I was thoroughly satisfied with my purchase and experience at Kay’s Jewelers with Brandon and Luda. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Because, the customer service was that good. I came in to buy an engagement ring for my fiancée one week. After I gave it to her, we decided to take it back the next week and get a ring more to her liking. Brandon was over and beyond accommodating and patient while she tried to decide which one she wanted. He wasn’t pushy. Letting us know that we had up to 60 days to make an exchange. And, was so nice that we ended upgrading to a ring that cost four times as much. Which is the one I should have purchased in the first place. I just want to end by saying that because of Brandon and Luda, any future purchases of jewelry we will be making at Kay’s Jewelers.

Went in about 6 weeks ago to go searching for the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancée. I had the intention of shopping around at every jewelry store in Escondido before I made a purchase. Kay Jewelers was my very first stop, and there I met Tonya and Luda. It was because of them that I didn’t continue shopping around. Tonya asked me what I was looking for. She guided me in the right direction, and I actually learned a lot about diamonds!! She listened and helped me pick out the perfect ring. They both made this overwhelming process a fun and enjoyable experience. My fiancée absolutely loves her ring!!

My wife had bumped her ring on something and the diamond had popped out and was not found. We went back to Kay to get it replaced and we ended upgrading the diamond because the sales reps was very caring and understanding and went above and beyond to make my wife happy instead of trying to push for an $8000 sale. I upgraded it at a reasonable price and my wife loved it. We had a very good experience and we will continue to use Kay and recommend them to anyone that needs jewelry.

Had a great experience with Alyssa (I think was her name)The store was empty when I first got there, and she didnt hesitate to ask if I needed help. She helped me refine my taste for a wedding ring, got me ring sized (for comfort and regular sizes) and even recommended good silicone rings for me, since I have an electrician profession! Very good customer service. The ring I wanted didnt end up being in their selection, but I had a memorable impression.

Great experience with Frank! Came in to get some watches and I ended up leaving with three watches! Fit right in my budget and left very happy with my watches. Highly recommend and a big shout out to Frank for helping me!

Mina is absolutely the most rudest person i know, she ignores you, pretty much have to walk up to her to get her attention and she still ignores you. Very rude, unwilling to show merchandise and kept rolling her eyes thinking shes very beautiful. And Frank, trying to rip people off with overpriced gold, he jumped from $4,000 to $5,500 with only adding 2 more inches on a necklace without consulting or verifying a fair price, hes only in it to steal from people.

Paid for life time warranty just to find out it is useless. Want to charge to replace stone since wasnt inspected every 6 months. Wasnt told about 6 month inspection. Cost for stone same as new ring. Wont be back.

The ladies there were nice enough. BUT...they asked me if Id like to make an account with them, thy said it helped their quota so I said sure, an account cant hurt. What they didnt tell me and I realized half way through was that it wasnt just an account, but a credit card application. Not once did they mention the word credit, but I realized what was happening when they asked for my social and my employer info. I was like, no. Thanks for basically lying to me and trying to sign up for a credit card Kay Jewelers, youll keep business that way! Wont be returning there ever again.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I had the option to give no stars I would. I had a VERY VERY bad experience with Kays in the Escondido Westfield Mall in the past but now I am just done with them all together. A few of these people I called friends who worked in this store just drug my Fiance in the store and just ask if he could do Her a favor. The nice and caring person my man is goes in and says what do you need? She asks him for him name, phone number and his email. SHE NEVER TOLD HIM SHE WAS GOING TO RUN HIS CREDIT!!!!! I am so blown away and upset a friend would do this to him and not give him all the details when he and I both said we didnt want to finance. Kay Jewelers, you just lost two more customers. Looks like Im getting my ring from Kevin Jewelers! Thanks for making our decision so much easier!

Went to store looking for watch for wife. Four employees behind the counter and none offered to help see watches. Very poor customer servive.
