or if I was sure I didnt want a color. It felt really pushy and after I said no they sat me by myself away from my friend for a few min and didnt speak to me. Eventually I got my nails done but honestly there are many other places that are much better. I wont go back.

I love Ombre Nails, I have been a customer for over 10 years. I wont go anywhere else. Everyone I have recommended is still going. All of the techs are courteous, the place is always clean, always updated on new nail changes, design and color. Katie has a memory out of this world. I am pampered EVERY TIME I go. Trish the owner is SO great! She is sweet and does great work! I’ve never been disappointed when I go there for nails, mani or gel, or a pedicure. There is quite a few of my favorite other workers that are there from the previous owner to! Won’t go anywhere else!

Ombré nail spa is FANTASTIC! Katie & Nora have been doing my nails for almost 10 years. Always fun in the salon. It’s like another family for me. They use great product and have very cute designs and ideas. If i am having trouble figuring out what i want, i trust them to pick for me!!

Ombre Nails is a wonderful place to get your nails done. The prices are reasonable and the personnel are friendly and good at their job. I got the SNS dip for my nails and am very pleased with the outcome. The pedicures are relaxing and leave me feeling like a new person.

I was hoping this would be my nail salon as it is just around the corner from where I live. Based on the reviews I was excited to try it out. I went in for a pedi and callous remover treatment. When they put down the armrest the cup holder was full of nail dust. DISGUSTING! The tech barely touched me with the cheese grader thing....needless to say I had to do it myself when I got home. Waste of money there. Also the tech was more interested in her next customer and left someone else to do the polish. This tech was in such a rush to get me out of the chair that she got nail polish on my sandal when trying to put it on. I had to point it out to her....she acted like no big deal. After she fixed my polish that she messed up she ushered me out of the chair. Very disappointing experience.

Best nail salon in Arizona!!! Nora & Katie are just amazing! When I moved here a few years ago I tried A LOT of nail salons and finally found Ombre Nails. Nails, pedicures, and eyebrows always look great when I leave here.

Katie and Nora are seriously the BEST Ive gone to so many nail salons around the area and have been burned and got jacked up jobs and they do so good!! No matter how many times I have broken a nail (because of my job it happens sometimes) they will fix it immidiatly and not even charge me! Love them!!

I came here for the SNS manicure and my nails look horrible. The owner is the reason the salon isnt right, he is very rude. They couldnt pay me enough money to let them touch my nails again. I am so disappointed, but more importantly I dont care who you think you are you dont have a right to treat people that way. I just want others to know before you spend your hard earned money here that they dont know what theyre doing, and they WILL ruin your nails. Dont waste your time or money here!

My first experience was good. The next time I went, I took a friend with me and we got there at 5:15 and they told us they had an appointment at 5:30 for two people and if we could come back in 30 minutes. So we pretty much got rejected because we didnt have appointments. Non the less we wont be going back

My daughter and I got our nails painted (not gel just regular). Hers didnt even last 3 hours before the paint was flaking off. My paint was flaking off in less than 24 hours. I did not do any dishes or cleaning during this time either. When I paint our nails at home it lasts much longer than this. Very disappointed.

Very clean and super friendly staff! I loved all the selection of gel colors, and the polish lasted a good 2 weeks.

I am giving this salon 2 stars because I enjoyed my pedicure although Ive had better. Howevery. My full sets are horrible. They are lumpy and dull and the ugly flower design they gave me is disgusting. I originally asked for an anchor but he was not listening to me at all. He braged about his skills the whole time and couldnt even figure out how to turn on the UV lamp. I will never go back. Plus its insanely expensive and probably to keep the doors open.

Got my nails done here. The man who did them didn’t seem interested in being at work. I did the nail dip. They made me sit for 30 mins soaking. Then he didn’t even cut my nails. Later after the dip he put the gel polish on top and had me under the light for one session. The girl next to me was in such a hurry to have her client take my chair, she told me to wash my hands. Which resulted in my nails becoming extremely sticky. He said he wasn’t done with me and had to correct it. Not even a week later, my nails are chipping. My usual nail salon dip lasts 3-4 weeks. What a waste of $45 dollars. Such a terrible experience. Will never come back here again.

Had high expectations with the reviews. Nails are lumpy and nothing like I asked for. Plus, I was overcharged from what I was originally told. Have to go somewhere else to redo. Disappointing.
