I know my review is old but I still stand by it. This place has gotten worse over the years the management is never in. With new management never in and maintenance never done people who live here are stuck without the promised pantry they dont know what to do. This place is lack luster once my lease is up Im out of here

This place is ridiculous can never get ahold of the office nobody ever calls back. When Marit was here it was amazing. I cant wait to move out of this trashy place.

They recently switched management companies. Hopefully they kept Marit and Ken. They made it feel like home. Marit made a food shelf so all the kids had food without their parents feeling bad they couldnt provide. It even had diapers and formula. She was really there for my family emotionally through a lot of really hard times. Ken is amazing at fixing things. Stuff didnt need replacing when he was around. He could fix anything and make it like new. He also made sure the grounds were beautifully kept. He was a great friend to my husband. I would recommend raising your kids here or just living here if your looking for an apartment that feels like a townhouse. It was a great community to raise our older kids in.

Our family absolutely loves living here. The apartments are energy efficient and the staff is so courteous and friendly. If there is ever an issue they get it fixed right the first time and fast. There is a real sense of community, we all know each other and everyone watches out for the neighborhood. We are so safe and secure here. There are so many kids in all the age ranges and it makes for such a great little community. It really is an awesome place for families to live.

Love it here amazing manager also on top of her game she even holds a food pantry here as well. The meinteneince guy is amazing as well knows how to fix it all both are easy going approachable people I wouldnt wanna love anywhere else

Love the place kid oriented and the maintenance is fast and done correctly manager is on top of things. And iv lived here for 4 years and never had a problem that didnt get solved a.s.a.p.

I love living in this small community.. If I ever need anything Ken and maret get right on top of it..kens even helped me with displays for my craft shows off the clock hes the best dude around on fixing anything.. And I love helping on pantry day and catching up with all the neighborhers..

There are dozens of property managers in the Eau Claire area and many of them do a very poor job maintaining their properties. Woodsedge Apartments is not one of them - they do an amazing job maintaining the property. They are responsive, empathetic, understanding, and they actually care about their tenants. Many of my service requests or questions were dealt with in less than 24 hours and each time the problems were actually solved. When considering whether or not to rent from a place, this is a huge deal! There are many other benefits to renting from Woodsedge, including onsite programs for kids and families; allowing pets (dogs & cats); a playground, swing set, and basketball court; and a great set of neighbors. Look no further, youve found your home! =)

Marit is a wonderful, caring, generous, lovely, genuine person who goes out of her way to make residents feel welcome, comfortable, and happy in their community! Marit goes out of her to help residents stay in their homes. Both Marit and Ken go out of their way to take care of maintenance issues and make the community look beautiful! I inquired about planting flowers in the dirt by my apartment and later that day, Ken was planting a beautiful bush by my house!

Good community, lots of kids. Only issue is some people sometimes get loud but its not too bad.
