My wife and I went there to get some help because we bought a custom ring from them. Most of the conversation led to us being coerced into paying for the her ring to get fixed out of our own pocket. When I bought the ring they told me that they would take care of me if anything happened to it. Consequently, What they should have said is that Im going to have to pay for anything that happens to it no matter what. They did not take responsibility for the poor build quality and how stones were not properly secured . These place makes you feel comfortable by Lying and deceiving into thinking that they will honor their craftsmanship, but then they turn around and do the opposite. Do yourself a favor and go to a more reputable jeweler.

I was so impressed with the outstanding customer service at this store! Michael was so friendly and helpful, cleaned my 3 rings for free and then gave me a great price on having them re-plated (as they were worn and scratched) and to have them solderd together, something I have been wanting to do for some time but didnt want to spend hundreds of dollars doing. It was all done within 2 hours and they came out looking better than I could have imagined! I cant stop looking at my amazing rings!! Thank you!

He is a liar! This man said he would customize but he doesnt. Not only does he lie about customizations but he will lie about handling and who is actually doing the work. Dont trust Mike or any of his rude employees. Ask away if you want to know more of what he did.

Bought a set of diamond earrings for my girl. Michael was knowledgeable and clearly is skilled. Told me they have a lifetime polish and would take care of me. Which he did. The ones i bought are 1/5ct tw. Lovely color, well lack there of, nice and clear, and under the microsope were no obvious inclusions in the stones, didnt make me feel pressured at all and was willing to work with me as far as what would best fit my budget. Told him what it was, and he said that the size of the diamond isnt always the best thing, it is the quality. You wont find any bellow a j here and probably, as best as i could see from my eyes under the microscope anything lower than an i1.
