The watch repair and sales shop, I believe is run by Andrew. Hes actually a nice guy, but doesnt look up or greet you upon entering the store. A closer observation is, hes deep in thought, repairing someones watch. The shop is busy, and has been there a number of years. People trust this shop, and Andrew to fix their broken watch or replace the batteries. Another observation, the shop is quiet. For me, too silent because of my ringing in the ears (tinitis), but the silence is what Andrew likes. Beats offensive music. Bottom line: you will get your watch or time piece fixed, for a reasonable price, and be treated courteous.

Brought a watch in for a bezel and a crystal change. just to bring my watch more up to date which seemed easy enough. Turnaround was quoted as a week and indeed it was a week.On picking up the watch the case was full of lint/dust, not dealbreaking but kind of annoying Brought it back and he did his best to wipe down the inside of the crystal after taking the movement out. There was still a reasonable amount of smearing on the inside of the crystal. The work wasnt expensive, but included a pressure test, but as far as testing goes, once you have to open the case back of the watch, you have to test it again, because the seal may have moved or shifted... Not always an issue when the seals are new but a small annoyance.Took it to another watchmaker just to avoid the hassle, there was also a handprint on the oscillating weight, and some of the reduction gears for the automatic movement. Watchmaker did what he could to clean up the prints as they can etch the movement parts. They also cleaned up the crystal, took about a day.The work was good but I think if youre looking at something you care about more than a basic wristwatch, you might want to try a higher end store.

I took my Citizen watch in to have the battery replaced. I couldnt get the back off to see what battery I needed. He popped it off, changed the battery and reset the time. Only 10 bucks!

I will never come back. I stopped by at 3:40 to have the batteries in my garage door opener replaced. He said it would be 10-15 minutes. I did some shopping at Major Market, checking out at 4:03. Went next door to see if the opener was done, and he ignored me while I stood for over 7 minutes. Finally I told him I cant stand for a long time and when would the opener be done. He said another 5-10 minutes. He was busy putting a watch band on some watches. There was no one else in the shop - no one waiting for their repair to be done. I went out and sat in my car until 4:30. He certainly needs a lesson in customer service and how to be friendly to little old ladies. I decided if it still wasnt done I would ask for it back and go elsewhere. My job took less than 2 minutes. I would have written a glowing review had that happened.

Cheaper watch battery replacement than most...try to find their coupon for $5.99 each. They are obviously experts, but busy and attention to detail can sometimes falter, Ive found.

My wife has been going here for a number of years, the employees are very friendly. She inherited a couple old rings from her grandmother and didnt know a good jeweler here in Texas so she waited to take them to this establishment. All they needed was to be resized. It was explained to us and charged for the extra gold to resize them. There is no way gold was added to these rings, they are extremely skinny now and she wore it twice and it already broke after only having it for a month. Now we are 1200 miles away and this precious jewelry from her grandmother isnt wearable. I will update this review depending on what they will do to help out this severe problem.
