I’ve been living here for years, and this community is so great I love it here. Frank, Eileen, and Jazmyn are amazing in the office. The community is quiet and friendly. Also if issues do come up they get taken care of promptly.

Ive been living here at the reserves in gilbert for 2years now, the complex is always clean and if you have something inside that needs attention, they take care of it right away! Employee are very nice and very helpful!

Love, love this beautiful place I call home. People are very nice, maintenance are fantastic,the office staff are incredible. The grounds are gorgeous and clean.

Looks like a really nice community. One of the tenants was so nice to let me in the gate to see a model. The leasing lady was not very helpful and sounded like she doesnt enjoy her job. Never got to see the model. Self guided tour instructions very confusing to me. Too hot trying figure this stuff out. Knocked on door for help no one came. Guess I have to look a certain way to have gotten some assistance.

My daughter rented an apartment here and we moved her out as soon as we could. if their lips are moving and its not written its not going to happen. Remember, the office staff are sales people and they will do what they need to to fill an apartment and make the parent company happy. Broken ice maker throughout lease period, keys that dont work, and gates that never seem to be repaired. Looks like a safe place but not really. Our daughter never felt safe during her stay. Just a small sampling of issues. TO many newer, safer, and overall better places to rent. Dont make the mistake we did, thought we got our daughter into a good first apartment, not the case.

I been living here for a year, I just renewed my lease actually. The staff has been so great to me. Whenever I need maintenance fixes in my home it’s done the same day or the next. The complex so super clean and friendly. Love it here!!

I have had the pleasure of calling this place home twice. The first time was from December 2005 to January 2008. It was a wonderful place back then very well kept up and wonderful staff. In June of 2017, while looking around at a lot of other apartments, went back and looked at the property. Found it was now a Mark Taylor Property. It was Just as nice, and the Manager Stephanie E and the Leasing consultant Bernadette M will always make you feel at home. They are constantly checking in with you to make sure you are happy, and they have a lot of tenant appreciation parties. I have read some of the postings by some of the people here where they say that it isnt good. I would say this, my interactions with them over the past year proves that the person who wrote the negative review, is probably an unhappy person. Stephanie and Bernadette and the maintenance staff are great. Very happy with both of them and am proud to call this home.

Was nice at first, went to the pool with one of my friends one night and was literally watched by someone on there balcony then they started questioning like they owned the pool my friend felt harassed And left afterwords and they apparently were taking pictures of everyone at the pool as well, I was so Done! and it has happened to me AND my neighbors multiple times And they would totally agree, so for one your always being watched, Things are always done spontaneously all the locks to the pool and weight room we’re changed without any notice and don’t have the key to use anything this has been going on for a while. And the apartment community complains about everything even things that don’t even make any sense also no knows how to mind there own business which bothers me to know end. Staff are pretty cool for the most part. Also the people that live right next to me I can hear yelling most nights the walls in my room vibrate don’t get that much sleep which leads me to be tired for a work day to hear and experience all of this can’t wait my lease is almost up!!!!!

Great place to live! Very quiet and small community in Gilbert. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

My daughter and I have lived there for 3 years. I cant ever get into the gate due to them changing the code all the time and not telling the tenants. The gate always breaks down. Her sensor doesnt work after they fix the gate for the hundredth time. The office keeps telling her theyre working on it and apologizes. But they forget the tenants must have access to get into their place of residence, instead of waiting till someone shows up with a working sensor. Sometimes there is a line of cars waiting who also dont have a new code or working sensor. For that reason alone, this place is not worth it!

Meriana Young is an absolute professional in every sense of the word. She was personable, articulate, and answered all our questions. The Reserve at Gilbert Towne Center is a beautiful property, and Merinas expertise helped us immensely. Mark-Taylor properties has a leasing agent Extraordinaire in Merina.

“gated” community, has gates but they do not lock or work. Keys are always changing. Neighbors are noisy passed hours. Really expensive but would be a good deal if they sold what they said they did. There are other apartments with the same gated community that actually works and are cheaper.. do not stop looking when you come to this place.

Absolutely love it here. We face the courtyard and it’s beautiful. Plenty of space and the layout is incredible. I am thankful we found a place we can actually call Home. Very quiet as well.

When I first moved into this apartment I loved it. Adam and Katie were really welcoming and friendly! My roommate and I were basically sold on this place because of them. We renewed our lease and soon after we ended up getting new management. The new people are no good. They arent personable at all. They dont even try to get to know the community. Every time I go to the office I have to wait forever and I feel like an inconvenience. I cannot wait until my lease is up.

Would not rent to me because of my divorce and i have the money! But they wanted a high credit score? Really when i was going to pay the lease up front in full. Dont get want the risk was

Moved to the Reserve from California in 2018 and my experience here has been well. Merina has been a big help and is always quick at responding to messages and getting my work orders taken care of.

Just visited a friend, was very clean and cozy community!

Feel like we can call it home here. We love space that we have along with the amenities. Our favorite amenity would have to be the pool and jacuzzi. We also really like the front office staff specifically jazmyn and Eileen and Frank have been nice and helpful.

I have lived here for 6 years now and we have seen a lot of management come through. Our newest manager Eileen has been more than helpful in making sure our old apartment is updated and was so nice to even do a walk through with us. I really appreciate her help and I think that management makes all the difference when your living in apartments. I appreciate all the little things they do for the community as well.
