Im so glad I choose to visit this place. I got the best manicure in a long time Jenny was my tech. Shes amazing and very thorough! Ill definitely visit again! I recommend this place very relaxing!

We were given a menu of the prices of the pedicure and we specifically said we wanted the $30 one. But charged us for $45. Ive read some of the reviews and this has happened to other people, seems like they are taking advantage of people. I don’t recommend this place unless you’re wanting to get scammed.

If I could give 0 stars I would, these lady’s overcharged me and they know very well they did it on purpose because i’ve seen other reviews of the same thing happening. We were soaking our feet while the lady gave us a menu with all the prices and we told her we wanted the $30 pedicure but charged us $45 and the total came out to $95 with 2 pedicures! It’s not even worth it for what they do to you. Pick another place to go to if you’re wanting to get your nails done!!

They did a great job on my nails and I loved my relaxing pedicure!! Very Professional! Highly recommend!!

I got told and seen a lot of reviews that this place is overcharging people on purpose. I will be telling everyone about this the word is getting spread already, three 1 star reviews in less than a hour? that is pathetic.

This was the worst fill experience from having acrylic nails over 25 years. With the quality of work they provide I do not understand how they are still in business. See photo, you should not be able to see where the fill was needed. This is a perfect example of poor quality of work. I do not see how some people have 4 and 5 star ratings but if you have low expectations then this is the place for you.

A good friend of mine had recommended me this place, I always see that her nails look amazing so I thought I give it a try, right? Wrong. Dont get me wrong, he did a good job and I love the nails but I went in telling him what I wanted and he said okay, finishes the nails.. nothing remotely close to what I wanted. I told him again what I wanted, he then proceeded to tell me that he couldnt do it.... Why did you tell me that you could do what I ask for and then tell me that you cant?!?!?!!!

Went to go get my nails removed here & they did a horrible job at removing it carefully!! (I forgot her name) She ended up ripping 2 of my nails off & when I told her not to touch it anymore because it hurt so bad she did not listen to my specific instruction & touched it. Worst experience I’ve had!!!!

So I went to go get a fill and a new color. The lady didn’t take off the whole color and left half of the color on the nail. Then I said i wanted coffin and she made them more almond shape and while the lady was filing my nail well I think that’s what she thought be she started to file my skin and started to bleed and I pulled my hand back and said it hurt and she didn’t do anything. Then after she did my nails she put the clear polish on and it wasn’t dry fully and put lotion on and smudged all my nails and I said something and didn’t do anything. I have been going here for a while but got a new lady and I am very disappointed.

Ive been overcharged 3 different times but kept giving them another try because I thought maybe there was a language barrier. This was the last time. I came in wanting a dip fill and a pedicure. I had only tried the dip 2 other times and I had tips on. My nails were wrapped in foil and a solution and the nails dissolved. I get that it was a mistake and no one ever said to tell the next nail tech I had tips on when I went to get a fill. They agreed to put on a new set for me and just charge me for the fill. Because it was close to closing time the guy did a rush job on my nails and when I went to check out the price didnt seem right and I asked what I was being charged for. I just paid and left because I had already been there a long time. When I got home I noticed my nails were super think, there were bubbles in my polish and the clear coat was missing on a few ends of my nails. I went in the next morning to get them fixed and I received no apology only that if I get my nails thinner and they break Id have to pay. I stated we wouldnt be in this situation if my nails were not dissolved the night before and he asked why are you blaming her? (meaning the woman who wrapped my nails for too long). I explained that this is taking up a lot of my time to have to get another set put back on and then the job not done right and I have to come back to get it fixed. I have never in 18 years of getting my nails done ever had to go back to get them fixed because of a poorly done job. On top of that I was charged for the full set and received no apology that I had to come back.

My girlfriend and I moved to Gilbert from San Jose about a year ago, one of the first things she wanted to check out were the different types of Nail Salons in the city. After trying many of the Nail Salons the city had to offer, she was very much disappointed; until we found Nail Club. Unlike some of the other salons. here my girlfriend and her friends were treated with respect and their nails were given a lot of care. I also dont understand what others are complaining about when it comes to pricing, but I thought the price was very reasonable for what you get. I always have a rule, if it comes to your body, pricing should not be an issue. My girlfriend loves this place and so am I 5/5!

These people were rude and inattentive. They helped people who came in after me without an appointment, before they helped me. Maybe it was a race thing, because Im Hispanic, but I wanted an expensive treatment, idk... their loss. I left without being helped.

I came here to get a refill and the guy who I assume is the owner asked me what I was getting. I informed him that I needed a refill he asked if I was going to get Gel and I said no. He informed me it was going to be a long wait which I was fine with I didnt mind. he continued to tell me that its going to be a very very long wait to get me in. Keep in mind the whole store was slow there was only two other clients getting their nails done and I was the only client sitting and waiting for the next appointment. clearly he was upset because he couldnt charge me the price for gel nails for a refill so it was more of an inconvenience for him. I have never received this kind of treatment at any nail salon Ive gone to. its clear to see why this place is so slow and why there are so many bad reviews. Work on your customer service and people skills.

I am really upset with the service!I was walked in and asked for a pedicure. they had me soak right away. I sat there with my feet in water for 25 minutes. I only have a 1 hour lunch break. very frustrating when they said no wait.then the lady starts doing my toes knowing Im in a rush and leaves to set up a pedicure for another 2 walk ins and takes over 5 minutes.I will not be returning. this was my 3rd time. awful experience. gentlemen started my nails and filed all my nails down and then passed it On to another lady who refiled after i told her I didnt want any shorter. When he passed me over to he just pointed and said move there... super rude. i kept hoping that it was just a bad day there.charged me way too much for a gel manicure.do not go there. another lady walked in complaining that she made an appointment last week and they did not take that in consideration they just told her 40 more minutes and when she said something they just smiled....rude bad service. and way too pricey!!!!!!!

One star for turning my 6 year old daughter away. We were next door when she told me she really had to use the bathroom. In a panic, we ran to Nails club and asked to use the bathroom, we were told NO, for paying customers only. Sadly, I have been there before, for nail services, and I will never be back!!! Just as I told her while walking out. Terrible. My daughter was so confused and couldnt comprehend someone refusing her to do something so humane. I was just as surprised. S m h

LOVE. LOVE. LOVE.This a family owned business and they are so accommodating to my family and I. They always find time to fit in my mom, sister and I in at the same time. They have also pained my 2 year olds toes and were so patient (shes a wild one). They also recently fit me in to do both my pedicure and manicure at the same time. Nice people - GREAT work! Very happy - always go here! 🙌🏼

I love coming here. Michelle is my favorite tech; she does an amazing job and is so nice. Her gel manicures last 3+ weeks every time. Going here definitely beats spending double the price at a high-end spa for mediocre work!

I have never been so eager to leave a salon in my life!!!!! I went to their salon on Labor Day since my usual salon was closed, bad idea. The nail technician did a fine job, so I thought, on giving me a fill and gel color change until after only 5 days EVERY nail was chipped and 3 corners broken! During my first visit the nail technician told me she was going to make the acrylic really thin since its what looks more natural which is fine except all my nails kept breaking, and Ive had my nails done every 2 weeks for a year and a half and I have never had a gel chip on me, especially after 5 days. So I called and told them my issue and they told me to come in and they will fix it. I come in for my appointment and after the nail technician removes the gel she tells me that it was my OWN fault that my nails were damaged and she shouldnt have to fix them...... I told her I in fact do not have a job that requires my hands getting damaged/rough, even if I did Ive had the same job for a year and this has never happened before, third isnt the point of gel that its supposed to last, I paid $40 my first visit I would like my nails to last for 2 weeks, and lastly she made my nails extremely thin so my corners would break just from opening my car door! She continued to argue with me and say that my nail is chipped so I mustve been very rough with my hands, obviously ignoring what I had just told her... The manager comes over and the nail technician starts to tell the manager right in front of me in English that it is my own fault AGAIN and Im rough with my hands.. I told the technician I dont appreciate being called a liar, I retracted my hands out of hers and told them I was taking my business elsewhere since they wouldnt know customer service if it slapped them in the face. The manger insisted I stay and to let them fix their mistake, nail technician again tries to make her point as to why she felt it was my fault, making a bit of a scene I again told them I dont want to be called a liar this shouldnt happen after 5 days I am NOT rough with my hands, so I made another attempt to leave when the manager tried to convince me to stay again and said the nail technician was wrong she didnt put a base coat on my nails and kept them under that UV light for way too long (4 min) where I gave in and told them fine, let them correct their own mistakes. The nail technician was clearly very upset that I stayed since she threw around her tools during the entire session. She was so so so rough when doing nails, didnt say a single word to me, LEFT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SESSION TO WAX SOMEONES EYEBROWS, and then finally finished and walked away. I asked the nearest employee if I were done since the woman just walked away without a word and he told me (knowing that I had been arguing the fact that I had nothing to do with the nails looking so tarnished), luckily for you she will credit you this one time but try not to be so rough with your hands...... Very snarky and immature on his part to make that last comment, but I left saying, I will leave a nice tip for her time but if she did her job right the first time I wouldnt of had to be credited for anything.. These people were unprofessional, doesnt know customer service, and were just overall the most rude/arrogant people I have ever worked with at any salon.

They ruined my natural nails. I had been going there for 3 years, eyebrows and pedicure only. I dont trust anyone with my naturally long nails. Well, I finally gave in and let them give a manicure. Now, I have to start over returning them to health. I went to a new shop a week ago, not as expensive, much nicer and I didnt have the long wait. If your experience is like mine, keep shopping.

My mother and I went to get our toe nails done. We just wanted the basic $30 pedicure the lady charged us $40!! Each!! On top of that she wouldnt look us in the face when she rung us up. Very rude. Disappointed in this nail salon. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!!

I just went and got a $50.00 pedicure here this week, which for starters was EXTRMELY over priced. The lady who worked on my feet was way too rough, so rough that she knicked something under the nail and I now have a very painful in my big toe that I have to go see a podiatrist for. Don’t waste your money at this place, and be careful!!

They overcharged us. I asked for just a basic pedicure. Which is advertised as $25. They handed me their menu and tried to upcharge me and I said no just the basic one. Then they rang me up for $30. I know its only $5 more. But it was the principle. I asked her about it and she said oh we did the exfoliation. It was thus nasty smelling painful scrub out of a foil packet that probably cost them $1. It seems they have done this to other women as well. Beware!

If I could give this rate a 0 star I would. Horrible customer service!! They screwed up my gel nails and had to restart all over, they guy who did them first got nail polish all over my finger tips, skin surrounding the nail which looked like a 5 year old did it. Super inconvienent! Not once do they talk to you, or even engage in proper human interaction. All the workers seem to just not care about what they are doing. I watched as a worker lady went back and forth from waxing multiple customers and doing nails. Not ONCE did I ever see her wash her hands or wear gloves. Very unsanitary. I am not impressed by this place at all!! I would never recomend this place, it was my first time there and it was my last!

Would not recommend. They do not treat their clients nicely. Everything is overly expensive as well. I made an appointment and they took me right away and started soaking my feet. i had told them i only had 1 hour to be in and out because of my lunch break. they had me wait 30 minutes soaking my feet even though i had an appointment. finally when they started i had to opt out of the massage and callus remover all I had time was to get my toes painted and run out the door. I decided to give them 1 more chance to redo my gel manicure. i went in and the guy that works there started. she was filing fast and hurting me then had someone else take over then she started filing in another direction. my nails had just started growing and they filed them completely down did not care. it was a rude pass off. he just pointed at me and told me to move to her table. the manicure cost me $27 for the worst one i have ever had, will not go back

Stopped to get my eyebrows done thought Id have to wait but she left the person she was doing her nails then rushed through doing my eyebrows not saying a word to me. After looking in mirror she did a horrible job. Wont ever go back. Thank God I didnt go with getting my nails done too.

My nail broke today and needed it fixed so I walked in to this salon and waited 30 minutes to be seated. I decided to change the nail color of my whole set of nails & the lady who did my nails did great on the nail shape but a horrible paint job! & I forgot to mention how completely bitchy she was towards me.

The ladies are very friendly and personable, they do amazing work, they remember me every time I go.. I always feel very welcomed!!

They redecorated and upped the pricing that is #1. My regular over charged me for nonsense things that other places do not charge for #2. Did not appreciate the communication in their language which I know they were talking about customers. I could just tell #3 your out. Worst experience, I went today they said you are late so we are not do properly . I will be there at 6.34pm they are ok to do pedicure and they are telling stories and they are not do properly and the customer treatment is so worst. And they charging more .i am not recommended.

I went in for a manicure and had to wait about 20 minutes just to be seated. After that I think I spent more time soaking my nails than actually getting them done. The original lady that helped me attacked my cuticles, making them bleed in 3 places and buffed the top of them before handing me off to someone else without notice. The second lady that helped me was clearly just trying to get me out the door and made me pay before she did anything. If I had known she would do such a horrible job I wouldt have tipped her. She did not file my nails at all or put any sort of cream on my hands. She left a bunch of gaps in the nail polish, its lumpy and goopy, and she didnt even allow them to dry before she said I was done and could leave.

Well... Here I am again, the last review I wrote for this place was in 2013 and it took me 3 years to work up an excuse to walk back through the door (in a pinch, no time, right by my house, just to get a quick polish on my toes for a wedding)Shame on me.... I should have known better. I walk in and just ask for a quick gel polish, I said I literally only had 20 minutes and did not have time for a pedicure. They said sure, we will do a quick pedicure sat in the chair, the lady dunked my feet in water, dried off my feet, filed my nails, painted them and done. She said I will ring you up while they are drying I thought to myself should I ask how much? naaa I was only here 20 mins and she just painted my toes, how bad could it be.... she brings me the receipt and she charged me $45!!! for Polish!!! I lost it. She said a quick pedicure is $30...When I had asked for polish... Then she said we charge you more money because you needed it done faster ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Then tack on $5 for gel, $5 for french, and $5 for callus remover...I didnt even have a callus removal. She replied oh we give it to you now after you painted my toes? Then they started giggling and talking their language right in front of me. quick pedicure... hehehehe I was fuming. I told them to keep the money theyre going to need it because I am going to be relentless with my reviews on social media so everyone knows what a joke this place is. Greed Greedy ladies, taking advantage. She knew exactly what she was doing oh Ill ring you up while you dry I bet you will. I hope enough of you see this review because I have never been treated so terrible in a nail salon in my life. Rude, downright unprofessional and I truly hope this place goes under.

Absolute terrible first impression! I came in to simply get my gel nail color changed... the women who took care of me was not friendly at all... i had to ask her to correct things because I was going from black to pink and and she got pissy and talked obviously about me in her language to another associate. I still have pieces of black gel showing thru the pink. They overcharged me for mediocre work... there is not a sign nor brochure for pricing... I asked the guy why my service was so expensive and he replied that he didnt know... he was also confused and started talking to another and didnt want to be involved so he walked away. another person next to me was told 35 and then the lady made him change it to 45... basically anything goes in this place and at the very least they arent even friendly. I was charged the price of a fill for a color change which is barbaric! It was so uncomfortable and I will never go back. Take your money and business somewhere else.

I had two ladies help me but only one of them washed their tools. The other lady went to the sink dumped out her bowl and just dried it with the towel the rest of the staff uses to dry their hands. She didnt even clean her tools. They were in a small purple clear box and she just put them away in her desk dirty after doing my nails. Dirty Dirty Dirty! If she did that after my manipedi then it probably was not clean to start with. Go somewhere else. Dont risk infections!

Great experience - professional -friendlyI came in with a horrible nail job from a previous nail shop and Jimmy fixed them and made them look absolutely spectacular - it was truly unbelievable how he was able to fix my set without having to apply a new set.

Terrible job on gel mani. I had her fix one hand, which was lighter than the other, but still, every time I look at my nails I see crooked cuts, crooked lines, one part of my thumb isnt even painted, and the lines at my cuticles look awful. Wont be going back.
