Very friendly and good customer service. Took a couple rings in for resizing. They were ready for pick up in a day. Cost was reasonable. I will definitely return.

I needed some repairs to my sterling earrings, a ring and my earrings missing the pierced wire. When I picked them up they all looked like new. He completed the work in on day and the price was very fair. and fixed my pieces in one day. I had a broken, dirty ring for 30 years and now I have a beautiful ring I love.

The ring that I brought was broken and the stone wasnt set. I brought both the ring and the stone to the Jeweler of Jewelry & Repair Center and he did an AMAZING job in repairing and recreated all of the prongs to reinforce them. His price was incredibly reasonable for such a beautiful job. THANK YOU to the Jeweler! HE DOES EXCEPTIONAL WORK, he is humble and reasonable in price.

I visited this store to get a sterling jump ring added to a pendant. I had called ahead to make sure this was something they could. When I arrived, there were signs saying repairs in thirty minutes or less. I went to the counter and explained what I needed. The gentlemen was very nice and said they could do it, it would take about an hour and a half. Luckily, for me, I had other errands to run and said I would be back in ninety minutes. He filled out a repair envelope for my item and put $20 on it. I assumed that was the charge. I thought that was high for a service like this one specifically but whatever, I was willing to pay it.I returned ninety minutes later and the repair wasnt done. He said he needed just ten more minutes.Im no idiot. This is one of the most basic services anyone can perform. Hell, I can do it with a little silver solder and a torch.At this point I just asked for the item back. I wasnt happy about the price or having to wait longer. And, honestly, the ten minutes was no big deal except I did not have the time to wait then. And I very much did not want to come back another day.Im disappointed in the price and the lack of attention to my time in performing this service. I wont be going back.

This is one of the best jewelry stores that I have ever been to you can create your own jewelry. You let the owner know your idea and hell make whatever you want by hand and its Unique and original no one else will have it and he does repairs also.
