Holy smokes…what a ride! Rented through Regal the past two years and overall don’t have much bad to say about the place. Respectable, updatedish apartments that are what they are. Walls were a little thin. Not sure how the neighbors didn’t complain even once as we threw some epic sleepovers over the years. Yard was always mowed, window screens went missing a few times and located in an overall nice, quiet neighborhood. Hoping to not rent anymore as I’m now in a house looking for bigger and better things. You know what they say though, the grass is always greener on the other side.

I am very happy with this property management company. We lived in one of their apartments for a year and they were very responsive to questions and maintenance requests. We had an unexpected life change and they were extremely understanding and worked with us during the stressful changes.

We rented from Regal for almost 5 years and had no issues at all. They were very timely with maintenance requests and any issues we had. They were also very reasonable when we received our security deposit back - and Katie was wonderful with communication when I reached out to her and had questions. We would’ve stayed renting with regal if we could have as they were wonderful to work with! Highly recommend renting from them.

Really nice company to work with. Very responsive yet down to earth. I would recommend them highly. Special thanks to Katie and Mel who have been very fun to work with.

Always friendly and great customer service. Had maintenance come out and repair my bathroom fan. Was done quickly and staff was wonderful. Always helpful, and kind.

Do not rent from this management company. They are regularly discriminatory with tenants and no one seems to care. If you’re looking to hate your living situation and constantly be ignored for maintenance requests and safety complaints, this is the company for you.

Poor communication with residents. Bad Managment of snow removal and lawn care. Not responsive to tenet needs.

Regal property management is one of the best company’s I’ve rented for.Katie has been very helpful. All around great experience. Keep it up.

Typical big company rental company. Just there to take your money. Could never be on time for maintenance. Very bad at communicating and will not hold their word just to make a few bucks.

I moved from Germany to Eau Claire and Katie was very good to work with. Working long hours at the sausage factory I dont have lots of time to setup my utilities and she also helped set me up with all of that. FULL SERVICE!

They have poor communication with residents. Maitnence guy even turned his emergency line off during a snow storm. Takes WEEKS to get anything fixed. Do not recommend.

Impossible to get a hold of when in need of apartment issues.
