Watermark at Gateway has been a pleasure to live at! We’ve been here just over a month and moved from out of state. The leasing staff was so helpful getting us set up with options to view units and complete paperwork from afar. Hayleeann( leasing agent) was so attentive and quick to respond with all and any questions, even recommending places to check out in the area.-great pool area and clubhouse, gym- amenities included are amazing- with comfortable poolside seating.- large dog run with real grass. Most residents have dogs and everyone is friendly!- staff responsive with internal requests for service or questions.-maintenance request submitted through app ( quick response always)-plenty of parking and attached garages-night garbage valet - picked up from your doorstep!We highly recommend Watermark @ Gateway

This is based off of me not being able to reach anyone at the property. I’ve called multiple times and no answer or disconnected. The property looks beautiful and I would love to inquire more about a lease.

This is solely based on the fact I can’t get a hold of anyone. A month ago I called and left a detailed voice message as well as filled out the form on their website to sign up for a tour. Three days ago I filled out a similar form through apartments.com. I just don’t understand why I can’t get in touch with anyone?

By far the best community I have lived at. Not only is the apartment beautiful and well designed, but the staff is amazing. They have the best customer service, the quickest response times for maintenance requests, and such great communication with residents. They take great care of the grounds and the amenities are really nice.

Decided to move to the East Valley, & was looking at multiple different places to rent around the same area. Watermark at gateway was perfect! The floorplans are very spacious and had everything I was looking for, also the units have attached garages which is wonderful. Gina is amazing, and provides excellent customer service and is so genuine. She definitely cares about the people, and not just trying to push a lease. Thank you guys for everything, & I am so excited to call this place my new home!

Very friendly environment. Customer service is excellent. I always feel welcomed each time I come to the Watermark place. The people are great. Company deserves more than 5 stars.

I just moved in but living here is like living at a resort hotel. Beautiful pool and green space for activities. Well maintained gym and a comfortable space to relax. Friendly staff and great community environment. Extremely family friendly and close to good schools like The Learning Foundation and Performing Arts.

After looking at several apartments and not having the best experience with customer service. We decided to go to Watermark at Gateway Place. We were blown away by the professionalism and the high level of customer service Gina and the other ladies in the office provided us. The rent was a little more than we wanted, but due to the level of service and how comfortable the staff made us feel, we decided to make Watermark at Gateway Place our new home.

Such an awesome community, and the condo are amazing! The leasing team is so quick to resolve any issues and Haleeann - the leasing manager- absolutely has made COVID and all the months staying home, social distancing super eventful. They have events at the community area for kids and families, and tons of awesome giveaways for residents. Very quiet neighborhood, and tons of great families. Located right in the middle of 10 different schools and a short walk from the outdoor mall.

Everything has been good until today. I was told if I signed a lease by end of July I would get august rent free plus some other fee waived. On september 4th i am told I have to sign an amendment saying if I break the lease I have to pay the incentive and the fee back ( $1800) plus the 2 months that is in their lease.I have no intention of breaking the lease but this should have been disclosed when the incentive was offered. Horrible business practice and possibly illegal. I will be looking into it.

Absolutely wonderful place to live the amenities are off the chart I have lived here for over 3 months now and theres nothing like Getting a fresh cup of coffee in the morning before work and hitting a hot Jacuzzi to relax in the evening. All my neighbors are kind and respectful, And if I ever have any concerns, someone is always there to help. Resort living all the time is fine by me!

Such amazing staff! We literally met the whole staff in one day and everyone was sincerely and genuinely nice, funny, outgoing and so welcoming. Even as we drove around neighbors were waving and smiling. Haleeann, was absolutely amazing, she didnt just try to get us in, she actually went out of her way to get us as many incentives and deals as possible. Touring the unit were about to move into was awesome, the floor plan for the Lang is amazing and exactly what we need (married couple with 1 year old). Were so excited to move in. Its close to everything you could ever need and weve lived in a few other luxury apartments in Gilbert but in comparison everything in here is way better quality than the other places weve rented. Gina and Haleeann were so helpful and truly cared about getting our family into a good place during a tough time.

OMG! This place is amazing! I popped in when I saw the for lease sign when I was driving by., and even though I didnt have an appointment, Gina (the complex manager) agreed to take me on a tour right away. She was so energetic and fun, I felt like we were already friends.Gina answered all my (many) questions without skipping a beat, listened carefully to what I was looking for, and showed me not only a great option but THE PERFECT option. I was (and am) so excited.In fact, after seeing the unit at Watermark--and it was the first place I visited and toured--I was sold. I went home, immediately filled out my application, and canceled the tours I had made at other complexes this week,I love the amenities, the floorplan, the attached garage, the dog park and pool, the new EVERYTHING... and all the light that floods the space. If you want great value, hurry and check this out before construction wraps up and all the units are leased! (And thanks again to Gina who was exceptional in every way!) So happy!

My husband and I are in the market for an apartment and nothing weve seen so far has been up to par. I happened to be driving by and saw the sign on Ray and immediately called. Haleeann was ecstatic to give me a tour on short notice AND at the tail end of what Im sure had been a long day! She was so incredibly delightful and fun! The property is beautiful, pet friendly and BRAND NEW! We absolutely love the open and bright two bedroom we decided on and cannot wait to move in! Thank you Haleeann!!

Visited ten other luxury properties in Gilbert. There are some very nice ones. Watermark at Gateway Place is my absolute favorite! The new construction, attached garage, reasonably large balconies and storage are strong selling points. Of course the pool, gym and game room facilities are top notch. But the true difference for me is the office staff led by Gina. Gina is a true professional while being personable and caring. She is committed to making the entire experience from initial contact to move-in to long lasting residency seamless and enjoyable. You want office management and staff that cares and has a clue. This is that place.

We absolutely love this complex and cannot wait to move in. The staff is absolutely amazing and makes you feel so welcome. If you have a four-legged friend, this is the place to be. I have never been to an apartment complex that is so dog-friendly. All of the amenities are amazing and definitely resort-style living. The attached garage is a big plus also.

This place is awesome! I visited my friend here last week and loved it. The Mountain View’s are incredible, and it was so much fun hanging out in the hot tub at night. I am looking to live here after my current lease ends! Can’t wait to call this place home :)

My wife and I had looked at a couple other complexes and hadn’t really felt good until we walked into watermark. Immediately we knew this was home, thanks to Haleeann and Gina for showing us how great apartments really are!

Really impressed! Looked at some other places. Glad I came here! Friendly, helpful staff. I really like the attached garage-it has lots of extra space for my shelves. Great pool!

My two cents: Everyone in the leasing office has been friendly and informative. The apartment and facilities are new. This is not a gated community. Every unit has a garage. The pool could of been a bit bigger. I’ve visited other places in the area that are a little more posh, but you pay a little more for it.

The ladies at watermark have made moving in so easy! we were very hesitant to move into another apartment but after talking with them, they have assured us that watermark is home!!

The only thing I can think of it wasnt brand new job location Im really uncertain of why I was there

Beautiful property! Love that everyone has their own private garage. Lots of storage in the bathrooms. Great pool and outside kitchen area!

Scam artists. Pure scam artists. The apartments do look amazing, sure. But they reached out TO ME and advised it was 100% free, no admin fee, no application fee. Being that I was moving anyway I decided to go for it, no harm no foul. Upon completing the application it requests your checking and routing information, I provided it because I assumed it was a predesignated feature of the application, wrong! When I emailed Gina to confirm nothing would be credited, that’s when I was informed that’s only if you opt to move in, if you don’t, nothing is free and now you’re stuck waiting on your money.As an adult, I should have known nothing in life is free, but legitimately, don’t start a relationship as a con artist and people will be less upset with you.A pure scam.
