I had my toes done. The lady that did them was very patient and detailed oriented. I will definitely go back!

The staff was super friendly and organized. One of my toe nails needed to be fixed and one of the staff members took the time to make sure everything was up to her standards. Highly recommended. Grab a candy on your way out!

I absolutely LOVE this salon! They are all very friendly, its immaculately clean, the background music is soothing, they offer a variety of services, their hours are very accommodating, you can make an appointment or walk-in, they have convenient parking, a Dutch Bros next door 😉, and Lu is lightening fast at doing the SNS nails.

I loved the lady Lou ( I think that is her name)..she was very nice..but my the gel polish chipped off and my nail edges were rugged...last time there I got a pedi and she cut my toe. Sorry to say I will not be going back. Sorry Lou.

Very clean and very thorough with reasonable prices. Ive been here 3 times and my first two experiences were excellent. The last time was good, they had a new employee who did a good job but was not as skilled as the more seasoned employees. Yet still the best salon for Spa pedicures Ive been to in this area.

I went in to get a pedicure and manicure; they did a very good job! The service was very good and the staff was very nice. Also got a free water bottle while I was waiting.

The service is great and the staff are very nice. Whenever yopu walk in they offer you a water bottle, however they are sometimes slow. But i still like them very much.

My first visit was good but still was iffy about the place so i decided to go again and i got Nails, two days later they broke so i went back to get it fixed and then the next day it broke again! finally i decided to take them off and got like an allergic reaction or fungus because my skin was peeling by the tip of my fingers! Im for sure not going back!

I dont get my nails done often so when I do, its a treat for me. The manager is nice but the person who has done my nails twice, has not done them well. I gave them 2 chances but wont be going back.

Horrible customer service, it was my first time being there and I went to get a simple fill. The guy finished putting the acrylic on my nails, and then got up (didnt say anything to me) and left to go pick up his son. A different lady came to inform me he would be back in 15 minutes! He did not finish his job and they wanted me to wait there until he was back. Never again will I go there!

The pedicure was good, however, the lady put so much polish on my toes they were still wet 1 1/5 hours later and came off when I put my heels on! Ruined pedicure.

Initially i loved this place! They’re quality is still amazing but as of today i don’t think I’ll be coming back. I made an appointment and i am still in my seat going on an hour past when i scheduled my appointment waiting to get a pedicure. I understand they are busy, however is is disrespectful to take walk ins before someone who made an appointment, and keep them waiting for an hour. If they are so busy they should have turned away the walk ins or let me know that they couldn’t do mine anymore at this time.this has now effect my plans for the day. Beyond disappointed, especially due to when I’m a walk in and they never tend to me first as appropriate, then when i made an appointment I’m not tended to at all. UPDATE: they finally did my pedi but didn’t even do all that comes with it like i paid for including the wax. They took $5 off for the wait but i still will not be coming back after this.

Was very upset when I left. I feel like the lady rushed me out the door and I expressed to her I was unhappy and she rolled her eyes at me so I paid and went on my way. Will never ever go back. I left in tears and went to have them fixed. The lady who fixed them could not believe the left me leave looking that way. Very upset I was out 32 dollars 😔

They were nice, place is clean. Got a French manicure. Marked down on stars because it didnt last long, and the prices were high for the quality of it.

Absolute WORST place to get your nails done they’re rough, lazy, and rude. I went in to get my nails done with my mom for sns and 2 pedis i go every 3 weeks at another location this was the 2nd time being at this location and i’m never going back again. While the nail tech was doing my nails whenever she would hit her nail or mess up hers she’d stop doing mine and fix her nail! she charged me $5 extra for an extra color and i didn’t even have time to get my pedi that i’ve been dying for. I just wanted to get out of there, she cut me multiple times even when i’d tell her it hurts. Never again

Great experience: quick and thorough

By far the worst experience Ive ever had. I had asked for a regular fill but had requested a slight curve and ombré black and silver. The lady proceeded to tell me she cannot do a curve or ombré unless I get a new set.. PATHETIC!! Im old enough to know it can be done not to mention I am a nail tech also.. haahaaahaa.. its called LAZY.... I let it slide and let her RUIN my nails as I listened to her talk smack about me and had the other nail techs come over to her station and look at my nails and look at me and make nasty comments.. again little does she know I can understand her language and I just sat there and couldnt wait to get out of there..

Today I decided to get my nails done randomly but also did not want to go with the usual acrylic nails, because they destroy males and I don’t like the way that my nails look and feel afterwards. So I started looking into other options and I came across something called SNS dip on natural nails! After doing a little reading about it, I decided I had to try it! So I looked up salons in Mesa that offer this service; I only found two!! So then I started thinking.. that this was going to be really expensive.. So I called the salon and I asked how much it would be to get this service done; the SNS dip on natural nails. Only$35!Not bad at all if you think about it usually it’s around $25-$30 to get acrylic nails, this is supposed to be better for your nails, help strengthen them so they can grow without breaking like mine do, and I love that I can say this is my natural nail (polished manicured obviously lol). Anyway I went here and I got a pedicure with A hot stone massage, callus removal, and a paraffin wax peel, and I also got a design each big toe. Then I got my manicure with the SNS dip on my nails. Honestly I only paid a few dollars more than I usually pay at other salons. However I had a much better experience here the staff was very friendly, as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by them smiling and asking how they can help me I had someone bring the water up to me and got me right into a chair after I picked up my color and told them what I wanted. They did amazing jobs they were quick But not the type a quick where you feel like you’re being pushed out of their chair, they are quick as in how they take care of you and make sure that you’re getting what you want and they are very fair about it. I was super happy about my entire experience, everyone (including the guests) very accommodating and nice and friendly and professional. I definitely recommend if you are looking for something that is better and healthier for your nails, fair prices, and a great professional team to help you achieve this, then this is your place to check out! I know I will definitely be going back!!🙂

Overall terrible experience. This is my second time coming, the first was bad as well, but I thought I would give it a second chance. My mom and I were walk-ins today. We were looked at funny when we first walked in and not acknowledged in anyway. Finally, someone said what we would like and we asked for 2 pedicures. No response whatsoever. We waited around 30minutes to be seen, but we didnt mind the wait. Once we were able to get a chair the water was cold. Not only was mine but my moms was as well. The first time I came it was as well. The actual pedicure itself wasnt terrible though. The only thing I would say is, is that the menu is extremely misleading. Most of the stuff they say they will do on the menu IS NOT BEING DONE. So be very cautious if you are getting anything other than a classic pedicure. I will not be coming back again and dont recommend anyone else come. Especially since I gave this salon more than enough chances.

Absolutely gorgeous jobs each time I have been in for SNS. I had thin, PEELING nails and two rounds of SNS later, my nails are healthy and long. I took vitamins and had been using strengthening clear coats for a month to try and stop the peeling damage, but this SNS work has saved my nails. Thank you guys for great work! Wish I could post pics.

I had two great experiences getting both a pedicure and the SNS nails. My nails grow so fast that after a week they are way too grown out so I always have to get things filled or taken off. In this case, I went in 10 days after my original SNS manicure to get them taken off. I was asked a few times if I wanted a gel or SNS put back on and I said no. So when the lady was grinding of the SNS nails, I was asked again if I wanted gel or SNS, and I for a third time at this point said no. After the nails were ground down, my nails were wrapped in acetone soaked cotton, and foil and left on for MAYBE 4 minutes... then the lady came back to take off the foil and nothing had changed, so instead of re-soaking my nails to get everything off, she just grabbed the grinder to file it off... Well, the bottom coat is still on my nails, and the way she cut and filed my nails is all off and weird to where I had to cut my nails all the way down and lost the length I was trying to get. On top of that, I was asked again two more times during this last process if I wanted gel or SNS again by the same woman. I should not have to tell the same person 5 times NO to a service. It will be a while before I try this place again; one my nails grow too fast to spend $35 on SNS or gel, and I do not appreciate trying to be up sold so many times within the 30 minutes I was there.

DO NOT COME HERE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, IN THE MIDDLE OF DOING MY NAILS THE GUY GOT UP AND LEFT WITH OUT SAYING ANYTHING TO ME. THEN HIS WIFE CAME UP TO ME AND SAID HE WILL BE BACK IN 15 MIN, HE WENT TO PICK UP OUR SON. WHO GETS UP AND LEAVES THEIR CUSTOMER WAITING????
