I absolutely Love it here! Living here is so extremely nice and breathtakingly beautiful. The staff is so knowledgeable and nice, and always willing to help you with whatever you need. no problem. Erika in the main office is my absolute favorite. She is always so kind and patient, and is always happy to help. If youre new in the area, or just looking for something amazing and somewhere that feels like home, then you should definitely come here! Youll Love it!

The office staff is very nice, helpful and personable. I love their honestly and willingness to help others. The manager is knowledgeable and always has a great attitude. They involve residents when doing charity events and other community things. Have you seen the resort style pool; its breathtaking.

I love living here! The maintenance is great - Dave is super quick to address and complete my work orders, always in less than 24 hours! The office is great too - they are always willing to help how they can. Overall, Im very satisfied living here the past year and a half!

I have lived at Cadia for 2 years and just renewed my lease. I love the location but most of all the staff. Dave in maintenance is the very best, turnaround time for fixing just about anything is the fastest I’ve ever experienced at any apartment complex. He is the most helpful and a joy to talk to. Erika in the main office always has a smile for me and is transparent and so friendly. Overall my experience has been great.The only downside is I am in the 2nd floor and our 3rd floor neighbors are a bit on the loud side, which is to be expected in apartment living.

Have enjoyed my time living here at Cadia.Pros: The place is beautiful all around. Cant beat the location. The grounds are well kept. The pool area is one of the best around. The gym is nice. The inside of the apartment is very spacious and modern. The staff is nice. The maintenance man David is amazing! They have a gem in that guy.Cons: If you choose to live here, get an upstairs apartment because you will regret living downstairs. People can be very inconsiderate of their noise! People are also inconsiderate when it comes to picking up their dog poop. It does not mix well with the Arizona heat.All in all its a good place to live!

Went to Cadia Crossing to tour apartments, and Leeanne the manager was amazing. Although I ended up going with another option, she was extremely helpful for me, being new to the area. She made my decision extremely difficult and the only reason I didnt rent here was the commute for my job.The grounds and amenities were extremely nice even after a storm the night before fell trees and what not in the area. As far as the apartments go they are very updated with super nice fixtures and everything. Leeanne made me feel like the community is definitely big in their area and I also heard nothing but amazing things about the maintenance team (David in particular from current residents)100% worth the visit if you want to add a tough decision in your housing search.

Love, love love Cadia Crossing. My husband and I live in a third floor apartment here at Cadia and it is bright and beautiful! The property is so well taken care of, everything is spotless. On top of the beautiful apartment, the pool and gym are the best I have ever seen at an apartment complex! So happy we chose to make Cadia our home, quite honestly we dont ever want to leave!

Been living at Cadia Crossing for a year and renewed my lease for another year. My family and I love it here. Its a beautiful community that is always well maintained. The office staff are kind and helpful and make sure you are taken care of. One of the biggest pro’s for me is David on their maintenance team. Whenever we need help with something, he gets to it the same day.. we have even had him call and show up right away. He is helpful, makes sure everything is running great and goes above and beyond! This is a great community!

Cadia crossing team is the best! I’ve lived here for over a year and I’ve never had an issue with them. The property management team is open with communication about everything. The grounds are well kept and the location is great! The units are very spacious and modern. Definitely a great place to live!

Ive lived at Cadia Crossing for about 5 months now and have had such a wonderful experience. The complex is kept super clean and there are plenty of big grassy areas if you have a dog. Anytime Ive had an issue or question, the office staff has been prompt in their response and always super helpful. I definitely recommend living here, great community and so close to downtown Gilbert!

Moved in right before Covid. Thought it would be a good community to live in close to downtown Gilbert, but the amenities were closed for the majority of our lease. After moving in, the leasing agent was incredibly rude each time I had to call the office whether it was for questions about mail/rent/name change/cleaning info. Maintenance and management were fine, but we moved out over a month ago and I’ve yet to receive the security deposit. I wouldn’t recommend this place, we didn’t have a good experience with it.

I think that the staff was wonderful and the place is nice. The people who live there were pretty friendly and made it seem like it would be great to live there. A great experience.

I LOVE Cadia Crossing!! My son and I have been here a year now and cannot be any happier! My apartment is so cute 😍. All of my neighbors are awesome and I love how my dog has even made some friends. The pool area is definitely a favorite for us and cant wait for it to get a little bit warmer outside. Thank you to the management team for getting us in so quickly and smoothly when we first got here and thank you for making this an easy renewal!

**Update in response to Cadia Crossings reply to my review because they are lying about the scenario. They have made us out to be disgruntled tenants and that is not true. We have lived in other apartments for 10+ years with absolutely no issues and this was a terrible experience. They are not taking accountability for anything theyve done wrong - nothing in our lease states that we are responsible for a previous tenants utilities, if pest control comes every Thursday that does not mean there still are not tons of bugs in the pool area, and Cadia didnt send us our deposit itemization until YESTERDAY, 2 months after we moved out which is against Arizona law (ARS-33-1321). So while they did send the remainder of our deposit back after I posted about it publicly, they still owe us DOUBLE the deposit for wrongfully holding our money and not providing an itemization of the charges for this long. If we were in fact responsible for a previous tenants utilities then why is that not written anywhere in our lease or any other documents? Why did the Cadia team not respond to my 2 or 3 emails inquiring about it? Thats a customer service problem in itself.Please be wary of moving into this community. This was not a customer service effort on their part because they still fail to acknowledge any wrongdoing and did not provide us with the full amount they owe us per Arizona law. I posted this review so that prospective tenants could be aware of these issues before signing a lease, and so that Cadia would acknowledge and try to do better next time but it seems they are just going to continue defending their stance, rather than work to fix issues and provide good customer service to the people who live there.We had a terrible experience at Cadia Crossing. The apartments are nice, but the property management company was terrible. They didnt upkeep the property well and there were constantly overgrown trees blocking the walkways, the hottub was broken for over 2 months without repair, and there were loads of cockroaches and ants in the pool area. When we submitted a service request for pest control no one from the property management office even acknowledged it and a pest control person showed up at our door without advance notice over a week after we made the request. We also had quite a few issues with them overcharging us and wrongfully withholding our deposit when we moved out. Cadia Crossing charged us for several months of the previous tenants utility bills and stated that we were responsible for them. It has now been almost two months since we moved out and they are still withholding part of our deposit for cleaning fees even though we left the place spotless and there is nothing in the lease that says they will withhold a mandatory cleaning fee. We should have know the property management was terrible when it took them 5 drafts to correctly write up our lease when we moved in. They are almost completely unresponsive after you sign the lease - do not sign a lease at Cadia Crossing.

This place is so nice! The property is lovely and my new apartment is great! The staff here has just been fantastic too, especially Leeanne, who has gone above and beyond for me. Would recommend to anyone.

Lived here since May 2021 and we love it. I have never lived in a apartment building before and thought i would hate it. But, i dont all the staff are frindly and caring the grounds and amenities are kept nice and cleen.

We have lived at Cadia Crossing for a year and a half & can’t say enough good things. We love the location of the property, the amenities, and how the grounds are always pristine! Whenever we have an inquiry, the staff are great about handling our accommodations or questions. We especially want to point out David, in maintenance, for his exceptional service! He is always prompt with getting service orders done, is friendly, trustworthy, and professional!

We sold our home and are having a new home built that won’t be ready till Feb 2021. We went to a dozen different apartments throughout the Gilbert area, and there are some nice ones, but Cadia Crossing really stood out! Fallon and Kika (sorry if I misspelled) in the office could not have been any nicer or more welcoming and accommodating! The grounds are quiet, the pool is great (has grills and cabanas and great waterfall), and there’s a nice size gym. Let’s are welcome and we are right on a small grass area that our pups love! Had one minor maintenance issue and Don in Mai tenancy was on it and fixed it and 👏👍 thanks so much, Don! Everything in our 3 bdrm 1st floor apartment is just right!! We also have a garage and a covered parking space! Really really like this place! Walking distance to lots of restaurants!Highly recommend Cadia Crossing!

I will definitely recommend Cadia Crossing to anyone! Very nice and clean complex. The front office staff is very helpful and able to answer all my questions I have. David the maintenance person was very professional and knowledge about his work. He explained to me how often to change the AC filter and other questions I asked. Otherwise, this is a very nice, beautiful and safe community! Highly recommended.

The ladies in the office at Cadia are the REASON my roommate and I decided to live in this complex. These ladies (specifically Fallon and Erika) of been nothing but sweet and supportive. On top of that, the amenities are high quality and the apartment is very cute and the Rentgrata app is so cool. Any problem you have gets fixed promptly. I love this place!

I have lived in this apartment complex for 3 years and have never had any issues. From the beautiful amenities to everyone in the office who have basically became family at this point. Everyone is so friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns I have had. I also want to compliment the maintenance workers David, Dan and Daisy, although not many things in my apartment need repair any time I have submitted a request they show up the day of or the following day! Cadia Crossing has the best amenities for the best price and everyone who works there is so kind/welcoming! All appliances are modern and new, and I love the style. Fallon Russo is an angel and is so attentive with each resident. I had such a good move-in experience and they really do care about everyone. They always have fun activities and free food/drinks.

Moved in a week ago and nothing but good things to say so far. My unit looked brand new on move in. Ladies in the office have been very helpful and welcoming. Had 2 issues in my unit so far and maintenance took care of it right away and even left me a note of what was fixed. The gym is is great and has everything I need to cancel my gym membership. Participated in one food truck Thursday so far and looking forward to more. I would definitely recommend this place!!

If youre looking for an apartment this is your place! I am still currently a resident here and I love it - I dont want to move. The move in process was smooth and easy, and the staff deserves all the credit. The staff here is AMAZING all across the board. I came in when Heather was around and my gosh she is as good as they come. I was extremely sad to see her go, but the staff didnt miss a beat. Leeanne is now running the show, and Kika and Fallon are honestly the nicest people on the planet. They get things done, they care about their residents, and they know literally every resident by name (Im not kidding). Facilities are always on top of things. They keep the facility in A1 shape always. Anytime Ive had a maintenance request David and his team respond and get it fixed within the very day or next - this has been consistent. And big fan of David, hes a great guy and a very hard worker.On top of the complex itself this is a perfect location. 3min from downtown Gilbert, 7min from SanTan Village Shopping Center, Mythical Coffee is across the street, and youre in the middle of both the 202 and 60. Highly recommend!

Moved here as a temporary home while a house was being built, and it almost makes you rethink apartment living. The staff is amazing, the apartments really are deluxe (and spotless), great gym/pool area, and the repair team comes the same day.Definitely consider living here.

I have been a resident here for about 2 years now and my most recent experience with the maintenance was fantastic. I had a problem with my garbage disposal being clogged and I was unable to use my sink entirely. David, the maintenance man, was at my apartment within 30 minutes of me calling the front office and the issue was fixed that day. He didn’t quit until the job was done and he kept excellent communication with me all the while.

Close to downtown Gilbert and across the street from Lifetime fitness. This place has plenty of room to maneuver large trucks. They have easy access for moving furniture in or out of your building. Everyone here has been very friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

Cadia Crossing is Top Notch, they have so many amenities and resources which include courtesy Bikes use, yoga room, apartment rental for residents/family use, making family visits simply pleasant. We just moved here under a month ago while our new home is being built. I cant believe how helpful Erika, LeAnne and Sean in the office have been. They are always there for anything you may need. I really love how you can text the office and they will respond right back. I also cant forget the maintenance person he was also very helpful in fixing our ice maker when we moved in. The community is just perfect and its a hidden little paradise here in Gilbert and so close to everything.

These apartments are so beautiful! Hardwood floors with brick backsplash 😍 What really sold me on this complex was the incredible staff! They are so welcoming! Erica made me feel like family right away! Also, you can’t beat these amenities! The pool lights up at night with a huge jacuzzi alongside a fire pit, along with cabanas by the pool! And I have never seen an apartment fitness center as big as this one, full with equipment. I could not be happier with my choice to make Cadia my new home.

If you are looking for a community to call home, stop your search! Cadia Crossing has been a-ma-zing to my room mate and I from day one. We randomly walked in to the front office one day to get a feel for what types of communities Gilbert AZ has to offer (we are from southern CA), and walked out with a lease agreement! They staff and team here genuinely care about each resident, and do everything possible to make your transition and stay comfortable. I was only planning on living in AZ for a year or so before moving back, but Cadia Crossing has changed my mind and added a few years to my new stomping grounds!!

Can not recommend Cadia Crossing enough! Even through the pandemic, the office team has worked so hard to open amenities and listen to our concerns throughout. The property is beautiful and the whole move in process was smooth and positive! We have loved our apartment, view out of our windows and all of the amenities here!! Can’t say enough good things about this place.

I’ve lived at Cadia Crossing for over 2 years and love it! The pool is gorgeous, the clubhouse is awesome to rent out for parties or holidays, and the office staff are incredible! So friendly and helpful - I met my now fiancé here and the management helped us combine our separate leases and move into a 3 bedroom together without any hassle or extra costs. The maintenance staff are always nice and get things done quickly and keep the facilities and grounds looking nice. My only complaint is the amount of dog poop people leave all over the place on a daily basis (thanks groundskeepers for picking it up every morning!) and there are some rowdy people at the pool sometimes, but that comes with apartment living I guess! Overall a great place to live.

I have moved 6 times in the last 6 years, always finding a beautiful place with high hopes all to be let down by underwhelming management. At Cadia crossing, I’ve found my home. For the first time, I found a stunning place to live AND management that cares. Kika and Fallon work in the front office and take care of us like we’re their own. My roommate and I knew from our first tour that we had found our home - not just a place to live.

I have lived here for two years, and intend to renew for a third as this place is close to where I work, and I believe they are nice apartments.We love the front office here, Heather (if shes still here), Fallon, and Erica are all friendly and excellent at their jobs.However, we have had a regular issue with small pests in the apartment, earwigs, crickets, and other yet unidentified bugs. This has been noted to the office quite a few times, and to their credit they have sprayed the apartment multiple times but it doesnt seem to resolve the problem. I believe the issue stems from the construction of the apartment having a few unsealed sections in the master bathroom so this may be limited to our specific aparment. But it has gotten to the point where both my girlfriend and myself have had bugs land on us while sitting in the couch, and she is having trouble sleeping because of the issue.The rent we pay is already pretty high to have to deal with that sort of issue, and the price is only going up.

I was really impressed by this complex when I first arrived to Arizona to search for apartments. The apartments are beautiful, clean and modern and really well located! Fallon was so amazing showing us around the facility and getting us setup with our apartment remotely while we still lived in another state as well as when we arrived during COVID! The way in which COVID was handled on this property was great as well; you could really tell that resident safety was of the utmost importance. I highly recommend this complex!

We just moved in, but are thrilled by everything here. Great community, clean, well-kept, the office staff is great, and Kika is literally the most attentive, communicative leasing agent I’ve ever encountered. We ran into a couple of lease questions and discrepancies early on, and she wouldn’t rest until they were solved to our satisfaction. It’s one thing to have 5-star service when everything is perfect, but it’s far more impressive to have 5-star service when challenges arise. Kika and Cadia Crossing have done just that, and we feel very well taken care of.

The entire Cadia Crossing (Fallon, Heather and Erika) team are all amazing! Always warm and welcoming when I have entered the office or even when I have family/friends come to visit who stop by in the office, have always shared how great they are. I love how clean and maintained the property is, and I feel safe. When a maintenance request has been put in, the response time was within a reasonable amount of time and completed correctly. The workout center and pool are well maintained, which I appreciate. I also love the interior/exterior of the apartments. Has been a great transition upon moving here.

They really seem like they treat their residents like family and I can’t wait to live in this beautiful apartment and become part of such a wholesome and inclusive community.

I recently had a work order in for an issue with the master shower. The request was completed in less than 24 hours and the service has 5 star. Dawn was professional and friendly. Nothing but care for Cadia residents!

First, I have not lived in this complex but am sharing my experience as a prospective resident. I contacted Cadia via email and received an email from Fallon. She was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I decided to set up a virtual tour as I live several states away. On the day of my tour, I received no link or call from Fallon. I emailed her to ask if we were still going to complete the virtual tour thinking that maybe she was running late. I received no answer from her and have never received any contact from her. I am very disappointed from this poor experience and will no longer be continuing to look at this place as a potential place to live.

Love cadia crossing. The office staff is very welcoming and helpful. David does a great job with maintenance and helps you understand what’s wrong and how to fix/avoid it in the future. This is a great property all around and highly recommend!

My boyfriend lives at Cadia Crossing and I have to say that I love visiting him, the grounds are always nicely kept and the apartment is beautiful. The pool and the gym are top of the line and the staff is always friendly.

Our neighbors above us sound like they are constantly dropping a bowling ball on their apartment floor, they also leave their dog out in their patio to bark for hours. They have lived here for a month now so it’s not like they’re just moving in. I’ve sent 2 noise complaints now and besides the dog nothing has changed. It’s hard to want to stay when this goes on for hours and in the morning and night. If something isn’t done we will be breaking our lease ASAP. And we have been a residence over a year when everyone else around us moved out telling us their reason being so was because of the way Cadia crossing is being ran now. We love Cadia crossing and it’s been amazing but to have noise complaints go unaddressed makes us think maybe we should have listened to our neighbors.
