Scorpion Infested! Even on the second floor. And it’s run by investors so no one really cares about the residents. The place was sold by The Robinson Group to Arizona Investment Management. They have no paperwork and leases that weren’t even signed by tenants. The bathroom sinks falling off the walls, plumbing done incorrectly, bratty kids running around, dog poop everywhere and drugs. No on site management.

I pay $1500 in rent for three bedroom apt and have to come home trash everywhere in the streets. I also have made many maintenance requests and they have not been fixed.

Beautiful apartment but my lights keep going out of control, also our apt hase a lot of bugs. We have also have had many leaks that the complex wont fix.

Very fair priced and management is very responsive to our needs. Highly recommended!!!

I have been here for years and have noticed a huge improvement, updating apartments and management has been a pleasure.
