Ive lived here almost a year and its a great place to live. They have a new manager on duty, Kimberly and she is very professional and caring. The pool and hot tub are super clean, maintenance is great, the property is well lit and safe and the 2 bedrooms are big. I love the layout. Its a smaller complex which means less drama! I lived next complex over and there was always something going on, cars in my space, etc. I pay less for a 2 bdrm here than a 1 bdrm there. Whatever you need gets handled fast!

We are happy to be in this family owned complex that has always cared about helping us and making sure everything was working properly.There are some great stores nearby and thankfully it is less than 5 minutes from the freeway!In my book this apartment complex has it all: Great Staff, Great Location, Respectful Neighbors, AND A GOOD PRICE (and that’s saying something because Gilbert apartments are not cheap).

Looking to move there in the fall. Love this place!

Only takes checks for rent , we lived here for almost 5 years never been late once! they lost our check for rent and its been a complete mess with harassing letters on door and emails! They Want to charge us late fees as well we had to pay stop payment fee to cancel checks they lost ! They only time you can get ahold of someone in office is via email never on property or wont answer the door!

Well now that im in here i love it. The staff is very nice and the complex is very clean. I am close to everything. The maintenance guys are very quick to respond to your needs switch you do not find and many places. I must say after living in Fountain Hills Arizona for so many years. I love calling this place home!

This company is never gonna appreciate their good employees all the time all the effort they put into their work. As an ex wife of a maintenance supervisor of 17 years it was hard not having My husband on any special events with his 4 kids birthdays school activities he missed most of family time special moments that we cant give my family back. Being on call its hard for all of our family. To any family! Its hard for the family and as maintenance to drop any special family time and head to work to take care of any on calls. Yeah! Its their job but its not worth you loosing your family for that. Unfortunately they do background check and for any stupid minor charge they have they get fired without any second chance any opportunity. Without thinking of everything you did all the times you left your family to go take care of any on calls theyll fired you. All I gotta do is Thank that company for breaking my family apart. They fired my husband and he wasnt able to get back on his feet after that so we end up getting a divorce. For ALL MAINTENANCE OUT THERE YOUR FAMILY IS MORE IMPORTANT dont loose any special moments for a employer that at the end its gonna stub you in the back.

Worst apartment complex. The office manager is never there because she is out drinking instead of running the place. Always smells like beer and thinks it is okay to show up with her hair a mess like she just crawled out of bed. Yoga pants is not acceptable attire for an office. She is a liar and cant be trusted as far as you can toss her.

We have lived here one month. The maintenance super is the best Ive ever seen great work. He sincerely wants to help with any problem we might have.

Very well managed, very well maintained. I lived here 9 years, then lived in houses for several years. When I was ready for an apt again I moved back here.

Out of 4 apartments I have lived in this one exceeded my expectations. I lived there 4 years and should not have moved.

They have an old man that walks around and tells on you for every little thing.

Thieves If you want to be like two if you want your money stolen if you want to be screwed over and having to take my money taken from you this is the place for you Erica is the thief she’s a liar she will lie right to your face she smiles to you and then she goes and stab you right in the back she’s a horrible person I would stay far away from this property and anything that is managed by Vantage Point Apartments
