First time at this pawn shop and I will be coming back. They have great customer service, Anna in redline was great. When I first went in she was busy with her iPad but as soon as she saw me, she offered to help me right away. She was super nice and attentive. I got myself a pair of leggings (I was freezing with this rain) I love it that they have great affordable prices. I will be coming back soon.

I visited this store to attempt to sell some rings that I inherited. To my surprise it wasn’t real gold, however I still feel compelled to leave a positive review due to the outstanding customer service I received from Fermin. Although we weren’t able to do business, we had a great exchange of words and I left feeling that he cared about providing a good experience with me regardless. My wife and I went in looking to get a loan for her $25,000 platinum and diamond ring. They offered us $800. If you’re looking to get ripped off I would definitely go to this place otherwise I think just about anywhere else would be better

I moved out of Escondido to Los Angeles, couldnt go get my pawned items, it was 2 days before my due date I called and I was told I could pay the intrest and that I could send a money order, I did I overnight the payment and all was good!.
