Ive lived at Vistara now for about 6 months and have been very pleased with the willingness of the leasing team to consistently upgrade the state of the property. The leasing team (Jonathan, Matthew are always accessible, professional and friendly as well as Shannon and Amy at the management level. They are quick to try and address all concerns promptly and to the tenants satisfaction and are very transparent with communication which is all you could ask for with a leasing team.

The management is putting AMAZING effort to transform this beautiful community into a resort-like place to live. Jonathan has been simply the best to work with, perhaps the reason we signed, super cool, yet professional.Maintenance is doing an awesome job keeping the property operating smoothly.The wifey and I are enjoying the amenities. Vistaras’ Gym is so equipped that I canceled my gym membership. The beautiful pool and hot tub we actually use and the grills are an added benefit.The wifey and I have been getting plenty practice, playing pool in the very comfortable and well kept club house. Vistara has invested MILLLIONS of dollars into this community in the couple months that we have been here, surpassing most of the other communities in nearly every area. Keep up the great work 🏆💯🔝💪🏼

If I could give 10 stars I would. This team is phenomenal. I have only lived here a few months but fell in love not only with the community but the whole staff the moment I walked in the door. They are super friendly and make my move from out of state super easy. The maintenance staff always responds to my work orders fast and repairs are done right the first time.

Recently went to view the property and was interested in becoming a resident. Stopped by the office to have some questions answered but it was closed. On the way out I saw a gentleman by the name of Derrick who worked there. He was very helpful and answered all my questions, with staff as helpful as him I will definitely be renting!!

This community is one of the best communities i have been to. I have had the pleasure of meeting some of the staff while visiting my cousin in the club house. One person in particular was the maintenance manager Derrick. He helped us take care of somethings that we wasnt sure about while putting the party together. That is a real cool brother. Thanks Derrick.

Vistara is a beautiful community and the staff has been amazing throughout the entire process. The apartments are beautiful with tons of storage and huge patios. I really appreciate the Maintenance manager Derrick taking care of our needs inside our apartment. Thank you guys for all you do!

The maintenance team has been awesome! Derrick is the supervisor and was more then willing to make sure we were happy with a few things that got done in are apartment. I definitely enjoy having a team that cares about satisfying pearled needs.

I absolutely LOVE these apartments. The location is dreamy with so much to do. You have Topgolf and Santan Mall right next door and a bunch of convenient stores. Is quiet and reserve but fun at the same time. The staff is always ready to help and the complex in general looks clean and well kept! Amy at the front office always strikes to make sure we get the best service and it shows. If you are already planning on moving around this area do not look anymore this is the place to be at!

I recently toured at Vistara and was looking forward to calling this my new home as it was central to all my needs & wants locally as well as not far from my new employer. Unfortunately the job fell through. I was impressed with the level of follow up from my agent helping me who understood my situation. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a new place to call home.

The apartments are nice overall but the maintenance people def deserve credit as well! They’re always out and about. Derrick has came to my apt a few times now after submitting small request (light bulbs, etc) and he is THE MAN! Wish all apartment complexes had workers like him!

The apartments are great. The two gentleman up in the office are awesome and the guy who really stood out for me was one of the on site maintenance (I apologize if this isn’t correct title) guys, Derrick. He’s handled a few of my maintenance request and he a solid man. Quick and efficient. I work from home so having someone in the middle of the day is normally an inconvenience but not with this guy. If you see this Derrick, thank you man!

I love living at Vistara! Although I had a couple initial move-in issues, the leasing and maintenance staff handled them expediently. Shannon, Assistant Manager, listened carefully to my concerns and responded with compassion and professionalism. The complex is very quiet, even though its quite large, and residents are respectful and friendly. Storage space is plentiful in my 1BR unit and the floor plans are spacious. The greatest bonus for me is that almost EVERYTHING is within a mile or two of Vistara and traffic is not congested! Love it here!!! :)

I was really upset because I had a horrible issue with my kitchen sink which I considered was an emergency and that was not solved promptly. But Jonathan helped us and James Sanchez was an Amazing help as well, he fixed the problem fast and when needed, he was very helpful, kind and very nice. Extraordinary worker.

I love my apartment. The property is beautiful ... In fact, sometimes I feel like I am staying at a resort. The management switch in the middle of our lease and we have not been a huge fan of the changes. With that being said, we will not be staying at this property once our lease is through.We have since moved out of the Vistara. Everything went down hill with the management switch. Security, cleanliness, performance, attitude, professionalism all went downhill and property management loved to make excuses rather than taking action to please the tenants that live there. Not a place I felt comfortable living.Olympus Property Management was absolutely terrible to deal with. The management continued to make excuses about their ability to keep up with the properties needs. Very unprofessional, dishonest, understaffed, rude and in my opinion lazy. I do NOT recommend signing a lease at this property

Love this property. Recently went on a site visit because I am considering locating to the area to be closer to my mom. I was quite impressed with how hi tech, clean, and gorgeous the property was. Met a nice young man named Derrick who worked there on my way out. I asked him a few questions about what he thought about the apartments. He was very patient as he explained to me all of the wonderful things that this place had to offer. He echoed some of the same sentiments that the leasing agent did. All in all my experience was great. Definitely looking forward to calling this place home :-)

I highly recommend Vistara San Tan Village. I was in the entertainment industry before this COVID hit. Every one in the office have been very nice and understanding. Shannon in the office has been awesome. Very nice and easy to work with. If I could give her 10 stars I would.Im 50 and never plan on leaving here. Love the area and everyone in our community are all pretty cool, great place to live.

I recently moved into Vistara at San Tan Village Apartments and I was amazed how quickly they were able to get me into my new home. The office staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The process only took a few weeks and I received an apartment with floor plan that I requested. Since moving in, I have only had 1 issue and maintenance was very kind, thorough, and completed the job in under an hour. I am very thankful that I made the decision to move here.

This is by far the best place I have ever lived. Its clean and quiet. Anytime i have a problem maintenance is quick to fix it. The people in the office are always kind and helpful. Heather is a great manager and is always looking out for the tenants best interest. I would definitely continue to rent and would recommend this place to everyone.

I will be moving to Vistara at SanTan Village soon and I just wanted to say that Matthew Nunez was awesome when helping out my family when we arrived to discuss the different apartments that would be available around the time we were looking for. He allowed us to come see the apartment before our scheduled appointment and was so kind and patient with us when asked multiple questions. He definitely made the appointment go by so fast! We appreciate all of the knowledge he gave during our tour and cant wait to call Vistara home. If you guys get Matthew for your appointment he will not disappoint!

I have been working with Heather through the application process and such and she made it so easy and strait forward. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had while moving into a new place. I am excited to start using the amenities and such as well. The pool is one thing I look forward to most! Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience!

Vistara is a gorgeous upscale community with amazing amenities, even down to smart home features which my husband was a huge fan of😁. Although I have made a few visits to Vistara over the years, I brought my husband in this time and I was greeted by Heather, the Manager who was simply amazing. She was in high spirits while she took us on a tour to show us specific homes in the AZ heat, and pointed out the amenities all while offering us a bottle of water. I will be back soon to see her again, as my husband keeps talking about the fitness center and the smart locks.

I absolutely adore Vistara! I toured with a friend and cant wait for her to move in. It has everything you would want and more.. The pool table is a fun touch as well. It is classy and clean. I also believe that they have a great team that works in the office. They were professional and kind. They gave great customer service, especially Jonathan. Jonathan answered all our questions. Vistara also is in a great location. Next to everything you need.

James from maintenance is a great. He’s just an all around nice and respectful guy. He’s helped us a few times and every time he comes we can relax because he’s very respectful and asks permission to enter or to come in any other rooms. My spouse and I never feel uncomfortable with him here and he doesn’t make us feel dumb if we have questions. Plus he gets what he needs to done quickly and properly so there not much more you can ask for. Just an all around good dude.

My family and I were residents of Vistara from 2017 to 2019 after relocating from Chicago, and immediately prior to the change in management. While there were some expected adjustments, I found the Olympus team to be professional, friendly and willing to assist. Jonathan was absolutely amazing to work with and frankly, I miss both him and Shannon! They made Vistara a friendly and fun place to live.

I recommend this property for anyone who is looking for safety and resort style living. I love the response time when we call the office. James in the maintenance department has been good in attending to our needs. Every time my husband has contacted the office - James has been dispatched. He is quick, efficient, professional and thorough. He fixed our lights, bathroom faucet and oven. I am really greatful that the administration office hired him.

Where do I even begin? I first discovered Vistara apartments through a recommendation from a friend that was living there at the time. At the time I was just looking for a temporary place to live until I found a house, but ended up loving the place after I saw it in person. Jonathan was the gentleman in the office that first greeted me and explained to me what Vistara was all about. As soon as he showed me floor plans for what I was looking for I was sold. I quickly jumped into their A2 floor plan and applied right away. Jonathan answered all of my questions and made it easy to get the moving process going. I went through the full tour, application process, and signing in under an hour. It is quick and effortless for me and left a very good first impression. The pricing of the apartments did throw me off at first until I understood what I was getting: a gated community, a massive gym, huge pool/hot tub, phenomenal service from all of the staff, valet trash, and the best thing of all, a real garage that I was able to fit my car and motorcycle in. I have only had one problem with my apartment which was my batteries died in my keyless entry in my front door, which Jonathan took care of right away. Overall I will miss this place dearly and wish they had another apartment complex in the area I have to move to. If anyone is looking for an apartment and wants the luxury feel with people who actually care and all the amenities you could ever ask for, check this place out, you won’t be disappointed.

I been here for a year now and i can not express enough how much i love it here. Since day 1 Jonathan has made my stay here really feel like home and he is also amazing !! I love my apartment, the beautiful pool and also the gym area. Maintenance has always answered to my requests in a timely manor, Eric and manny are beyond helpful and very cool! If i could i would give more than 5 stars!!

My husband and I moved in almost a month ago. We have enjoyed our stay so far and haven’t had any major issues. The one thing we have some problems with is setting up the smart home features in the apartment.Besides this though, it has been enjoyable! Matthew was very helpful through our move in process, especially during the Covid issues. We look forward to making this place our home and getting to use all the amenities when they open back up!

I have really loved living at Vistara and have been especially impressed by every area of the customer service of this apartment complex since Heather took over managing the property. Heather has been flexible, accommodating, thoughtful and professional with me at every interaction Ive ever had with her. Managing an apartment complex cant be an easy feat in the COVID-19 era, and Heather has made it look like a breeze at every turn. Its a breath of fresh air to be treated with care and consideration by property management. Jonathan has also been absolutely wonderful the whole time Ive lived here. They really go above and beyond for you here. One time I forgot to leave my cleaning lady a key so they gave her one so she could clean my house. Theyve also offered to go into my apartment one time that I left a trashcan full of trash over a long weekend so that it didnt smell terribly when I returned. The amenities are great, the custodians are friendly, and Ive never had issues with noise or inconsiderate neighbors. I love living here and couldnt reccommend the management enough. Ive lived here for almost two years and dont have any major complaints, outside of the gate system. It never works for me, even with getting my gate remote replaced. Last I heard, they are replacing it but honestly its just more hassle than its worth. What has really made my experience though is Shannon and Jonathan. I went through some very personal and trying times last year and they could not have been more accommodating and professional. Knowing that there are people in the front office that make it a priority to treat you like a person and not just a rent check is always a big plus when it comes to apartment living. Im moving back to CO so I wont be renewing my lease but Id recommend Vistara on account of Shannon and Jonathan alone. Thank you both so much!

I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment with a wrap around balcony from Jul 2018 to Sep 2019 and loved living here. I dont do to many reviews, however, there are a few things that make this an exceptional place to live.1. The staff is amazing. I moved to Arizona from Colorado and from the very beginning the staff at Vistara were so helpful. Fallon gave us a personal virtual video tour of the apartment we would end up renting as well as the grounds of the apartment complex. We also found it was very helpful to go into the office to talk to Shannon and Andrew, they both are so friendly and wonderful to talk with. They were so helpful with the questions we had and had our maintenance requests taken care of promptly.2. The apartment complex is beautiful. We really had no issues with our apartment other than the garbage disposal once. The grounds are well taken care of and the landscaping is gorgeous. We never really had any issues with dog waste, scorpions (we never even saw one), or cockroaches while we lived here. Plus the complex does have someone spray for bugs, just in case anyways. Also the pool is a salt water pool and we could see fireworks from all over the valley off of our balcony.3. Vistara does things to make it feel more like a community. They have a food truck come every Thursday, they have painting nights, karaoke nights, pool parties, and so much more.4. Its really not that expensive. The smallest 2 bedroom apartment with a garage would cost us twice as much in Colorado as it did for the one we rented from Vistara (and it wasnt the smallest 2 bedroom either). The garage alone in Colorado would be $200 and at Vistara it was only $15.Yes parking is an issue if you want to park up front but there are plenty of parking spots out in the back behind the gate of the complex. However, I have not lived in an apartment complex yet that does not have terrible parking. In fact my last apartment complex before this one had a nasty habit of booting and towing cars, even when renters had tags and had their cars registered with the complex.Please do not let the other reviews discourage you about Vistara at San Tan. We really enjoyed living here and we were near all of the shops, stores, and activities you could need. This place is one of the best we could have picked in Arizona

I moved into Vistara over the summer and love my home. My apartment feels like it is brand new. The management team has been amazing with my work orders, communications and throw some fun events throughout the month. I attended a pool party with a DJ, food and drinks towards the end of Summer and that was amazing. I am close to great shopping and restaurants as well, convenience is a big part of my life. I am very pleased

Called in advance to verify floor plan was available and was told by Heather do a paper app well waive fees cause I have a weed felony and i dont wanna lose money for a denial.Had a 1230 appointment with Johnathan showed up at 1225 i sat there until 105 as he helped some one that walked in around the time I did. Come to find out they were a walk in i was scheduled. I was on my lunch break so time was a problem and when he finally gets to me tells me he needs app fees now and the one I want isnt available. I ended up walking out and got in trouble at work for taking a long lunch. Perfect since I got no where with it thanks for the experience

I recently had an issue in my apartment regarding an appliance that wasnt operating properly. The maintenance supervisor, Derrick, came to the rescue quickly to make sure that my item was back in working condition in time for supper.

Dont waste your time the office is completely incompetent and there is a major lack of communication from Holly the manager and the rest of the staff every time i go down there to get something simple done i end up making multiple trips because they did not do something right, despite the fact that i took time out of my day to correctly do everything on my end, it is completely unprofessional . Moreover the apartments themselves are nice from a blind eye but the walls are extremely thin so if you love hearing car alarms all night, people talking in the parking lot, your neighbors conversations then looks like you found the place. (i live on the third floor and i hear people talking not yelling just casually talking in the parking lot i hear my neighbors music conversations and everything next to me and under me so i could only imagine how horrid it would be on a lower level) Also there is NEVER parking so if you live with your spouse and you have two cars youre out of luck.( they email us saying if we write a good review we can win gift cards dont be fooled by the fake reviews. )

Lived here for approximately two years. Back when it was Mark Taylor owned, it was wonderful. As everyone else has stated, Olympus Property Management has destroyed the place. Rent was expensive, there were quite a few surprise “hidden fees” that really added up, and management really was clueless to the daily operations of the property. Also, the front desk staff has an incredibly high turnover rate. Go figure.Within the last 6 months or so, Gilbert PD has been responding to many calls for service around the property. Most evenings, the smell of marijuana smoke comes from all around the property, even though they claim they have a strict “anti-drug” policy.Advice from a cop: Find another apartment complex to rent from.Thanks for taking the time to read this review.

My husband and I relocated from California to Arizona in March 2018 moved into Vistara at San Tan Village and did the necessary paperwork application online and over the phone with the leasing agent. Leasing agent was very helpful, friendly, professional and her interaction was great and make us feel comfortable. Accommodating from start to finish!Our apartment is cozy, comfortable, spacious, and we love the open concept. We are happy and its a perfect place to call home. We made it into a sweet home our home!The community is attractive, clean and well maintained has featured nice amenities, close to shopping, expressways and the complex is quiet, gated secured for safety. The maintenance team responds quickly and efficiently. Office staff is friendly and warm, responds to any thought or concerns I just needed to wait patiently to get resolved but it got resolved.Although we had a few hiccups over the past year. Smart home feature not working almost a year that we were here but we were paying for this monthly. Valet trash failed to pickup trash several times in the first 9 months and again we were paying for this monthly had no option to opt out of these services since management has correct this. But would love to see options to opt out for some services and be informed of being hit with additional fees like Building and Facilities charge and Admin fee which I did not see it contact . Also had billing errors on our online account that were system problems that I brought to management attention and they corrected. Side note due to the Arizona dust the hallways and stairs could use power wash more often.All being said, we still do love living here at Vistara and just signed another year lease. I would be happy to recommend Vistara!!!!!!

Wanted to let you all know that this is a great place to live at. Me and my Wife lived here from July 2018 to Sept 2019. The staff is really amazing. They put on pool parties and really take care of your Apt requests. Not sure why others have not so good reviews cause we dont see it that way. Shannon was our Manager while here at the apt. She is so sweet and Andrew as well. They make you feel so at home. Only down side is the parking can be a little hard. But that is not the Staffs fault. That is the poor design of the company that built the complex. Overall Dont be turned away by those negative reviews. You will feel at home here at Vistara at San Tan Village. Parking is horrible here. You need parking spaces. YOU NEED MORE PARKING SPACES!!!!!!!!! I can not stress that enough. Then I hear they are shutting down a part of parking down for a week or so. So where are we suppose to park. Then they always have things that are broken( gates, key fobs). We live right across from a field. And there are so many roaches, and scorpions in our home and in the hallways. The hallways are gross. Dog pee smell everywhere. They have a club house but it is always closed. The pool is nice. Too bad old one grill works. They have a policy only 2 guest allowed per apartment. But yet we go down to the pool so many people have be invited by one guest. I guess the rules only apply to some people. I would gladly leave but they have a 2500.00 lease breaking penalty. Guess that is how they keep you here. We pay much, much more to live in luxury apartments, but I would settle for a place that controls their animals and has enough parking.

This place is TERRIBLE! Dont let the nice looks fool you! Ive been here for 9 months and ALL of my smart features have NEVER worked, yet they charge me every month for them. At first they reimbursed me for the $20/month, but they stopped doing that several months ago due to policy changes. They promised me a Target gift card instead, Ive never received one. They receive my emails inquiring about it, but they dont respond. When I go into the office they say oh yea I got your email but I didnt have a solution so I just didnt respond to you. They are absolutely terrible at the office, this is only one example of that, I have several more. There are roaches, ants, and dog poop ALL over the place. DONT MOVE IN HERE!!!

It was important that I received it and appreciate the fact that I barely had to ask and it was being offered. Thanks for going the extra mile like last week by sending maintenance to pick up the trash. Appreciate the good service! We love living here!

We had a great experience at Vistara. We were only in Arizona for 3 months and they made us feel at home very quickly. Fallon and Ari stayed late to get us into an apartment the same day we arrived in Phoenix so we wouldnt have to get a hotel and worked it out so we could stay a day later past the end of our lease. The staff was very helpful and pleasant, especially Fallon! She always came and talked to us when she saw us around the complex.The apartment and grounds were lovely and very well maintained. The pool and fitness areas were great. We had no issues with noise, pests or security. We were always able to find a parking spot not too far from our building.

These apartments are beautiful!! Love the modern upscale look and feel. Holly and Desmond do an amazing job of taking care of their residents and will go out of their way to make sure you’re happy living here. There are a few bad seeds who don’t clean up after their dogs and what not, but that’s anywhere. But the staff at the office makes up for it and nytime I’ve needed something they’ve provided excellent service and helped me end to end. They truly make it worth living here.

Ive lived at Vistara for the past eight months and loved it. The apartment, pool, patio, landscaping, maintenance crew and management team (especially Jonathon) have been wonderful.I have not seen any roaches or scorpions.My only criticism is regarding waste from pet dogs. One, many people dont pick up after their dogs and, two, the dog waste containers should not be placed in an area that receives full sun all day (bldg. 5.)

My boyfriend and I lived at this property just short of 2 years. We absolutely loved it. We have a town house style and loved the space yet privacy of the apartment. What lacks is the communication of the front staff. We moved out in February because we bought a house. My account automatically withdrew months rent plus the prorated buyout fee. I addressed this issue to the front staff upon returning my keys and I was told I would get a refund check from corporate in the middle of March. It’s now May and I have not received my check. I have called almost daily for the last couple month, left multiple messages and even called the corporate office - no one has called me back nor answered the phone. It makes me wonder how successful this complex is when the office neglects to answer the phone. I would just like my money back. This is getting beyond ridiculous. So, I urge renters to use caution when renting with this property. I can also attest that when Mark Taylor owned this property, it was beautiful, clean and well managed. Olympus Property has, in my opinion, ruined this once beautiful community.Update as of 5-29-19: I have received one check for the the remaining of my security deposit. However, I am still waiting on a reimbursement for being charged an additional months rent even though we paid the early termination fee.

Oh Vistara...where to begin...we enjoyed your property to the fullest until Mark Taylor decided to sell the property in July 2017 for whatever reason to a company who doesnt have a clue what they are doing. Wake up Olympus! Start treating your renters with respect and excellent customer service! We loved it here. We really did. Now the property has gone downhill in just 4 months. Its dirty, unkept, noisy, no security, no smiles on the staffs faces, no monthly gatherings for the community, dog feces in all the common areas...we dont get it. We highly recommend finding a Mark Taylor property and renting from them. They are beyond excellent in all areas! They take care of their renters! Our lease is up soon and thats where we will be. Great staff that always brings a smile to our face and goes out of their way to ensure we are happy living here. Jonathan is who always comes to mind when talking with friends and family about who they should see when moving in. He is very professional and will go out of his way to ensure your visit is remembered.

I love our new new home! The leasing officers were friendly throughout the move in process and to date. Out of all the apartments my boyfriend and I wanted to live in, Vistara had the best amenities, floor plans, and location. I wish to live here for as long as we can, hopefully until we purchase our own home.

My husband and I just signed our lease at Vistara and are excited to move in! We worked with Trinette (I hope Im spelling that correctly) ,and she was very helpful. Ive seen some negative reviews about this complex and hope theyre not true once we move in. Will update review in a couple months but for now we are pleased with the service and the complex and excited!

At first this apartment complex seemed amazing despite the reviews I saw. Now I see why there are so many bad ones. I pay for a spot monthly and in the past few weeks Ive come home to 4 people in my spots. I get off work late and then have to walk clear across the complex to park due to the lack of guest parking. The curtousy officer is super friendly when I call, but the office does nothing about it! Will NOT be renewing my lease

The staff is amazing. Fallon has taken such good care of us making sure we have everything we need to move in and all our paperwork is in order. Cant wait to move in next month.

My boyfriend and I moved here in May and have been disappointed by our experience here since. The apartment homes are beautiful and we enjoy our unit.However, Vistara markets their apartments as coming with a smart home feature that can be used to turn on/off lights and control various things around the apartment. It’s November and we still. don’t. have. it. Yet they continue to charge us for it and the ladies at the office just shrug their shoulders when we ask about it.There is also a trash valet service that’s hit or miss on whether or not they actually pick up the trash.When we moved in, we were told that there would be a second fan installed in our guest bedroom before moving in. We never got that fan. After moving in, a promise that was made to us to have a fan turned into “you have to pay for the fan.”Sadly, whenever we make a request with the office they seem to fail to get back to us more often than not. Sometimes they ignore requests altogether. This is an overrated apartment complex. They do a great job selling the amenities (which by the way cost HUNDREDS of dollars to reserve for your events) but once you’re in a lease here, they’re not great at taking care of you. Don’t live here.***Update supposedly smart home is working now, but last weekend the ladies at the office said someone would come to our unit on Saturday between 9-12 pm. We waited all morning and nobody came or followed up with us.Even though their customer service responds to reviews on Google quickly, they fail to get back to us residents almost every time.

I absolutely love Vistara and all it has to offer. From the second I walked in the door until the end of the tour I felt like I was home. Holly was so friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling Vistara home in the near future.

Great people, great community, peaceful, and simple. This place is a great home to live in. I would recommend this apartment in Gilbert. I do think though that Olympus Property shouldnt have priced the rent way higher than it was couple months ago. Other than that, its a great atmosphere to live in.

Me and my husband toured these apartments and loved them, we got accepted quickly and were told we would have our move in information within a few days, two weeks went by which was also a few weeks shy of when we were supposed to move in and we got no information, after calling and bugging them continuously we finally got an email with the WRONG APPLICANTS on our welcome letter, they sent us someone elses information. this place is not worth it, although it is beautiful and the amenities are nice, management inst accommodating whats so ever.

I moved into this beautiful apt. complex 4 months ago and gave it a lot of thought as this would be the place that I stay while my kids finish school.Then Mark Taylor left and and a new company came in called Olympus and this place has gone down hill very quickly.Office staff lack any knowledge at all, lack professionalism and the office looks like a dump!!!!.The clubhouse has not had paper in the printer for days, nothing is kept up at all.I used to be proud to live here and we pay a lot to live in whats now turning into a dump.

After reaching out multiple times to speak with someone and only being contacted by email 2-3 days after initially reaching out. I decided to visit the property in person. The office was closed at 12:15pm on a Thursday afternoon? I then decided to walk the property to take a look. I ran into a few tenants to get their perspective on the property and they all warned me to look elsewhere. I was told the staff and management are extremely difficult to work with and try to debate you on everything instead of fixing issues. The grounds seemed really unkept and every hallway I walked through was filthy and trash was piled up under the stairs. Walking along the pathways I noticed large amounts of animal feces left by tenants. After visiting this property I would strongly advise anyone thinking of renting here to look around the valley. There is much much nicer properties around.

This place is amazing! Fantastic staff friendly neighbors! Honestly dont understand the negative reviews... yes parking sucks... from what I gathered it appears that significant others get the actual parking spot while residents park in visitor parking... this is apparent in the morning and evening... you can watch the cars shuffle lol... doesnt matter, its being built! So space for now is limited... if you need a high quality place to live stop here, you wont regret it!!
