Second time I’ve been there and they messed up my ring both times. They will not fix the issues. It was not like this when I came it.

I bought a simple cross necklace at the store, absolutely loved it, but the poor quality of the chain kept breaking. It was hard to find a higher quality necklace that almost exactly what I was looking for. I decided to look for a new chain instead. I went into the mall to explore my options at different jewelers. They weren’t cheap and I was looking for a delicate yet strong chain that would last. But most jewelers had chains that were thicker than I was hoping to find. I went to Fast-Fix and they had exactly what I was looking for. The price was reasonable and they even added in to fixing my necklace and dipping it into yellow gold too within the deal!Because I watch kids, play sports, and sometimes forget to take my necklace off before I head to bed. There have been 2 times where I was rough on my necklace that the chain broke, not because of the quality of the chain or necklace. They have been so kind to fix my necklace. It’s extremely helpful too if you’re already needing to take a couple rounds at some stores at the mall, they will call or text you when your jewelry is finished. I also heard they do free ring sizing and want to take some time to do that sometime as well. My family and I have gained trust and a large amount of respect for this store. I would highly recommend them for your jewelry needs for both buying and fixing items.

Absolutely the BEST place to get your glasses fixed quick and cheap!My sisters plastic frame glasses snapped right by the base last evening, and we desperately needed to get them fixed. We stopped in at 6:30 p.m. and Than was able to not only fix them perfectly but also give them full folding function in just half an hour (even though we stopped in right before he was going to leave). We also worked with Liz who was super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.Highly, highly recommend for getting your glasses fixed in an emergency.

Great service! I brought in my broken watch that another shop said couldnt be fixed and they found a solution for fixing it!And fast. Said it could be done in an hour!!I am very impressed. And at a fair price as well.Ive had the watch for over 10 years and I am very glad I dont have to part with it :)

Overpriced and not very friendly at all!!!

Despite reading the numerous one star reviews I decided to go anyways. I needed my stone set in my ring and two gold flowers soldered on. Every other jewler in the mall said it wouldnt work and tried charging me an arm and a leg for what they could do. I got fed up and tried fast fix as a last resort and they will now be my first resort. They did an outstanding job for a reasonable price and in good timing! I will definitely be going back! Thank you!!

Took my niece to get her bracelet fixed and not only were they fast but very affordable!!

We went here back in 2016 to size 2 rings. First, 15 minutes turned into 2 hours. Recently, my ring broke. I took it to another jeweler and I was informed the person who sized my ring did such an awful job, it made my ring vulnerable to break easily. Its also not fixable.We returned yesterday. The guy didnt write down our order correctly for engraving. He told us it would it would take 30 minutes. Over 90 minutes later, he hadnt even started so we took our items back. Do NOT go here!!!

They were going to charge $20 to put a pin in my Nixon watch. The young lady at the counter offered to clean it as well. Then the micromanaging supervisor said it would be $30 with cleaning.I declined and said I would clean it myself at home. The supervisor laughed at me.I asked, Are you laughing at me?Well it is dirty.Youre laughing at me. Thats rude!Ok, how about $25.The young lady at the counter seems to have originally offered to clean it for free until her supervisor caught wind. So for the supervisor to cut the cost for cleaning and a half was still not acceptable, especially after she laughed in my face.This place is trying to squeeze every nickel they can out of their customers for basic service. The young girl at the counter was nice but the supervisor represented their idea of customer service.Blacklist this place. They dont deserve your business.

Worst service Ive ever had.I went in to have a new silicon watch band installed on my watch. I had an older strap of the exact same model to show them where and how many notches to cutt but the repair man took it upon himself to cut it how it he wanted.The mananger said shed replace the band and would not charge me but the shop owner disagreed.They replaced the band 3 weeks later and still charged me.Do not go here. Broken property

My Bulova watch stopped working, had battery replaced and still didnt work. Took it to Fast-Fix and they said movement piece needed to be replaced, quote $89.00. Picked it up and took it to another shop. They said they opened it and saw that it was a bit dirty so they cleaned it. Now working fine, no charge. Giving them two stars only because they were polite.

I needed to get my watch repaired so I brought it to Fast fix. It was the worse experience ever!! First they told me it would be one price and it would only a couple days to fix it then after a week went by they still didnt have my watch ready and told me it would be a different price. Finally almost 2 weeks later and almost double the original price they quoted the watch only ended up working for a couple days. I tried calling them and explaining the situation and they didnt offer to repair or give me a refund. This place is just awful!!!! If you search Fast Fix Escondido you will see all the bad reviews and a lot of other people who have also been ripped off by them.

I had a great experience. The gentleman was very helpful and got me in and out in. I would recommend this place first!

Paula lied to get my business and when I spoke to the manager, she said she apologizes for her poor choice of words, I totally understand, I would be upset too. Then, as if this would solve the issue offered me 20% off my next service. I told her that I will not be coming back. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Absolutely the most shady place there is. Not honoring written agreements, slight of hand, thinking the consumer wouldnt fight for what is right, refusing to give a copy of a written receipt, then refusing to sell the item after being told I would post negative review on social media if they didnt honor their written agreement. Manager working tonight should be fired immediately!!!!! This is not over.

Got my ring resized here. They were wonderful, fast, and so helpful!

Came in to fix my snapped chain and I got it back shorter than what it was. They are crooks do not come here.

Went in to have a snap-back watch back snapped back in.They wanted $45 for a couple of minutes work.I said no thanks, and went to another vendor in NCF who pressed the snap-back back into the watch for free .I would avoid this place.

Horrible Service!! I brought in something that needed to be engraved and they spelled the name wrong!! I clearly told them the name several times. I even wrote it down for them and sure enough when I came to pick it up it was spelled incorrectly. They couldnt fix it and they didnt even offer a refund. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I can not stress this enough if I had the time I would stand out front telling every potential client that these people are so dishonest please read the yelp reviews first !!!! The bad thing is they are so well located people just drop items off without checking Google or Yelp first :(
